Wie immer sehr, sehr gut. Einfach sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr nette Bedienungen. Gegrillte Peperoni sehr lecker und scharf. Die Salate sind sehr groß und sehr lecker. Dan Lammfilet zart und eine sehr gute Menge. Tolle Pommes. Location ist sehr schön.

Die Turmstube/El Greco im Ratskeller ist immer einen Besuch wert. Ich komme hier immer mit meinen Trainingsgästen her. Sehr leckere griechische Küche auf hohem Niveau in einer phänomenalen Atmosphäre. In diesem historischen Gewölbe befanden sich meines Kenntnisstandes nach im späten Mittelalter einst Pferdestallungen. Eine alte Obstprersse und Ritterrüstungen runden das Ambiente ab, richtig gut gemacht, Chapeau!

Absolute Empfehlung das „El Greco“! Das Essen ist super lecker und die Portionen sind wirklich großzügig – man wird definitiv satt. Die Räume sind außerdem sehr schön und gemütlich gestaltet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sorgt immer für eine gute Stimmung. Ich komme immer wieder gern hierher!

Ich möchte jetzt mal ein Lob hier lassen! Wir gehen seit vielen Jahren hier essen. Egal ob Mittagstisch oder Abends. Es ist immer Lecker, die Portionen sind gut, der Service ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich, die Preise angemessen und das Ambiente sehr angenehm. Der Gewölbekeller ist schon etwas besonderes. Wir freuen uns auch schon wieder sehr aufs draußen sitzen... Genuß pur! Lieblingsessen: Alle Fischgerichte ❤️

Wir waren über Silvester im Ratskeller. Bei der Reservierung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Reservierung von 17.30 - 20.00 Uhr gültig sei, was für uns vollkommen akzeptabel war. Jedoch war das Restaurant komplett überfüllt und der Service sowie die Küche sind nicht nachgekommen. Wir haben über 1 1/2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. An sich kein Problem, jedoch war es bereits 20 Uhr als wir mit Hauptspeise fertig waren und der Service hat unseren Kinder die Nachspeise verweigert, aufgrund der Doppelbuchung um 20 Uhr. Das ist für eine Familie mit Kindern einfach unverständlich und die Kinder waren an diesem Abend sehr enttäuscht. Das ganze nur, weil das Lokal ein Maximum an Profit rausholen wollte und mit dem Service total überfordert war. Zusätzlich werden die Speisen nicht richtig gekennzeichnet. Ich hatte Lammkoteletts bestellt und laut Karte werden diese mit Pommes und Gemüsereis Reis serviert, was jedoch nicht der Fall war. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass diese Beilagen bei dem Gericht nicht dabei sind und ich musste die Pommes extra bestellen.

"5 Sterne! Das Rumpsteak war auf den Punkt zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Vorspeisen kamen pünktlich und das gesamte Hauptessen wurde gleichzeitig serviert, was bei unserer Gruppe super war. Der Nachtisch hat den Abend perfekt abgerundet. Gerne wieder!"

Hier ist es wirklich toll. Wir waren gestern zum ersren Mal hier. Das Essen sehr fein und reichlich, alles herrlich sauber, keine Wartenzeiten, ein freundliches und rücksichtsvolles Personal wie man es selten findet. Wir werden hier noch oft essen. Vielen Dank!!!

Heute mit einer Gruppe mit 6 Pers. Zum Essen im El Greco im Ratskellern Villingen. Essen prima, schönes knuspriges Gyros und andere Gerichte. Sehr lecker und nicht lange warten müssen. Preis zwischen 15-20 € fürs Haupgericht. Wir Ware sehr zufrieden.

Sehr gutes Essen, meist auch sehr reichlich, netter Service. Wurden hier noch nie enttäuscht, gehen recht oft hin. Am Wochenende manchmal etwas voll und laut. Im Sommer auch nett zum Draussensitzen.

Ein tolles, kleines, rustikales Restaurant, versteckt in einer Gasse im mittelalterlichen Teil von Villingen. Das Essen war köstlich und das Bier hervorragend. Die Bedienung war überaus freundlich.

We ordered: Dorade filet, Kotopoulo, and Minotaurus-Teller. We thought the quality and service were good. The setting is very quaint, practically located beneath the medieval city walls. Inside, there are many antique objects and furnishings.

A Greek restaurant in the heart of Villingen that's worth a visit, as the spa gardens exude a pleasant atmosphere with lovely opportunities for strolling, especially after dinner. The restaurant makes a well-maintained impression. Each country is familiar with its own traditional cuisine, and Greek cuisine in particular has that special something; almost everything tastes good. The staff is polite and accommodating.

Simply our favorite place when you're craving Greek cuisine. We always feel very welcome as guests.

