The Bürgerladen convinced me across the board. The quality of the food is excellent - not only are the dishes very tasty, but they are also served in generous portions that leave you full and satisfied. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent price-performance ratio, which makes a visit here really worthwhile. The location of the Bürgerladen is also ideal, easily accessible and centrally located. The modern and clean ambience makes you immediately feel at home here. The service is also top-notch: friendly, attentive and always trying to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. All in all, a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a pleasant atmosphere!

We ordered two burgers with a Beyond Meat patty. The burgers were really good, but I would have liked other sauces than just ketchup and mayo :) Unfortunately, the fries were quite unspectacular for the price and not the best either. I was expecting more hand-carved fries.

Thank God we had reservations because otherwise we wouldn't have found a place. The shop is not a place to linger; I had the feeling that they wanted to get our table free quickly. It was very hot and stuffy inside. There is an outdoor area. The service was nice and it says on the menu how long the wait is, but the food was served quickly. The burgers were super tasty, the prices are ok and the selection too. There are gluten-free rolls and they ask about the doneness. It was very loud because some guests were very loud so the service was a bit unprofessional because they were whispering about these guests. Always worth a visit!

Burgers are well seasoned. Chicken wings are also well seasoned. Both but not overly spicy as I have already experienced. In terms of price, it could be a little cheaper as I've already gotten larger burgers including fries for the same money elsewhere. Still, it's worth it if you're already there 👍🏼

Hamburgers are very good, fries are nice very chrispy, they sell Fritz soda's which is a nice change. Not the cheapest hamburgers but maybe the best in Trier.

Very tasty burgers and really nasty third parties (in a good way). The burgers are medium fried, juicy and creative. Service is super friendly and on the ball. Prices are okay for what you get. Ambiance? It's just a burger joint! I'd love to come back.

Don't forget, the first thing you have to do in the new city is go to the Burgeramt and register. Incredibly good burgers, juicy on the inside and yet not soggy. Everything is freshly prepared here. There is also a good selection for vegetarians and even vegans who are well catered for here. The service is super nice, caring, fast. That's how it should work in the office. If you need a laugh every now and then, check out the toilet doors. ;)

Des burger vraiment copieux et des frites excellentes. Une serveuse hyper souriante. Nous avons passé un agréable moment avec nos 2 enfants. Franchement ce restaurant de burger vaut le détour. Petit mais très cosy.

Food quality is quite good. The rest - not so much. Not particularly satisfied with the service, it felt almost hostile. We were told we could have the table for an hour only - and then we waited for ~15 min before someone will take our order. Quite a minor thing, but does ruin the impression. Also, while that initial wait could be justified with "too many clients" when we were done and took the second round of drinks - they just left our plates there (they did take the glasses, they did bring fresh glasses, but the plates were there until we paid. I consider it somewhat passive-agressive honestly)

The burgers and fries are really tasty, both veggie and regular. The staff was very friendly and could also answer questions about allergens directly. Would definitely come again.

I stopped here for lunch. The place is in the cool old part of town. The server was very nice. And the burger was seriously great. I would love to eat here again and was only in the city for one day.

Burger too greasy and without that "special". Tasted boring. Fries also hardly seasoned. Far too expensive for that.

The burgers as such are really tasty. For me personally, in terms of quality, it's the best burger Trier has to offer. The really nasty fries as a side dish for two and off you go! Very satisfactory. Ambiance = old school rap and relaxed. There could just be more seats (or bigger). Negative point: The price is steep, if you decide on a side dish and drink, you can hardly avoid paying more than €20 per person. (So ​​I expect to spend at least €25-30 to get full). But the point is not so serious that I wouldn't give it 5 stars.

So the burgers are good, no question about it, but you definitely (!) have to try the nasty fries... I've never eaten such delicious fries in my life, they're really delicious!! Especially recommended as a vegan (it's different from vegetarian - it should definitely be included in the rating option here (see below)!)

