Seit Jahren ein Lieblingsort – tolles Angebot für Vegetarier, aber auch Fleischesser kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Der Service ist immer freundlich, die Qualität konstant super. Ich komme regelmäßig und gerne wieder!

Disappointing, the burger was supposed to be medium rare, but the meat was so raw that it was stringy. The fries were only lukewarm. The only bright spot was the friendly service.

So the burgers are good, no question about it, but you definitely (!) have to try the nasty fries... I've never eaten such delicious fries in my life, they're really delicious!! Especially recommended as a vegan (it's different from vegetarian - it should definitely be included in the rating option here (see below)!)

Delicious everything The guy who helped us was super super friendly and speaks perfect English. Also, we went with a girl with celiac disease and they had the option of gluten free on all their burgers.

Very solid, well-made burgers. Be sure to order it as a smash burger, which is not on the menu, and avoid the house dressing completely so that it isn't so muddy and you can taste something from the burger. Then it fits. The staff is incredibly nice and chatty, the atmosphere is so-so. Personally, the big TV on the wall bothers me, it's not needed in a good burger joint, it should be reserved for 15 sports bars

It's a shame, you were really better...unfortunately I was turned away again (traveling alone) because all the seats (three free tables inside and all the seats outside were unoccupied!) were already reserved. Even when I was told I was alone and had no problem sitting outside, nothing could be done for me. I come from about 70 kilometers away and wanted to take the opportunity, since I was in Trier today anyway, to enjoy my favorite burger again... of course you can scare away your long-time fans, too bad!

Um maravilhoso almoço em família. Ótimo atendimento, dono do estabelecimento sempre presente, amigável com os clientes e funcionários. Carne saborosa, suculenta, no ponto correto, não podia ser melhor. Preço justo. Boa variedade A família brasileira amou conhecer essa hamburgueria numa cidade tão especial da Alemanha ;)

Very, very tasty burger place with friendly staff. We had excellent veggie burgers. The ambience could be more cozy, but it's still definitely worth it for the taste. :)

Sorry, but maybe you really need to work on the quality. Especially among citizens. Sending is okay. But the quality of meat on the citizens is not good at all. You're not the only town house basilica, it's the same thing. Not as tasty as what you find in it. And it's definitely not meat.

Super rude staff (I think it was racism). There was no hello or thank you and they complained when I asked for water. It was way overpriced, and the meat was overcooked. There are far better places in Trie

Why does a veggie burger cost almost €17? It's uncomfortable and way too loud. It smells like frying oil is no longer completely fresh. The cook has a long, rather unkempt-looking beard without a hairnet...

Bester glutenfreier Burger den ich je gegessen habe, sehr nette Bedienung , wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt 😊. Der Salat war frisch, knackig und lecker - genau das richtige bei der dunklen Jahreszeit.

A burger 🍔 with an incredible menu. I had the deluxemburger and it was really good. The meat cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. We also shared nuggets and they were really homemade and excellent. We went to eat at 8:30pm on a Thursday evening and had the whole place to ourselves. The decoration is really cool with a street art feel and old school posters on the ceiling. I discovered that burgeramt is a burger chain and I wouldn't hesitate to try other restaurants.

Simply the best burger place. We have been here over 100 times in the almost 10 years that the Burgeramt has been around. Every time we catch ourselves saying, “It’s always super delicious, but TODAY it’s especially delicious.” The food is superbly crafted, the service is a treat and we look forward to every visit!

Tasty burgers (many vegetarian and vegan options!) and delicious sweet potato fries! I was impressed. I ordered a side of truffle cream dip for the fries - that was definitely the right choice! Portions are large and filling. The staff are very nice and spoke great English. I came here with friends, and I'd gladly go back again!

