We were served very quickly and extremely courteously. The burgers tasted delicious, and the restaurant impressed with its cool design.

I didn't feel comfortable, couldn't choose my food in peace, and ordering additional ketchup and mayo would have charged extra. The prices were exorbitant.

The food quality here is consistently excellent. Whether I dine in or order delivery, I always get exactly what I expect. This is a huge plus; there are no unpleasant surprises. I know I'm always making the right choice here when I want to enjoy a good burger without disappointment. The quality and taste are simply reliable. The service is also always attentive and friendly. However, I have to deduct a point for the outdoor seating. The chairs are unfortunately very uncomfortable and wobbly, which makes relaxing or simply lingering quite difficult. Everything else is fantastic!

The food wasn't exceptional, but I found it very tasty. The service was excellent: attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed sitting by the large windows in the pleasant atmosphere. The only slight downside was that our clothes smelled strongly of food/kitchen when we got home. This wasn't the case at the Burger House in Wittlich. I think you should reserve a table online beforehand.

I don't normally eat burgers. But these were really fresh. The meat was truly delicious. The young men were super friendly. It's a shame about the girl who came to take the checkout. She was polite, but a smile can really make a difference.

We got a table purely by luck, even though the place was fully booked. The atmosphere is modern and friendly; you get the impression that the staff enjoy their jobs and get along very well. Every request was met with a very pleasant ease, something you rarely experience in the restaurant industry these days. Today was our first (and definitely not last) visit, because the food was absolutely amazing. It was also served incredibly quickly and devoured just as fast 🫠. The lovely Maria and Niklas took care of us, and we send them our warmest regards! The waiters work with great precision and seem to have everything under control despite the restaurant being packed. Huge praise! It was fantastic 🫶

After a winter tour through Trier—from the Porta Nigra to the Old Town—the day ended at Burger House. I ordered the Mr. Buns Burger and the Fresh Chicken. The meat from the Mr. Benz was delicious, but it had to be grilled medium. The Fresh Chicken with its mix of vegetables, avocado, and cheese was simply fantastic.

Well, I wasn't entirely convinced. The burger tasted good (the fries less so), but it was very greasy, as was the plate underneath and around the edges. The service wasn't the fastest or most attentive, and I wasn't impressed by the ambiance either. I assume Trier has better options to offer.

The portions are very good and delicious. The fries are even more delicious. The staff is friendly and took the order right away. I recommend it. A burger and a beer (Erdinger) cost 22 euros in October 2025. Note: If there are two children, one burger menu would be enough for them.

Wow, what an unforgettable evening at BurgerHouse! The kids were blissfully busy completing the high-quality coloring pages while the drinks arrived at the table at record-breaking speed. The food? A true culinary masterpiece—so good, in fact, that we actually survived it. 😌 We almost gave it 5 stars, but unfortunately—what a tragedy!—the selection of milk alternatives was so limited that we actually had to make do with regular cow's milk. A true affront in 2025. The Alpro emergency milk would be highly recommended! Fortunately, we were compensated with the absolutely fantastic ballpoint pens, which not only write, but practically open a new chapter in writing culture.

Even if the place is empty, they'll put you next to the bathroom if you don't look a certain way.

We've always enjoyed the Burger House in Trier and were generally satisfied – unfortunately, our last visit was anything but enjoyable. The food was okay, the taste was okay, but the Duo we ordered was completely underwhelming. What was really disappointing, however, was that we waited 80 minutes for our food. While it was busy, which would generally be understandable for a longer wait, several tables that arrived after us – including larger groups – were served much more quickly. This leaves a poor impression in terms of organization and fairness. After our meal, our server completely ignored us. It wasn't possible to collect the money because she didn't come to our table. Only after a long wait were we able to ask another server to finally collect our money. All in all, we spent over 2.5 hours in the restaurant, which not only unnecessarily prolonged the evening but also resulted in higher parking fees. We've always really enjoyed being guests here, but after this experience, we're considering whether to return. It's a shame the service was so disappointing this time.

Unfortunately, prices have become increasingly expensive in recent years, the self-service ketchup/mayo stations have been eliminated, and the tomato cream (the best) in the crispy veggie burger has been replaced with the less delicious burger sauce. What a shame.

Very tasty burgers for the price, a really big portion and a nice location

We spontaneously landed in Trier and were hungry. The place looked good online, and that's exactly how it is in person. The staff is very quick and friendly. We had the burger menu with one burger, fries, and a homemade lemonade, all for €17.50, or €15 for students. For that price, I've never been so full in a restaurant. Drinks arrived after 2 minutes, and the burgers arrived right there. It tasted very good and I highly recommend it!

A burger costing more than €16 has to stand out from the crowd. At a burger restaurant, I can get a meal with a drink for €11. Yes, it's a mass-produced item...but it was super tasty. This one was mediocre. Sorry, but I won't be getting it again.

Incredibly disappointing. There's a VEGAN BURGER on the menu. And now comes the best part: the patty is NOT cooked in vegan fat, but in animal butter! As a vegan, someone with intolerances, or even an illness triggered by dairy products, this is an absolute no-go! Even upon request, they refuse to cook it in oil or margarine. That's the last time I'll be here. That's absolutely unacceptable. Vegan? Not here! I'm incredibly disappointed!

