I don't usually write reviews, but today I'll say something: I was standing in parking lot 1, ordered, and waited. I waited for an hour... After 40 minutes, I thought I'd order another Sprite so someone would come out and ask. VERY FRIENDLY. Then someone came out with my Sprite and asked me what the problem was, that I had ordered it and just had to wait, and that it wasn't a problem that I was waiting. I don't find that so funny...

I find it very unfortunate that the staff was unable to accommodate a simple request. Since I'm gluten intolerant, I wanted the burger without a bun—in a nugget wrapper or something similar. Unfortunately, I was refused. It's disappointing that such a small adjustment, which is neither complicated nor unusual, apparently can't be implemented. A big minus for this location.

Iced Coffee Shake Choc My girlfriend and I discovered that the shake was completely bad (presumably due to the dairy products it contained). When we noticed, we drove back and reported to the drive-thru. The employee at the drive-thru was immediately rude and yelled at us for reporting to the drive-thru even though we had ordered it for the parking lot. I repeated that the shake was completely bad and I would like my money back or a comparable product at a comparable price. The employee left without answering and simply brought us the same shake again, even though it hadn't been communicated. When she tried to hand us the shake, I refused and then repeated myself. She was very rude and told us to come back into the store. Once we were inside, there was another employee at the front to whom we had to explain the situation again because, again, communication hadn't been properly communicated. I had to justify what I even wanted because we were assumed to have to come in with the shake, even though the other colleague at the drive-thru had already taken it. I told the colleague at the front that the employee at the drive-thru was aware of the situation. Another colleague at the front noticed the situation and called the colleague at the drive-thru, but she didn't respond and wasn't interested in clarifying the situation. The conversation continued with the colleague at the front. She told us we had to come earlier because it had been an hour. If we leave the drive-thru and are 20 minutes away, it's obviously difficult to be back within 5-10 minutes, as my colleague had requested. In the end, we had to settle for a White Choc Style Macchiato Grande, even though it costs 4.59. So, we went through all the hassle and ended up losing 20 cents. We didn't get a refund because, according to the employee at the front, it wasn't possible. I feel very unfairly treated and would appreciate a statement!

We placed an order for €53. Among other things, it included a Filet-o-Fish MM for €9.99. Unfortunately, the Filet-o-Fish burger was missing, which we didn't find funny since we paid for it. Thus, an overall rating of 2 stars. I won't give it a single star for such sheer sloppiness.

A lot has changed since the renovations... and not for the better. The wait time for food is truly abysmal; we're not used to McDonald's in Minden like this. A milkshake, nuggets, and a cheeseburger: Over 30 minutes of waiting, while 10 people who ordered after me still got their turn. Even when I mentioned it, I was just told my order would arrive. Unfortunately, the milkshake was also relatively runny, which makes you think it's been sitting around for a while (it's autumn, max. 15 degrees outside, so no real reason for a melted shake). The atmosphere is just not nice anymore. There's no coziness at all, especially at the McCafé. Inside, everything looks like a snack bar that you should leave quickly.

Since the renovation, the store has been a complete disaster. The wait time is abysmal (over 45 minutes for ice cream and fries). The atmosphere is simply not pleasant anymore. You feel like you're about to be rushed out. So, it's not a place to linger.

I still remember the very first McDonald's that opened in Minden. It was cozy all around; we met with friends or family. We usually sat on the platform in the middle, where friendships were formed. Then, over the years, things went downhill with renovations, seating, and the staff. I was there again with my grandchildren after the new renovation. My grandson said, "Grandma, the benches are so uncomfortable, hard plastic, with no padding in the backs. If the next generation notices something like that, the furniture design, which was approved from above, must have been poorly chosen." The staff also only worked functionally; they didn't understand you at all. They brought the wrong food to the tables, didn't understand anything. They left it on the table and got another one, asked... "Okay?" That's not right...

Besides, I don't understand what's so difficult about making the right sauce and milkshake when you only have to read the order board to see what the customer is paying for... The ordering machines have noticeably reduced the wait time, which I think is a good thing. Everything is faster and more orderly. I rarely come here because I'm generally not a fan of fast food. What I really like, though, is the coffee. It's good and reliable, no matter what time you come. Summary: Okay for a coffee or a quick stop. If you like burgers and the like, you'll definitely be happy here. Personally, I'd rather eat elsewhere.

I'm very, very sad. I forgot my Elbsegler (Hamburg hat) at the restaurant. I only noticed it when I was already back home in Schleswig-Holstein. I then called the restaurant, and the super-nice manager promised to take the hat to the post office immediately... but it never arrived... I called again a week later... he told me he had taken it to DHL. It's been two weeks now, and my beloved hat with my club's badge on it hasn't arrived... he probably didn't send it. I would have gladly paid for it and even added a little extra. The boss didn't want that; he wanted to send the hat as is. If the hat does arrive, I'll change my review immediately, because the food was very good. My heart is attached to the hat, and especially to the badge... that's why I'm so sad.

I was at the McDrive in Minden yesterday around 4 p.m. After arriving at the ordering terminal, I initially heard only a static noise from the loudspeaker, but no voice. So I said a friendly "Hello" to get their attention. I was then spoken to over the loudspeaker in a surprisingly rude and inappropriate tone – it felt like I was even shouted at. A simple message like "One moment please" would have been completely sufficient. At that moment, I decided to reverse into the parking lot and leave the premises. Customers shouldn't be treated like that. Friendliness is a two-way street – but it should be a given in customer service.

