The food isn't bad, but the portions are very small for the price. The staff takes some getting used to, we waited a long time for our drinks even though the table was already full of glasses.

The burgers are really tasty, but the prices for the dips are too high in my opinion. The sour cream dip is incredibly delicious - in fact, the best I've ever tasted. However, it would be fair to either offer more sauce at the current price or reduce the price a little. For my taste, use pickles instead of normal cucumbers or offer them to choose from. That would make the overall experience even better!

You can eat really good burgers at Burgerheart. There is a very good selection of burgers with meat, but there are also vegetarian and even vegan burgers. Homemade lemonade and iced teas as well as cocktails round off the menu. There are also very tasty desserts on the menu. The store is generally busy and not that big, so reservations are recommended. The service was always friendly, even joking. Absolute recommendation!

We ended up here by chance on Sunday evening. We ordered the Double Smash Burger and were in good spirits. After more than 30 minutes and after asking again, we got our burgers. Unfortunately the burgers were very small and already cold on the edges. Paying almost €15 for this is out of proportion for us!

We were there spontaneously with 20 people. Food very tasty, service great. Gladly again!

It was delicious, the wait staff was attentive and the place had a cool vibe! Reservation via the online tool was uncomplicated and worked perfectly. We really liked the restaurant and will come back. It was just a little loud for conversation.

Super cozy shop, you feel really comfortable. The burgers deserve their name, extremely tasty, very good quality and well presented to the eye. The sweet dishes are also absolutely excellent in my opinion. Kudos also to our waitress, Sof... was super nice, competent, friendly and explained everything to us when we had any questions. Definitely always worth a visit.

They definitely have the best sweet potato fries here. And the menu is also worked out... The greatest burger shop ever Addendum! The restaurant is definitely still great. But I won't go there anymore because they don't have proper order cards anymore. And it really annoys me to keep scrolling around on my phone. There wasn't even a single card left. I don't really like this development of sitting at the table with your cell phone all the time when you go out to eat. In addition, older people who cannot cope well with the technology are also excluded. Sorry, but I generally avoid stores like that :(

We were there for the first time, the food was very, very good. The service was much better, special requests were not only fulfilled but also improved through suggestions. Nice staff is half the battle for a good experience, but when someone not only does their job well but is so attentive and yet unobtrusive, then it significantly enhances the visit. I've never seen someone so approachable. Having creative names for your dishes is no longer a rarity, but with Loaded Fries you can have sauce not just on top but everywhere. We would definitely like to come back. 6/5 stars!

Absolute insider tip! Mega delicious burgers!!!

I ordered a few days ago. Order arrived after 45 minutes. Enthusiasm is limited. The sweet potato fries were very salty. And even when the order arrived it was only lukewarm. So they had to go back into the microwave. The New York Chilli cheese burger was really good. But I think it's quite small for almost €12. The truffle mayo was really tasty. I'm somewhat satisfied, but I think it could be better.

Really awesome burgers 🍔 🍔. You can add side dishes of fried egg or a slice more meat or cheese. The fries are crispy and well seasoned. The prices correspond to the portions. Gladly again 💪 😊

Very nice staff and my Double Smash Burger was really fantastic.

After discovering and loving the restaurant last year, there was no way I could avoid dining there again. The food is very tasty! The creative names in the menu particularly impressed me and my girlfriend. The service is also really friendly. In general, the atmosphere is very cozy and I was able to spend a wonderful evening with my friends.

There's nothing wrong with the taste of the burgers: the meat was perfectly fried, the toppings were fresh and the sauces were homemade. The only drawback: the size of the burgers. For the price I would have liked a slightly larger portion. The atmosphere in the store is very nice, the service was friendly and attentive.

Nice staff. But we had to wait an hour for a normal burger when it wasn't busy. Burger was OK, but nothing special, fries were very tasty. It was nice but I wouldn't come back again.

Portion sizes are debatable. Certainly also about the prices set against it. The burgers were too small for me and the salad was quite expensive for its size. It tasted pretty good... no idea what cucumber is supposed to do on a burger?! No pulled pork on offer that day... 8-man table... half of them were already "served". However, for 2 burgers + salad without any side dishes for just over 30, you want to be full. You have to be willing to afford that with drinks first. Service good with a tendency to be very good.

It has a huge terrace and it's beautiful. Burgers were tasty and you should try the homemade fries.

