Restaurant Waldeslust im Schwenninger Moos mit griechischer Küche in Villingen-Schwenningen

Besitzer unhöflich, Essen überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Für groß gespuckte Töne echt schwach.

Man sitzt schön, und der Service ist ok. Leider ist das Essen nicht ansprechend serviert und schmeckt mittelmäßig.

Seit dem neuen Pächter, leider nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unhöflich.

Also unterirdisch. Katastrophen Service nach 20 min endlich bestellt zehn Leute sind gegangen weil keiner kam zu Bestellung auf nehmen. Falsche Getränke gebracht. Voll war der Laden nicht. Chefin hetzt lieber die Mitarbeiterin anstatt mit anzupacken im Service. Also das muss ich nicht mehr haben.

Das Essen war sehr gut und kam relativ zügig. Der Service war auch gut, allerdings musste man ins Restaurant um zu bezahlen, (wir saßen auf der Terrasse) . Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung. Wie man es von einem Sportheim erwarten würde. Seit 05.07. Kein Grieche mehr, sondern deutsche Küche. Leider Mittelmaß, Salat aus dem Glas und Eimer. Sehr lange Wartezeit, Bedienung total überfordert.

Kulinarische Demütigung und Ignoranz pur! ​Ein Tag zum Vergessen! Wir haben 120 € für ein Familienessen ausgegeben, nur um wie lästige Bittsteller behandelt zu werden. Der „Salat“ war eine bodenlose Frechheit: ein Haufen Eisbergsalat mit einem einsamen Stück Tomate, ertränkt in einem Liter Dressing. Ein Grauen! ​Obwohl das Gyros eigentlich gut war, war der Service eine absolute Katastrophe!! Die Kellnerin war völlig hysterisch, rannte gestresst umher und knallte uns die Teller wahllos auf den Tisch, ohne zu fragen, wer was bestellt hatte. Der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit: Nachdem das Essen serviert wurde, wurden wir komplett ignoriert. Niemand hielt es für nötig, zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir noch etwas zu trinken wünschten – und das, obwohl wir vor leeren Gläsern saßen! ​Man servierte uns schlechte Laune und arrogante Blicke statt Gastfreundschaft. Wir fühlten uns, als wäre unsere bloße Anwesenheit eine Last für das Personal. Nie wieder Waldelust! nie wieder!

Wir waren letzte Woche mit einer größeren Gruppe hier und mussten deshalb vorab bestellen. Trotzdem kamen die Gerichte zu völlig unterschiedlichen Zeiten an den Tisch, sodass die Ersten bereits fertig mit dem Essen waren, bevor der Rest überhaupt ihr Essen bekommen hat. Der Service war leider eine Katastrophe, unfreundlich und komplett überfordert. Auch das Bezahlen hat unnötig lange gedauert und war ziemlich chaotisch. Gerichte und ganze Rechnungen wurden doppelt gebucht, und die Chefin war total genervt und hat sogar herumgeschrien. So etwas haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt. Das Restaurant selbst liegt schön direkt am Schwenninger Moos, was den enttäuschenden Besuch umso bedauerlicher macht. Leider hatte man bei der Wirtin keinerlei Gefühl von Gastfreundschaft. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber der Service hat den gesamten Tag deutlich überschattet.

Das Personal war freundlich, wirkte allerdings eher lustlos... Das Essen war geschmacklich gut... Das Preis, - Leistungsverhältnis war okay.

Wer fettes, durchwachsenes Fleisch mag, kann ich Souvlaki empfehlen. Vorspeisen und der Reis sind super lecker

Vereinsheim Gaststätte am Sportplatz Lage ziemlich außerhalb Idyllisch am Waldrand Kostenlose Parkplätze Ambiente nicht griechisch, aber wie eine Vereinsgaststätte, ziemlich trist und kahl. Mir fehlte der griechische Charme Essen war ok. Die Fleisch Qualität und der Geschmack war leider nicht meins. Portion üppig Auswahl ok Leider auch kein Ouzo vor oder nach dem Essen, was eigentlich typisch griechisch ist :( Betreiber freundlich

Die Qualität spiegelt die Preise in keiner Weise wider. In welchem Segment der Gastronom mitspielen will, ist mir ein Rätsel. Trotz eines leeren Vereinsheims wird die Platzauswahl zu einer Herausforderung. Ein lebloser Empfang rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Im Wesentlichen nicht zu empfehlen, und die Bewertungen beruhen auf Vetternwirtschaft.

