Excellent, staff were very friendly

It was very delicious and we were very satisfied with the food.

This has been my go-to burger for years! Whether it was with juicy beef, vegetarian, or vegan, I haven't found anything comparable. Everything, from the ingredients to the selection of sauces, is simply top-notch. The fries are an absolute highlight! Luckily, the vegan ones are just as amazing as the ones with meat! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Great place, delicious burgers, nice people. Only one drawback: For the past few months, it hasn't been possible to order for pickup via the app or online; it says the place won't reopen until July 20th. It would be great if this bug could be fixed!

The burger selection is quite decent, and there are some more unusual options on the menu than just the classic cheeseburger. Almost all burgers can be made gluten-free for an extra €1.50. However, fries aren't available gluten-free; nachos would be the alternative. We hadn't made a reservation and were lucky enough to get the smallest table in the world on Wednesday evening around 7 pm – just big enough for the two of us. The burgers were delicious, and we didn't have to wait long. The staff was super friendly, and we'll definitely be back! 🙂

Expensive, causes stomach aches, doesn't fill you up, simply an outrage.

The chicken was absolutely awful, far too tough and dry. You practically have to peel it off when you bite into it. The fries were freezing cold, and the sauce on the fries tasted almost exclusively of mustard. I'm really disappointed :(( And on top of that, I found it very expensive for the taste and quality. Normally, I'm a real foodie, especially when it's so expensive – you don't want to leave food uneaten. But oh well, this time was different.

Very good burgers, we were there with 6 people and everyone ate a different burger, the different fries were also very good.

This spot was recommended to me and thus I decided to try it out. The outside atmosphere looked pretty cool. Anyway, decided to dine in but got unpleasant stares from one of the staff (short blonde girl with dirty Nike sneakers) So I stood up and walked to her, asked to get my order for to go instead. She was carefree with the way she was talking to me. She then advised that my order would take 10mins so I asked if I could step out for a jiffy then come back, since It would take 10 mins, her response. "Uh yeah I dont care", Its probably a normal response here when talking to customers , and again maybe I am blowing it out of context but come on I dont think thats how one should communicate with a customer. It could also be a language barrier situation. Apart from the unpleasant service, the food is great!

It was my first time there. The burger was good, but considering the price, I have to say it could have at least come with a small handful of fries. The burgers are freshly made, so that's okay.

Great service and a relaxed atmosphere. The main course was the Benjamin Burger. Great name, by the way. The burger was delicious; unfortunately, it only loses a point because the bun and the burger itself were very fatty (buttery) on the outside. You end up making a mess and it seems a bit overloaded because everything tastes of butter. Otherwise, a clear recommendation. The coleslaw was interesting with pineapple, which is a bit too sweet, but you can add a little acid to it to give it the finishing touch. The fries were super crispy, yet juicy and an overly generous portion. I would eat here again just for the fries. The price was OK. The manager himself was also at the counter and helped out. He made a very friendly impression, which was also reflected in the service staff. Thank you very much and keep up the good work; use a little less butter next time.

Mini portion for expensive money, left-liberal spirit, uncomfortable

When you hear at 7:56 PM on a Saturday night that the kitchen is closed... while your colleague at the table is still taking the order for a family of four. Well, don't.

It's a shame there aren't any really affordable vegetarian options! (Compare meat options.) But it's solid. There's something for all tastes.

The burger was great! Unfortunately, the fries arrived old and cold the first time. After complaining, fresh ones were delivered! The main point deduction is the service. Very unfriendly...

Welcomed with open arms, we were just in time, because when we walked by the restaurant an hour later the place was packed. Great burgers, portions of food were huge, we ordered a menu instead of a regular burger and got so many sweet potato fries we couldn't finish them. The coleslaw was a really nice addition. But the burgers, my god, they were juicy, made with love and stacked like crazy. Don't waste your time standing in line for that other burger place, this is the place you need to be!

Whenever I'm even remotely close to Trier, I plan a stop/detour at Burgeramt to treat myself to a plate of "Really Nasty Fries." Loaded fries are available on every corner these days, but these... Nicenstein.

One of the best burger joints in Trier. The burgers are juicy, with fresh, well-combined ingredients. The bun is soft and of good quality, and the portions are generous. They have a variety of options, including vegetarian ones, and the fries are delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, ideal for a trip with friends or as a couple. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Definitely a place I'll return to every time I'm in the city!

It was quite good for a change. Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats. The quality has deteriorated significantly. No one asked about the Gargard. Result: My meat was burnt and tough on the underside.

This burger joint is the best I've ever eaten at. They have a wide variety of burgers, including many specialty ones. The prices are a bit high, but you get delicious burgers for that. The staff is also extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A full 5 stars.

