You really have to be careful when driving through McDrive in Minden! On September 4, 2024 around 11:15 p.m. it wasn't very busy, and yet the employees seemed overwhelmed with the orders. There's no other way to explain why three burgers worth almost €20 were missing from my order! I did not receive a refund. Does this happen regularly? Yes! Can you at least put one person at the counter who speaks German? Oh, and one more thing: from now on I will no longer drive to the site to wait for the goods I ordered, which are then 60 percent wrong anyway. I expect to be given a receipt next time. Otherwise it would be interesting to see what happens if you call the police about fraud. I'm starting to get the feeling that you're doing this wantonly and cheating your customers! I would like an explanation from the owner about this. Unfortunately, you are the only McDonald's in Minden and I will continue to visit you, but now I will take the time every time and check everything, no matter how long the line is

We generally always like the food. Unfortunately, the employees forget individual things with every order. I hope the employees look more closely at the invoices, then the service would be 5 stars.

Waited 1 hour for my food, customers who came in half an hour after us got their food before us. We'll never go here again. Stress or not.

Unfortunately I can't say anything good. The ordering terminals are super fiddly, completely unresponsive, it takes forever to complete an order for several people and when the food finally arrives you unfortunately realize that the quality here is poor. Stomach problems are included in the price. We haven't been here for a long time and have finished talking about McDonald's.

Order on site on the touchpad - unfortunately 3 touchpads failed so the queue was a little longer, but that's nothing tragic. The breakfast buffet stinks and is disgusting

Place is absolutely dirty and not tidy at all. Operators absolutely unfriendly and refuse to take my problem and help. Food sloshed like anything else, but it's Mc's. And the worst of all: these DAMN order boards that take longer to boot than my PC used to with Windows XP, codes don't seem to work and even the touchpad on a cell phone from 2010 reacts faster and has better touch recognition. How can you offer something like that, rather drive to the BK 2 km further, everything works perfectly and super fast or to the KFC/Chicken Mix in Minden, both better than this rubbish.

When will you finally be able to give out a COMPLETE order, as soon as you order more than 3 things it feels like something is always mixed up or forgotten, it's really the easiest job in the world to read what someone has ordered from a piece of paper.

Yesterday I ordered food, it arrived late and the food was cold.

A nice clean and large McDonald’s. The food came very quickly and was delicious. The staff is friendly and on the ball. I had nothing to complain about.

The food is actually always good and warm and is served to the table promptly (with table service and depending on how many customers there are). Employees are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the tables and floors are often dirty and the tray carts are often overcrowded.

Sorry - the branch is just really dirty. “Endless dirt” everywhere. The staff was super nice. If anything, it's a drive-in. But the images are in your head. Nope, food & quality & dirt = that doesn't work for me - never see again!

Be careful with this mäcces We wanted to get a glowing glass today and ordered in advance. Unfortunately, our Mäcces in Rinteln didn't have any left, when you order you have to specify the color you want and unfortunately it was sold out We tried to order it in all the Mäcces in the area. Sold out everywhere, except Minden. We arrived in Minden full of joy and lo and behold. Sold out!!! When we complained about why it wasn't marked as sold out on the internet, we received strange answers. If you're already offering the "Glow in the Dark" glass on the menu for an outrageous €13, then you have to make sure you have it in stock. You can't even order it at the terminal!!

Ordered (and paid for) 8 chili cheese snacks, only got 5, but the rest were real and still hot.

When ordering takeaway, be sure to check whether it contains what you ordered. Something was missing again today. Getting worse lately. Reading also seems to cause problems. Even though there was no onion on it, it was ignored. It's no longer what it used to be.

Disappointing, they even skimped on the ice cream and the fries, ice cream was more than half air in the cup, after sitting down the cup was only half as full. The pack of fries is also not opened properly so there is less inside. The store was almost empty, so that couldn't have been the problem. So maybe it’s better to compete?

During my visit to the McDonald's in Minden, the restaurant was moderately busy, which is probably unusual for Saturdays. My order was prepared quickly and freshly, with both the burgers and fries served hot and overall there was nothing wrong with the food. I really liked the friendliness of the service staff, who made a significant contribution to a pleasant visiting experience. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant was ok, including the toilets, but there is still room for improvement. The only downside was the parking spaces, as some of them are very narrow, which could be problematic at peak times. I also noticed that prices have increased, which would be another downer. Nevertheless, my visit to the McDonald's in Minden was overall very satisfactory, thanks to the fast and friendly service, the delicious food and the general cleanliness of the restaurant. A recommended place for anyone looking for a quick, reliable and pleasant dining experience.