The restaurant, both inside and out, resembles a run-down sports club. The ambiance is anything but inviting. The service was genuinely very friendly, but unfortunately completely unqualified (they mixed up drinks and food) and seemed somewhat annoyed when taking orders. The menu reflects the restaurant's character: Old, outdated, and too cluttered to be fresh. The ingredients in the dishes are of good quality, but unfortunately poorly prepared (dripping with grease). The restrooms are a complete disaster. Water doesn't drain from the sink, the trash can is overflowing, and there are stains and dust on the doors, handles, and windows. The fixtures at the urinals aren't properly covered. After one visit to the restroom, my appetite for food was completely gone. Hygiene-wise, it's a total disaster. Priced-wise, it's not appropriate for what you get and is far too expensive. Not recommended!

We've been here twice already. Both times the service wasn't very friendly or attentive. The last time, the meat was mixed up (pork tenderloin instead of chicken), and the appetizer was forgotten and only brought when we'd practically finished eating, even though there were only four of us in the restaurant. The ambiance is very rustic and simple. It lacks any real Greek flair. The food itself is very good and high quality. However, the portions don't reflect the value for money. A real shame!

Waldlust – where the name almost promises too much. Inside, it looks like the common room of a tennis club after its renovation in '89: light wooden chairs, practical tiles, plants in white pots that have seen their fair share. No design award in sight, but instead honest portions, fair prices, and zero pretenses. You don't come for the ambiance – you stay because it's pleasantly unpretentious.

The food was delicious. It's a shame we live far away, otherwise we'd come more often.

The food has tasted just as good for years. It's the best Greek restaurant for miles around. The atmosphere in the dining room is always pleasant. This means that the steam stays in the kitchen, and the dining room is bright and well-ventilated. In summer, it's especially nice when you can sit in the garden. Highly recommended!

To be clear, the food was truly delicious. However, the service was abysmal. I'm not used to serving drinks myself. Simply putting everything on the table and hoping the guests know who owns what is completely absurd. A waiter who doesn't know where the Spezie or the Radler belongs is completely out of her depth. There were also problems with the bill. It's not exactly polite to incorrectly charge drinks for other tables. It's unfortunate that this wasn't the first time this has happened.

We were there yesterday in a group of 8 people. The terrace was busy. The food was delicious. However, the service was abysmal. Firstly, I was given a dish I hadn't ordered, which was then missing at another table. It was also very delicious. And then they didn't even ask if I wanted anything else. You always had to call out. It must have been a bit stressful for the ladies. And then the crowning moment: we had to go inside to pay. My meal was twice as expensive as what we ordered. Okay. They just added something to the drinks bill. Then there was an argument. I paid for everything. I'll never go back.

Delicious and beautifully presented Greek dishes in a lovely setting with indoor and outdoor seating. The service is top-notch. A stylishly furnished dining room is also available for celebrations.

I had an ouzo plate (soup, gyros, steak, suzuki) with tzatziki, rice, and salad. I really enjoyed it and was completely full afterward. 👍

We went there for a birthday dinner with 20 people. We had a reservation and had five dishes to choose from. We received a very unfriendly welcome and the service was very unfriendly throughout the evening. The worst part, however, was that four dishes were forgotten, even though they would arrive immediately upon request. After another 10 minutes and after asking the chef, he said he didn't have anything else to bring. So four people had nothing to eat. First and last time. Avoid this place at all costs.

Unfortunately, one star is required. 0 would be more appropriate. We were here with several people. The waiters were already unwilling to work at the reception. After ordering our food, it continued: 4 meals were completely forgotten, and when we asked, we were first told they would be right away and received a very rude reply that the kitchen couldn't make everything at once. After waiting another 15 minutes and asking again, they had completely forgotten. It wouldn't have been so bad if 1) they hadn't lied and 2) they had toned down their arrogant attitude a bit. Something this arrogant and rude hasn't happened to me in a long time. This restaurant is definitely not suitable for any large events, or if there are more than two people, the kitchen will be overwhelmed. Oh, and please make sure you're finished talking and drinking by 9 p.m., because that's when the ladies want to finish work. But don't worry, they'll take care of that, too, because no one will come by an hour and a half before to ask if you want anything else. I experienced hospitality differently in Greece. Never again.

