BunBun Burger in Villingen-Schwenningen

We've ordered from BunBun several times now and it's gotten worse from time to time! First, the homemade mozzarella sticks were replaced by industrially produced ones. Then the delivery time became later and later! Today it was almost two hours and when the burgers arrived the burgers and fries were squashed and cold because the bottles were on them. If you can't manage to deliver the burgers while they're warm, maybe you should consider not delivering anymore!!!

The person who orders here has themselves to blame. We ordered food at around 4:30 p.m. At 6:40 p.m. the driver came with the food. The delivery was completely wrong and also cold. BunBun Burger couldn't be reached. The other family who received our order called me and clarified everything with BunBun Burger since I couldn't reach them. To protect the driver, who was very nice. The printed note was actually very illegible. After an assurance that we would get the correct order in half an hour, we got the money back without comment and sat at home all evening without eating. After a phone call with BunBun Burger, it was clear that our order had been canceled by BunBun Burger without comment because of the negative review. Conclusion: Food cold, wrong order delivered and my data passed on to strangers. Afterwards, for this brilliant achievement, you wonder why you get a bad rating and then act stubborn on the phone. Really a disgrace! Disaster!

It's a shame that some people are really stupid and that's why they give bad reviews. I've been eating there regularly for years and everything is perfect every time.

Excellent and plentiful sandwiches, delicious fries and dreamy desserts. All surrounded by a super kind and friendly staff. The price is fair for the service it offers.

Price/performance completely wrong! Burgers were cold and bland! We had 2x BBQ burgers You have 2 menus to choose from Menu1 Homemade Fries Mineral water (still) 0.33 which costs 7.00 euros Menu 2 is the same selection as menu 1 only 2 euros more expensive.Huh? Of course that is also overpriced! The "extras" listed, such as cheese, etc., are also completely wrong in terms of price. In addition, that should be an "extra" and not the only one. Because if I hadn't included a slice of cheese (extra), it would be fine no one was there! Sorry, but for these prices I expect a fully built burger, with fries without paying extra and a decent amount of topping on top! We don't need this again!

Were here several times and were happy to order or pick up. The patties and buns are or were homemade. I particularly liked the homemade bean patty and always ordered it as a non-vegetarian. For my (vegetarian) friends, this was also an absolute favorite. It wasn't your typical fast food chain burger with those vegan patties trying to taste like meat. Unfortunately, now there are only the standard vegan patties that we bought (for +2€), but unfortunately we didn't like all three of them. Fries are still very good, but there isn't another vegetarian alternative, which is why we unfortunately don't want to go there anymore. Maybe there is hope that the bean patty will make a comeback or that an alternative will come along that might taste like vegetables or something similar and not just this fake meat.

Fantastic burgers, incomparable!!

Unfortunately I'm really dissatisfied. I've ordered a few times and it's usually been lukewarm at most. Today I waited twice as long as stated (i.e. 1.5 hours). And then instead of a vegan patty I also had a meat party, which as a vegetarian really sucks and I even paid 2 euros more for the vegetarian one. Unfortunately that was the last chance for the store.

Very nice burgers, tasted delicious. Had 2 cheeseburgers and a Greek one. We went straight to the theses and only had to wait 10/15 minutes. The interior style was a little too cool for us and the music was too penetrating (we don't like it at all, oops) so we sat outside, which was completely okay. There are also toilets. I would come again :)

We ordered from BunBun Burger through FoodAlley. Burgers were ordered "done" and arrived medium rare. Unfortunately I couldn't eat because I'm pregnant! Had to take meat off my burger-rest of the burger was good. Salad consists mainly of arugula and 2 slices of tomatoes - very disappointing especially if you don't like arugula. Ordered 2 different cinnamon rolls (with white chocolate and once with cream cheese) and cream cheese frosting was delivered twice. The cinnamon rolls are also extremely dry and must have been 2-3 days old. All in all...we won't be eating or ordering there again for the prices and disappointment!! Delivery time was ok - arrived 20 minutes late.

