The restaurant was very nice on the ground floor, but the stairs to the first floor and parts of the first floor needed a makeover. The menu is only available digitally, which I found very strange. However, the waitress gave me a recommendation, and I ordered it. The service staff were friendly, but I found it took a while, especially for drinks. The burgers were good, and there was a selection for everyone.

Super cozy place, you feel really comfortable. The burgers live up to their name: extremely tasty, very high quality, and beautifully presented. The sweet dishes are also absolutely outstanding in my opinion. A big compliment also to our server, Sof..., was super sweet, competent, friendly, and explained everything to us when we had questions. Definitely always worth a visit.

I clearly give the store 5 stars - anything less than that is absolutely unjustified for me. The current average of 4.4 doesn't do this great restaurant justice! The vegetarian burger options are incredibly tasty and creatively put together - finally real alternatives that don't taste boring. The homemade drinks are a highlight in themselves: fresh, refined and super tasty. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the service overall was quick and uncomplicated. An all around very good restaurant.

The Burgerheart Halle, located in the heart of the city, is characterized not only by its modern and inviting ambience, but also by its friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. As soon as you enter the charming neo-baroque building, you feel warmly welcome and invited to linger. The gastronomic performance is excellent. The menu features a wide selection of delicious burgers, including vegetarian and vegan options. The “Cheesy” and the “Double Smash Burger” are absolute highlights, prepared with 100% German beef. As a side dish, I recommend the crispy loaded fries. And for those with a sweet tooth, there is the irresistible caramelized New York cheesecake. For the gourmet guest, the Burgerheart Halle will certainly be an unforgettable experience. As a side note, a modernized online presence with constant updates and offers would be the cherry on the cake.

The food isn't bad, but the portions are very small for the price. The staff takes some getting used to, we waited a long time for our drinks even though the table was already full of glasses.

The burgers are really tasty, but the prices for the dips are too high in my opinion. The sour cream dip is incredibly delicious - in fact, the best I've ever tasted. However, it would be fair to either offer more sauce at the current price or reduce the price a little. For my taste, use pickles instead of normal cucumbers or offer them to choose from. That would make the overall experience even better!

You can eat really good burgers at Burgerheart. There is a very good selection of burgers with meat, but there are also vegetarian and even vegan burgers. Homemade lemonade and iced teas as well as cocktails round off the menu. There are also very tasty desserts on the menu. The store is generally busy and not that big, so reservations are recommended. The service was always friendly, even joking. Absolute recommendation!

We ended up here by chance on Sunday evening. We ordered the Double Smash Burger and were in good spirits. After more than 30 minutes and after asking again, we got our burgers. Unfortunately the burgers were very small and already cold on the edges. Paying almost €15 for this is out of proportion for us!

They definitely have the best sweet potato fries here. And the menu is also worked out... The greatest burger shop ever Addendum! The restaurant is definitely still great. But I won't go there anymore because they don't have proper order cards anymore. And it really annoys me to keep scrolling around on my phone. There wasn't even a single card left. I don't really like this development of sitting at the table with your cell phone all the time when you go out to eat. In addition, older people who cannot cope well with the technology are also excluded. Sorry, but I generally avoid stores like that :(

We were there for the first time, the food was very, very good. The service was much better, special requests were not only fulfilled but also improved through suggestions. Nice staff is half the battle for a good experience, but when someone not only does their job well but is so attentive and yet unobtrusive, then it significantly enhances the visit. I've never seen someone so approachable. Having creative names for your dishes is no longer a rarity, but with Loaded Fries you can have sauce not just on top but everywhere. We would definitely like to come back. 6/5 stars!

I ordered a few days ago. Order arrived after 45 minutes. Enthusiasm is limited. The sweet potato fries were very salty. And even when the order arrived it was only lukewarm. So they had to go back into the microwave. The New York Chilli cheese burger was really good. But I think it's quite small for almost €12. The truffle mayo was really tasty. I'm somewhat satisfied, but I think it could be better.