The food is lousy and expensive. A meager salad—a bit of iceberg lettuce with a slice each of cucumber and tomato, and a bit of grated carrot—is served as a mixed salad with mayo dressing for over 5 euros. Garlic bread is drenched in margarine. Four zucchini and eggplant slices each in a dry wrapper for 10 euros! Service bordering on unfriendly.

We just ordered the ouzo plate for three people (soup noodles, gyros, steak, suzuki) with tzatziki, rice, and a mixed salad. €21.00 The ad literally states: Grilled meat dishes: All dishes are served with French fries and a side salad. We didn't get either rice or fries. Then we called and were told, after a long discussion, that they only served rice and no fries. Unfortunately, by then, our food was cold.

Greek restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The dishes are delicious, and the service is friendly and fast.

The food was delicious. Freshly cooked, good, fresh salad, lovely feta cheese, and delicious grilled peppers. Thank you for that. But unfortunately, the atmosphere is more like a clubhouse than a Greek restaurant.

Service wasn't particularly friendly, and two of our three dishes arrived late, so we couldn't eat as a group. The fries were too soft, and the gyro was pan-fried. The garlic bread was delicious.

Visually a typical sports restaurant. However, the food was very good and came quickly. However, the service was a bit brusque.

This place is very beautiful and very nice for nature lovers who like peace and quiet. The walk takes 1/12 hour.

Well, 1 star is already too much. Price/performance/quality leaves a lot to be desired. The only thing that was good was the salad and the drinks. Food was too cold, gyros and skewers etc. the spice was missing. The service was somehow lackluster, cell phones were more important. Overall, the restaurant is not recommended. There are better Greek restaurants in Villingen-Schwenningen. It's a shame for the restaurant. Maybe we'll give it another chance at some point. Let's see.

Good Greek cuisine, definitely okay for the location and the price. It was a bit cold in the restaurant itself. We also got food there and had a reasonable waiting time. On the menu it says you get 1l drink, from 70 euros. We had 90 but got nothing. Thought about it too late, we could have asked.

Typical sports home restaurant, functionally furnished. I thought the food was really good. I had gyros. Delicious meat and good fries. The service was also friendly. It's a good place to go after a walk in the moss.

Went there for lunch at 12pm last Thursday. We were there alone until we left at 12.45 p.m., had 2 grill plates and a starter salad and 1 drink each from the lunch menu. Everything was brought quickly, the portions were really small, it was delicious, so no one was full afterwards. When you pay you don't get a bill either, the amount that was mentioned was quite high. When you asked, the side salad said €5.50, but the card said €3.50, so I asked again and was told, yes, it now costs €5.50 €, it hasn't been changed on the map yet😂sorry, that doesn't work. Can't recommend it more highly, neither in terms of the prices nor the portion sizes.

Ambiance is dismal. Like in a hall. Meat too dry. Salt the fries too much. Not recommended. Toilets are in need of renovation.

The delivery was very quick, but unfortunately the food was neither warm nor did the portions justify the high prices! The moussaka for €16.50 is a disgrace in terms of taste and portion size. Definitely the first and last time ordered.

Food was good and was on the table quickly, and it was also comfortable on the terrace. There is shade for everyone, and the service will be happy to roll out the awning if necessary!

The young waitress was a bit rude and the food was terrible. My companion and her son were of the same opinion. I had the gratinated gyros that were swimming in fat, very salty and simply inedible. Never again!

Friendliness is probably a big foreign word here! The salad dressing becomes stretched and the meat no longer tastes fresh. In addition, the portions are very small and the prices are sometimes underground. I always went but now it's over!

Demanding 5 € for 1 portion of fries to go is really steep and you could cheekily count the fries on one finger, and then quite cheekily ask for 1.60 € for ketchup and mayonnaise without words or superficiality. You were even denied the toilets It's not even worth 1 star... but unfortunately you can't give a review without the 1 star. 👎👎👎

I spontaneously went for a walk and discovered this Greek restaurant. It was simply delicious, freshly prepared and perfect for the sunny weather.