Delicious everything The guy who helped us was super super friendly and speaks perfect English. Also, we went with a girl with celiac disease and they had the option of gluten free on all their burgers.

It's a shame, you were really better...unfortunately I was turned away again (traveling alone) because all the seats (three free tables inside and all the seats outside were unoccupied!) were already reserved. Even when I was told I was alone and had no problem sitting outside, nothing could be done for me. I come from about 70 kilometers away and wanted to take the opportunity, since I was in Trier today anyway, to enjoy my favorite burger again... of course you can scare away your long-time fans, too bad!

Very solid, well-made burgers. Be sure to order it as a smash burger, which is not on the menu, and avoid the house dressing completely so that it isn't so muddy and you can taste something from the burger. Then it fits. The staff is incredibly nice and chatty, the atmosphere is so-so. Personally, the big TV on the wall bothers me, it's not needed in a good burger joint, it should be reserved for 15 sports bars

Why does a veggie burger cost almost €17? It's uncomfortable and way too loud. It smells like frying oil is no longer completely fresh. The cook has a long, rather unkempt-looking beard without a hairnet...

Super rude staff (I think it was racism). There was no hello or thank you and they complained when I asked for water. It was way overpriced, and the meat was overcooked. There are far better places in Trie

A burger 🍔 with an incredible menu. I had the deluxemburger and it was really good. The meat cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. We also shared nuggets and they were really homemade and excellent. We went to eat at 8:30pm on a Thursday evening and had the whole place to ourselves. The decoration is really cool with a street art feel and old school posters on the ceiling. I discovered that burgeramt is a burger chain and I wouldn't hesitate to try other restaurants.

Simply the best burger place. We have been here over 100 times in the almost 10 years that the Burgeramt has been around. Every time we catch ourselves saying, “It’s always super delicious, but TODAY it’s especially delicious.” The food is superbly crafted, the service is a treat and we look forward to every visit!

Tasty burgers (many vegetarian and vegan options!) and delicious sweet potato fries! I was impressed. I ordered a side of truffle cream dip for the fries - that was definitely the right choice! Portions are large and filling. The staff are very nice and spoke great English. I came here with friends, and I'd gladly go back again!

Absoluut top burgers. Ze hebben een leuke keuze aan toppings. Ik had een Mexicaanse burger met jalopeno Pepers, taco's en kaas en mijn vrouw met blauwe kaas en preiselberen. De burger is zo groot dat wij hem met mes en vork moesten eten. We namen er een patat en koolsalade bij wat voor ons meer dan genoeg was voor de lunch

Cool and fresh atmosphere. Very friendly service and very tasty burgers. There are also gluten-free burgers that are really tasty. Unfortunately, the fries are not gluten-free or are fried with other products containing gluten, but there are other gluten-free side dishes that are also delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

The food, especially the meat, was outstanding! Very crowded at peak times - understandable, but unfortunately the staff was a bit overwhelmed, so we had to arrange seats with other customers. But the ambience and cleanliness were great. All ingredients are fresh and very tasty. Taking dogs was welcome.

Wow, fantastic burgers. I would have to think long and hard to remember a burger nearly so good! We visited twice in the week we were in Trier and my waistline is grateful that we don't live closer by. We choose the Green Berlin and the Double Trouble burger menus. Both were mouth-wateringly delicious. A tip - go when you are very hungry as portions are generous!

The astronomical bill didn't lie: great burgers, great fries (surprisingly good in fact!) and great beer, all sprinkled with a good welcome. To be redone as soon as possible.

The taste was nice but where did the meat go? With a burger I expect a pattie (slice of meat) that is at least the size of the burger bun (bun) if not larger. But unfortunately it's well hidden under bread, salad and bacon and can hardly be found and therefore hardly recognizable in terms of taste. It's a real shame how people are being ignored these days.

Boss Benny and his team are very customer-oriented and keep an overview even on Sundays, despite the engine noise, baby noises and special requests at neighboring tables. As is rare with reports of this kind, I feel the need to stand up for these great and hard-working people!
