Since the big burger chains have become so expensive, the price-performance ratio has become good.

We think the burgers are the best here - they are always used as a benchmark for other burgers! So far, very few have made it to the bar. Let's go there every now and then before we go to the cinema - since the waiting time isn't long here, you can always time it well. :)

We've tested a lot of burgers, but the burgers at BunBun are still the best! Just the homemade bread that doesn't fall apart gives you extra points! The great selection, which is further expanded by special burgers, is also outstanding. The prices are right for the quality too! Only the sweet potato fries could be crispier. We would like to see a store like this in the Stuttgart area!

The food came too late, I find the delivery time of 120 minutes a bit ridiculous, but the food arrived cold and our burger meat was still pink inside even though we wanted it to be finished I won't order there again

Unfortunately, the smashed burger for €7.50 was not at all what I expected. There was actually a lot of raw red onions on it, a thin slice of meat, some sauce and a lot of bread rolls. Unfortunately, often you just bit off rolls with onions. I would have liked either fried onions or some tomatoes/cucumber or something similar. But unfortunately for me the ratio wasn't right in terms of taste - as everything only tasted like raw onions. I'm a big fan of BunBun, but unfortunately the Smashed Burger isn't recommended.

We have been BunBun Burger customers for many years. The friendliness of the service staff remains TOP. The burgers are still VERY tasty. We like the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the quality of the supplements and sometimes also their size leave more and more to be desired, and overall the price-performance ratio is increasingly deteriorating. In detail: - A few years ago there was a choice of homemade onion rings as a side dish. These were eventually abolished. It's a shame, because these were very tasty. - As an alternative we thought the mozzarella sticks were great. These were also homemade. Unfortunately, these were replaced by a ready-made version a few months ago, are significantly smaller and don't taste nearly as good, and the price remained the same. It's a shame, because these are no longer anything special and taste like the ones you get in every discount store. - Until a few months ago, the mixed salad also had a great balsamic dressing and the portion size of the salad and dressing left nothing to be desired. The dressing has now been replaced by another product, which no longer tastes as good, is rather watery and significantly less is used per salad portion. In combination with the fact that the size of the salad has also become smaller, this is a real shame. - We also notice that the burgers have been getting smaller for a few months. However, the taste remains great. Overall, the changes are disappointing. I would rather pay a few euros more and have all the delicious side dishes and the previous sizes again. As a “regular customer” I was repeatedly disappointed.

I'm very critical when it comes to burgers because I like to prepare them myself. When I look at the cost in relation to the taste experience, it's pretty mediocre. You can still get so much out of it. I like it when the food is “provoked” by the seasoning, i.e. when it is seasoned just to the limit or when appropriate components have been selected. I wish there was more flavor in the burgers. They are rather bland. Just use more umami components: such as: B. strong mountain cheese, parmesan, truffle sauce, mushrooms, cranberry cream, artichoke cream, strong meat such as. B. Dry Aged etc. Then the burger pops really well.

Until a few years ago, I loved coming here for the burgers and especially the homemade mozzarella sticks. Today I was so incredibly disappointed that I never want to come back. The mozzarella sticks have become more expensive again and they were the small ones I bought at every wholesaler. The hash browns on my burger were also half the size of the rest of the burger, so you hardly noticed it. I just find it outrageous how much the quality has improved compared to 5 years ago despite rising prices.

Ambiance is okay, but always very cold in the store. Unfortunately, like everywhere else, everything is becoming smaller, poorer quality and more expensive at the same time. At least the mozzarella sticks used to be huge, but now for €6.20 they are small, not even homemade sticks. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. We won't go there anymore. 1/5 stars

Never again! We waited almost 3 hours for our food. We ordered this evening at 6:15 p.m. and called the restaurant at 7:30 p.m. There was a nice employee who apologized and told us it would take another half hour. After the food still wasn't there at 8:30 p.m. we called again. This time there was an unfriendly employee on the phone who replied annoyed that the food would come in 15 minutes. Half an hour later the food came, almost 3 hours later! The food was cold, the fries were raw, we had the chilli cheese burger and a BBQ burger, we both decided that we had never eaten such bad burgers. I also had the Dubai chocolate tiramisu, which was quite small for the hefty price of €5.90 and not really tasty either. As an “apology” we were given a small dip, which in my opinion was a cheek. For these overpriced prices, it's definitely a real disappointment and not worth the money.