The main thing is that food tastes good 👍🏽

Today lunch: The food was delicious. However, there was a plastic part in the metaxa gyro. Luckily it was noticed (it was the clip from a lid). Unfortunately the only reaction was: “I’ll tell the kitchen.” No apology. A pity.

Ordered for the first time today and had it delivered. The food came exactly as promised and everything was still hot. The portions were more than enough for us 👍

The food couldn't convince us at all. The salad was completely tasteless, the food (turkey) came to the plate half raw. There was so much finished product sauce on it that you could barely see it. The older lady from the service was totally unfriendly. The floor was very sticky everywhere including the toilet. Unfortunately there is no reason for us to come back

Went for dinner on Sun, April 7th, 2024. My wife had Gyros #50, I had the Bifteki #53. The Eesen was very quick and hot on the table. The taste was extremely delicious. The bifteki was juicy, the filling with feta was great. There was also something vegetarian. Everything is at ground level, also suitable for wheelchairs. Everything was very clean. Facility friendly. The beer garden was already open. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. There is enough parking space. The location is right on the edge of the SCHWENNINGER MOOS, a unique nature reserve with great hiking trails.

We ate calamari on site. It was super tasty and the portions were generous. Always my pleasure! 😊

We were warmly welcomed with our dog and the service and the Greek food was simply delicious. Will return after a wonderful walk in the adjacent moorland. Can simply be recommended.

I ordered a small drink (0.2 l) and they brought me 0.4 l. I was kind enough not to ask for a change and accepted it without complaining. But I could not finish the drink so before leaving i asked for a cup to take away, saying that i actually have ordered small but it was not a problem so i needed a cup. The waitress gave me the cup. Thanks. At the end, in the bill, i sae that they charged me 20 cents for the cup! Really? Great service(!) Food was good in general, but a bit too salty.

Service and friendliness are probably a foreign word to them, the driver complained during the delivery that he had to drive so far and the boss told us not to order anymore. You're welcome, especially since the food definitely doesn't live up to its price. The frozen gyros from Aldi is more recommended and you can enjoy it warm. I don't know what the chef does for a living, but we like to follow the instructions and don't order anything else 😉

Essen sehr schmackhaft, guter Service

Wir hatten die Meeresplatte für 4.die Kalamari waren sehr lecker, ebenso der Reis und die Garnelen. Auch das Tsatziki ist gut abgeschmeckt. Der Salat war leider etwas Trist: Eisbergsalat und paar Schnitze Karotten plus eine Gurken-, Tomate-und Zwiebelscheibe. Es muss nicht viel sein, aber da ist Potential nach oben :) Bei den Kindern gab es roten Reis der ebenfalls sehr gut ankam. Die Pommes haben ein Gewürzsalz, was vielleicht nicht jeder mag. Nur Salz ist da oftmals vielleicht doch besser. Aber dennoch war es ein gutes Mittagessen. Da war ich schon bei wesentlich schlechteren Griechen in der Umgebung!

Habe für meine Familie (7Personen) telefonisch reserviert. Als wir dort angekommen sind, kam uns vor der Tür Lautstarke Musik entgegen. Wir sind dann rein, haben überlegt ob wir bleiben sollen oder gehen. Haben dann die Bedienung gefragt ob sie die Musik die von einer privaten Feier war, leiser machen könnte. Daraufhin sagte sie eben dass hier eine Feier stattfindet. Telefonisch wurde ich nicht daraufhin gewiesen und sowas geht gar nicht!!! Hatten ein Baby mit dabei gehabt. Die Musik wurde leiser gemacht, leider nur für einen kurzen Moment, hatte das Gefühl gehabt das man abgewartet hat bis wir bestellt haben. Also haben wir irgendwann mal ein Essen bekommen und wir restlichen mussten erstmal 5 Minuten darauf warten bis dann das restliche Essen kommt. Die Zwei Kinder haben jeweils Pommes mit Schnitzel für je 12 Euro gegessen, Pommes waren zu viel Gewürz, haben dann gefragt gehabt ob wir Ketchup haben können für die Kinder, haben dann Ketchupbeutel bekommen und uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt dass das extra kosten würde. Auf der Rechnung wurde dann für 4 Ketchupbeutel 2,40 Euro berechnet, finde ich ehrlich gesagt frech. Das gehört zu einem Kinderteller dazu der schon 12 Euro kostet!!! Über meine Vorspeise Peperoni in Öl und über mein Hauptgericht Käsespätzle kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Waren aber alle ziemlich genervt von der lauten Musik, das geht für mich meiner Meinung nach nicht. Entweder ich mach eine private Veranstaltung oder weise jeden Kunden daraufhin und nicht erst bei der Ankunft (kamen von Rottweil)!