Food was ok... staff promise to bring things to the table and you will be forgotten. Tables stick and there are leftover food on them. Toilets disgustingly dirty.

Actually average for a McDonalds. Only larger orders (from 3 people) are catastrophic in terms of completeness... usually 20% are missing...

I don't know if I'm asking too much, but it can't be that... 1. The goods are handed over in the XBet parking lot next door. (Mc Drive order) 2. The burgers are already cold when they are handed out. 3. The fries are always placed in the bag the wrong way round. 4. There is always something wrong with the order or something is missing. 5. The microphones and speakers at the McDrive switch are from the 70s. McDonald's is getting more and more expensive and at the same time getting worse.

It's nice here but there's only one vegetarian burger. The vegetarian nuggets here aren't that good either. That's why I love the soggy fries :)

Great McDonalds for children, there is a lot to play with.

Not your typical McDonalds. Eight to ten people work there. After waiting over 15 minutes for an average order we ask. Clearly the order was lost and deliveries ordered later have been out for a long time. But then a lady comes and brazenly lies to my face that everything is going well. The order sheet isn't even on the counter and the items are also missing from the internal dashboard. The colleagues are visibly uncomfortable. I don't say anything, go back and wait. Positively, in the end everything was fresh and correct and the car was fully charged at the charging station - after over half an hour. And it wasn't even full and there were 3-4 vehicles at McDrive.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The fries were cold, soggy and old. The burgers were catastrophic. Nude floppy bread and meat roasted to death. The Bigmac was ancient. The trolleys for used eating accessories such as cardboard etc. were so full and neglected that the cups and boxes had already fallen down. Incomprehensible The men's toilet topped everything. Very dirty. Mind you, no dirt from guests but old black dust on the urinals and spread everywhere. Everything was extremely careless and unkempt. The best thing about the store is definitely the way out.

Austerity measures!? Now only half a slice of cheese on the filet-o-fish. Outrageous! With a burger that costs almost five euros.

The food was ok and was brought to the table. You should think carefully about going to the toilet because it was really disgusting, I haven't seen such dirty toilets for a long time!

Spent my afternoon with my girlfriend at McDonald's. There's nothing negative to say, we liked it

Nice McDonald's in Minden. Enough parking and nice staff. Since I'm in Minden from time to time to work, coffee is important here in the morning. It comes from a Cimbali machine, is delicious and can be brought to the table upon request.

They go there quite often but today they were very, very unfriendly. They're not allowed to sit there or here. Then why not lock this down? Were chased from one place to the next and then left.

We were there at the weekend with three families and 7 kids, unfortunately some family members had stomach ache after eating it. The worst thing was the floor near the seating area in the children's play area, it was completely stuck!! McDonalds has let up so much in Minden!!!!

The scanner for the coupons didn't work on the ordering terminals, entering the code manually didn't work either, and ordering via the terminal took forever because it kept hanging up. The fries were missing the mayo and the chicken nuggets were missing the sweet and sour sauce. Next time I'll go to Burger King again, the technology works there and no sauces are forgotten.

My fiancé and I were here yesterday and are still speechless. Prices are skyrocketing, products are becoming smaller and smaller or less in quantity. What also makes me really sad is that some people are in a hurry (mainly those who order on the drive-thru and honk their horns) and the staff and the rest of the guests are extremely inconvenienced by the noise. It also contributes extremely to the stress of the employees, which led to some coming to the counter because something was forgotten. Ich habe EINE Stunde im Restaurant auf einen Cheeseburger, ne kleine Pommes und ne Cola gewartet... Es war sehr voll, aber nach einer halben Stunde habe ich einen vorbeikommenden Mitarbeiter gefragt, was mit meiner Bestellung sei, ich würde schon seit 30 Minuten warten... Als Antwort wurde ich nur angepflaumt, ich sei halt noch nicht dran!!! Nach weiteren 20 Minuten bin ich an den Tresen gegangen zu dem Mitarbeiter, der meine Bestellung aufgenommen hatte... Der war erschrocken, dass ich noch nichts hatte und hat sich sofort darum gekümmert... 10 Minuten später hatte ich dann (endlich) meine Bestellung PLUS 1 Entschuldigungsburger auf dem Tisch... Die zwei Sterne für den Service auch nur, weil der letzte Mitarbeiter sich dann wirklich bemüht hat... Fazit für mich: Die Filiale nie wieder oder maximal durch den McDrive... 🤷🏻‍♀️

Personal ist unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit

So mieser Mitarbeiter am drive in Schalter. Ich musste mehrmals meine Bestellung wiederholen. Am Ende das falsche essen bekommen. Nicht nur der Frust das falsche bekommen zu haben , zusätzlich überbezahlt. Ein guter Grund mehr auf Fastfood zu verzichten

Sehr gutes Essen mit einer großen Auswahl. Die Wartezeiten sind meistens sehr kurz. Außerdem sind alle Coupons von der App einlösbar. Also eine Empfehlung von mir.

