Burgerheart Leipzig in Leipzig

Das Burgerheart in der Leipziger Innenstadt haben wir an einem späteren Samstagabend für ein paar Drinks aufgesucht. Aufgrund der lauen Temperaturen konnten wir ganz prima draußen sitzen und wurden sehr schnell bedient. Wir haben zwei spezielle Limos, ein Bier und ein Wasser bestellt. Es wurde alles sehr schnell geliefert und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Preislich liegt das in einem akzeptablen Bereich, ist aber auch nicht ganz günsitg.

Cheeseburgers and haloumi burgers were delicious, the fries were crispy, hot and delicious! However, the extra cheddar was forgotten. The additional price was kindly deducted from our bill without any complications. Overall good impression, but I found the burgers a bit small at a price of €11-12. All in all, I would come back.

Thanks to the dynamic team in Leipzig. Optimally prepared to feed the masses in the arena after the concert. Delicious salads. Despite the late hour, no pressure to finally pay.

Really tastes excellent, but the prices are quite steep for the quantity and size of the burger. You only go once a year instead of five times.

After we were assigned our table, we studied the menu with great burger creations. Unfortunately it took a while for our order to be taken and no one asked for drinks. While we were waiting, we noticed three burgers go from the next table back into the kitchen. When our burgers were served they looked really good. However, when I first grabbed it, I noticed that the bun was cold. My companion's bread roll was also cold. After politely asking, our burgers were brought back to the kitchen with the comment “they would remake it”. Less than 2 minutes later we were served them again - hot, but obviously just warmed up, not freshly prepared. As you can imagine, that was the end of my companion's goat cheese burger in particular. The consistency of my chili cheese was not (anymore?) what I expected. The burgers tasted good, but lacked the “Wow!” feeling after a great burger. The fries and the soda, however, were great. The ambience is as usual in this type of restaurant. However, it was so loud that normal conversation was hardly possible. Neither with each other at the table nor with the service staff. Here you could make the music a little quieter to reduce the overall volume.

I got the lunch deal... I really like the burgers here, there is a great variety inc. vegan/vegetarians options all very good and tasty. Between us we had a beef burger, chicken burger, pulled pork and vegetarian burger... everyone was happy with their burger. The fries are done well although you have to pay extra for the sauces. I have tried the loaded fries, they are tasty but the toppings depends on who is in the kitchen that day. The salads are large and filling. Deserts also delicious. The drinks are over priced. The service was very good, the waitress was attentive and helpful (since we couldn't access the digital menu on our phones... boomer issues). We were sat outside on the road... it works on Gottschedstr. since there are not many cars. They do have take out... that I do not recommend... it's overpriced and not as good at all.

A cute restaurant that is not right in the center and therefore not overcrowded. The menu is scanned using a QR code and can be viewed in full size. There was a good selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian burgers. As a food allergy sufferer, you have a good overview of what could possibly be dangerous, which is important for my survival. The waiters were very accommodating and friendly. I also thought it was very nice that hygiene products were provided in the women's toilet. The only deduction was because of the other guests, some of whom expressed their love of football very loudly. But no one in the restaurant could do anything about it. Will definitely be a new favorite restaurant in Leipzig.

We couldn't complain about the food, it was very tasty 😋. There was only one small mango. We had just finished our burger when our waitress was already at our table and asked if we wanted dessert. Which wasn't/isn't bad at first. We said, first of all, no. Wanted to digest first. We still had a big beer in front of us. After 10 she stood there again and asked again. Since we said no, the question arose as to whether we would rather pay... I personally didn't think it was that great. So we finished our drinks and paid. I would understand if you spend 3 hours on a drink, but pointing it out to the customer after less than three quarters of an hour is a no go. But still thanks for the great burger.

Small nice restaurant, the citizens are very tasty, you can put them together as you like. Delicious.

I had the hamburger and cheesy. Both burgers came with lots of smoky mustard sauce. I didn't like this sauce at all, which was a real shame. Apart from the sauce, the burgers were really good. The meat is tender and juicy, the vegetables are fresh and the fried onions are tasty. One star deducted for the service because the gentleman at the counter appeared a bit arrogant and was reluctant to get the allergen card after asking twice.

Ordered food and never received it. Was canceled for no reason!

In the evening we ordered a portion of fries, double mayo, double ketchup. Take away. When can I pick up? 5-6 minutes. I got there after 10 minutes. Not finished yet. Wait another few minutes and only when requested. Then done. Fries cold. Service worker's name is "Max" Please keep your distance. Please see the other reviews about this company.