Essen war gut. Definitiv nicht der Beste, aber auch nicht der schlechteste Grieche, bei dem ich je gewesen bin. Service war gut, Bedienungen freundlich. Wir haben das Essen vor Ort abgeholt. Der Weg zum Restaurant ist natürlich eine Katastrophe aber dafür kann Dieses ja nichts. Gyros war nicht gut, Zaziki war eine Mini Portion, was mich gestört hat. Bifteki und Tomatenreis waren lecker. Das Restaurant an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen und ich war froh, dass ich das Essen abgeholt habe. Ambiente ist leider was anderes, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache.

Kaffee in Ordnung überdas essen kann ich leider nichts sagen da wir nur Getränke bestellt haben. Sitzgelegenheiten auch im freien vorhanden.

Griechisches Restaurant im Vereinsheim des FSV Schwenningen mit Innen- und Außengastronomie. Lecker Essen und nettes Personal. Auch Liefer- und Abholdienst ist möglich. Kinderspielplatz und viele Parkplätze direkt vor dem Restaurant. Ruhige Lage unmittelbar vor dem Schwenninger Moos.

Das Essen hat mich leider nicht überzeugt, das ist aber Geschmackssache. Was gar nicht geht, ist die Abrechnung der Kasse bereits um 21 Uhr obwohl das Restaurant biss 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Somit war auch keine Kartenzahlung mehr möglich. Hätten uns Freunde nicht das Geld leihen können wäre eine Zahlung nicht möglich gewesen

Gyros, Kalamari mit Pommes und Reis war super. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Service war kurz angebunden aber freundlich. Essen stand nach 15 Minuten auf dem Tisch. Ich lobe mir außerdem die gute alte 0,4 L Variante für Getränke. Ambiente am Sportplatz für Groß uns Klein einen Ausflug wert.

So unwohl habe ich mich noch nie in einem Restaurant gefühlt. Das Service ist keine 1 sondern sogar 0 Punkte. Ich war hier zum ersten Mal und komme ganz bestimmt nie wieder.

Ambiente etwas veraltet, dennoch es schmeckt ...alles was zählt.

Lecker griechisch Essen mitten in der Natur.

Einladender Biergarten, freundliche Bedienung. Preis OK. Hatten griechischer Eiskaffee. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Personal war etwas unfreundlich, Essen war ok.

Essen war fast kalt. Gyros war nicht angebraten und waren reine Fettklumpen (somit ungenießbar). Bei Metaxasosse fehlte der Metaxa und Gewürze, Champignons waren aus der Dose, Reis waren 5 Gabeln und überkocht. Gebratene Peperoni haben niemals einen Grill oder eine Pfanne von innen gesehen, waren in einer Ölpampe eingelegt und hatten keine Schärfe. Pommes waren kalt, teilweise roh und nicht knusprig. Selbst Fleisch muss der angebliche "Koch" anschneiden um zu überprüfen ob das Fleisch durch ist, das ist ein klares K.O. Kriterium. Qualitativ, Minderwertige & konventionelle Produkte zu viel zu hohen Preisen. Das kann man zu Hause selber besser kochen, dafür muss man nicht essen gehen. Der schlechteste Grieche!!!

Das Essen allgemein ist gut. Der Service strengt sich an. Ist noch Luft nach oben. Das Fleisch und die Soße ist super.

Bedienung ausbaufähig, Ambiente im Mittelfeld, aber das Essen spielt in einer eigenen Liga. Sowas von unaussprechbar lecker. War schon oft und werde immer wieder gehen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Bestes griechisches Essen der Region.

Wir hatten für 5 Personen das Essen nach Hause kommen lassen. Es war super alle waren sehr zufrieden. Auch die Lieferung war Punkt genau. Immer wieder.

Отличная еда. Заказывали ни один раз. Так же посещали. Еда в лучших Греческих традициях. Очень рекомендую Греческое вино, оно действительно хорошее. Кофе готовят так же хорошо. Есть терасса.