Heute war mal Fast Food angesagt,dann ist McDonald's für mich die erste Adresse.Ich habe ein Menü bestellt und eine Nummer dazu bekommen.Ein Mitarbeiter hat die Bestellung aufgenommen,eine Mitarbeiterin hat mir das Essen an den Tisch gebracht,beide waren sehr freundlich.Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt.Wenn es mal wieder schnell gehen muss,werde ich sicherlich wiederkommen.

Heute mal in Minden für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch 2 Burger gekauft. Rauf auf den Parkplatz, online bestellt, rein in den McDrive, Bestellcode durchgeben, bezahlt und Burger abgeholt. Sehr schnell, Personal freundlich, Burger gut 👍 Frau Koschitzke, es geht auch gut!👍👍

Der Mc Donalds meiner Kindheit. Jetzt nach 20 Jahren das erste mal wieder diese Filiale mal wieder besucht.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist halt McDonald's Standard Essen aber "ich liebe es" 😜.

Produkte die man mit nach Hause nehmen möchte bitte vor Ort prüfen. Bei uns fehlten 2 bestellte und bezahlte Burger. (VERTRAUEN IST GUT, KONTROLLE IST BESSER).

Andauernd sind Eis und Milch shake Maschinen defekt desöfteren fallen Terminals aus. Aber in der Not kriegt man doch immer seine Burger.

Servicepersonal im Drive-In ist leider nicht fähig Gutscheine, einzulesen oder per Code einzugeben.

Personal war sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Vielleicht ist 09:00uhr zu früh für die Mitarbeiter. Die Hälfte des Essens war kalt und bei beiden Rührei war die Verpackung durch Gewicht. Da durch war auch die ganze Tüte und alles darin feucht. Zum Laden selbst kann ich nichts sagen weil wir im Drive waren.

Nein teuer und ist eine glatte 6 . Ich bin meinen Geld nicht böse und muß es wegschmeißen.

MC Donalds ist nicht mehr das was es früher mal war... Preise für das was man bekommt übertrieben zu hoch... Service , was für Service? Nen Royal ist mittlerweile so groß wie nen Cheeseburger mit Salat... Big Mac ist kein Big Mac eher nen Snack... Aber einer für zwischendurch... Lieferservice ist überflüssig, Essen kommt eh immer lau warm an... Und als Topping die Pappstrohhalme sind einfach nur abartig

Wollten am Tresen bestellen, die Servicekraft hatte uns ziemlich ignoriert. Als 2 junge ,hübsche blonde Mädels kamen wurden sie sofort am Tresen bedient. Leute geht's noch???

Mal wieder versucht....unsauber und schnuckelig. Essen ging....

Nicht sehr sauber, nicht sehr schön. Parkplatz eine Katastrophe. Kinderbereich dreckig, so dass mein Sohn sich das letzte Mal beim Gedanken an die Spielecke zu Hause übergeben hat. Und anscheinend gibt es die Mindesttemperatur mit der das Essen beim Gast ankommen muss, bei Mc Donalds nicht. Essen ist fast immer kalt. Die Terminals sind schlecht angeordnet, so dass wenn viel los ist, man sich gar nicht vernünftig anstellen kann. Tischservice wird oft verweigert weil die Nummern-Schilder nicht zurückgesteckt werden vom Personal. Also hier ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

Das Restaurant war mäßig besucht. Die relativ große Bestellung wurde schnell und frisch zubereitet. Die Burger und Pommes waren heiß und generell gab es am Essen nichts zu beanstanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Insgesamt sehr sauber mit einem guten Gesamteindruck. Die Parkplätze sind teilweise sehr eng.

Ist halt nen McDonald's. Das Essen war aber besser/frischer als meistens bei anderen Standorten.

Positiv überrascht. Das Essen war schnell gemacht und frisch. Die zwei Mädels an der Theke super sympathisch.