Yes, what can you say about that... Bun Bun Burger is a cool restaurant and delivery service with a lot of potential... But unfortunately the service is terrible and anything but worth the money. 1. We pre-ordered the food at around 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the delivery time was 6:45 p.m.!!! And we couldn't keep our next appointment, thank you for that! 2. If you call and actually complain in a friendly and polite way, all they do is make excuses as to why it doesn't work, the same story as always. (Busy, no staff, etc.) Yes, that's bad, but not my problem as a customer! But if you call again, you just don't answer twice. And that is absolute disgrace! 3. The quality really depends on the day, sometimes good, sometimes cold and bad.... Unfortunately the food was ice cold again yesterday. Why don't you have electric warming boxes like every other delivery service in the 21st century? The taste was good! 4. Orders are often delivered incorrectly when ordered! Drinking was swapped this time. 5. The price is way too overpriced for the quality and service. Paid over €60 yesterday for: Burnt strips of schnitzel Cold burger and fries where there were bad ones! Cold and unfinished mozzarella sticks! So these days, when everything is getting more expensive, I'd rather invest my €60 better. I'm willing to pay for quality, but then it has to be right. Despite the small inconsistencies, I'm actually not one to write a bad review on Google, and I've really been a regular and fan of Bun Bun Burger up until now. And I'm actually a friend of I'll clarify this with the restaurant directly because bad reviews can be really bad. But as already mentioned, unfortunately you don't answer the phone! But today was definitely the highlight. The driver was very friendly and that's why I held back. But we order there often, so I think I can give my best judgment. Conclusion for us it's a shame, but I recommend you go or order from the competition because my money and I as a customer are at least valued! It's a shame that the management here seems to be working with blinders on. Because the image is becoming more and more broken instead of maintaining the quality that it once had!

The atmosphere is bad, more reminiscent of a fast food shop. The excessively expensive prices, on the other hand, are reminiscent of a high-quality burger house. Unfortunately, the burgers here are dry and cold. But the highlight here are the fries. Be prepared to have the small 2cm frying pan leftovers sold as fries.

It's understandable that when the European Championships are on and there's a screen hanging there, an employee would also like to watch... but at least the customer shouldn't fall into the background... A completely wrong order was packed, stupid surprise after 20 minutes drive home. The worst thing is that no one answers the phone after more than 10 attempts. Thank you never again!!!

We pre-ordered at 1pm for 6pm. The food finally arrived at 6:40 p.m. No notice was even given. Fries and burgers were completely cold. But it was also simply packed in a paper bag and covered with a napkin. It wasn't even transported in warm boxes. How is it supposed to stay warm there? It was the second time we ordered delivery. Unfortunately it was exactly the same the first time. A real disaster.

Price performance is great. The burger and fries were super tasty 😋. What impressed us most was the great service!! Very few restaurants have it. We are satisfied and would like to come back.

We ordered yesterday evening and we have already ordered 2-3 times from Bun Bun but yesterday everything went wrong. Forgotten fries, no extra bacon on it even though I paid and ordered it and all the sauces were missing (the ones on mozzarella sticks...) and then the quality Guys, do you have a new chef or what's going on? Chicken meat in the Caesar salad disaster had zero taste and arrived cold (otherwise always warm) the dressing also had zero taste and my burger was done instead of medium people, that was better and when we order it's not just 60 € and tips are actually always at least €10 yesterday a bit more but if I had known that really bad performance yesterday I'm happy to wait for a suggestion for compensation. ATTENTION UPDATE: Thanks for the voucher for the next order, we will use it and test whether it was just a slip-up

Burgers are delicious, the only point is that the breading on the chicken burger could be a little crispier. I also find it a tad too expensive. Otherwise good, employees are friendly.

Everything just tasted like sauce. The patty was totally greasy and burnt. The bread couldn't get any drier. Unfortunately very disappointed. The children's menu was an absolute disaster. It ended up in the trash just like the cheeseburger. Never again.almost €50 wasted. There are significantly better and cheaper alternatives.

Modern burger restaurant right in the center with a modern ambience. In addition to a good selection of burgers, there are also many different drinks from the Fritz Cola empire. I was in the restaurant with my girlfriend at lunchtime on Sunday two weeks ago. There was no one in the house except us at the beginning, but it still took 5 minutes to be served. Other people came and they, wearing street clothes and carrying small children, went behind the counter and helped themselves there (they must have been employees, etc.). Already a nogo. The food was bland. Hardly any taste! We had two burgers and chili con carne fries. The fries tasted like nothing but industrial cheese and were so greasy, as if the fat had been poured over them instead of sauce. Because there was so little going on, the tables were dirty and not wiped. Unfortunately a failure!

