The food is not worth the money. A deep fryer schnitzel from the freezer for 16 euros. Other food is bland and has no taste. Waitress with barely any knowledge of German. Better to eat somewhere else!

The service was very friendly, but that's where it ends. The food is frozen goods that are served lukewarm, the cheese pätzle were a terrible mush, the turkey schnitzel with fries was just fine, unfortunately even the fries weren't really warm.

The food was ok, but not appropriate for the price. Had the impression of mass processing. The service was overwhelmed, sometimes the drinks only came with or after the meal. The bill also took a long time, so take your time.

Never eaten so badly. For the Maultaschen soup, only use warm water. Sauce for the knuckle and champion sauce for the loin are absolutely tasteless. Grauenhaft ...schimpft sich deutsches Brauhaus, Personal versteht zum Teil nicht mal Deutsch. Vergeblich auf das Essen über eine Stunde gewartet. Dann haben wir aufgegeben. Really bad staff, smooching in public in front of the guests. The rest of the staff is chatting loudly while sitting at the bar. The food comes before the drink. Questions about food cannot be answered... Food is like it came out of the microwave... What a shame!!!! We probably won't eat here again!

An absolute disaster!! When we entered the restaurant in the evening, our reservation was not found because the reservation form from the previous day had been checked. The restaurant was empty, but 70% of the tables were full of used dishes. After ordering our drinks, we were allowed to watch our drinks on the counter for 6 minutes until they were brought to us. The request to serve a meal without fresh mushrooms could not be fulfilled because everything had already been prepared. Even a change to the order for a simple gravy could not be fulfilled. We then canceled the meal and left. Unbelievable, not recommended. Better go to one of the other restaurants in the SI Centrum.

We went to this place for a dinner with the family. Let me start by saying that we were served by a very kind blonde girl who also let us taste a dish for our son who was undecided about what to eat, she was really nice. Typically German dinner with local dishes, very good and generous portions. Prices absolutely normal. The beer is good. Must try

After the musical, we deliberately wanted to eat something before we set off on the 2-hour journey home. Finally, we wanted to follow a recommendation. We sat down in the uncrowded beer garden around 5:15 p.m. After a mere 20 minutes the waitress managed to bring our 2 sport wheats. The food that was ordered at the same time was a long time coming. In the meantime, 4 ladies who sat at the table with us and ordered the food with us received their dishes. Not us! After speaking to the waitress several times, we were told three times that she would inquire in the kitchen. At around 6:30 p.m. I made it clear to her that we would forgo the order if the food we ordered didn't arrive in the next few minutes. At 6:45 p.m. she told us from the kitchen that “the spit roast probably won't work.” No wonder the restaurant closes at 7 p.m. We then reluctantly paid for our drinks because when she said compensation or apology, all she said was that if she gave us the drinks we would probably get in trouble. I asked for the manager, but he was probably not there or was in denial. We then announced a miserable rating. There she is!!! Fortunately, there are still restaurateurs in the SI Center who value customer service, which unfortunately cannot be said in this restaurant. We will give this restaurant a wide berth when visiting musicals in the future.

Nach dem Musicalbesuch wollten wir ganz bewusst da noch etwas essen, bevor wir uns auf einen 2stündigen Heimweg aufmachen. Schließlich wollten wir einer Empfehlung folgen. Wir setzten uns so gegen 17:15 in den nicht überfüllten Biergarten. Nach schlappen 20 Minuten brachte es die Bedienung dann fertig unsere 2 Sportweizen zu bringen. Das gleichzeitig bestellte Essen ließ auf sich warten. In der Zwischenzeit bekamen 4 Damen, die mit uns am Tisch saßen und zusammen mit uns das Essen bestellten ihre Gerichte. Wir nicht! Nach mehrfacher Ansprache an die Bedienung bekamen wir 3x gesagt, dass sie sich in der Küche erkundigt. Gegen 18:30 habe ich ihr dann zu verstehen gegeben, dass wir auf die Bestellung verzichten, wenn das bestellte Essen nicht in den nächsten Minuten kommt. Um 18:45 Uhr richtete sie uns dann aus der Küche aus, „dass es mit dem Spießbraten dann wohl nichts wird“. Kein Wunder, wenn das Restaurant um 19 Uhr schließt. Wir haben unsere Getränke dann widerwillig bezahlt, denn auf das Wort Entschädigung bzw. Entschuldigung brachte sie nur heraus, dass wenn sie uns die Getränke erlässt wohl Ärger bekommen würde. Ich fragte nach dem Geschäftsführer, der aber wohl nicht da war oder sich verleugnen ließ. Wir haben daraufhin eine miserable Bewertung angekündigt. Da ist sie!!! Zum Glück gibt es noch Gastronomen im SI Center, die Wert auf Gästebetreuung legen, wovon in dieser Gaststätte leider keine Rede sein kann. Wir werden bei künftigen Musicalbesuchen einen großen Bogen um dieses Restaurant machen.

