Sehr leckere Burger und Fritten, selbst gemachter Eistee, einfach wunderbar! Auch Vegetarier werden gut und lecker satt. Ein Burgerherz für alle,

Leckeres Essen, freundliche und zügige Bedienung. Mir hat es geschmeckt und ich bin satt geworden. Wer allerdings viel Essen möchte, für den sind die Burger evtl. zu klein.

Essen 🥘 hat ein bisschen lange gedauert und ich hab ohne Gurken bestellt aber leider nicht wie gewünscht. trotzdem hat gut geschmeckt.

Wir waren gestern zu dritt essen und hatten drei SmashBurger, einmal Original Fritten und einmal Süßkartoffel Fritten. Dazu gab es noch fünf Soßen, Mayo, TrüffelMayo, ChiliCheese und nur CheddarCheese. Fazit einfach richtig lecker von den knusprigen und leckeren Pommes, über die wirklich alle samt leckeren Soßen bis hin zu den perfekt abgestimmten SmashBurgern mit DoppelPaddy, karamellisierten Zwiebeln, RanchSoße, saftigem Bacon und Kartoffelröstie on Top. Der Service war locker und sehr freundlich. Wenn man im Innenhof sitzt ist es auch sehr angenehm ruhig und die Getränke waren auch mega. Die selbstgemachte Blaubeerlimo und der Cocktail Touchdown waren Hammer. Einfach alles in allem top. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir waren als Kollegen after Work dort... naja... obwohl nicht alle Tische besetzt waren dauerte es lange bis das Essen serviert wurde. Die Abgaben in der Karte seinen alt, wurde uns mitgeteilt als der Burger mit normalem Bun kam statt mit Volkkorn-Bun wie es in der Karte steht. Der Ziegenkäse Burger war mit Frischkäse gemacht; auch dies war nicht so angegeben. Das beworbene "Chicken all you can eat" wurde zu "all you can wait" auf Nachschub; Der Aperol Spritz war mangels Aperol nicht als solcher zu bezeichnen. Fazit: nicht noch einmal.

Katastrophe! Hatte Essen zum Abholen bestellt. Ich wartete 15 Minuten länger als die angegebene Zeit obwohl im Restaurant nichts los war. Meine Getränke standen inzwischen die ganze Zeit schon dort und wurden warm. Ich musste extra darum bitten dass nochmal Eis nachgegeben wurde. Zuhause angekommen merkte ich dass anstatt von 8 BBQ Wings mir 4 Chicken Tenders eingepackt wurden. Das ist definitiv nicht das gleiche und die Wings kosten ja auch Extra. 10 Euro in den Wind geschossen. Es geht ja auch niemand ans Telefon obwohl mind. 3 Servicemitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Neee.... danke.

Exzellente Burger und Beilagen. Gute Aktionen und meine Freundin liebt die Drinks und Limonaden.

Leider kamen wir um 21:26 Uhr an und es war „geschlossen“.

Ich gehe sehr gern hin: Leckere Burger & Pommes, auch gute selbstgemachte Limos! Mir ist es manchmal ein bisschen zu teuer, aber es geht schon mal. Der Service ist immer sehr lieb & zuvorkommend!

Das Essen ist geschmacklich sehr gut. Leider wird es mit 5 Personen an einem so kleinen Tisch sehr eng. Und was auch schade ist, ist die Größe der Portionen, und der zugehörige Preis.

Der beste Burger, den ich je in Deutschland gegessen habe, definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Burger sehr gut aber die Saucen gehen gar nicht. Chilli Cheese Sauce ist einfach Käsesauce mit einer Chilli Scheibe oben drauf und SourCreme ist n Becher voll Schmand mit Schnittlauch oben drauf

Das am Uniring sitzende Burgerheat wirkt auf den ersten Blick recht gemütlich und Interesse weckend. Jedoch gibt es einige nicht von der Hand zu weisenden Mankos. Die hausgemachte Limo schmeckt zu wässrig, die Bedienung lässt zu wünschen übrig und das Essen kommt im dystopischsten Szenario erst zu spät und dann auch noch zu Kalt! Was bleibt ist eine leicht verstimmte Stimmung.

Große Auswahl an leckeren Burgern, auch mit veganen/vegetarischen Optionen - Reservierung empfohlen, leider mussten wir eine halbe Stunde darauf warten unsere Bestellung aufzugeben 🤨

Das Essen war lecker, aber auch für leckeres Essen lohnt sich eine Wartezeit von mehr als 30 Minuten nicht. Zudem hat es auch lange gedauert, bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Das Personal wirkte gestresst und es wurde auch ein Teil unser Bestellung vergessen, weshalb ich denke, dass wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt haben. Dennoch sorgte dieser Besuch dafür, dass wir nicht nochmal kommen möchten.