The worst meal I've ever eaten at a McDonald's. The fries had only been in the fryer for a very short time, if at all, and looked very white. The chicken nuggets weren't cooked properly either. The meat on the burger had a strange pattern and a disgusting aftertaste. I've had this burger several times and it's never tasted so disgusting. The burger was generally very soggy and unloved. I ate a little bit of everything and then I got a queasy feeling in my stomach. When a cockroach (probably from a McDonald's bag) crawled onto the table, I knew I was going to bed hungry. I just hope I don't get food poisoning. Unfortunately, never again at McDonald's in Minden!

While the ambiance is modern, it's nothing like it used to be. Back then, you didn't have to double-check your order to make sure everything was there, and (in my experience) you didn't have to worry about fruit flies suddenly popping out of your burger. While this was a first for the flies, it was still very unpleasant – my husband opened the package and immediately saw three of them. Either there was something wrong with the food storage or the hygiene of the restaurant.

Despite the recent renovation of the store (very cold and cheesy compared to the previous store), the quality of the staff hasn't changed; they're not particularly friendly and seem unmotivated. Despite ordering from the vending machine, two cheeseburgers and sauce for the fries were forgotten, and it wasn't noticed until we got home. When you go to Mcs in general, your expectations are really not high. I went to the store just to grab something quick to eat, it was a holiday and you just wanted to eat something quick. But I've never experienced anything like this before. Point 1: You come into the store and there are e-scooters everywhere in the store that are blocking the way. The employees don't care if they are blocking all the paths. Point 2: I ordered a McSmart menu and an iced coffee with caramel. After 45 minutes I went to the counter and, to put it bluntly, had to place my order myself. Even though I ordered with table service. Point 3: When I received my order I noticed that I had gotten the wrong burgers, everything was cold and not particularly edible. In addition, my ice coffee with caramel was lukewarm and without caramel. Because of this I had to go back to the checkout and complain again. Conclusion: After 1 hour and 30 minutes I made it out of the store. So if you want to pay €12 to waste 1 hour and 30 minutes of your life, this is definitely the right place for you.

Food tastes as good as you would expect from McD. I find the atmosphere very pleasant. Ordering via Lieferando is also not recommended. At least if you order the food at a specific time. I had to eat cold food more than once in the evening because the food sometimes came 30 minutes earlier than ordered and I was still holding my baby at the time. McD doesn't give a damn if you order your food for, say, 8 p.m. It will be brought when it is ready. It doesn't matter whether you're at home or still have work to do. That's why I'm rarely a guest at McD.

I was always very dissatisfied in the Minden branch. At some point I started going to the one in Porta Westfalica and I wasn't disappointed in terms of food, ambience and customer service. Unfortunately, this was always the case in Minden. Today I was in Minden again. Looks really nice - a thousand times better than before! Unfortunately, I still think everything else is bad. Long waiting times, listless looking employees, cold and slapped together food. I'm the last one to complain when something goes wrong. We are all people and not machines, but unfortunately that is the experience I always have. I would have liked to have written something nicer.

After the renovation it looks a little bigger. The new electric charging stations and the two new parking spaces are also great. Unfortunately, burn marks can already be seen on the new seating outside - they probably didn't take into account that many visitors don't pay attention to other people's items. A week passed after the renovation and unfortunately today was a disaster. Pre-ordered via app and, like many others, stood in the Drive U line. No cars moved there for half an hour. People even stood up and someone was always honking. As things progressed, you waited another 10 minutes until you could "place" your pre-order. You were able to get it straight away, but then you waited at least 10 minutes. Because the order was larger. Unfortunately we weren't able to check everything. At home we were disappointed that things were missing and everything was completely cold. Unfortunately I have to say, this visit was a total disappointment and there wasn't even an explanation or apology for the waiting time at the counter. So far I always say that the bad Mecces is in Lerbeck/Neesen but even there nothing like that has ever happened.

Nice renovated restaurant but I don't think it's nice that dogs sit on the bench!! I am a dog owner myself and I say dogs have no place at the table but under the table!! Service staff brought the food to the table and said nothing!!

I haven't been to McDonald's in probably three years. Since you now have to order and pay at the machine, there is no longer any contact with the staff. Too bad. At least the McRib still exists and tastes just like it used to. But €5.99 for this thing is steep. See you again in 3 years....

Food arrived cold. Fries were missing. After I called there, the missing fries were delivered straight away, but they were also cold and wobbly. The burgers had no sauce and were just disgusting, as if Pettis were from yesterday. 42€ for garbage. First time such a bad experience at McDonald's.

Food is actually always delicious. Employees are always very nice too. Only two things are not so exciting: Are the fries deliberately made smaller with vouchers? I have the feeling that this is what the managers order. I also don't understand the system with the ancestor, maybe you have an explanation for it.

Unbelievable... My good friend was in this horror shop for the last day, and as soon as the fries were slapped onto the table, there were several green, rotten fries. 20s check nuggets, warm and enjoyable, 6s send nuggets cold and soggy. Didn't know it came with food poisoning. My colleague had a terrible stomach ache. Applause Applause MC DONALDS! Get your shop under control.

I was at Burger King in Minden today – really good service! Sarbast served me super friendly, totally attentive, and nice. That's what you want! The food was great, I'll be back. 👍🍔

Incredibly bad! We ordered at 8:30 pm, and the food arrived at 10:15 pm! The food was cold and had just been thrown into a bag. The fries were truly inedible. It's so disappointing. After calling several times, someone finally answered, but only to say, "I'm sorry, we had over 50 orders." They didn't listen to me at all or try to make it up to me in any way.

The store was a hit on my first visit, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. The staff is very nice and friendly but unfortunately the food wasn't that special. The bratwurst was very dark and dry, the fries had no taste and the kofta pocket wasn't that sparkling