I've been here to Burgerheart countless times. It was always super tasty. I always eat Mount Beeferest. A dream... the normal fries are great as are the cocktails. The Bugerheart is always worth a visit!

So we have on July 14th. Ordered food comb in 50 minutes. The burgers 🍔 tasted great. The only thing I have to say is the prices. We paid almost 50 euros for 2 burgers and fries. Then you can't order as often.

Too small portions for too much money. Up to two hours waiting time if you order in advance and pick it up yourself.

Despite the 2€ extra so that the delivery arrived faster, we still had to wait 1 hour. The food was cold and not particularly appetizing. There was also a hair in my sweet potato fries, which didn't look tasty either.

The two of us had dinner at Burgerheart. The fries were great and I love the truffle mayo, a treat :) the ambience and service were also great! :) Unfortunately, our burgers were very cold and some of the meat on one burger was still raw... unfortunately this was the second such experience at this chain, so we won't eat there again, it's just too expensive. A pity :/

Been there twice with my boyfriend and wasn't disappointed. Really cozy and not too intrusive in terms of atmosphere. The food is perfect and the selection is very large. The waitresses are always super friendly, I can only recommend them :)

It's quite ok. The menu is only available on your own phone, which is bad. Because it is very confusing and everyone at the table is forced to keep looking at their cell phones. Food is good, but just too expensive. Burgers and fries aren't much of a culinary art!

Pre-ordered for the evening yesterday afternoon. 4 burgers + fries. Delivery 40 minutes late and the food was cold. No fun for over €70. I could have saved myself the call in between. Apparently the delivery service was on the road for too long with too much food. Or the usual thermal boxes are missing. In addition, no one apologized for the delay, neither on the phone nor during delivery. Especially not about the cold food, even though I complained about it straight away. Segr weak and no customer service. To Burgerheart: Just stop the delivery service. Apparently it's a big overwhelm. If you want to eat Burgerheart's burgers, you should go to the restaurant. I only gave it 2 stars because the burgers themselves are good. Otherwise it would have only been 1 star. Conclusion: Stay away from the delivery service. Then order pizza somewhere else!

Firstly, atmosphere is very simple and basic. Attitude was very impolite. When I wanted to put my phone in charge, male staff said that this is imposible. And then, another female staff allowed me to put my phone in charge. There was no fork in my service, but it's not an issue. Food is good, but prices is also good. So, nothing to compliment.

Yesterday we ordered food. A delivery time of 2 hours was written from the start. When there was still nothing there after 2.5 hours, I called. During the phone call I had the impression that our food had been there for a while but had been forgotten. This impression was confirmed when the completely cold burgers and cold fries arrived. Unfortunately the bread was missing with the salad. It's a shame, as the food would have tasted very good warm. We were always quite satisfied on site.

Service is top. But the quality of the food has unfortunately declined, but the prices have risen. Is that the right way?

Sehr leckere Burger, nette Bedienung und außerdem reichliche Essensauswahl auch abseits der Standardburger. Die Bedienung ist auch immer nett.

Wenn es um die Burger geht, kann ich mich eigentlich nicht beschweren. Die schmecken gut und machen satt. Preislich kann man sich darüber streiten. Was gar nicht geht ist der Service der Lieferung. Mit Wartezeiten von über 100 Minuten eine echte Zumutung. Für mich ein Grund genug, die Lieferung nach Hause eben entweder nicht mehr anzubieten oder die Zeit besser zu timen. Das kann die Konkurrenz besser! Nachtrag: Was zum Teufel ist dieses Getränk?

Vorab, nehmt ein Handy mit, wenn ihr hier Essen wollt. Wir hatten zu 2. Leider nur ein Handy, es gab auch auf Nachfrage keine Papierkarte. Für ältere Leute ohne Smartphone also mehr als unvorteilhaft. Auf Getränke hat man einige Zeit (etwa 10 Minuten) warten müssen, Bedienung scheinbar alleine... dafür schmeckt der selbstgemachte (Pfirsich) Eistee sehr gut. Die Burger auf welche auch nochmal lange gewartet werden musste, waren leider sehr fettig und dadurch, dass das untere Brötchen nicht angebraten war, war es sehr schnell labschig und der Burger fiel auseinander. Das fett lief beim Essen die arme hinunter...Vom Belag hat man leider nichts geschmeckt, das gut schmeckende Fleisch stach stark herraus alles andere ging unter. Für einen Doppelten Burger eine einzelne Scheibe Gurke, eine Scheibe Tomate usw... Den extra Käse leider auch nicht, sehr schade. Die Pommes waren aber super. Alles in allem ein durchschnittlicher Burger Laden, nichts besonders leider.

