Very great restaurant. Super quick preparation of very tasty dishes. An absolute highlight for me!

Our 'smashed' burgers had fat-thick patties dripping with fat. The fries were floury, the salad was a disgrace for the money. Overall, the store, including the service, is rather a disappointment and not worth the money at all. What is sold here as good burgers is really questionable.

Underground. That doesn't have much to do with burgers. The Smash Burger patties are thick like meatballs. Meat quality at maximum discounter level. Way too much cheese and sauce. Fries were floury on the inside because they weren't fried long enough. Fresh Cheese Salad for 16 euros consists of 95 percent cheap lettuce. Cottage cheese and arugula are virtually non-existent. Only staff who speak broken German and, above all, understand it. The so-called smashed patties are thicker than normal patties. Taste absolutely nothing special. Price performance poor. I will avoid this shed immediately.

Absolutely unbeatable in terms of speed, taste and freshness faster than any fast food restaurant and yet pointed and super delicious in taste, all 3 different burgers are world class compared to other burger restaurants.....

This restaurant is just outside the center so you just have to know it. The place was still almost empty when we entered, so we took a seat with some suspicion. That ultimately turned out to be unfounded because we had a delicious meal here. Probably the tastiest hamburger I've ever had and with delicious crispy fries. The food certainly exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommended as an alternative to the packed restaurants in the center.

For how hyped this place is, it was very disappointing. The burger was only lukewarm, almost cold, as were the fries. After the 2nd drink, the service was no longer visible. The table wasn't cleared until we asked for the bill. Train station flair with hefty prices. It was my first time there and I definitely won't go there again.

The food was very tasty, but given the price increases within a very short period of time, we'd rather pass. I'm really no longer willing to pay €8 for a portion of fries, especially since the same products recently cost almost half as much. This can no longer be justified with inflation.

I was walking through Trier when the smell coming from this place stopped me in my tracks—so I grabbed a table outside along the pedestrian walkway. Nice spot to people-watch and enjoy the evening. It did take a little while before anyone came by to take my order, but once I got my food, it arrived fast. I had the Mr. Burns burger with hand-cut fries. Both were solid—fresh, flavorful, and just what I was hoping for. I had been looking forward to trying one of their shakes, but unfortunately, they weren’t offering them that night. Overall, a good stop if you’re in the mood for a burger in a casual setting. I’d go back.

Unfortunately, the performance cannot be assessed. Ordered food. Appears lukewarm and wrong. I'm sorry to say, you'll get your money back as the kitchen is now closed. Sorry guys, I can't get enough of that now either because ingredients were used that were due to intolerance reasons were canceled!

Excellent burger shop in Trier, I recommend going there and enjoying a nice burger. A small note on the menu, the sandwiches offered are always the same, so I would suggest offering variations also to attract more customers. The staff is friendly (although it often depends on who is in charge) and also speaks English, which is important for those who cannot communicate in German.

It's best to reserve in advance because it's always very crowded. It reminded me of a fast food place. It was very loud, not only because of the people, but the music was also loud so that the waitress had difficulty taking our order. When the food came we had to ask for the fries because they had been forgotten and they apologized for that. Later we were asked again for drinks but not for dessert. The selection of burgers is large but the food was too greasy for me. It tasted good but the chicken dripped fat when you pressed on it.

Melting meat, lots of fat, crispy fries, refreshing lemonade, extremely nice employees: Cheezus made me wish it would never end.

The food is great, the prices are more than fair and there is a great menu (also for students). The waitresses are warm, make an effort and it shows. Food and drinks come exactly as you ordered, very quickly, even at prime time lunch time. The atmosphere is super relaxed and you feel very comfortable.

My son wanted to eat burgers. We already know the Burger House from Wittlich and have now stopped by for lunch in Trier. We were surprised by the lunch offer. We had three burgers, one of which was vegetarian with hand-cut fries and a homemade lemonade. The burgers were more than enough, we couldn't manage the fries. The lemonade made from lemons was very refreshing. We will come again.