Food was great. The slightly higher price for burgers is absolutely justified because you can really taste the quality. The service was also super friendly and quick. By the way, the fat Greek is definitely recommended because, contrary to the name, it tastes very light, fresh and delicious. We'll be happy to come back.

OK so I love bun bun burger. I am a burger snob. Meat quality has always been good. Everything is always cooked well. Salad can be hit and miss so more attention needs to be take there. Price is not outrageous but in my opinion should be around 5€ cheaper for normal fries and a normal one patty burger. So far in my four years in germany This is the best tasting burger

I've already ordered a menu with a burger, fries and a drink 4 times at longer intervals. 3 out of 4 times my drink was missing from delivery, which is an absolute disgrace considering the prices you pay for a menu! In addition, the deliveries arrive much later than stated.

Disaster, the food was ice cold upon delivery. Fries inedible. It would be better not to offer a delivery service given the result.

We ordered by phone and had to wait over 2 hours for delivery. The citizens and the fries were cold. The fries were only covered with a napkin (so no food can be kept warm). The portion of fries was just half a bowl. So unfortunately not recommended.

Waited 45 minutes for the food despite the restaurant being empty. The tables were dirty and sticky, and maybe they needed a sweep. The staff seemed extremely unprofessional. Furthermore, there was a small child behind the counter when ordering, for whom no one felt responsible. This used to be a good restaurant but now I wouldn't recommend it or go there anymore.

The food isn't that great. The tables are dirty and greasy. I really don't understand why no one feels obligated to wipe the tables. That's part of having a restaurant. And the prices are way too high for the quality. Since there is no other burger place nearby, Bun Bun is still staying afloat.

The burgers taste absolutely great and are definitely worth the price. Unfortunately, the implementation of the order was a little slower, for example we ordered two burgers without onions and unfortunately that was not taken into account. Additional extras such as bacon were also not taken into account, even though you paid extra for them. Der Service war an diesem Abend unter aller Sau und der Kellner hatte eine starke Alkoholfahne die wir beim bestellen auch wahrgenommen haben. Auch waren die Tische klebrig und nicht geputzt. Auch mussten wir auf das Essen lange warten, obwohl das Restaurant zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht stark besucht war. An dem Service muss man wirklich arbeiten, den es war jetzt das letzte mal. Vielleicht geben wir dem Laden irgendwann anders eine Chance.

Have ordered there several times for lunch breaks. Eating itself is good. When it comes to delivery, however, the service is poor, either not everything that was ordered is delivered or the delivery arrived much too late. I can't make delivery dates and then not keep them.

The burger joint has a pretty cool vibe, a little too cool to be honest. The food took forever and when it came the burger and fries were cold. The fries had little taste and were very greasy. The chili cheese burger with cheese and jalapenos was a failure. The cheese was barely melted and the jalapenos were zero spicy, more like pickles. Part of the burger was even completely over salted. Prices are okay, the employees are cool, but the food and temperature really need to be improved. Oh yeah, the toilets were a mess too. Hardly any toilet paper, no soap, the tap is wobbly and only cold water 💦. So, not only the food, but also the bathrooms could use an upgrade. 🚽🙅‍♂️ ❄️🧀🌶️🍔

Cheeseburger, the cheese was partly transparent, tomatoes were cut way too thick, two slices had to come off. Not a great taste for the price, ok. Homemade fries were ok. We were shocked at the condition of the tables, sticky, dirty, after I asked for a cleaning cloth, the table was cleaned, there wasn't much going on at the time, just wipe it down. Yesterday I went to the bun bun burger in Schwenningen with my friends and we were thrilled. The restaurant has a great location on the market square and a modern and cozy atmosphere. The service was very friendly and attentive, ordering was quick and easy. The burgers were to die for: juicy, fresh and delicious. The buns were homemade and fluffy, the meat was high quality and the sauces were flavorful and creamy. The fries were crispy and the salads were crunchy and fresh. The portions were generous and we were all full. The prices were reasonable and fair. We also tried the desserts which were also delicious. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. The bun bun burger in Schwenningen is a real insider tip for all burger lovers. I give the restaurant 5/5 stars and can only recommend it

They have the tastiest burgers and fries here:) The vegetarian burger in particular is a dream. On my last visit (of course we ordered vegetarian burgers and fries to pick up) I had a pleasant conversation with the owner while my food was freshly prepared :) During this time I learned about everything that is made here in-house and how regional the products are are. Anyone craving a burger has come to the right place :)
