Für jede Gelegenheit einfach eine gute Adresse ( ob alleine, zu zweit, mit Freunden oder eine grosse Familienfeier hier fühlt man dich rundum wohl)

Die Salattheke ist super vielseitig und die Portionen sind sehr vernünftig 😊

Super Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Wer noch gerne gutes deutsches Essen mag, ist hier genau richtig. Salatbuffet ist toll und auch für Vegetarier gibt es leckere Gerichte. Tafelspitz oder Zunge sind köstlich. Fleisch immer perfekt. Wir gehen immer wieder zum essen dort hin. Wir wünschen dem ganzen Team weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Schon wenn man reinkommt ein herzliches Grüß Gott, eine freundliche Begleitung zum Tisch die Bedienung schnell zuvorkommend und sehr sehr höflich und freundlich. Alle Fragen wurden mit Geduld und freundlich beantwortet. Das Essen reichlich und alles sehr sehr lecker. Die Salate vom Buffet vielseitig und sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen, Portionen sind reichlich. Salat war vom Buffet und ebenfalls sehr gut. Service sehr schnell und freundlich. Preise für mich fair. Tagesessen war 18 Euro. Klare Empfehlung also! Das anbiete fand ich jetzt nicht so toll, eher nüchtern und laut. Aber absolut sauber! Alles in allem, absolut zu empfehlen das Lokal!

Wir sind sehr Enttäuscht! Früher waren wir hier immer gerne zum Kaffee trinken. Unser letzter Besuch war allerdings eine herbe Enttäuschung! Die servierten Torten waren fertige Tiefkühltorten was eindeutig an der Konsistenz und der Optik zu erkennen war. Der Gipfel war allerdings, dass die eine Torte innen sogar noch gefroren war. Und dafür wurden 4,60€ pro Stück abkassiert. Fazit: Nie wieder!

Richtig gute Küche und eine supergute Salattheke! Ich wüsste im Moment nicht, wo man besser in der Umgebung gut bürgerliche Küche genießen kann! Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich

Freundlicher und schneller Service, leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente. Leider ist es ziemlich laut, weil schallschluckende Elemente fehlen und in den letzten zwei Jahren zogen die Preise kräftig an.

Service absolut top, immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist immer mega lecker und der Kartoffelsalat ist der beste, den ich je in einem Restaurant gegessen habe. Es gibt einfach nichts, was man beanstanden könnte. Note 1*, immer wieder gerne.

Sehr großes Restaurant dementsprechend der Lärmpegel Für Gruppen geeignet Essen war früher besser!! Die Roulade beim letzten Mal war sehr trocken und zu dunkel!! Dafür zu teuer! Haben die Hälfte zurück gehen lassen! Die Küchenhilfe hatte Ihren Arm eingebunden und arbeitete mit offenen ,langen Haaren!! Fand ich leider nicht sehr hygienisch!!!

Ich habe schon viele Steaks in meinem Leben gegessen, aber was mir hier serviert wurde, war schlichtweg ein Meisterwerk. Das Pfeffersteak – ein Traum aus Fleisch! Auf den Punkt gegart, butterzart wie ein warmer Händedruck, und in einer Soße, die man am liebsten mit einem Strohhalm trinken würde. Jeder Bissen war ein Statement: So schmeckt Perfektion. Die Portion? Üppig, aber nicht plump – genau die richtige Mischung aus „ich bin satt“ und „ich will eigentlich noch eins“. Das Fleisch schmolz auf der Zunge, und die Pfeffernote hatte diese elegante Schärfe, die kitzelt, ohne zu überfallen. Einfach Balance pur. Hier stimmt alles: Qualität, Handwerk, Geschmack. Wer glaubt, schon mal ein gutes Pfeffersteak gegessen zu haben, sollte sich schleunigst hierher begeben – danach wird man alle anderen Steaks nur noch mit einem müden Lächeln betrachten. Fazit: Das beste Pfeffersteak meines Lebens. Punkt. Ende. Aus. 👨‍🍳🔥 Der Service war sehr häufig am Tisch aufmerksam und freundlich.

A great restaurant in Villingen that's been around for many years. A great place, especially for lunch.

Very tasty rump steak. The prices are reasonable. The salad is usually served buffet-style, which is fine. It's mostly frequented by older people. It's well-suited for larger or very large groups.

I think we've been there three times, most recently five years ago. The dining room is large and seems spartanly furnished. Our server was very attentive. It's an upscale restaurant; the food was very good, with an extensive salad bar. It was quite expensive, though.

The ambiance could be better. Very little decoration, and it doesn't create a cozy or welcoming atmosphere. Everything is very sober and loud. The entrance area has old, uncomfortable chairs, and there's a strong smell of cooking. The food was served promptly. The food wasn't exactly great, but it was OK. The salad bar has been the same for ages. The menu is a bit reminiscent of the 80s. It feels like nothing has been done in terms of renovation, optimization, or improving the ambiance in a long time. We paid €65 for both dishes, including drinks, which is quite reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In summary, it was OK, but not something that would make us want to come back often.

Solid 80s cuisine. Service was friendly but a bit overwhelmed. The ambiance was more like a spa cafe than a restaurant, and the interior was unpleasantly loud. All in all, it was too expensive for what was offered.

We celebrated our wedding here today and it was simply beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and there was a farewell present a la mousse au chocolat 😊. My wife knew as a child that she would get married here and we would do it again 😊

Perfect birthday dinner! From the friendly reservation process, the lovingly decorated birthday table, to the excellent food served after only a short wait, to the always attentive, warm service, everything was perfect. Outstanding: the homemade potato salad! Conclusion: Gladly again at any time!

The location is very large, but the structure reduces the size and makes you feel really comfortable. The staff does the rest. We constantly strive to make our guests have a good time without seeming intrusive. And of course the quality of the food is also excellent. A package that is perfect all round. We like being here and are also happy to spend a few euros more for it. The price-performance ratio is right.

Café Hildebrand - for me a name for quality. There is still very good food and very nice service, but: Does this have to do with the difficulties of finding good staff? We came at 7 p.m. With a bit of waiting, a salad buffet and drinks, it's already after 8 p.m. before you've eaten. Then who will get up and leave? Another drink and some talking, but before 8:30 p.m. the staff starts clearing and tidying up the empty tables. For me this is the signal to the remaining guests to leave now. Uncomfortable, unwelcoming and impossible atmosphere. This is not how I imagine going to a restaurant. So if you don't come for dinner at 5 or 6 p.m., Café Hildebrand is no longer recommended.

We've been back to Hildebrandt for a while now and surprisingly managed to get a seat on such a lovely lunchtime without a reservation (an unusually large amount of space is still available, previously unthinkable) And as before, ordered normally. Of course the food prices (market prices) went up, but the food was almost as usual very good in the house. Potato salad unfortunately not as good as it used to be but still good. (We even used to order potato salad to pick up) No tip less onion would be good When the bill came, I almost lost my faith.... A small apple spritzer just under 4€, a Spezi just over 5€, a yeast wheat 5.50€ and a small coffee cup 3.50€ almost 20€ + 2 € for a 3/4 scoop of ice cream. 85€ for 2 people and a small child is too much and we had two 26€ dishes and a children's portion + unfortunately the overpriced drinks. I have always recommended Hildebrandt and have been there many times, including our big wedding. Unfortunately I will have to rephrase my recommendations because it has become very expensive, especially the drinks. (So ​​prices are high and quality is somewhat reduced) I really hope that the employees are paid accordingly well, I really wish that. Conclusion of the story, I'm a bit disappointed, even if I understand price increases, it's not nice for drinks to go up that high.