Were at Burgerheart for the first time Cool shop with nice design and great food. Unfortunately our food was forgotten. After asking, they apologized and quickly resolved the problem. We were offered drinks. Super super nice service person. Handled the issue very professionally. TOP !!! At the end we were given a discount. I can recommend the restaurant 100%. Keep it up!!

The food was delicious and the service staff was very nice. Luckily we had reserved at short notice. Although the restaurant was full and many take away orders were picked up, the wait for the food was normal.

The food was delicious. Only dips were missing, but they were delivered later. We had to wait a long time to pay because the card payment machine was empty.

This was our fourth time eating there, unfortunately this time it was the last for us. We waited over 50 minutes for service, unfortunately no one came to take anything. Then we got up and left and were greeted with a smiling "goodbye." adopted.

They promote a menu at 13.90 bit not on weekend so don't be surprised to pay 20 eu for a burger and medium fries. Both burger and fries were very greasy, and the fries were falling appart. I couldn't finish it. I know a burger is supposed to be fat but this one was too much for my liver. Then waiters and waitress however are very nice.

We were there for dinner before an event. We had reserved, which might not have been absolutely necessary at the time. However, around 7 p.m. it got really crowded. That speaks for the restaurant. The menu is available on your cell phone using a QR code. This saves you having to print out/create a new card when making adjustments. Of course, this also makes it easier to increase prices without customers noticing. The service was very friendly. The drinks came quickly and the people who ordered were quickly prepared and at the table. Tastes very good. At first glance they didn't look that big when they were actually eating. The accompanying fries were also very hot and flavorful. In terms of price...what can I say, where else can you get something cheap these days. However, we are willing to pay a few euros more for good food. We'll definitely be back.

Der Service ist weder schnell noch besonders aufmerksam. Der Burger war durchschnittlich. In einem Burger-Restaurant sollte man mehr erwarten können.

The burgers are great, but the sweet potatoes were unfortunately too mushy and heavy on the stomach.

The order was canceled without comment after the store closed, even though the order was still placed during opening hours. You could have let us know, but apparently you didn't want to...

Fries were awesome! When I visited, the music was the 50s, which of course really caught my attention! :D 2 young women carried out the job as service staff in a very friendly and open manner and asked me several times about any special wishes and well-being. The burger wasn't bad, but since I'm currently looking for the best one in Leipzig and am used to a high standard, it hasn't convinced me 100 percent yet. But overall, the store scores with a great atmosphere, cozy, rustic design and friendly staff. Gladly again!

Burgerheart was a restaurant that I used to visit often. So often that I even received a VIP loyalty card that gives me a 10% discount per order. Unfortunately I can't give a good rating. The prices have skyrocketed so much, it's really unbelievable. At lunchtime you can now expect to pay over €20. In the evening it's around €25-30, depending on which drink and dips you take. A dip costs €1.90, a homemade iced tea costs €5.50. The lunch deal 13.90 without a drink. I think the prices have become really outrageous. Don't forget that it's still "just" fast food. Burgers and fries, nothing more. I expect prices like this at an upscale restaurant, not a fast food chain. Here you have completely lost touch with reality. I also think Burgerheart has deteriorated in terms of quality. Burger bun is cold, food was rather lukewarm. The burger has become smaller. The iced tea is no longer as tasty as it used to be. The fries are weaker than before. And especially when prices increase, expectations grow and evaluations become more stringent. In its current form I really can't recommend it. For comparison: the lunch deal with a drink used to cost €11.90! Now the figure is almost double because the drink is no longer available and has become extremely expensive. It's a shame, as Burgerheart goes from being a place I often and happily visited to one I rarely visit, largely because of the nostalgia factor. And sooner or later I won't visit at all because I don't think things will get better and the prices will go down. Fast food is and remains fast food, and should therefore be priced correctly, which has not been the case here for a long time.

Taste is great. Delivery time was almost 2 hours (although 35-50 minutes were stated). Also, the onion rings were forgotten on the burger.