We always enjoy eating here during our lunch break. Price and performance are right and we love the food. My personal favorite is Bifteki with fries and salad. You don't have long waiting times. The service is quick and friendly.

The food was very tasty. There were also some vegetarian options, which I personally thought was great. The service was great. Even though all the tables were occupied, the food came quickly and the service staff was super nice. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. I had a lovely evening here.

Very good food, good service, nice staff, nice atmosphere. Prices okay for today. The only thing that bothered me: there could have been a little more time between the starter and the side salad and between the side salad and the main course. That happened too quickly. At the next table they weren't nearly finished with the starter - they could have finished the salad. Maybe it was because a larger group was registered and they wanted to have most of the guests served by then. So I can't say whether it's always like that. Just a guess.

Simply great! The food was delicious, the portions were just right and the service was friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long, everything came to the table quickly and fresh. By far the best Greek outside of Greece. The food is authentic and just as delicious as you would expect from a holiday in Greece. The ambience in the restaurant is magical, in an old vaulted cellar, combined with modern style. The service is very attentive and very hospitable. You feel completely comfortable here and will be happy to come back. All in all, highly recommended and for anyone who likes Greek food, a visit is an absolute must.

We had dinner at Gaststätte Ratskeller El Greco. We started with the Saganaki which was fried Feta. I ordered the 3 Pork Medallions in Cassis cream sauce with mushrooms and onions. The wife, of course, went for the Moussaka. We ordered the Profiteroles for dessert. Thanks to our wonderful waiter for making it a great experience.

Actually, I'm not one to write or read reviews, but this restaurant really deserves it. We were looking for a restaurant and ended up here. We were greeted warmly from the start and our daughter was immediately provided with a high chair. The food didn't take long to arrive and the taste was unique. Not dead like some other Greek restaurants. Delicately juicy, plentiful and simply really tasty. The dessert, which I had never had before, exceeded my expectations many times over. All in all, please keep it up. I will definitely come back at some point. 👍🏻

Delicious Greek food in a great atmosphere

Eat delicious, prices are ok too. The service was forthcoming. I think it's a shame that there is no offer for lunch but the prices are the same.

We were there as a group, had reserved and were warmly greeted. The service was good, unfortunately there was no drinks menu. Only the placemats as a card with the dishes. The meat and fish dishes looked good, although the portions were quite small. All together. I had a vegetarian casserole that was supposed to be with fresh vegetables like zucchini and eggplant. I got a really very small piece of vegetable lasagne with way too much cheese, a tomato sauce instead of béchamel and a few canned mushrooms and peas. The portion was really small and unfortunately didn't taste good at all. It was mostly dough and cheese. Unfortunately there was also a salad. I found the dish for almost €17 to be more than cheeky! I also found the starters to be very expensive for what they were. I wouldn't go there again, I honestly can't fully understand the reviews here given my experience.

Ein originales griechisches Restaurant, das die sehr freundlichen Servicektäfte mit Herzblut und viel Engagement sehr gastlich führen. Die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft und die Speisenauswahl sehr vielfältig. Auch Sonderwünsche werden freudig erfüllt. Wir waren zu viert und alle sehr zufrieden.

Ich war essen mit zwei Jugendlichen. Der Tisch innen war nicht sauber, es waren überall noch Krümel. Das Essen war Solala. Ich habe schon wesentlich günstiger für besseres Essen bei Griechen gespeist. Für eine Saziki ( kleines flaches Schälchen) muss man ganz schön tief in die Tasche greifen. Die Meeresfrüchte waren in Ordnung aber z.tl. TK ware. Der Gyros schmeckte zum davon laufen. Der Suflaki war lecker. Der Salat war lieblos ins Schüsselchen geklatscht und leider nicht durchmischen, nur beträufelt . Dicke Pommes eine kleine Hand voll ohne jegliche Anbietung von Souce oder Saziki..... und man hat das Gefühl alles wird Husch Husch erledigt. Ja, man kann dort hingehen, aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Da dieser Laden mehr oder weniger ein Monopol in der Innenstadt hat rennen die Leute halt hin. Aber, es lohnt sich ins Umland zu schauen, denn da wartet besseres.

Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Griechische Grillteller ohne Zaziki...verstehe ich nicht, dass man das extra bestellen muss. Das gehört doch dazu. Bedienung sehr freundlich und flott.

Hervorragender Service, sehr freundlich! Hatten die Gyros-Pfanne, Hüftsteak mit Schafskäse und Kalamari-Salat - alles top! Essen kam unglaublich schnell, selten eine so freundliche Bedienung wie den Herrn erlebt und mega hundefreundlich. Das Wasser für unseren Vierbeiner stand innerhalb von 2 Minuten da. Gibt rein gar nichts zu meckern!
