12.40€ for a Berlin Mitte without a bun, which then lacks sweet potato chips and walnuts and you can't even say anything about it. Absolute disappointment and disgrace.

We got a place for 6 people without a reservation. Food came super quickly! And it was really tasty!!!🤤 I can only recommend the double smashed burger 🍔. I'm already looking forward to the next time.😁

I've eaten a lot of good burgers, but the "Trufflepuff" really blew me away and the sweet potato fries with the aioli dip were also really good. I live almost an hour away, but I'll have to drive that way often.

Genuinely the best service we’ve received during our travels in Deutschland. The food is SO good also. If coming, definitely ask for Arnel. He’ll take great care of you!

The atmosphere at Burgerheart is really very nice and pleasant, I really like the music and the waitresses are incredibly nice and attentive, the food arrives very quickly and is really tasty, all in all a really good evening and highly recommended.

The relaxed atmosphere due to the calm charisma of the service staff is particularly noteworthy here. A beautiful ambience in a rustic-jungle style with dim lighting. The wooden benches aren't necessarily the most comfortable, but it's manageable for an hour. The food was very good, not too greasy and despite the restaurant being well filled, we didn't have to wait long (approx. 20 minutes)

The food at Burgerheart Nuremberg is really tasty and met my expectations - freshly prepared and with a good selection of ingredients. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff seems unfriendly, which leaves a somewhat unpleasant impression. The service also seems disorganized and inattentive - we had to wait an unusually long time for our order to be taken and received hardly any attention during the visit. Also, the music was way too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. A little more attention to customer service and atmosphere would greatly improve the experience.

Location and service top, unfortunately the smash burger didn't convince me. Either I was unlucky or they don't know what a smash burger is. Unfortunately, the patty wasn't fried crispy at all, it was more like two normally prepared patties that had a texture close to that of a fast food chain. The fries were also rather average, they are much better elsewhere. It's a shame because the location is really nice!

It tastes good, but there are very few salads without bread.

Ambiance succeeded. The staff doesn't seem to have a big heart for burgers: when we ordered we weren't asked how we would like our pattie. It ended up being fried and dry in the burger on the right. The fries were oversalted for our taste and the food overall wasn't really hot on the table.

Extremely nice and friendly service I was there yesterday with a friend and we were both very positively surprised because we both worked in the catering industry ourselves and such friendly service employees have unfortunately become a rarity these days. Nice service, good food. A good value for money

So unfortunately we didn't even get to eat. I was there today, came in, sat down and waited for about 20 minutes and no staff came to the table. I would have understood if the place was full of guests, but that wasn't the case either. After 20 minutes I spoke to a young man and said that I would like to order, but he said something indistinct and simply walked away. I waited another 10 minutes and then left. Very unfortunate. I was really hungry and wanted to try something new, but unfortunately the first impression wasn't so good. They really need to work on the service.

I have been to many different burger restaurants in Germany and around the world and can therefore distinguish between many things very well. I can say good things about the taste of this burger restaurant, but I definitely wouldn't have expected a frozen patty for the price. I even tasted this in my smashed burger, which could have been crispier if the patty had been fresh. The other ingredients were very fresh and tasty. The ladies room was satisfactory. However, one of the two cubicles in the men's toilet was unusable due to contamination and a massively broken toilet seat. There were also no towels left in the late afternoon. Unfortunately, this happens with active advertising of hourly cleaning. So overall it's just average for us

The burgers were delicious, as were the cocktails, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The only thing was that the music was way too loud and we could only keep ourselves entertained by shouting at each other.

Veggie burger was tasteless (rubber bun) not for vegans… wobbly table, music too loud and overwhelmed employees. I actually know the chain from Bamberg where everything is much, much better. What's the point of a nice ambience if the food and service aren't right... What a shame

Burgers and Franconian beer. Do I need to say more? Always good for a sociable evening. I recommend the beer of the month. Surprising and good.

We had a lot of fun with Rudolf on a nice Tuesday. Service was great, food was great, drinks were delicious and cheap ;) On Tuesday there is a wheel of fortune with great prizes, which is definitely worth visiting this atmosphere for. Have fun on your next visit! <3 (There was a deduction for the ambience because of the loud music. But still very bearable. You can have a giggle without everyone looking)

You just pay extra for everything, which is normal. In our opinion, 2.20 for a dip is too much. House lemonade 6.50 Taste and quality very good. It was too cold to sit when we visited.

Nice service, rather average burger... if it's called Chili Cheese, it can be spicier than the meatballs in the canteen... and a little bigger too. But what's really annoying: the fries cost extra and you also have to shell out 0.70 euros for the mayo (which tastes like it comes from a discount store). In the end it was around 19 euros on the clock, but you would have gotten a deliciously cooked meal... Burger turned into business... 💸

5 stars – highly recommended! From start to finish everything was just right. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish. The service was outstanding – friendly, attentive and professional. Our waiter gave us excellent advice and responded to all of our requests. With a lot of humor and charm. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. If you don't come here, you've missed something.

Went there on an early Monday evening. It wasn't busy and we were able to order pretty quickly :) The waiters were all very nice and relaxed. Sweet potato fries were also very crispy, the side salad is also very good, more loving than you are used to! We only found the apple-elderberry lemonade a bit too sweet. But all in all really great! I'd love to come back :)

Good food; happy with quality of burgers; would prefer a medium cook on the beef, but apparently the law requires well done. Fries were good - could use a flavored/spiced salt. Side salad was fresh with nice tasting house dressing. Enjoyed the beer and shots of JAFD! Thanks for a memorable time!!!

We had a very nice evening and were provided with our drinks very quickly (!) by the friendly waitress! Food also great and quick. At times the music was a bit loud for our taste :)