Berlin Mitte (with sweet potato patty) is tasty with its combination of sweet potato chips , fresh tomato and lettuce leaf, caramelized onions and delicious vegan pomegranate-mint mayo really impressed. The pretzel bun was soft and delicious. The only point of criticism was that there weren't enough roasted walnuts for me (it felt like they weren't there). The Sweet Home Avocado was tried by my better half. Also found to be good. However, I preferred sweet potato patty instead of taste-like meat. In addition... Neither of us live a purely vegan/vegetarian lifestyle, but we like to try something new (here with the Vegan through Leipzig magazine). The fries were a decent portion that we were able to share. Service was courteous and very attentive, especially at the beginning. We had to wait a while for the bill. Overall, however, very satisfied with the service, waiting time for food and drinks. Be sure to try the Berry Bomb lemonade here (sweet and fruity, not overly ice cream like in other places). We were both full, but the burger prices from €11 and up are quite an announcement. Quality, location, decent employee pay... I understand that. But you can eat out significantly less for the price and have a quick burger evening at home.

This is the second attempt to order from Burgerheart via Lieferando. Both times the orders were canceled shortly after the 10pm closing time. Without saying why or a message. I was originally convinced by Burgerheart, but this way of dealing with customers is not responsible. I advise against deliveries if you fancy something from their menu, as I haven't received any of my orders at the moment.

Burger was average considering it's a burger place.

Last night I decided to order from Burgerheart again, everything was fine. I ordered around 8:30 p.m., food was supposed to come around 10:13 p.m. I thought to myself “hmm, quite a long time”, but I could imagine that there might be a lot going on on Sundays. I hadn't eaten anything all day and I was really happy, 10 minutes before delivery my order was simply canceled by email without any information... Of course, even after 10 p.m., so you couldn't even have ordered anything else😅 That made me really angry, I actually really like Burgerheart, but now I'll think twice about whether I want to order here again!

This burger is really nothing special. Maybe it tastes better at McDonald's or Burger King. I wouldn't recommend him.

Popular place, service was slow but friendly. Burger was good and the portion of fries was huge. Homemade lemonade is not lemonade as I know it. Safe choice for a meal and a few drinks.

The food was great, the service was extremely friendly and patient and took the time to explain the menu. The ambience is also super nice, very pleasant to sit there. Admittedly, the prices are quite high, but it also tastes really nice, highly recommended!

Not recommended, especially for big groups. We came with such a group, had super long wait times as they were serving every table one-by-one (absolutely no parallelism). The food was cold when we got it. The food wasn't that good either, as the bun was commically large for all the ingredients. They had a nice beer though, so I'll give them that.

So far I've only ordered online, but the food was still delicious! Everything was packaged environmentally friendly and securely and arrived warm and fresh without being soggy. The burgers in particular were great! I can also recommend the fries to everyone. Overall a great restaurant and friendly staff. <3

Nice service and a pleasant and appropriate atmosphere. Burgers and fries are ok. Patties are not homemade. In my opinion, fries lack the “oomph”. Definitely okay in terms of price.

Pulled pork burger absolutely tasteless - more like pork neck overcooked in water and combi steamer / creme brulee fridge cold / service of several things forgotten (sweet potato fries / overdue / extra sauces) Orders are taken on their knees at the edge of the table and instead of relying on the sustainability concept as described on the website, everyone wears disposable gloves without changing them every now and then, which is subterranean in terms of hygiene standards since all the tables are served with the gloves on - disinfected and cleared away Sounds great at first when you read it but it's just overpriced pop up food PS: the toilet area smells like it hasn't been cleaned for days and the grease fingers on the doors show the same picture

Delicious food, with a really great vegetarian and vegan selection. The portions are also really sufficient. Unfortunately the prices are a bit high, especially €1.50 for a dip I think is a bit too much.

Of course they wanted to delete my review. You are so bad Once and never again. A disaster compared to the competition. Had dinner there for the first time yesterday. First impression, well that's how it goes. Chairs and tables outside very uncomfortable but ok, because the guest shouldn't stay there forever. The waiters have no idea about their job. But then the high point came - I said to the waitress "...and please add half a pound of sweet potato fries", but the young thing then brought us a whole pound (far too much and also €9.90) with the justification: "Well then If the guest says half a pound please, then I understand a whole pound, otherwise you wouldn't have had to say it like that... huh? How stupid and bold can you be? Then she cheekily said "but obviously you like it"... the full price was charged for it. I mourned my tip. Quality of the burger is not worth the price. The lemonade tasted good but the glass and the presentation is absolutely ugly and shows little effort. Overall, a below average burger joint that doesn't deserve the hype. There are definitely much better ones in our city.