The service was super nice and friendly! When we were there, it wasn't that busy, drinks came almost immediately, and the food came really quickly too. The burgers were great, you can choose between medium and well-done beef, and the fries were crispy. We had the avocado burger, and the avocado was really good too. Definitely recommend it, we'd go back anytime!

It was simply delicious and the service was great. The ambiance itself was also great, but a bit too loud for me personally. I had the Fat Joe burger. At first I was worried it would be too small, but even for a big eater like me, it was easily enough.

The truth is I didn't like it... mine was crispy... the cheese was breaded... it was Mozzarella... I know, mozzarella doesn't taste like anything 🫨It had no flavor in general... I didn't even finish the fries. I give it 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because for my husband, his hamburger was good, a Mister Burns 🔥... the lemonade had a lot of ice. They were about to close, we had asked for the bill and finally we had to get up to pay. I WOULD NOT RETURN 😶‍🌫️🫥

It's super good but super expensive...it's still excellent. The waiters are very nice. But today it was terribly hot and the air conditioners weren't working...or they didn't want to turn them on, I don't know...I almost fainted...another mother and her son couldn't stand the heat anymore and left without finishing their meal...there was no room outside and even with the heat it wasn't possible...and inside it's worse, it's a shame...you lose customers by not using the air conditioning. We really enjoyed it. She's knowledgeable about gluten-free dishes. They have gluten-free burgers for an extra €2. They're super delicious! Homemade fries, although they're fried in the same oil as gluten-containing foods. We had no complaints afterward. We'll definitely be back!

This afternoon, we went to dinner with our family (including three children). Our plates were practically empty. I can't give this restaurant a higher compliment!

The food at Burger House Trier tasted really good; both the burgers and the fries were impressive. Unfortunately, the value for money left a bad taste in my mouth. Specifically, I noticed that the "Cheezus" burger on the menu costs a full €4 more than the mini meal for kids, even though the burgers barely differ in size. The portion of fries was also almost identical for both menus. Even more confusing was the comparison with the BBQ Chicken menu: While it was only €1 cheaper than the Cheezus, it had a significantly larger piece of chicken, almost twice the size. In comparison, the Cheezus seemed a bit overpriced. Conclusion: The taste was great, but I would like to see a bit more transparency and fairness in the prices, especially for menus that barely differ in size but vary significantly in price.

I ate at your burger joint in Trier with my sisters today. Unfortunately, our visit was very disappointing. None of us enjoyed the food, and shortly afterward, we had stomachaches. What was particularly unpleasant was that a hair was found in one of my sisters' meals. When we reported this to the staff, we were simply given the same plate with new fries – the burger with the hair was not replaced. We consider this to be completely unprofessional and a serious health concern. Hygiene should be the top priority when it comes to food – and that was clearly not the case here. Furthermore, the food was far too expensive for the quality offered. For this price, we expect significantly better taste, more cleanliness, and, above all, a respectful handling of complaints. We hope this incident is taken seriously!

Never again – a very bad experience Three of us ate there, and we all had stomachaches afterward – that's no coincidence. There was a hair in my fries, and I immediately complained. They took my plate away, but then they simply brought me back the same burger and somehow "removed" or replaced the fries – I still don't know exactly what they did. In any case, I lost all trust after that, and I didn't eat it either. Even worse: There was no apology, no offer of replacement, or compensation. No one asked if I wanted something else or if they could somehow rectify the mistake. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant – unhygienic, poor service, and zero customer service.

I asked for salt, the salt mill was broken, and all the salt was on my food. The server came over, and I explained the situation. The server then asked: What should we do? I asked for a new meal, to which the server replied very rudely: I can book a new one, but I can't cancel the other one. It's your responsibility, not ours. This kind of behavior is unacceptable! Such a disgrace, never again! *If I could, I would have given 0 stars.

Honestly, I don't think this place is that great. The food is really delicious, but you pay way too much for it. The staff was pretty incompetent, especially when it came to German. Also, the (Indian) staff weren't friendly, and I wouldn't have been surprised if they had spit in my food. The ambiance is okay, and the restrooms are accessible. The music in the place is also just terrible. 2/5, wouldn't come back.

It's best to make a reservation in advance because it's always very busy. It reminded me of a fast food restaurant. It was very loud, not only because of the people but also because of the loud music, so the server had trouble taking our order. When the food arrived, we had to ask for fries because they had forgotten them, for which they apologized. Later, we were asked again for drinks but not for dessert. The selection of burgers is large, but the food was too greasy for me. It tasted good, but the chicken dripped grease when you pressed on it. The last time I visited, the service was friendly and the food came super quickly. The burger tasted good. The terrace was cozy.

Really not worth the visit. We booked a table and once we arrive it’s totally empty and every time we choose a table they tell us it’s booked until they moved us to the worst table in the kitchen almost with no reason when we insisted they said in a lame way (all these we choose are booked for groups and not a table for 4). Really bad service in the entry and locating you. I don’t think we will recommend or visit it again.

Our 'smashed' burgers had fat-thick patties dripping with fat. The fries were floury, the salad was a disgrace for the money. Overall, the store, including the service, is rather a disappointment and not worth the money at all. What is sold here as good burgers is really questionable.