After discovering and loving the restaurant last year, there was no way I could avoid dining there again. The food is very tasty! The creative names in the menu particularly impressed me and my girlfriend. The service is also really friendly. In general, the atmosphere is very cozy and I was able to spend a wonderful evening with my friends.

There's nothing wrong with the taste of the burgers: the meat was perfectly fried, the toppings were fresh and the sauces were homemade. The only drawback: the size of the burgers. For the price I would have liked a slightly larger portion. The atmosphere in the store is very nice, the service was friendly and attentive.

Nice staff. But we had to wait an hour for a normal burger when it wasn't busy. Burger was OK, but nothing special, fries were very tasty. It was nice but I wouldn't come back again.

Portion sizes are debatable. Certainly also about the prices set against it. The burgers were too small for me and the salad was quite expensive for its size. It tasted pretty good... no idea what cucumber is supposed to do on a burger?! No pulled pork on offer that day... 8-man table... half of them were already "served". However, for 2 burgers + salad without any side dishes for just over 30, you want to be full. You have to be willing to afford that with drinks first. Service good with a tendency to be very good.

It has a huge terrace and it's beautiful. Burgers were tasty and you should try the homemade fries.

I've been here to Burgerheart countless times. It was always super tasty. I always eat Mount Beeferest. A dream... the normal fries are great as are the cocktails. The Bugerheart is always worth a visit!

So we have on July 14th. Ordered food comb in 50 minutes. The burgers 🍔 tasted great. The only thing I have to say is the prices. We paid almost 50 euros for 2 burgers and fries. Then you can't order as often.

Too small portions for too much money. Up to two hours waiting time if you order in advance and pick it up yourself.

Despite the 2€ extra so that the delivery arrived faster, we still had to wait 1 hour. The food was cold and not particularly appetizing. There was also a hair in my sweet potato fries, which didn't look tasty either.

We were there for dinner today. The waitress was very accommodating and always had a smile on her face. Our drinks and food came quickly, food was very warm, drinks cold, as they should be. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste, special requests were accepted and implemented without any complaints, and the price-performance ratio was also great. The two of us had dinner at Burgerheart. The fries were great and I love the truffle mayo, a treat :) the ambience and service were also great! :) Unfortunately, our burgers were very cold and some of the meat on one burger was still raw... unfortunately this was the second such experience at this chain, so we won't eat there again, it's just too expensive. A pity :/

It's quite ok. The menu is only available on your own phone, which is bad. Because it is very confusing and everyone at the table is forced to keep looking at their cell phones. Food is good, but just too expensive. Burgers and fries aren't much of a culinary art!

Pre-ordered for the evening yesterday afternoon. 4 burgers + fries. Delivery 40 minutes late and the food was cold. No fun for over €70. I could have saved myself the call in between. Apparently the delivery service was on the road for too long with too much food. Or the usual thermal boxes are missing. In addition, no one apologized for the delay, neither on the phone nor during delivery. Especially not about the cold food, even though I complained about it straight away. Segr weak and no customer service. To Burgerheart: Just stop the delivery service. Apparently it's a big overwhelm. If you want to eat Burgerheart's burgers, you should go to the restaurant. I only gave it 2 stars because the burgers themselves are good. Otherwise it would have only been 1 star. Conclusion: Stay away from the delivery service. Then order pizza somewhere else!

Firstly, atmosphere is very simple and basic. Attitude was very impolite. When I wanted to put my phone in charge, male staff said that this is imposible. And then, another female staff allowed me to put my phone in charge. There was no fork in my service, but it's not an issue. Food is good, but prices is also good. So, nothing to compliment.

Yesterday we ordered food. A delivery time of 2 hours was written from the start. When there was still nothing there after 2.5 hours, I called. During the phone call I had the impression that our food had been there for a while but had been forgotten. This impression was confirmed when the completely cold burgers and cold fries arrived. Unfortunately the bread was missing with the salad. It's a shame, as the food would have tasted very good warm. We were always quite satisfied on site.

Service is top. But the quality of the food has unfortunately declined, but the prices have risen. Is that the right way?
