We had a team dinner here and honestly – 10/10 experience. Our waiter absolutely made the evening. He immediately picked up on the vibe of our group, was hilarious, engaging, and kept the whole table entertained the entire night. Truly exceptional service. The food was incredibly tasty – everyone left happy and full. The drinks were just as good, and the whole atmosphere felt cozy, fun, and perfect for a team night out. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back. 🍣✨

I went there on a whim and wasn't disappointed. The service was incredibly friendly and the sushi was absolutely delicious. I was very surprised by the Japanese beer. I thought I'd give it a try and I'm very impressed. The beer tasted amazing. Highly recommended to go with the delicious sushi.

Came here just to eat sushi somewhere because I needed to keep a child happy (a pretext). Stayed because of the good food and the quick, super friendly, and humorous service. The service deserves 6/5 stars! There are few restaurants that truly live the culinary arts and you can feel it as a customer – here, you can. Try the "homemade lemonades," especially in summer. They're not too sweet and the flavor is a little more complex than you'd expect.

The sushi itself was fine and the service was friendly, but the starters were a real let-down. They tasted like they came straight from the freezer and were far too salty. For the price, I expected fresh and better-prepared appetizers.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much variety. I ordered the platter with 20 portions and was hoping for more variety instead of just three flavors. It was delicious, though.

We have ordered Nigiri, vegetarian chefs choice and veggie tempura. Everything was nicely prepared and we have enjoyed every bit. The service is also very attentive. You get the impression there is attention and care in everything here.

Friendly service, but the sushi was hit or miss and prices higher than other sushi places we’ve been to in Berlin. We got a bit of a lunch-time vibe, even in the evening.

The best sushi restaurant in all of Berlin - in my opinion. The staff is super friendly. From online reservations, to a quick call as confirmation, to on-site service. Special requests for sushi rolls are no problem and the food is always there. Of course everything is fresh and the taste is an absolute dream. The restaurant is small but nice, so I recommend making a reservation. I think the ambience is very nice, whether winter or summer - it always fits very well. And to address some of the recent reviews on the topic of "room climate/temperature": yes, the front door was open the entire stay. Depending on the time of year and year, this can sometimes be fresh. But then I put on something suitable and avoid any possible freezing. Fresh air is always guaranteed and the clothes don't smell like the food. So everything is fine for me. I can recommend it 100% and would be happy to come back.

It's very cold in the room. The pieces of bread are very small. No ginger. They only poured half a glass of cocktail (the rest was foam). We didn't have enough to eat, we were very cold and it smelled like cooking.

Service was great and very fast. And despite being the last customer I appreciated the focus on small details. Food was great and tasted really delicious. Fresh and a different take on green dragon. Portions were plenty a bit much for me but Im sure for others it would be perfect. So glad I stumbled in this place. Perfect way to end my day.

I had seen this restaurant for a few months and had not gone in because unlike the other sushi restaurants in Berlin it looked very fancy. But today we went to try the menu of the day (which is not cheap since we paid 22 per person including drinks) but everything was very delicious. The quality of the super fresh ingredients, good quantity of food and it has a very nice modern touch. The place is quite nice and the service is very efficient.

Great Japanese restaurant with super friendly service and a great selection of food and drinks. We didn't know Mio Sparkling Sake, now it's on the agenda for the following visits, which will definitely come. The sake bowl with salmon was excellent and I had a Kirrin on tap for the first time. It wasn't crowded and it was easy to chat. A real recommendation!

We were here on New Year's Eve and it was amazing! The vegan menu was amazing and our requests were incredibly flexible. The creations were very varied and extremely tasty. We'll definitely be happy to come back - whether it's a special menu or a menu. The service staff is also extremely friendly and warm. It was great there and we can only warmly recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated and invites you to linger.

The food was of good quality and very tasty. The shop was quiet, the service friendly and always smiling. The price seems a bit higher at first glance, but it was completely worth it. The atmosphere was also very nice, there was pleasant background music and it was generally very quiet. Very little going on for a Sunday evening! Only recommended!

The best sushi I've ever eaten! You don't need to say anything more about it. Apart from the great service and the very chic and cozy atmosphere, the dragon rolls are definitely recommended! We will always come by when we are in Berlin!

I can't follow the highly positive reviews, they're a mystery to me. The restaurant is good, but not very good. The fish is fresh and the service is good. Unfortunately it doesn't offer anything special when it comes to sushi, not even the complete standard selection. A number of types of fish are missing, there is only salmon, simple tuna and - overpriced - eel. One piece of nigiri for the price of two. The mixed sashimi is ok in terms of price, only has salmon and tuna, the pieces are a bit too big and not cut well, some of them still hang together. The miso soup was bland. I found the rolls to be of good quality. The restaurant is modern but very noisy. Conclusion: Fish quality is good, but selection limited, no highlights, service good.