Wer gute Bürger essen will ist hier genau richtig 😉

Essen schmeckt hervorragend, Preis/Leistung definitiv hessen an der Portionsgröße gehoben aber definitiv seinen Preis wert! Personal freundlich und zügig, häufig zu sehen aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Ambiente sehr angenehm, Musik hörbar aber nicht störend. Würde jederzeit wieder dorthingehen.

Also das Essen war soweit super, dennoch ist etwas Luft nach oben. Die Burgerbrötchen waren teilweise viel zu knusprig, was beim Burger nicht sein sollte. Servicepersonal war absolut nett. Aber fast 25mim Wartezeit, bis die Getränke auch am Tisch ankamen. Bei 7 Personen waren sie wohl leicht überfordert. Die Cremebrulee war mega. Da gibt's nix zu meckern. Genauso wie am Ambiente. Absolut top.

Leckeres Essen und gute innovative Getränke. Nettes Ambiente, haben draußen gesessen. Im Innenbereich habe ich es als sehr Laut empfunden. (Auf dem weg zur Toilette). Die Wartezeiten waren teilweise unterirdisch. Wenn eine Küche ausgelastet ist kann es schonmal Passieren, volles Verständnis Aber das 18;30 Uhr Gläser für Getränke fehlen finde ich nicht so pralle. Es war Brückentag und tatsächlich viel los. Servicepersonal durchweg freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Die Pommes waren viel zu salzig, dafür war die Chili Cheese Soße sehr lecker! Ansonsten sahen die Burger sehr gut aus, der Halloumi darf beim nächsten Mal etwas weicher sein.

Nach mehreren Besuchen im Burgerheart Halle, kann ich nur immer wieder davon schwärmen. Reservierung ist über die Website schnell und unkompliziert in nicht einmal 2 min. erledigt. Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Beratung bei Fragen ist auch super. Eine große Auswahl an Burgern und auch an Fleischalternativen. Mein absoluter Favorit sind die Süßkartoffelpommes, ich weiß nicht wie aber dort schmecken sie im Vergleich am besten. Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und es wurde auch Wert auf Details gelegt. Absolute Empfehlung für Bürgerliebhaber/innen.✨

Das Essen ist einfach nur lecker, am besten haben die Pommes geschmeckt, die selbstgemachte Limonade ist auch sehr gut.Was ich nicht so gut finde ist das die Speisekarte nur mit dem Smartphone eingesehen werden kann.

First of all they moved us from the table that they seated us at the first time. Then we ordered the drinks and the food, the food took so so long to arrive, we asked for a rare / medium rare hamburger and it was more than well done. But the worst part was that we ordered fries and they never arrived, just plain burgers without anything to eat with. A mess to be honest, the hamburgers were nice but not as good as we expected them.

Es war eine gemütliche Zeit. Kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Unsere Bedienung war freundlich, umsichtig und blickich. Ihr solltet jedoch ein Gerät bei euch haben wo ihr den QR code scannen könnt - da die Speisekarte digital einzusehen ist.

Der Service hier ist sehr freundlich und der Ausenbereich ist auch super gemütlich! Die Speisekarte gibt es leider nur per QR Code soweit ich weiß, daher ist es wichtig ein Handy dabei zu haben, wenn man plant hierhin zu gehen. Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte ist allerdings sehr groß! Die Burger haben sehr gut geschmeckt und als Nachtisch kann ich die Crème Brûlée nur empfehlen!!

Wir waren an einem Samstag zur Mittagszeit, da es sehr ruhig war,konnte man sich einen Tisch draußen auf der Terrasse aussuchen. Speisekarte per Tablet oder Handy mit QR Code.Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit beim aussuchen der Speisen und wir müssen sagen, es hat uns besser geschmeckt wie bei der Konkurrenz .

Also das Essen war sehr lecker und wenn man ehrlich ist es hat mir sogar besser geschmeckt als bei Hans im Glück aber... 🤫