God, today was a disaster. The evening was doomed for the staff. I reserved a table online for 5pm for 3 people. Waited 20 minutes outside the door until we were taken to the square where there were only two chairs and had to get the third one ourselves. Waited another 20 minutes until you finally got the card and could order. Waited another 30 minutes and still no food came. The performance for the musical began at 6:30 p.m. So after we still had no food at 6:10 p.m. and waited stupidly for 70 minutes, we left and paid for the drinks. Had to wait in line at the checkout because several guests had the same thing. The food was left in the kitchen and wasn't taken out. The staff shouted at each other and blamed each other. Some of the guests even left without paying for drinks. We used to like to eat there before the show, but today will be the last time we'll be seen there. Such service can only harm the local catering industry. Embarrassing until the end. Neither an apology nor insight. We had to go to the performance with an empty stomach. I can't understand the positive reviews. And certainly not the other guests today either.

Delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices

The Schlossturm brewery in Stuttgart was unfortunately a disappointment. The service left a lot to be desired. After waiting for over 45 minutes, we received neither food nor drinks. Although the place wasn't overly busy, the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. Questions were answered evasively and there was no excuse for the long waiting time. The atmosphere may be nice, but that's of little use when the service is so poor. We ended up going without food because we ran out of patience. Anyone hoping for fast and friendly service will be disappointed here. Unfortunately no recommendation.

At slightly higher prices, the food was rather mediocre. The service staff was very stressed because of the large crowd, but was still careful, attentive and nice. The restaurant is in the basement with no natural daylight.

Wir waren heute, Sonntag 11.8.2024 zum Musical Tina und wollten vorher noch etwas Essen. Leider gestaltete sich das in dieser Lokalität leider als nicht machbar!!! Zuerst standen wir am Eingang gute 15 Minuten bis sich jemand bequemte und der wartenden Kundschaft einen Tisch zu wies. Der Kellner brachte sofort die Speisekarte, dies war dann aber auch der letzte Kontakt zur Belegschaft. Wir konnten beobachten wie nach uns platzierte Gäste ihre Getränke und Speisen bekommen haben. Kellnerinnen und Kellner gingen mehrfach an unserem Tisch vorbei und nahmen von uns keinerlei Notiz!!! Absolut traurig so ein Verhalten! Nach 25 Minuten Wartezeit verließen wir die Lokalität. Bei einer Bedienung sagte ich noch im vorbeigehen das wir gehen würden da wir 25 Minuten lang warteten. Als Entschuldigung gab es lapidar ein "Tut mir leid." Wir haben gewiss Verständnis für stressige Situationen und Personalmangel, aber so was geht in unseren Augen gar nicht! Wir werden dieses Restaurant zukünftig meiden und gewiss nicht weiterempfehlen. Leider muss man hier ja zur Bewertung mindestens einen Stern da lassen, und der ist definitiv viel zu viel!!!

Sad! The food (cream slices with spaetzle) didn't taste good at all. Spaetzle was overcooked, the sauce tasted artificial and very sweet. There were 4 strips of meat. Went back 90% of the time, there was no response or request from the service like “Didn’t it taste good?” The pork medallion was fried too dry, the KasSpätzle was boring and bland, there were no fried onions as advertised, but steamed ones.