The price of sushi is much higher than the average in the city. However, they use ordinary ingredients. The quality of the tuna was not good. For this price, you could expect bluefin, but you get a chewytexture from the cheapest tuna. The same can be said about the eel. It was almost impossible to chew. +1* for Kirin from Tap.

This is the best sushi in Berlin, hands down! The sheer size of the sashimi pieces, the attention to detail on the set preparation, the super fresh fish and the chill ambient… it all makes Bun a perfect place for a perfect dinner! Not to mention, the team at Bun is so kind and attentive, really great service! Thanks Bun team! We’ll be back soon (and often)!

The sushi here is the best I’ve had in Berlin. Fish is actually fresh and the rice is cooked perfectly, and the ratio of the two was ideal. The chefs know what they’re doing - everything was superb!

The star rating is a bit old, but that doesn't matter. Since then I have been a guest here several times and would give the same rating every time. I have never been disappointed with the food or service. The toilets are clean, well-equipped and the general atmosphere in the store is very relaxed. If anyone is thinking about going here - yes! Just do it because even friends who aren't big on sushi loved the food here. The only problem is that at some point I get full and can't eat any more.

I gave this place 5 stars for everything—food, service, atmosphere—and I truly mean it. I thoroughly enjoy my overall experience here, including the music, lighting, style, and the quality of the ingredients. It’s also very pleasant to see that the staff genuinely cares about the smallest needs of their customers. You can find plenty of useful details in the restroom, such as hand creams, hair ties, and hygiene products. These small touches reflect a high level of respect and attention to the guests, adding to the overall sense of comfort and care. And the food is definitely worth the price.

Amazing sushi! Cooked and served with so much care and love. We also enjoyed the service, especially the attention our child received (coloring print-outs, dessert, funny sticks). Highly recommend it and we will certainly come back!

Very very quiet place near to Nature Urkunden Museum. They have a lot kinds of sushi, looks very good, but a bit expensive. This time we ordered bowls, all foods are very fresh, specially the salmon, the best one in Berlin. They also have homemade mixed juices, highly recommended!

The food was very tasty, we had 2x salmon, 1x egg, 1x cucumber, 1x truffle avocado and to drink we had 2x Jasmine Peach for a total of €38. The price was just fair and the food was so delicious, the best sushi WE have ever eaten! We'll be back. :)

Very cute location and nice food. However the service was a little slow (but nice) and I believe that the sushi is slightly overpriced for what you get. However the fish and the general quality of the food was very nice. (The picture is about 85€ worth of sushi)

Average prices They accept card payment (even Amex) Update: I came back to this place recently, still a good place, tasty, good quality of ingredients and decent prices. Special thanks for toilets for women. You can really feel care. There are menstrual products, hand cream, even a deo! I was surprised. For me, such treatment is the next level.

I don’t thing there is an even treatment at bun’s. I’m writing it based on how our order looked vs how sushi looked on a table next to us. Whole experience was also way less enjoyable than menu pics would suggest. So let’s start… Fried enogi - dripping greasy and hard to chew. Edamame - lukewarm. Jasmin peach lemonade - super sweet, jasmin notes were not there at all. Sushi - each piece tastes the same: salmon, crab, tuna - doesn’t matter. Additionally, pistachio on tuna maki wasn’t detectable, same for sesame in sake maki. We got avocado sashimi (!) instead of eel sashimi, lack of eel was not consulted. Having said that, sushi next to our table looked great and I can imagine it was also delicious. Pity.

Vegan dish: - tofu extremely dry and tasteless - too little sauce - long wait despite empty - overpriced

Delicious and good lunch offers

Food was fresh and very yummie, unfortunately the service ruined our whole experience. Had to wait 1h for our drinks and then another 40 min. for our food. Other guests arrived later, finished their food and left before we even got our mains. In the end the waiter ignored us because he wanted to avoid us because obviously he felt embarrassed. Ridiculous and not coming back!

Simply the best sushi in town. We had sushi in many countries and cities and BUN is just delivering excellent quality every time. The staff is super friendly, the owner offered us two free shots of Edinburgh gin whilst we were waiting for our take away order.

Definitely recommended for a quiet evening of eating sushi. A nice tent, with ~30 seats. So it feels calm. The food was served in a beautiful way (see photo). The price was great compared to other sushi restaurants. It took a while before we got the food, even though it was quiet. There was one waiter for all tables, but he did his best and was friendly. In addition, the music (rap, R&B) did not quite fit the atmosphere of the restaurant.