I think this is where you can find the best burgers 🍔 in Trier. There's a huge selection. The staff is attentive and friendly, and they're always happy to give you good advice. Reservations are definitely recommended in the evenings. The restaurant is very well-known, and therefore very busy in the evenings. But it's worth it 😀

The special fries plate is one of the largest portions I've ever had in a restaurant. And it's a fantastic price. If you don't want to eat that much, though, you should be careful and opt for one of the delicious burgers instead. There's also a large vegan and vegetarian selection. It's definitely worth trying.

Good, but the burger could be a little bigger

Unfortunately, I couldn't get a spot without an appointment.

It says it closes at 9:00 p.m. However, we went on a Saturday at 8:15 p.m. and were told it was already closed. If the hours aren't correct, they should correct them and post the correct ones.

I had 2 burgers for lunch, the simplest and the benedic. Excellent bread especially it is crunchy and not sweet. Excellent seasoning and meat too. Kind and fast service. Good choices for drinks. Close to the center. I absolutely recommend

Two of us were there. We ordered a medium chili burger, a veggie burger, and large mixed fries. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The veggie burger patty was very firm and tasted very bland. It was impossible to tell what it was made of; I've never had anything so bad anywhere. The bun and toppings were okay. The chili burger didn't come medium as requested, and the patty tasted like a beef patty. A completely different burger, one we hadn't ordered, was brought out beforehand. The sweet potato fries looked like they were left over from the deep fryer. So, for us, the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all. The very friendly service saved the rating. Without her, it would have been two stars.

The nasty fries were extremely tasty. The burgers were also the tastiest we've had in a long time. Finally, no more smash burgers. Perfectly medium! The atmosphere is nicer inside than outside. I'd stop by again if I'm in Trier.

Standing in line is expected unless you make a reservation. These burgers are a real treat! The servers are friendly and helpful, looking out for your experience to be pleasant. And yes, the burgers taste as good as they look! This day we had the crispy chicken burger, and the cheese burger. We went back and had the Bleau Magic burger and the Luxemburger. The Bleau Magic was one of the best burgers I had anywhere!

All the way from Texas to Germany and ate at a burger place. It was fantastic, great burger, bun, caramelized onions. Especially liked the fried mushrooms with truffle mayo sauce. Good beer selection.

The prices are absolutely outrageous. Two burgers, one small and one large fries, two drinks = €53 + €4 surcharge for Beyond Meat patties – even though the meat patty isn't included. That was really, really GOOD!!!! I was here for the first time today, for lunch. Right from the start, I was impressed by the service; it was super friendly and empathetic to the customers. I had the Trappenburger with large fries and a Fritz-Kola. I can only say it was the best burger I've had in a while, delicious! From the incredibly good, crispy fries to the burger with caramelized onions, wine sauerkraut, cheddar, and double beef, man oh man, it was simply perfect. I'll definitely be back this week. I'm now a fan!!! Awesome, keep it up!! Excellent value for money!

The Bürgerladen convinced me across the board. The quality of the food is excellent - not only are the dishes very tasty, but they are also served in generous portions that leave you full and satisfied. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent price-performance ratio, which makes a visit here really worthwhile. The location of the Bürgerladen is also ideal, easily accessible and centrally located. The modern and clean ambience makes you immediately feel at home here. The service is also top-notch: friendly, attentive and always trying to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. All in all, a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a pleasant atmosphere!

We ordered two burgers with a Beyond Meat patty. The burgers were really good, but I would have liked other sauces than just ketchup and mayo :) Unfortunately, the fries were quite unspectacular for the price and not the best either. I was expecting more hand-carved fries.

Thank God we had reservations because otherwise we wouldn't have found a place. The shop is not a place to linger; I had the feeling that they wanted to get our table free quickly. It was very hot and stuffy inside. There is an outdoor area. The service was nice and it says on the menu how long the wait is, but the food was served quickly. The burgers were super tasty, the prices are ok and the selection too. There are gluten-free rolls and they ask about the doneness. It was very loud because some guests were very loud so the service was a bit unprofessional because they were whispering about these guests. Always worth a visit!

Burgers are well seasoned. Chicken wings are also well seasoned. Both but not overly spicy as I have already experienced. In terms of price, it could be a little cheaper as I've already gotten larger burgers including fries for the same money elsewhere. Still, it's worth it if you're already there 👍🏼

Hamburgers are very good, fries are nice very chrispy, they sell Fritz soda's which is a nice change. Not the cheapest hamburgers but maybe the best in Trier.

Don't forget, the first thing you have to do in the new city is go to the Burgeramt and register. Incredibly good burgers, juicy on the inside and yet not soggy. Everything is freshly prepared here. There is also a good selection for vegetarians and even vegans who are well catered for here. The service is super nice, caring, fast. That's how it should work in the office. If you need a laugh every now and then, check out the toilet doors. ;)
