The service in our case was absolutely top-notch, and the guy who served us was a model of service. The service was prompt, and our requests were promptly fulfilled. Unfortunately, the complaints, which the service responded kindly to, were not addressed. The burgers were absolutely fantastic, but I wouldn't recommend the loaded fries with bacon, as the bacon was overcooked three times. Otherwise, a very hectic place with high turnover, which isn't conducive to a relaxed meal.

Cool burger shop, just a few minutes walk from Nuremberg main station. Great service and food, allergies etc are taken seriously (a good thing, otherwise they would both be dead). Anti-Example (Hans im Glück) right next door, so make sure you're not in the wrong shop (the one with the useless trees). 😉 Chuck Norris clearly recommends Burgerheart.

We were there as a company with around 45 people and were completely pampered. The drinks and food came table by table and super quickly. It was very tasty and, above all, the extremely committed and friendly waiter was great! Absolutely recommended! Thank you for the great evening :)

Starting with a nice exterior look of the store, it continues with a cool interior. I have to say that it looks really great and professionally made. We continue with a menu that - perhaps my only point of criticism - was only available online. When we ordered, the waiter/service was very courteous and immediately offered us an offer (burger/fries/drink) that was significantly cheaper than the menu suggested. You don't need to say much about the food, it was ready really quickly (10 minutes) and was super tasty! Drinks are good too 👍🏼 At the end we were brought a scoop of ice cream “on the house”, which was another cherry on top for the shop. Definitely worth a visit! You have to know.

Hello, I was at Bürgerheart for the first time today and ordered takeaway food. The food is very tasty and I can only recommend it. The employee who took the order was beyond friendly and approachable. I am grateful for this taste experience.

One of the best Bar of Nuremberg, and even on Germany, the cocktails are made by professional bartenders, and the burguers are very delicious, a place not to miss if you live on the city or if you stop a day in here.

Very nice ambiente and fast service people I experienced during today's dinner. However the food served did not give me the impression to be freshly prepared. Relatively small potions served for relatively high prices.

I haven't been to Burgerheart in ages, but nothing has changed. The food and drinks were still great, the atmosphere was also pleasant for a nice evening and I was very impressed with the service person, Stella. Extremely friendly, always with a genuine smile and took time for me!

The food tasted very good, and the waitress with blonde hair fulfilled every wish, so the service was perfect.

I was here with my colleagues. The food was really good. The burger isn't particularly big, but it's tasty. The fries that came with it were tasty and made you feel full. It was simply too loud to have a conversation with colleagues. The staff follows the seemingly modern "you're my buddy" strategy. I found that very disturbing. I was there once, but wouldn't go again. But I wouldn't advise against a visit.

Went there a week ago with a total of 8 people. Extremely crowded. Loud atmosphere, hectic, not a relaxing evening. The table was equipped with a bench on one side, which unfortunately had no backrest. So after a short time I had pain in my back. We waited a long time for service and when she finally came and took our orders, we were all looking forward to our burgers. Unfortunately, when the food came, my daughter hadn't received the order she wanted (the extras she ordered were completely missing from the burger) and the waitress took her burger away. Unfortunately there was no replacement. When we asked repeatedly after 30 minutes, the youngest member at the table finally got her food. But we didn't get a discount or anything. No, an additional drink came, but no one needed it. At the same time, another waitress dropped a tray of burgers and fries on the floor right next to our table. We tried to help, but there wasn't even a thank you and the part of the citizen that was lying on the ground wasn't cleared away until 10 minutes later. By then some guests have come in... Of the 8 people, 3 went home hungry because the burgers really weren't that big for the price. Conclusion: Not good service No large portions to justify the price Not a pleasant atmosphere Home with hunger, back pain and disappointment.

Unfortunately the order was poorly executed. Spoiled lettuce in the burger (I don't know how old it is), cold food, wrong dish. Disappointment, it's better not to order it home, but throw the money away.

Very rarely in my life have I been delivered such a bunch of sh... Requests such as no cheese were completely ignored. A burger was so soggy that the mass of minced meat, shriveled lettuce and wet dough became one with the box. In terms of taste, this extremely overpriced “product” was simply a 6. The sour cream didn't taste like anything. Luckily, this is covered by the delivery services and we will demand our money back. I am so disappointed in this store that I will never go there again. It would be better for another, bad shop, like McDonald’s or Burger King, to get our money. At least they deliver (hard to believe) better thrown-together trash for less money.

I was looking for a place that spoke English and happened to see this place. To start the atmosphere is great! There was plenty staff that spoke English which was nice. The food was amazing and the bartender I had gave incredible service. He recommended so many places when I just asked what was his favorite thing about Nuremberg to get someone’s perspective. And I never had an empty glass 😋

Cool mix of easygoing, relaxed and fun. The food is very tasty, the goat salad is particularly recommended, the fries are crispy but not as salty as in other restaurants of this type. What needs to be particularly emphasized is the service, it is not a given that an ever-growing group (20+!) is responded to so confidently!

Good location, not too busy, with a nice atmosphere and lovely selection of food. Dessert portion was disappointingly small though, easily the worst value element of the meal. Prices seemed very reasonable as someone visiting from the UK, I'd happily return!

I had dinner there today with my partner and my best friend. The food, the burgers and the sweet potatoes, were simply a dream in terms of taste. Big praise to the whole team, you are warmly welcomed right at the entrance, the service comes to you quickly to order, and you don't have to wait long for your food.