Inconspicuous from the outside, a piece of gold from the inside: Chilled atmosphere, good music, super nice employees and BOMBASTIC fresh food! I've enjoyed coming here for years and will always stay that way. Lots of love!

Unfortunately I was really disappointed today. As always, we ordered mozzarella sticks. But instead of the mozzarella sticks that we usually got, today we got run-of-the-mill mozzarella sticks that taste and look just like the cheap ones from the freezer from good and cheap or yes! It's a real shame, they used to taste better...and we even paid the same price (€6.20)

The staff was very friendly, but 5 stars. The food was filling but had little taste and was unfortunately nothing special. The prices were definitely too high for what was served. It was the first and last visit, which I think is a shame because everything else left a good impression.

The person who orders here has themselves to blame. We ordered food at around 4:30 p.m. At 6:40 p.m. the driver arrived with the delivery, which was completely wrong and cold. When I tried to reach BunBun Burger several times, I suddenly received a call from a completely strange number with a completely strange woman who explained to me that she had received our order with my customer details. The other family who received our order had the same trouble and also tried in vain to reach BunBun Burger. After a while, the other customer called me again to tell me from BunBun Burger that everything had been sorted out and that a new order was on the way. To protect the driver, who was very nice. The printed paper was actually very illegible. After an assurance that we would get the correct order in half an hour, we got the money back after about an hour without comment and sat at home all evening without eating. After a phone call with BunBun Burger, it was clear that our order had been canceled by BunBun Burger without comment because of the negative review. Conclusion: After about 4 hours of waiting and fussing, the food was cold, the wrong order was delivered and my details were passed on to strangers who harassed me throughout the evening. Afterwards, for this brilliant achievement, you wonder why you get a bad rating and then act stubborn on the phone. Really a disgrace! Disaster!

Delicious burgers, very friendly team!

We've ordered from BunBun several times now and it's gotten worse from time to time! First, the homemade mozzarella sticks were replaced by industrially produced ones. Then the delivery time became later and later! Today it was almost two hours and when the burgers arrived the burgers and fries were squashed and cold because the bottles were on them. If you can't manage to deliver the burgers while they're warm, maybe you should consider not delivering anymore!!!

Delivered 45 minutes late! A bit problematic when there is a fixed lunch break.

We had 2x BBQ burgers You have 2 menus to choose from Menu1 Homemade Fries Mineral water (still) 0.33 which costs 7.00 euros Menu 2 is the same selection as menu 1 only 2 euros more expensive.Huh? Of course that is also overpriced! The "extras" listed, such as cheese, etc., are also completely wrong in terms of price. In addition, that should be an "extra" and not the only one. Because if I hadn't included a slice of cheese (extra), it would be fine no one was there! Sorry, but for these prices I expect a fully built burger, with fries without paying extra and a decent amount of topping on top! We don't need this again!

Were here several times and were happy to order or pick up. The patties and buns are or were homemade. I particularly liked the homemade bean patty and always ordered it as a non-vegetarian. For my (vegetarian) friends, this was also an absolute favorite. It wasn't your typical fast food chain burger with those vegan patties trying to taste like meat. Unfortunately, now there are only the standard vegan patties that we bought (for +2€), but unfortunately we didn't like all three of them. Fries are still very good, but there isn't another vegetarian alternative, which is why we unfortunately don't want to go there anymore. Maybe there is hope that the bean patty will make a comeback or that an alternative will come along that might taste like vegetables or something similar and not just this fake meat.

Fantastic burgers, incomparable!!

Unfortunately I'm really dissatisfied. I've ordered a few times and it's usually been lukewarm at most. Today I waited twice as long as stated (i.e. 1.5 hours). And then instead of a vegan patty I also had a meat party, which as a vegetarian really sucks and I even paid 2 euros more for the vegetarian one. Unfortunately that was the last chance for the store.

