The owner is a good man and his food tastes great. I like his food and he always prepares it quickly. His prices are very fair and appropriate.

NEVER AGAIN bought the food and threw it straight in the trash when I got home. When I spoke to him on the phone I was insulted. NEVER AGAIN

I haven't even received my food yet and I'm already so dissatisfied with the delivery times. You wait at least 2 hours. Food is lukewarm/almost cold and the quality is mediocre for the prices. Sorry but I won't order from you a second time 🙃

The store is a 10/10 with no flaws

We ordered a lot of things, basically you can say that some of the chicken wings were black, they were fried for far too long, which meant the meat was completely dry, unfortunately we couldn't eat much of anything, most of it had to go in the oven Garbage. Totally annoying! Furthermore, the coleslaw salad was not fresh. This shouldn't happen to a fast food chain. The rest like burgers, fries etc was eaten, but it was hardly made with love, overall a shame.

This "restaurant" is a disgrace for the catering industry! The employees are extremely rude and don't seem to understand a word of German. Instead of serving customers politely, you are greeted with a disrespectful and aggressive attitude that spoils any appetite. I tried to ask a simple question and was immediately brushed off. When I asked for the manager, the phone simply hung up! I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in my entire life. And the best part is yet to come: The chicken I ordered was not only inedible, but also raw! I'm shocked that something like this is even served. This establishment should be ashamed for even being open. An absolute failure – never again!

Worst loading ever. Burger with menu (fries and coleslaw) costs €3.50 extra. I ordered it and he said I could only try fries or coleslaw. However, the menu says fries and coleslaw. He said it was spelled wrong. On the menu there are fries individually which cost €1.80. Why should I order it from the menu if I don't have any of it. Burger was bad, fries was bad, coleslaw was bad. One employee was even aggressive when I approached him with the menu. Didn't get a receipt. And the aggressive employee worked in street clothes. The health department and tax office have been reported. If you look at the review you can see how fake it is friends and family who rate it.

His food is truly sensational! Highly recommended.His completion time is also very quick.He often makes free inserts with it! The different burgers are unique and delicious. The sauces are very varied and delicious. Definitely going for the 30 Hotwings bouquet is very worth it and they also taste incredibly delicious.

The food is incredibly delicious. A lot of it is homemade.

I expected it to be worse based on the reviews but when you call them it's perfect. Delivery time was about 40 minutes but it was worth it and the food was perfectly warm, the best burger I've eaten so far and the fillet bites were also very tasty. I can only recommend!!!

The food is quite good, but the employees and boss insult you when you order via Lieferando even though the restaurant is listed there, which is absolutely not possible in this tone, and sometimes sauces are forgotten.

No longer want a delivery service? OK, makes sense. But the call in that tone is an absolute nonsense. I didn't even realize that it was better to call, I'm not the one who accepts the food at the door and my husband had simply forgotten. If you don't care whether your customers stay, that may be so, but that's not how you treat anyone, it's far from decency and respect. So for me it's not an option to order by phone, I'm not a child and I don't need to be spoken to like that. But the driver was really nice and the food is great. :-)

Waited 2 hours for food...then I called to ask what was going on with the delivery...apparently you can only order once via Lieferando and then you should call...PLEASE DELIVERYANDO TAKE THE COMPANY OUT!!!! Impudence...after the call I was told to order by phone and the employee hung up...waited for 2 hours in vain...shame on you!!!! Loyal customer will never come to you again!!!!

Unfortunately, the burger, which actually has the smokey barbecue sauce on it, was delivered with the hot cocktail sauce. Not great if eating spicy things really upsets your stomach. For the price I expect the food to be delivered correctly.

A 30 minute delivery time is now 2 hours. The driver called after 1.5 hours and apologized because of an accident (not himself) that he had to drive the long way...again 30 minutes. Bad service and more lies. What the food tastes like, I have no idea, it doesn't matter. Disaster of the store

Food is actually always delicious. However, we ordered last night and the food didn't arrive! and when I asked the next day what happened to the money, I was told I would get my money back if I deleted the bad comment on Lieferando. So now there's one more bad comment and I'll get my money anyway.

Haben vor Ort gegessen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker.

Also mein Tip ist bestellt per Telefon. Meine Bestellung war innerhalb von 35 Minuten da. Es wurden zwar die Soßen vergessen,aber die wurden durch mein Anruf in paar Minuten gebracht mit einer Entschuldigung. Sehe ich dann auch nicht so eng. Finde die Wings besser wie bei KFC,nicht so fettig und nicht so scharf bei bei KFC! Wir bestellen gerne wieder ☺️

Essen zum Abholen bestellt ( war zu früh da), habe während dem warten die Popcorn Chicken Bites bekommen zum Naschen. Ihr seid das Beste was Herten passieren konnte. Ich hab Fragen über Fragen,wie bekommt ihr das Fleisch so weich und saftig ? Was tut ihr in eure Panade. Mein Lieblingsrestaurant 👍👍👍