We had tickets for the musical and decided at short notice to eat at the brewery. Simply super tasty and a very nice waiter. will be happy to come back there. Keep it up You should make a reservation otherwise you could end up queuing at the door and waiting until a table becomes available

How the high ratings come about is a mystery to me. We were there on Sunday before a performance of the musical Tarzan, which was at 7 p.m. starts, there for dinner. We didn't have a reservation when we arrived Locally at 4:45 p.m. it was only moderately busy. We were seated at a table where we initially had to wait almost 20 minutes until someone brought a card to the table. It then took another 20 minutes before we could place our orders. Then it was time to wait again. Neither the drinks nor the food came. We then complained. After almost an hour, in which two meals that we hadn't ordered were brought to the table, our waitress came and indicated that she hadn't placed the order yet. After we expressed our displeasure, drinks arrived within a short time, unfortunately only half of what we ordered. During our long wait, we observed that we were not an isolated case. 2 beers were offered at 5 different tables. Nobody had ordered them. Wrong drinks, no drinks, wrong food or no food at all were also served at several surrounding tables. When our food came, the quality was also questionable. The “cream sauce” turned out to be a tasteless mush, water with a light sauce thickener without the addition of salt or other spices. The schnitzel was so-so (breading twice as thick as the meat), but at least they had added some salt and pepper. The spaetzle was Aldi quality (although I don't want to offend Aldi). The fact that we got to the musical on time was due to the fact that we arrived there with a time buffer of over two hours. Conclusion: Without the location advantage right in the SI Center, this restaurant would certainly go bankrupt faster than a drink is served. Next time we'll go to McDonald's first.

Very friendly service, fast and warm food! We reserved a table easily online in advance. At 5:30 p.m. it was still quite empty and we were served our food about 10-15 minutes after ordering. Always my pleasure!

Second-class food with third-class service. Anyone expecting good home cooking will probably be disappointed. I ordered a schnitzel with champion cream sauce and spaetzle. The noodles are lukewarm, the 2 small schnitzels are industrial products (approx. 2mm thick plus a wafer-thin breading). The taste of the sauce is no more than just average. Only the portion size was sufficient. Side salad: Average. A dressing that is way too acidic. Service: Underground! The side salad was forgotten. The service worker did not respond to waves or a quiet “draw to attention”. Only after someone stood in her way did she notice the guest. When all the plates were empty, the side salad we ordered finally arrived for €4.50. She had to take the order three times at the neighboring table, and it only worked when a colleague came along. She didn't seem to understand what was on the card. One table away she served starters and barely a minute later the main course. Nobody had started the starter yet. In between, she ran around the restaurant rather aimlessly. And yes, she really ran. Conclusion: We won't eat there anymore. In our opinion, the service and food quality do not match the price at all.

Wir waren zu zweit vor dem Musicsl Tina ohne Reservierng in der Brustube, bekamen jedoch problemlos einen Platz. Zum Essen haben wir das Schlossturm Schnitzel mit Championrahmsoße und Spätzle, Putengeschnetzeltes mit Championrahmsoße und Spätzle sowie einen Beilagensalat bestellt. Das Essen kam nach ca. 3 Minuten, vor unseren bestellten Getränken an den Tisch was uns beim Schnitzel schon sehr verwundert hat. Das Schnitzel, sicher nicht frisch zubereitet, lauwarm, ohne Geshmack. Die Spätzle totgekocht geschmacklos und die Soße grausam. Auch das Geschnetzelte geschmacklich unterirdisch. Aich der Salat geschmacklos und enttäuschend. Hat mich alles an Kantinenessen oder Massenfutter erinnert. Das Schlossturm Ambiente ist sehr schön, aber bei so einem Essen keinen Besuch wert !!! Waren sehr enttäuscht über so ein Essen bei diesem Preis. Meine Empfehlung, woanders zum Essen gehen.