Absolut der schlimmste Ort und das schlimmste Personal.

War erst skeptisch, aber der Salat war für ein eher amerikanisches Restaurant legendär.

Sehr leckeres Essen, Service war sehr zuvorkommend und man saß gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Musikauswahl, die für ein entspanntes Ambiente gesorgt hat. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, wenn ihr mit dem Auto da seid, sind ein paar Parkplätze verfügbar, aber ihr könnt auch mit der Straßenbahn beim Joliot-Curie-Platz oder beim Neuen Theater aussteigen und seid in 5min Fußweg an der Gaststätte.

Das Essen ist eigentlich gut, jedoch war es enttäuschend, trotz vereinbarter Abholzeit 30 Minuten auf die Bestellung warten zu müssen. Am Ende war der Burger sogar kalt. Daher eher nicht wieder … Schade.

Schaut besser was in der Tüte landet

Wirklich sehr gute und leckere Burger. Die hausgemachten Limonaden können wir ebenfalls weiterempfehlen. Das Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Insgesamt eine tolle Location mit fairen Preisen, einer guten Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Ich war über die NeoTaste App hier(2für1 Burger). Es war sehr wenig los (Mittwoch Abend), der Kellner war sehr aufmerksam und das Essen ging schnell. Beide Burger waren super lecker

An sich ist es ein gutes Burger-Restaurant. Nur leider waren wir scheinbar an einem Tag da, an dem wenig Personal tätig war. Deshalb wurde unser Tisch recht selten von einer kellnernden Person aufgesucht und wir mussten öfter selbstständig unseren Wünschen nachgehen. Ansonsten empfand ich die Getränke als recht teuer. Geschmacklich gibt es dennoch gar nichts auszusetzen.

I knew the food was good beforehand, but the service is also fabulous!! We had our company Christmas dinner here and it couldn't have been better.

Burgerheart was always a safe haven for me when it came to vegetarian burgers. Amazing burgers and combinations, new variations. The best vegetarian and vegan patties I've ever eaten. And now? All the veggie patties have been removed, and it's just "taste-like meat"?! What the hell? I want veggie patties that taste like vegetables, not meat. I've never eaten meat because I don't like the taste and texture. And now? Why does everything constantly have to be replaced with meat substitutes when vegetables can do just fine? I'm so incredibly fed up. You've definitely lost me. As a loyal customer who often brought her friends along. 💔

We were there on a Saturday at lunchtime. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The burgers were also incredibly delicious and definitely recommended! It was very quiet and super relaxed. :)

The restaurant was very nice on the ground floor, but the stairs to the first floor and parts of the first floor needed a makeover. The menu is only available digitally, which I found very strange. However, the waitress gave me a recommendation, and I ordered it. The service staff were friendly, but I found it took a while, especially for drinks. The burgers were good, and there was a selection for everyone.

Super cozy place, you feel really comfortable. The burgers live up to their name: extremely tasty, very high quality, and beautifully presented. The sweet dishes are also absolutely outstanding in my opinion. A big compliment also to our server, Sof..., was super sweet, competent, friendly, and explained everything to us when we had questions. Definitely always worth a visit.

I clearly give the store 5 stars - anything less than that is absolutely unjustified for me. The current average of 4.4 doesn't do this great restaurant justice! The vegetarian burger options are incredibly tasty and creatively put together - finally real alternatives that don't taste boring. The homemade drinks are a highlight in themselves: fresh, refined and super tasty. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the service overall was quick and uncomplicated. An all around very good restaurant.

The Burgerheart Halle, located in the heart of the city, is characterized not only by its modern and inviting ambience, but also by its friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. As soon as you enter the charming neo-baroque building, you feel warmly welcome and invited to linger. The gastronomic performance is excellent. The menu features a wide selection of delicious burgers, including vegetarian and vegan options. The “Cheesy” and the “Double Smash Burger” are absolute highlights, prepared with 100% German beef. As a side dish, I recommend the crispy loaded fries. And for those with a sweet tooth, there is the irresistible caramelized New York cheesecake. For the gourmet guest, the Burgerheart Halle will certainly be an unforgettable experience. As a side note, a modernized online presence with constant updates and offers would be the cherry on the cake.