Great selection of meat-free burgers

Nice burger place. Here the concept of burgers is conveyed in a funny and creative way in a very modern way. The atmosphere is cozy and invites you to linger. There is only one QR Code card. I had a classic chili cheese with meat. It was OK, but I had the impression that there wasn't much sauce, and there were only three jalapenos on it. My companion was enthusiastic about his vegetarian burger version. The “Scherbatzky” fries were absolutely top, very tasty. Also worth mentioning is the price-performance ratio, which is absolutely fair and appropriate. I'd love to come back if I have the opportunity.

We were looking for a nice restaurant. Burgerheart was recommended to us by friends and we spontaneously went there that evening. A reservation is highly recommended as we only managed to get a table. The service is very courteous and we received a friendly welcome. We can recommend the iced teas and there is a great selection of vegetarian/vegan dishes! (Be sure to get advice on this) The sweet potato fries could be better. But all in all a lovely evening and we will definitely be back!

Anyone looking for over-fried fries will find what they are looking for here, delicious gold fries and spicy guacamole dip, since the portion of fries was so generous, there was no room for dessert. The wine (rosé, white Zinfandel) was refreshingly sweet. Great, gladly again.

Leider bestand mein triple-cheese Burger aus einem Patty mit drei Scheiben kaltem Käse. Die Buns waren auch kaöt und nicht geröstet. Der Service und die Beilagen war aber top !

Wir hatten miesen Burger-Crave, das leider nur mittelmäßig gestillt wurde. Die Burger waren kalt und der Käse nicht geschmolzen. Große vegane Auswahl, das war nice. Die frittierten Blumenkohlröschen schmecken aber vorallem nach Panade. Limo ist auch nicht originell. Alles in allem war’s okay, aber nicht den Preis wert. Xoxo

Auf jeden Fall eine Adresse zum Burgeressen in Leipzig, die immer schmeckt! Ein urbaner Einrichtungsstil mit neuesten Menükarten: via QR Code aufs Handy. Nette Bedienungen und man wird auch von der Auswahl nicht enttäuscht. Gehe gern mal mit meinen Mädels da hin. Anfahrt am Besten mit den Öffis.

Sehr engagiertes Personal, sehr leckere saftige Burger. Rolle Pommes und Zwiebelringe.

Die Burger sind für einen Preis von 10 bis 13€ ziemlich klein und sehr sparsam belegt, teilweise fehlen sogar Zutaten. Die Rindpatties sind tot gebraten und zu fest und die Brioche Buns waren zu trocken. An sich sind die Burger und Fritten aber geschmacklich gut. Haben leider über 1h auf das Essen gewartet und es wurde sogar kalt serviert. Fazit: es gibt für diesen Preis einfach bessere Burger.

Gastraum sehr kalt, wir mussten die Jacken anlassen, Burger lauwarm - das geht gar nicht. Wohlfühl geht anders. Waren alle sehr enttäuscht.

Tolles Burger-Restaurant in Leipzig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Mein Freund und ich waren heute in Leipzig um etwas in der Stadt zu bummeln. Wir hatten danach vor einen leckeren Burger essen zu gehen,aber da wo wir sonst hingegangen sind hat sich einiges geändert. Darauf suchte ich dann per Google einen schmackhaften Burgerladen. Empfehlung war Burgerheart. Darauf machten wir uns direkt dahin. Als wir das Restaurant betraten,wurden wir freundlich und locker empfangen. Wir haben uns darauf ein Platz gesucht und es hat nicht lange gedauert,da kam der nette Service und nahm die Bestellung an Essen kam schnell, es war optisch schon sehr gut aus. Der Geschmack war echt super 😋 Alles war frisch und jedes Detail stimmte. Auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert Nimmt zu euren Menü auf jeden fall eine hausgemachte Limonade Liebes Team von burgerheart,wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder 🫶

Hatte den Chilli Chees Burger der nicht gut war. Das Patty war lauwarm und die fertige Chilli Chees Sauce schmeckt absolut nicht und gehört nicht auf einen Burger stattdessen vllt. die Basic Sauce vom Cheesburger und ein paar Jalapeños mehr. Mein Sohn hatte den Basic Cheesburger der war ok. Die Pommes waren von außen Crispy und geschmeidig waren lecker.

Ich würde für den Burger 10/5 Punkten geben. Der Patty war perfekt knusprig von außen und von innen zart. Die Saucen waren perfekt ausbalanciert und alles hat frisch geschmeckt. Zu empfehlen sind die Süßkartoffeln-Fries. Der hausgemachte Eistee (Holunder-Honig) hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Dazu noch eine sehr nette Bedienung. Sehr schade nur das der Laden leer war, dafür dass es so gut geschmeckt hat.