So you can safely skip the food. 2min. After ordering it came to the table. Cheese spaetzle (Happe Bappe) and Maultaschen with sauce and potato salad (without any taste) as already mentioned in some other reviews, really not good. We reported it to the waitress and she acknowledged it with a nice smile. Beer is ok but at 6 EUR the price is borderline. So in short...it's best to eat somewhere else. When assessing which dishes I can recommend, the following is missing: “None”

There were two of us in the Brusttube without a reservation, but we got a seat without any problems. For dinner we ordered the Schlossturm schnitzel with champion cream sauce and spaetzle, turkey schnitzel with champion cream sauce and spaetzle as well as a side salad. After 15 years, I returned with my best friend on a quiet Friday evening and was surprised by a loving welcome. The lively and warm staff made us immediately feel at home and were able to choose a comfortable spot. The attention and love shown to each guest was truly remarkable. Even when we took a little longer to place our order, we were generously offered drinks on the house. We both enjoyed a delicious sausage salad and were impressed by the dedication of the staff. As the saying goes: "You can serve the best food in the world, but without the caring staff, it tastes like any other." In the Schlossturm brewery, this attention to detail and to the guests is omnipresent. At the end we even received two more hot drinks as a surprise. This experience almost felt like a dream, but at the Schlossturm brewery, dreams actually do come true. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and am happy to give it 5 stars+++ for an unforgettable evening full of warmth and enjoyment. Cheers to the Schlossturm brewery and the staff!

Bad staff and disastrous with staff No knowledge of German

So, the food was on the table after 5 minutes. That's how it tasted too. The spaetzle was really soft, the sauerkraut was rather mushy. The idea with the stuffed meat (meat was tasty but not enough) was good but the filling was bad.

This place is a disgrace. No space, although plenty of space. Tables reserved, according to staff not enough staff. There were 5 waitresses there. It was served in a haphazard manner without a plan. The waitress had to pour beer because the person responsible for it was overwhelmed. A dark-haired waitress had to constantly look at her cell phone and had to go smoke. All in all very unfriendly and the food left a lot to be desired. Absolutely not recommended

Very clean atmosphere, extremely good service, but unfortunately the quality of the food was very poor. The Maultaschen ordered were absolutely tasteless, as if they had been in the water for hours, schnitzel, sauces... everything was convenience, also very tasteless.

We reserved a table online 3 weeks in advance, the restaurant was max. 50% occupied and we were given a very bad seat on the wall and a swinging door to the pantry on one side, and we also had to wait a long time. The food was of poor quality, schnitzel dry, mushrooms from a can and the sauce was just an artificial mush! The salad was fresh and OK. We will definitely not eat at the Schlossturm brewery the next time we see a musical!

Our group of 6 people were warmly welcomed and entertained despite the delay. The food was very good and also plentiful. Leider kann ich keine Bewertung schreiben, ohne einen Stern zu vergeben, denn sogar dieser eine Stern ist viel zu viel. Wir waren heute nach unserem schönen Musical Tarzan in der Braustube zum Essen. Die gewünschte Johannesbeerschorle war ausverkauft. Die alternativen Getränke kamen recht zügig. Auf unser Essen mussten wir ewig warten. Die Maultaschen mit Bratensoße und Kartoffelsalat hat der Hunger rein getrieben. Die Fertigmaultasche war aus der Brühe und nur lauwarm. Die Fertigsoße hatte eine komische Puddingartige Konsistenz. Der Kartoffelsalat kam aus dem Eimer. Aufgrund des extrem schlechten Essen, gaben wir kein Trinkgeld. Ab diesem Moment ignorierte uns der Kellner, nahm das Geld und lief ohne Worte weg. Als wir auf dem Weg zum Ausgang waren, verabschiedete uns eine andere Kellnerin mit einem "Danke, Tschüss". Daraufhin sagte der Kellner der uns bedient hatte zu ihr "was für Danke" Wir waren schockiert über diesen Besuch und über das Verhalten dem Gast gegenüber. Draußen vor dem Lokal sprachen uns Gäste an, weil sie das ganze mitbekommen haben und es ihnen genauso ergangen ist.