Very nice burgers, tasted delicious. Had 2 cheeseburgers and a Greek one. We went straight to the theses and only had to wait 10/15 minutes. The interior style was a little too cool for us and the music was too penetrating (we don't like it at all, oops) so we sat outside, which was completely okay. There are also toilets. I would come again :)

We ordered from BunBun Burger through FoodAlley. Burgers were ordered "done" and arrived medium rare. Unfortunately I couldn't eat because I'm pregnant! Had to take meat off my burger-rest of the burger was good. Salad consists mainly of arugula and 2 slices of tomatoes - very disappointing especially if you don't like arugula. Ordered 2 different cinnamon rolls (with white chocolate and once with cream cheese) and cream cheese frosting was delivered twice. The cinnamon rolls are also extremely dry and must have been 2-3 days old. All in all...we won't be eating or ordering there again for the prices and disappointment!! Delivery time was ok - arrived 20 minutes late.

Yes, what can you say about that... Bun Bun Burger is a cool restaurant and delivery service with a lot of potential... But unfortunately the service is terrible and anything but worth the money. 1. We pre-ordered the food at around 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the delivery time was 6:45 p.m.!!! And we couldn't keep our next appointment, thank you for that! 2. If you call and actually complain in a friendly and polite way, all they do is make excuses as to why it doesn't work, the same story as always. (Busy, no staff, etc.) Yes, that's bad, but not my problem as a customer! But if you call again, you just don't answer twice. And that is absolute disgrace! 3. The quality really depends on the day, sometimes good, sometimes cold and bad.... Unfortunately the food was ice cold again yesterday. Why don't you have electric warming boxes like every other delivery service in the 21st century? The taste was good! 4. Orders are often delivered incorrectly when ordered! Drinking was swapped this time. 5. The price is way too overpriced for the quality and service. Paid over €60 yesterday for: Burnt strips of schnitzel Cold burger and fries where there were bad ones! Cold and unfinished mozzarella sticks! So these days, when everything is getting more expensive, I'd rather invest my €60 better. I'm willing to pay for quality, but then it has to be right. The atmosphere is bad, more reminiscent of a fast food shop. The excessively expensive prices, on the other hand, are reminiscent of a high-quality burger house. Unfortunately, the burgers here are dry and cold. But the highlight here are the fries. Be prepared to have the small 2cm frying pan leftovers sold as fries.

We pre-ordered at 1pm for 6pm. The food finally arrived at 6:40 p.m. No notice was even given. Fries and burgers were completely cold. But it was also simply packed in a paper bag and covered with a napkin. It wasn't even transported in warm boxes. How is it supposed to stay warm there? It was the second time we ordered delivery. Unfortunately it was exactly the same the first time. A real disaster.

We ordered yesterday evening and we have already ordered 2-3 times from Bun Bun but yesterday everything went wrong. Forgotten fries, no extra bacon on it even though I paid and ordered it and all the sauces were missing (the ones on mozzarella sticks...) and then the quality Guys, do you have a new chef or what's going on? Chicken meat in the Caesar salad disaster had zero taste and arrived cold (otherwise always warm) the dressing also had zero taste and my burger was done instead of medium people, that was better and when we order it's not just 60 € and tips are actually always at least €10 yesterday a bit more but if I had known that really bad performance yesterday I'm happy to wait for a suggestion for compensation. ATTENTION UPDATE: Thanks for the voucher for the next order, we will use it and test whether it was just a slip-up

Everything just tasted like sauce. The patty was totally greasy and burnt. The bread couldn't get any drier. Unfortunately very disappointed. The children's menu was an absolute disaster. It ended up in the trash just like the cheeseburger. Never again.almost €50 wasted. There are significantly better and cheaper alternatives.

I was in the restaurant with my girlfriend at lunchtime on Sunday two weeks ago. There was no one in the house except us at the beginning, but it still took 5 minutes to be served. Other people came and they, wearing street clothes and carrying small children, went behind the counter and helped themselves there (they must have been employees, etc.). Already a nogo. The food was bland. Hardly any taste! We had two burgers and chili con carne fries. The fries tasted like nothing but industrial cheese and were so greasy, as if the fat had been poured over them instead of sauce. Because there was so little going on, the tables were dirty and not wiped. Unfortunately a failure!

OK so I love bun bun burger. I am a burger snob. Meat quality has always been good. Everything is always cooked well. Salad can be hit and miss so more attention needs to be take there. I've already ordered a menu with a burger, fries and a drink 4 times at longer intervals. 3 out of 4 times my drink was missing from delivery, which is an absolute disgrace considering the prices you pay for a menu! In addition, the deliveries arrive much later than stated.
