The place is good, the staff is friendly, the food is prepared quickly, but the prices are unfortunately too high!

I was at Burger King in Minden today – really good service! Sarbast served me super friendly, totally attentive, and nice. That's what you want! The food was great, I'll be back. 👍🍔

This place is an absolute snot place. The food arrived way too late, and when it finally arrived, half of the order was missing. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time something was forgotten. My clear advice: Go anywhere but here.

Sorry, but the staff's speed is sub-par. We managed to charge our car from 5% to 85%, which took about 35 minutes. So it took 5 minutes to order, and then 30 minutes for two drinks and a burger. In the picture, you can see that the burgers have been there for at least 15 minutes, but no one is working on them!

Unfortunately, my burger patties were so burnt that they tasted poisonous. I had to throw away both cheeseburgers.

Very disappointing I ordered a meal with a Naruto toy, a Coke with ice, and extra cheese on my burger. Instead, I got a creepy Batman figure, a Coke without ice, and fried onions instead of cheese. The toy was on the menu, but not available. I also noticed that the employees were working without gloves. Very poor service. Not recommended.

The last three times I've been to BK, something was always unavailable or missing. The tray carts are overflowing, making it impossible to dispose of your trash. The restrooms are an unhygienic mess: smelly, no soap, or a lack of toilet paper. Especially after the pandemic, hygiene and cleanliness should still be top priority. What a shame.

I was at Burger King in Minden on Ringstrasse today. I had a large Whopper with French fries and a large Coke with it. The very friendly Burger King employee suggested I order a meal, which would be cheaper than ordering everything separately. I paid €11.49 for everything, which I think was a fair price. The Whopper and French fries also tasted really good. For a quick lunch, I highly recommend Burger King in Minden on Ringstrasse.

Biggest shitty shop, they never sell milkshakes or ice cream, especially in the summer, you get in your car and waste your gas for nothing.

Absolutely disgusting. You order three burgers and one 9-piece onion rings to go. What is NOT included? The onion rings. You write to BK support: Hey - it's your own fault - you should have checked. No sorry. Nothing. It's crazy how you get ripped off here. Leave it alone - go to MCD instead. Edit 6 days later: Don't think I was contacted by the franchisee... It seems to be purely intentional that you never get your entire order here. Contact is simply ignored. That's how it's done. Great job. /s

What happened that made the food so exorbitantly expensive? At the drive-thru, you only understand half of what's being said; they don't tell you how much it costs. And receipts are only given upon request because they allow you to rate the employees. There was no pickle or cheese on my cheeseburger. Mustard and ketchup, that's it. What am I paying for? For shoddy work??? So always ask for a receipt and rate it if something isn't right. Because here, neither the customer is king, nor is the burger 🍔 king 😉

Just ordered food at the drive-thru. It took a while, then the clerk came out and asked if we wanted to get some ice cream at Burger King's expense, because it was taking longer. Really nice 👍🏻

A complete disappointment – ​​not recommended. The restaurant was dirty, cold, and completely uncomfortable. The atmosphere was more reminiscent of a train station concourse than a place to linger. Yesterday, I waited 16 minutes in an empty restaurant for my food. The burgers were only lukewarm, and there was no sauce for my fries. It was probably more important to discuss personal matters and vacation days than to conscientiously do my job. Fifteen years ago, the place was doing great; today they can't even manage to put ketchup on your fries. A really sad branch.

If you're a decent person who wants to wash your hands before eating here, you'll be disappointed. There's no working sink. The food is the same as always, with slightly inconsistent temperatures; some things are hot, others lukewarm.

The staff are incredibly polite, and the manager is also very friendly. The food didn't take long at all, and we barely had to wait.

One star is too many. I ordered two burgers through Lieferando and had to wait more than two hours for them to arrive. It's always like this, it's just sick.

This was the cleanest branch we've ever been to! An employee cleaned the tables, the floor was sparkling clean, and the store didn't have an unpleasant smell. At home, we avoid Burger King because the tables in every branch are sticky, covered in grease stains, and just dingy. Quite the opposite here in Minden, which is great.

I rarely go to Burger King, but the vegetarian option was good. It wasn't busy, but we still had to wait a while until it was ready.

4 out of 5 takeaway orders were missing something. You are practically forced to rummage through (check) all the bags on site in order to be able to make a complaint. Even small orders of 5 items seem to be overwhelming for the employees. Otherwise, the food at the checkout is sometimes only lukewarm and the employees seem half listless and half unfriendly.

Poorly trained employees. I ordered a chicken burger and got a cheeseburger. I reported it to the employee and he replied that it was my order. Unfortunately, I didn't pick up the receipt and we starved to death. I didn't want to stress myself out about the big belly, but it definitely deserved a review. I clarified the language with his hometown, apparently he saw it as a weakness and thought that nothing would come of it. You have to have respect for customers and a customer is always king.

There were only a few more fries for the hefty surcharge. When I pointed out to the employee that I found it impossible to sell it as a large potion, there was no response from her at all. The processing time at the drive-in counter is too long. Often 10 minutes or more with only 1 car in front of you. The store itself is then not overcrowded. If around 6:00 p.m. is peak time, then more staff simply have to be assigned or the capacity must be increased.

Really a juice shop, never again threw food away because it was already moldy. You had to explain to the employee 20 times what you wanted, maybe they should just clean the toilets.

We had to wait a bit because it was quite busy at that time on a Friday, but the manager simply gave us both an ice cream as an apology for the wait.