The hottest thing was my plate. The waitress took it back without asking what was wrong and I got a new meal. The spaetzle was absolutely tasteless, the schnitzel was soggy, as you would expect from frozen goods. On the whole, only the Maultaschen at our table gave a passable warning. The sauce was like pudding and spice was missing everywhere. Even the lettuce was half wilted. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Before our evening performance at the Apollo Theater we went to the Schloßturm brewery. Since we wanted to eat and drink comfortably and without stress, we made a reservation online for 4:30 p.m. The food (Schlossturm schnitzel/Schwabenteller/Spätzle/salad) was warm and tasty. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. He regularly asked if we needed anything else. The dining room filled up quickly, so reservations are recommended.

We were there on May 10th. 24 in the brewery for dinner. It was very delicious. We met one of the best waiters (Hubi). Always very nice and he even brought us the delicious Kellerbier outside into the beer garden. Thank you very much again

We went there for dinner before the musical this week. Got in there and of course the service was there straight away. Ordered drinks, shortly afterwards one of them was on the floor in front of us. It can happen sometimes, but it's not that bad. Then the food order. I took the pork medallions with cheese spaetzle and my girlfriend the Schlossturm schnitzel with fries. The food was on the table in no time after 5 minutes (I couldn't even comfortably go to the toilet). One thing was clear: it has nothing to do with freshly cooked food. Cheese spaetzle with cream (in Swabia you would normally have to know that there is no cream on it). The medallions were fine. The two dark-fried ready-made schnitzels were garnished with a bland champion cream sauce. The fries with mayo were the best. After the hearty meal, I ordered a beer, which I'm still waiting for today. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly. Conclusion: Luckily, thanks to the musicals, new guests are on site every day. This restaurant wouldn't have regular customers in any other location.

The last time we were here was over 10 years ago and we were quite satisfied back then, but now the disappointment was even greater. The waitresses are completely listless, demotivated and the food is unreasonable. Our order came from the kitchen at such a record speed that practically nothing else was possible apart from "getting the ready-made food from the cold storage and putting it in the microwave". The helper in the kitchen couldn't even do this properly because all the food was only lukewarm, as was the taste.

The worst schnitzel in Stuttgart! Totally carelessly warmed up and spit on the plate, served with potato salad from the bucket. If you like food from packages, this is the place for you. If you have a bit of entitlement, go somewhere else. Sorry, but all in all an absolute disgrace. At least the waiter was friendly.

Schlossturm brewery but in the basement. First of all: the service staff was very friendly, had a lot of positive feedback, thank you. We had reserved a table in advance, but were given a table that was far too small and where we could barely find space. Unfortunately, right at the exit where you went to the toilets, among other things, it was like being on the motorway, because the guests couldn't come back into the restaurant through this door and were shaking it. There was no thought of a nice evening for dinner here. The food: here the turkey schnitzel with spaetzle, was very far from Bavarian and Swabian cuisine and has 0.0 to do with the theme and ambience, the cherry tomato with a stem in the middle didn't help either, the spaetzle was straight out of the bag /Cardboard for cooking, if it had at least been “fresh”? e.g. with wild mushrooms, in a venison cream sauce and chopped fresh herbs on top instead of whole tomatoes.... Conclusion: In terms of price, it was okay overall, but at the expense of the execution. A pity.