Great burger, received super quickly, super friendly staff and cool decor

Unfortunately, in two out of three “out-of-home orders” what was ordered was not delivered. If there are already various options for an order, some of which have to be paid for additionally, then the food should be prepared that way. At the prices quoted here this is not acceptable. 👎👎👎

I ordered something online on the somewhat impractical homepage, but couldn't check out directly via PayPal or similar. I found the 45 minutes specified for 1 burger and 1 portion of fries to be long. When I picked up the things, they had already been finished for some time (the goods had cooled down). I wanted to take an extra portion of fries with me, but the kitchen was already closed at around 8:50 p.m. When I unpacked the things at home, I noticed that the sauces were missing. So we went back and apologized and added a few more sauces. But in the meantime, fresh dishes continued to be served in the restaurant, and you can also look into the open kitchen. There was still a lot of activity there. I felt like I wasn't treated correctly and will avoid the store in the future. The quality of the ingredients is generally high, and ordering the “English” patty also worked. The ambience of the shop is unspectacular, a burger joint like there are plenty of.

I'm someone who doesn't really like burgers, but the burgers here are really delicious. The atmosphere was nice, the servers were friendly, and I was healed from the hurt I felt at the bar I went to earlier~^^

Hello everyone, we were in Trier spontaneously and were hungry. Off to the Burger House, very friendly reception in the entrance area. We didn't have a reservation but got a nice table. Very good selection of burgers 🍔 and vegetarian ones are also available. Great service and it tasted very good. A big thank you to the entire team.

My favorite burguer place in Trier

We had actually ordered food to pick up, but when we got there we wanted to sit down and eat there. Although it was quite full, this was made possible, super friendly. The burgers were in fact the best we've had in a long time. Crispy but juicy meat, chili and jalapenos really spicy and not watery, overall just great. The fries tasted good like potatoes, but were much too soft for me. Would definitely come again if we are in Trier again.

We were in Trier to explore the city and discovered Burger House by chance. The ambience and the menu appealed to us. We got a table and ordered. I had a meat burger and my wife had a vegetarian one. The burgers and also the fries were excellent. Fresh ingredients lovingly processed. The dessert offer for 3 desserts rounded off the meal. The waitresses were very nice. The restaurant was very clean, friendly and tastefully decorated. It all fits together.

If you offer a “Classic Burger” that is on the menu without cheese, you should also serve it without cheese. Unfortunately, this has never worked out that way until now. It's a shame actually.

We spontaneously got a table. The restaurant has a cool atmosphere, something like an American diner. The service was friendly and attentive. There is a deduction here for the fact that our burgers were both on the table for quite a long time and were only served when it was already borderline warm. It was still warm, but it didn't have to be that way. The burger wasn't bad, but nothing special either. They tasted good. The side dishes were okay, the sauces too. Overall 4 stars are justified.

We were there during lunch break and had the lunch menu. The service was incredibly nice and pleasant. The homemade lemonade and food were phenomenal, I haven't had such good burgers in a long time. Two tiny criticisms, but they don't spoil the overall picture. - The burgers were quite manageable in size, the effect was further enhanced by the large plates - the two mini pots of ketchup and mayo were really much too small and it was difficult to access them. The familiar glass bowls would have been better here... Otherwise we would stop by again at any time

It was okay, unfortunately there is only one vegan burger and it is also the most expensive dish on the menu. The fries were significantly less than usual and were unfortunately dripping with fat and partly burnt.

Burgers are awesome. Simply perfect. But what I find really stupid is that the mayo dispenser is no longer there and you have to pay for extra mayo. Especially because the portion you get with the burger is just ridiculously small and is enough for maybe 5-8 fries. Mayo really isn't that expensive and that's why a change like that really annoys me a lot. It was always a reason for me to go to Burger House because I knew they had great fries with enough mayo to make you feel good. Very, very unfortunate. Really ask to change that.

Was in town for a day and stumbled upon Burger House by chance. And I have to say, I don't regret being there. I had the Cheasy Crisp Burger with sweet potatoes and loved it! The burger comes with an additional, breaded cheese patty with delicately melting cheese. All in all, the burger is quite powerful but super tasty! Unfortunately, the house lemonade was a bit too sweet, but I diluted it with mineral water, which made it easier for me to enjoy. But if you like sweets, just drink it straight. I'll definitely be back, great atmosphere and nice conditions.

We had super tasty burgers with homemade fries. Only the mayo & ketchup portion could have been larger, but overall we found it very tasty. The in-house iced tea is also great. The ambience looks very modern and rustic at the same time.

The burgers were fantastic! Since a Bruger shop now opens on every corner, not all burgers are good. But this one was definitely too hot! Fresh vegetables, fast service and the homemade lemonade AND the fries! So crispy and delicious. Definitely recommended!!!!

As an American who has had some pretty amazing burgers - the Cheazy-E is now my favorite! Get here if you can!