The food isn't bad, but the portions are very small for the price. The staff takes some getting used to, we waited a long time for our drinks even though the table was already full of glasses.

The burgers are really tasty, but the prices for the dips are too high in my opinion. The sour cream dip is incredibly delicious - in fact, the best I've ever tasted. However, it would be fair to either offer more sauce at the current price or reduce the price a little. For my taste, use pickles instead of normal cucumbers or offer them to choose from. That would make the overall experience even better!

You can eat really good burgers at Burgerheart. There is a very good selection of burgers with meat, but there are also vegetarian and even vegan burgers. Homemade lemonade and iced teas as well as cocktails round off the menu. There are also very tasty desserts on the menu. The store is generally busy and not that big, so reservations are recommended. The service was always friendly, even joking. Absolute recommendation!

We ended up here by chance on Sunday evening. We ordered the Double Smash Burger and were in good spirits. After more than 30 minutes and after asking again, we got our burgers. Unfortunately the burgers were very small and already cold on the edges. Paying almost €15 for this is out of proportion for us!

We were there spontaneously with 20 people. Food very tasty, service great. Gladly again!

It was delicious, the wait staff was attentive and the place had a cool vibe! Reservation via the online tool was uncomplicated and worked perfectly. We really liked the restaurant and will come back. It was just a little loud for conversation.

They definitely have the best sweet potato fries here. And the menu is also worked out... The greatest burger shop ever Addendum! The restaurant is definitely still great. But I won't go there anymore because they don't have proper order cards anymore. And it really annoys me to keep scrolling around on my phone. There wasn't even a single card left. I don't really like this development of sitting at the table with your cell phone all the time when you go out to eat. In addition, older people who cannot cope well with the technology are also excluded. Sorry, but I generally avoid stores like that :(

The best sweet potato fries I've ever eaten! The burgers were also very good. The price-performance ratio was right and the toilets were very clean. Service was very nice and the food came quickly.

We were there for the first time, the food was very, very good. The service was much better, special requests were not only fulfilled but also improved through suggestions. Nice staff is half the battle for a good experience, but when someone not only does their job well but is so attentive and yet unobtrusive, then it significantly enhances the visit. I've never seen someone so approachable. Having creative names for your dishes is no longer a rarity, but with Loaded Fries you can have sauce not just on top but everywhere. We would definitely like to come back. 6/5 stars!

Absolute insider tip! Mega delicious burgers!!!

I ordered a few days ago. Order arrived after 45 minutes. Enthusiasm is limited. The sweet potato fries were very salty. And even when the order arrived it was only lukewarm. So they had to go back into the microwave. The New York Chilli cheese burger was really good. But I think it's quite small for almost €12. The truffle mayo was really tasty. I'm somewhat satisfied, but I think it could be better.

Modern Restaurant With Online Menu It's not particularly big, but it's still stylishly designed The in-house drinks are highly recommended and very tasty Portions are large enough to fill you up and taste good too

Unfortunately, after another visit, I have to correct my rating slightly. Because I have the feeling that a bit of saving is being made here for the customer. The food was delicious, but there used to be more tinsel. The service is friendly, but you sometimes feel overlooked. Still tasty and recommended.

After discovering and loving the restaurant last year, there was no way I could avoid dining there again. The food is very tasty! The creative names in the menu particularly impressed me and my girlfriend. The service is also really friendly. In general, the atmosphere is very cozy and I was able to spend a wonderful evening with my friends.

There's nothing wrong with the taste of the burgers: the meat was perfectly fried, the toppings were fresh and the sauces were homemade. The only drawback: the size of the burgers. For the price I would have liked a slightly larger portion. The atmosphere in the store is very nice, the service was friendly and attentive.

Nice staff. But we had to wait an hour for a normal burger when it wasn't busy. Burger was OK, but nothing special, fries were very tasty. It was nice but I wouldn't come back again.

Portion sizes are debatable. Certainly also about the prices set against it. The burgers were too small for me and the salad was quite expensive for its size. It tasted pretty good... no idea what cucumber is supposed to do on a burger?! No pulled pork on offer that day... 8-man table... half of them were already "served". However, for 2 burgers + salad without any side dishes for just over 30, you want to be full. You have to be willing to afford that with drinks first. Service good with a tendency to be very good.

It has a huge terrace and it's beautiful. Burgers were tasty and you should try the homemade fries.

I've been here to Burgerheart countless times. It was always super tasty. I always eat Mount Beeferest. A dream... the normal fries are great as are the cocktails. The Bugerheart is always worth a visit!