We ate there yesterday before Tarzan. Once and never again. Food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. I had the Schlossturm Schnitzel and my husband had the Pork Medallion. Both cold, the taste was lacking, the meat was dry and tough. I complained about it and a replacement came, but the taste was still not the best. The place itself is cold and the ambience is not inviting either. I can't recommend it.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Yesterday we had promised ourselves a wonderful afternoon with a crowning conclusion in the form of the musical “Tina Turner” in the SI Center Stuttgart. Before the event, which started at 6:30 p.m., we wanted to eat something and chose the Schlossturm brewery, where we had good experiences a few years ago. But this time things turned out differently. On the door to the restaurant entrance it was noted that it was open from 4 p.m. So we waited and then promptly opened this door, which was not locked. We were immediately greeted in an unfriendly or rude manner with the statement: “Go out, we’ll open the door straight away and show you the ropes”. Already shocked, we backed off, only to be officially admitted less than 30 seconds later. I received no answer to my question, which I asked 3 times about what is different now than before. We were then assigned a table. We were still looking forward to a freshly tapped beer in the brewery. The homepage advertises freshly tapped cellar pilsner and hearty delicacies. The next setback came when ordering drinks. There is no freshly tapped beer because the tap system is supposedly broken! (In a brewery there's only one tap, and it's broken right from the start???) But we were offered bottled beer, which I asked cost €4.20 for half a liter (draft beer €5.40). So we had to be content with that. We then placed our food order straight away from a very clear menu. The restaurant was slowly filling up, the first meals were being handed out, but we were still sitting there without one. Only when we made ourselves known again did they realize we had been forgotten. You can't speak of the quality of the food here, I would rate it as sufficient with a minus, in some canteens you can eat better. At least the restaurant donated an espresso for each “forgetting”. The next discrepancy arose when paying. Although at the beginning it was said that the 0.5 liter bottled beer should cost €4.20, two of our three beers were charged the full price for a “freshly tapped” beer. Apparently the price was only for 1 drink. After some back and forth, I paid the requested amount, but only because time was short and we didn't want to be late for the performance. IMPORTANT!!! It should also be mentioned to everyone that we did not receive any invoices, but only received an “information print”, which also leaves open the possibility of tax evasion and so not only the respective guest but also the state can be ripped off. Conclusion: If it had been possible, I wouldn't have even given this 1 star. But one thing is certain for us: we will never return to this restaurant. The aim here is to fleece guests quickly before a musical event. But at least the evening had a happy ending. The Tina Turner musical was great and can really be recommended. Addendum 04/17/24: After the brewery tried to question my rating through a lawyer and presented it as a possible "fake review", I accidentally found the information print again today that confirms my visit to the brewery.

Wir waren am Do.11.04.24 hier zum Essen ! Das Musical hatten wir schon 2 Tage vorher gesehen und da ist uns auch diese Lokalität aufgefallen und es gab Haxe. Diese habe ich mir freudig bestellt und mein Frau die Schweinelende mit Käsespätzle. Der Service war nett und freundlich . Zu der Schweinshaxe soll es Krautschupfnudel geben wunderbar. Ich bin nun schon seid 40 Jahren Koch nur so etwas habe ich noch nicht bekommen . Wie man ein Sauerkraut so hin bekommt das es nur nach Wasser schmeckt entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis . Schupfnudel nur im Wasser heiß gemacht .Schupfnudeln und Sauerkraut separat angerichtet Gewürze sind anscheinend aus . Bratensoße aus der Packung ,Haxe warm gemacht nur der Fond in dem sie erwärmt wurde hätte auch Brühpulver aus der Tüte vertragen wenn es keine Gewürze gibt. Es wurde versucht eine Kruste auf die Haxe zu bekommen ,gelang auch nicht . Ich weiß nicht wo man diesen Koch ausgegraben hat nur Kollege suche dir nen anderen Job und Quäle nicht die Gäste . Die Lendchen waren trocken gebraten und die Käsespätzle welche es da zu gab waren eine verschmolzene feste Konsistenz . Ich würde gar auch Minuspunkte für das Essen vergeben es war kurz vor einer Körperverletzung .

We've never eaten so badly, everything was ready-made, nothing fresh was cooked. We also had plastic wrap in our food. Subterranean quality. Once and never again. Most of the staff only speaks English. The good reviews here are unimaginable for us!

Once and never again. Reserved well in advance and then got a table for 10 people that only 6 could fit into. 20 minutes after we ordered the food, the waiter came to the table and apologized that the food would take another 10-15 minutes - ok. In the end it took another 40 minutes extra and we were constantly put off with “5 more minutes”. At least 4 tables that arrived (far) after us had already eaten by then. Last but not least, some of the food arrived cold. Apparently something went wrong here, unfortunately the constant putting off didn't improve the mood.

It was really a disappointment. All food came out of the bag. The champions came out of the can. The food looked so cheap and unfortunately that's how it tasted. From our looks you could immediately tell we were disappointed with the food. Not recommendable.

