Fries are way too hot, but the nuggets are too cold. Forgot to bring sauce to the table, which can happen, but it was handed over in a totally rude manner...

Everything is dirty and that at 11am! Containers with milk for Latte Machiatto were disgustingly dirty and were only exchanged because we wanted lactose-free!

Disaster! 4 cars in front of me on MC Drive. It took 20 minutes before I could finally order. Then I had to wait again on the right side of the road...like 2 cars in front of me...then nothing works anymore. Nobody comes by anymore. There was some nasty insults behind me because a car wanted to pass but couldn't... but we waiting people couldn't go anywhere else either. The whole thing took at least another 15 minutes and last but not least we were missing 2 burgers...!! I didn't have time to look on site due to the traffic chaos! The employees can't keep up at all. I have never experienced such chaos in any McDonald's!

The woman in the drive doesn't even speak enough German to answer questions. We saved ourselves the money. New attempt today: unfriendly service + wrong food. How can this business survive?

The only downside was the parking spaces, as some of them are very narrow, which could be problematic at peak times. I also noticed that prices have increased, which would be another downer. Nevertheless, my visit to the McDonald's in Minden was overall very satisfactory, thanks to the fast and friendly service, the delicious food and the general cleanliness of the restaurant. A recommended place for anyone looking for a quick, reliable and pleasant dining experience.

It's nice here but there's only one vegetarian burger. The vegetarian nuggets here aren't that good either. That's why I love the soggy fries :)

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The fries were cold, soggy and old. The burgers were catastrophic. Nude floppy bread and meat roasted to death. The Bigmac was ancient. The trolleys for used eating accessories such as cardboard etc. were so full and neglected that the cups and boxes had already fallen down. Incomprehensible The men's toilet topped everything. Very dirty. Mind you, no dirt from guests but old black dust on the urinals and spread everywhere. Everything was extremely careless and unkempt. The best thing about the store is definitely the way out.

They go there quite often but today they were very, very unfriendly. They're not allowed to sit there or here. Then why not lock this down? Were chased from one place to the next and then left.

We were there at the weekend with three families and 7 kids, unfortunately some family members had stomach ache after eating it. The worst thing was the floor near the seating area in the children's play area, it was completely stuck!! McDonalds has let up so much in Minden!!!!

The scanner for the coupons didn't work on the ordering terminals, entering the code manually didn't work either, and ordering via the terminal took forever because it kept hanging up. The fries were missing the mayo and the chicken nuggets were missing the sweet and sour sauce. Next time I'll go to Burger King again, the technology works there and no sauces are forgotten.

Ich habe EINE Stunde im Restaurant auf einen Cheeseburger, ne kleine Pommes und ne Cola gewartet... Es war sehr voll, aber nach einer halben Stunde habe ich einen vorbeikommenden Mitarbeiter gefragt, was mit meiner Bestellung sei, ich würde schon seit 30 Minuten warten... Als Antwort wurde ich nur angepflaumt, ich sei halt noch nicht dran!!! Nach weiteren 20 Minuten bin ich an den Tresen gegangen zu dem Mitarbeiter, der meine Bestellung aufgenommen hatte... Der war erschrocken, dass ich noch nichts hatte und hat sich sofort darum gekümmert... 10 Minuten später hatte ich dann (endlich) meine Bestellung PLUS 1 Entschuldigungsburger auf dem Tisch... Die zwei Sterne für den Service auch nur, weil der letzte Mitarbeiter sich dann wirklich bemüht hat... Fazit für mich: Die Filiale nie wieder oder maximal durch den McDrive... 🤷🏻‍♀️

So mieser Mitarbeiter am drive in Schalter. Ich musste mehrmals meine Bestellung wiederholen. Am Ende das falsche essen bekommen. Nicht nur der Frust das falsche bekommen zu haben , zusätzlich überbezahlt. Ein guter Grund mehr auf Fastfood zu verzichten