Absoluut top burgers. Ze hebben een leuke keuze aan toppings. Ik had een Mexicaanse burger met jalopeno Pepers, taco's en kaas en mijn vrouw met blauwe kaas en preiselberen. De burger is zo groot dat wij hem met mes en vork moesten eten. We namen er een patat en koolsalade bij wat voor ons meer dan genoeg was voor de lunch

Cool and fresh atmosphere. Very friendly service and very tasty burgers. There are also gluten-free burgers that are really tasty. Unfortunately, the fries are not gluten-free or are fried with other products containing gluten, but there are other gluten-free side dishes that are also delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

Best burgers in Trier and very friendly and efficient service by the staff

The food, especially the meat, was outstanding! Very crowded at peak times - understandable, but unfortunately the staff was a bit overwhelmed, so we had to arrange seats with other customers. But the ambience and cleanliness were great. All ingredients are fresh and very tasty. Taking dogs was welcome.

Wow, fantastic burgers. I would have to think long and hard to remember a burger nearly so good! We visited twice in the week we were in Trier and my waistline is grateful that we don't live closer by. We choose the Green Berlin and the Double Trouble burger menus. Both were mouth-wateringly delicious. A tip - go when you are very hungry as portions are generous!

Very tasty food, friendly service, at peak times there are longer waiting times, which can hardly be avoided as it is a small, cute shop.

The astronomical bill didn't lie: great burgers, great fries (surprisingly good in fact!) and great beer, all sprinkled with a good welcome. To be redone as soon as possible.

The taste was nice but where did the meat go? With a burger I expect a pattie (slice of meat) that is at least the size of the burger bun (bun) if not larger. But unfortunately it's well hidden under bread, salad and bacon and can hardly be found and therefore hardly recognizable in terms of taste. It's a real shame how people are being ignored these days.

Boss Benny and his team are very customer-oriented and keep an overview even on Sundays, despite the engine noise, baby noises and special requests at neighboring tables. As is rare with reports of this kind, I feel the need to stand up for these great and hard-working people!

Great burger also gluten free! Perfect buns and the patty was also very juicy. The balance between all the ingredients is simply very good! The dips for the delicious fries are definitely included! (Chili-peach Lööckaar;). The staff was super nice and attentive.

The restaurant is very small and not very cozy. The posters on the ceiling and the tiles are cool, but it's not a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious, but it was served on a plate that was far too small, so that everything fell down while eating. The menu has interesting burger combos and the service was friendly and quick

Dear people, it is simply the best burger place there is. It's what it says on the inside, and if you're hungry at 3:49 p.m., you'll get a seat and the best food quite quickly and in a friendly manner. HOWEVER, dear Benny, DeLuxemburger is STILL NOT!!!! with Luxembourg cheese, I have to bring another selection. That doesn't work. But well, we are still immensely happy after every visit 🌈 and have been for almost 10 years. Carry on✨

Wow, really good. Like really really. Tons of exciting options to choose from for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans alike. Now for the negative... During the heat wave, we ate inside since it was the only thing available. It was... Crazy hot and they had a few ceiling fans, but nothing helped. I'm not sure why more places in Europe don't have fans, between the stagnant air and flies, they really could do some good.

The burgers are reasonable for the price. The toppings and meat are very good, but I personally found the rolls a bit bland. The amount of side dishes such as fries or sweet potato fries is high. You'll definitely get fed up with it.

Not as good as it used to be (we used to come a few years ago). Fries are standard defrosted fries, really disappointing. Burgers are not crazy good. Staff not as nice as before. Very expensive for what it is. On the positive side: the place is clean, portions are big, and the atmosphere is nice as before!! I’m sure they can do better!

Okay for an inexpensive burger for in between meals, but for a full meal I would like a better burger. Quite warm inside in summer and the bathroom could smell nicer. Good service.

Waren dort mit 2 Kindern. Sehr freundlich und gute Menüs für Kinder, Ausmalbilder um die Wartezeit zu überbringen. Auch die Erwachsenen hatten ihren Spaß! So lobe ich mir das!