The only bright spot is the service, all 4 meals weren't worth it, worst schnitzel in Stuttgart, we even had to send back fries, if you spend money you want something great, it's definitely not homemade spaetzle or schnitzel, it tastes like frozen and looks like it out, Meals on Wheels from my mother-in-law tastes better

There were three of us in this restaurant. The external impression was appealing. However, the impression changed very quickly. Not only was the restaurant only half full and we only got 3 seats at a table that was already full. Not even the people at the table were asked whether it was okay for us to sit at the table. Even when we asked, we were not offered another table. Now it was time to order. Here we ordered 2x Kässpatzen and 1x schnitzel with fries. Well... I'll put it this way... Every pack of Sättele Kässpatzen is of a higher quality than from this "Braustube". The Kässpatzen tasted like it had been frozen and thawed 5 times, then put in the microwave and on the table. The salad made a fresh impression. Unfortunately the schnitzel was very small and I threw it into the fat for a moment and it was done... For anyone born Bavarian, this "Bavarian" restaurant is an absolute insult! Anyone who doesn't like absolutely weak, lower-class cafeteria food or lives in a dream world, please go to another restaurant...

A very nice atmosphere with very friendly service. However, the mass production is noticeable in the food. However, understandable given the location in the middle of the Si-Centre.

We visited the Schlossturm brewery with three adults and were not satisfied. The food was lukewarm, the sauce tasteless and the schnitzel was obviously a finished product. The service was friendly but overloaded.

It used to be better... Some small portions... Eat lukewarm to cold... taste wise, nothing special... will visit another restaurant next time...

If you're looking to grab something quick before going to the Musical or cinema, this is a good place to do so, since food comes out quite fast. Maybe a bit too fast... The portions are big, you'll be full. However, I'm not convinced of the food's quality: the sausage had a weird aftertaste, the sauces seemed packaged and not fresh and the Spätzle definitely not homemade. I'm also missing a side salad that usually comes complementary, but here you'd need to pay 6€ on top. We went on a Tuesday evening and there was only one table occupied besides us. The service seems to love Bruno Mars since they played his playlist the full hour we spent there.

Service okay, long waiting time! Food was catastrophic, warmed up, sauce in a bag, not seasoned and lukewarm. We also complained about this but the management didn't seem to care. Ambience simple and very loud!

The service was friendly, attentive and quick. Great location. The prices initially seemed appropriate. The food was medium canteen standard - rich but not very tasty, the schnitzel was thin and dry. Nice ambience and the drinks were ok. But unfortunately we have never eaten as badly as we did there. Even cafeteria food is worlds better than here. Price/performance not acceptable due to the poor quality of the food. No fresh vegetables, neither the lettuce (brown leaves), nor the mushrooms or other vegetables are fresh. Everything from cans or frozen. The Maultaschen soup and the fried Maultaschen were completely tasteless and the gravy for the Maultaschen was absolutely inedible (indefinable, burnt taste). The service staff was friendly, but sometimes ignored questions and didn't answer. We were the first to get to the restaurant at just before half past twelve. Nevertheless, all the other guests around us, who arrived up to 30 minutes after us, had their food on the table before us. The plates were not cleared until 60 minutes after we had finished eating. Of course all the tables were occupied, but this is common practice here when there are musical performances. Maybe the school staff, who don't run back and forth empty-handed. We know this from other restaurants. We have already passed on our negative feedback to the service staff, but we would still like to share our experiences here.

Stopped here today. The rosé was beautifully full. The schnitzel was fried really nice and crispy. The waiter was super friendly and the food came quickly. We recommend it.

A super quaint pub in the brewery cellar style. It should be said in advance that it is worth making a reservation as the restaurant is quite popular. At least it was really packed. Nevertheless, we were served promptly. The staff is incredibly friendly and super on point. Even when the restaurant is overcrowded, they are always friendly and even up for a little chat. The food is super tasty, reasonable portions and also great prices. The only drawback is the extreme background noise. It was really incredibly loud. Unfortunately, we only ate there once, which is why I can't judge whether that's always the case, or whether there were simply really good-humored guests there who had a very lively conversation. In any case, we can definitely recommend the restaurant and we would come back.

I want to get to the point. The food was lukewarm and bad. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with brewery food.

