Well, I remember Burger King differently. The burgers were completely dry, there wasn't enough sauce. Plus, thick lettuce sticks on the burgers. It's strange, but at the other branches, it always works very well.

I went to Burger King today and I'm simply disappointed and annoyed. While I was waiting, I noticed that other customers had experienced things going wrong. Their orders weren't taken correctly or were prepared incorrectly. When I ordered, I specifically requested all my burgers without lettuce and tomatoes. Nevertheless, I got the exact opposite, with tomatoes and lettuce. This was especially annoying for my son, as he doesn't eat that. When I pointed out that my order was incorrect, there was no apology or solution. Instead, I was told, "You ordered it like this," which is simply not true. Instead of simply fixing the problem and remaking the burger, they argued with me. To top it all off, they said, "Then go eat somewhere else." Honestly, this isn't how you treat paying customers. You don't expect Michelin-starred dining, but at least respect, friendly service, and that orders are executed as they were placed. Instead, today I experienced absolute rudeness, unprofessionalism, and zero customer focus. To me, this is an absolute disgrace. When you don't even get what you ordered for your money, and then you're treated like this, it takes away your appetite. I can't recommend this Burger King at all and will definitely not go there again.

Ordering is only possible via vending machines; there's a huge line because there are only two of them, and ordering takes an unnecessarily long time; the staff is overwhelmed and seems annoyed, ignoring you; no online ordering is possible. In short, it takes a very long time and is nerve-wracking.

We were hungry and went to Burger King for a change. We wanted two cheeseburgers. The man behind the cash register asked us if we wanted our order as a meal. We said, "Yes, please." So he searched his computer for a place to type it in. After he was completely at a loss for what to do, two more employees came over. One of the three then said we had to place our order at the terminal. What's wrong with that? That I can't place an order at the cash register? We left without anything to eat and weren't going to tolerate this kind of insolence!

The opening hours are actually until 9 p.m. but at 8 p.m. they're already stressing that you should order food to go...very unfriendly staff...some of the food is burnt, especially the bread!!!!!!and some of the orders were incorrect because burgers were missing. I ordered through Lieferando, the driver never showed up. When I called, the man was very rude and shouted at me. At times he threatened me. When I got louder, he started to hold back, but there was no sign of remorse or misunderstanding. Apparently, the phrase "customer is king" is a foreign word in that store. Oh well. And then he started to say that I was unlucky and wouldn't get my money back and no food. I have to admit, it was my fault. If I had looked at the feedback here beforehand, I would never have ordered from there. Now I'm chasing my money... My personal advice to everyone is just don't go there to eat, let alone order from there... By the way, he then told me that he finishes work at 8 p.m. even though the internet says it's open until 9 p.m. It's sad that something like this will result in BK's license being revoked and that he's ruining the chain's reputation.

I was there with my son before a concert. We ate two Wooper menus with Kingwing's. During the concert, we both felt unwell, had stomach aches and nausea, which ended with vomiting and diarrhea. They were reminded to give us a burger, ice cream and still needed to correct the order after I found that they gave me a wrong burger(no bacon) so the manager took the burger in to the back, opened it himself and placed 2 pieces of cold bacon inside. Wanted me to accept this. I flatly refused and an argument between us started. The manager should know basic hygiene and also that when a burger is wrong then a fresh burger is made. 2 points atmosphere because there is a children's climbing frame....

I had a great time at Burger King! Everything was perfect – from the fast and friendly service to the freshly prepared food. I would particularly like to highlight Vahid, the manager, who really does an excellent job. He ensures that everything runs smoothly and that you feel welcome as a customer. Highly recommended!

Ordered to take away. There were 3 burgers missing, which of course only became apparent on the way. So back again. The whole thing is very annoying. We only noticed that the last burger was missing when we had the other two and we were on our way home again. So back again. We got the burgers without any problems, but due to the driving back and forth, the rest was cold and we were just annoyed.

On August 16th, 2024 I was at your Burger King branch in Garbsen to place an order. To my amazement, I had to wait 20 minutes to even be served. During this time, three of your employees were standing around clearly doing nothing. Instead, I was just looked at sideways and it seemed like there was neither the language nor the desire to serve customers. When it was finally my turn, I politely asked for three ketchup packets. Instead of complying with my request, I was simply looked at and told to get in line. After such a long wait, my patience was at an end and to make matters worse, my food was already cold and my children were no longer hungry. The rude way I was treated was unacceptable. I was insulted, insulted and looked up and down. I expect a company like Burger King to hire qualified and motivated employees who enjoy their work and treat customers with kindness and respect. This experience left me so disappointed that I decided never to eat at Burger King in Garbsen again. I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone and I don't want to know how the food is prepared or what else goes on in this branch. Der Selbstbedienungsautomat erkannte den QR-Code auf meinem Handy nicht, also informierte ich den Manager und er kam sofort, um mir zu helfen und meine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Er sorgte dafür, dass alles gut in meiner Tasche verstaut war und dass ich mit dem Service zufrieden war. Der Manager war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und machte meine Erfahrung noch angenehmer. Ich empfehle diese Filiale aufgrund des ausgezeichneten Services, der Organisation bei der Auslieferung von Bestellungen an Kunden und auch wegen der angenehmen und sauberen Umgebung.

Erste und letztes Mal in diesem BK Der gesamte Verkausraum stand aufgrund eines defekten Getränkeapparates oder Eisbereiter unter Wasser. Abfall auf den Tisch. Nichts weggeräumt oder gar die Tische abgewischt Überall Abfall auf dem Boden, unter den Tischen und auch unter den Bänken Überfüllter Rückgabewagen Unfreundlich desinteressiertes Personal. Klassischer Burger King, Essen ist gut für den Preis und ist auch angemessen Sauber, ab und zu muss man nur nachschauen ob man das richtige bekommen hat

Wir mussten 3 mal hin, weil so einiges gefehlt hat: - 1 Kinderkola weniger - 2 kleine Pommes - 1 Erwachsenencola weniger Wenn man mit den Kindern da ist und dann ständig etwas fehlt, vergeht einem die Laune. Ja, wir haben trotzdem alles nich bekommen. Aber bis 3 sollte man auch bei einem BK zählen können, besonders wenn man an der Ausgabe steht. Schade!