Spontaneously ate there before the musical on Sunday evening. The two of us were able to get a table, but guests after us were then turned away or pointed out that there were currently longer waiting times for food. Even though the restaurant was full, our drinks came quickly and the wait for our food was completely reasonable. Price-performance ratio is okay, good home-style cooking and you'll be full :).

Food arrived quickly. Portions were large. Quality of the food wasn't that good, kitchen is designed to serve large quantities quickly. Pork was quite dry. For that money you can eat really well elsewhere.

First of all, all the people standing at the door were completely ignored. After 10 minutes the first guests were brought in. We had made a reservation and were allowed in when someone finally noticed us. After almost 40 minutes the drinks arrived. The waitress complained to us about his colleagues because they gave him the wrong drinks. Does not work either. When the food came we were very disappointed. There were schnitzels twice. My schnitzel was tough and inedible, the worst schnitzel I have ever eaten. The waitress then offered to bring a new one. Then I refused because I was no longer hungry. We were then given an espresso as a gift, so 1 for 2. Unfortunately, the restaurant cannot be recommended.

The food (cheese pätzle, schnitzel, knuckle, spit roast) was unfortunately not good; In terms of taste, it has nothing at all to do with typical Swabian food. Very unfortunate.

Das Restaurant wirkt eher wie eine kühle Bahnhofshalle und es ist sehr sehr laut wenn es voll ist. Das Essen war eher semi gut, leider überhaupt nicht gewürzt und es absolut nach Maßenabfertigung geschmeckt sprich Spätzle vorgekocht aus der Tüte und sie Soße ebenso. Wir würden es definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen und auch nicht erneut besuchen. Waren leider sehr enttäuscht und das Essen lag uns Stunden danach immer noch extrem schwer im Magen.

We were served quickly and according to our wishes. The food was brought to us quickly and tasted excellent. Despite the somewhat hidden location, the restaurant was well attended and there was a lively yet pleasant atmosphere that encouraged conversations at the table. Recommended for theater visitors to strengthen themselves before/after.

Wir waren vor unserer Abendvorstellung des Musicals zum Abendessen zu Gast. Obwohl wir 45 Minuten vor Öffnung des Musicals da waren, gab es scheints nur noch drei Hochtische ohne Reservierung. Eine Reservierung würde ich also in jedem Fall empfehlen, vor allem wenn man auf normalen Stühlen sitzen möchte. Die Bedienungen waren bis auf Ausnahmen sehr jung und sind teils ambitioniert gerannt, um die Tische zu bedienen. Das ist zwar dem Ambiente nicht zuträglich, aber zeigt das Engagement den Gästen das Essen warm auf den Tisch zu stellen. Die Speisekarte ist nicht gigantisch groß, aber mit einer Seite sollte jeder etwas finden, womit er sich anfreunden kann. Wir haben das Schlossturm Schnitzel genommen und waren ein wenig enttäuscht. Nicht nur scheint es Zufall zu sein, wie viel Schnitzel jeder erhält - ich erhielt zwei Stück, mein Partner aber nur eines - die Spätzle kamen aus der Tüte und haben mit der ungesalzen Champignon Rahmsoße sehr fad geschmeckt. Da hieß es mit ordentlich Salz und Pfeffer nachträglich würzen. Von diesem Gericht ausgehend würde ich die Erfahrung als mittelmäßig einschätzen. Das Essen ist nichts besonderes gewesen, die Getränke sind nicht unbedingt günstig. Es ist aber eine gute Möglichkeit vor Ort noch schnell etwas zu essen. Das Essen wird zackig und freundlich geliefert.

Essen sehr enttäuschend. Schnitzel mehr Panade als alles andere . Soße vermutlich fertig Soße . Schade denn vor einem Musical will man etwas schönes essen gehen und wird dann so enttäuscht. Kommen nicht mehr . Update : Inhaber beantragt Löschung der Bewertung da angeblich keine Geschäftsbeziehung vorhanden wäre und es sich um eine Fake Bewertung handelt . Ich habe Google nun die Mailreservierung vorgelegt und die Dankes Mail die vom Restaurant automatisch versendet wird . Netter Versuch , so kann man die Bewertungen auch kaschieren aber nicht mit mir !
