Not recommended food Not good service really bad waited over an hour for the food.

We celebrated my father's birthday one afternoon at the Brauner Hirsch. When we arrived at the restaurant (about half an hour early), the tables were already beautifully set with attention to detail, and we received a very warm and personal welcome. The large selection of exclusively homemade cakes and tarts (five in total!!) was both visually and tastefully exquisite (so delicious, in fact, that I even wanted to ask for the recipes :) ). The owner is truly personable and very knowledgeable; you can immediately tell that she has many years of experience in the restaurant industry and that this job is her absolute passion. The lunch, which we've tried on other occasions, is also truly delicious, and you can taste that it's home-cooked with dedication. True home cooking :). The ambiance is rustic, rustic, and very authentic, and there's even a hall and an outdoor seating area, making the Brauner Hirsch a perfect location for larger celebrations. Whenever we're in the area, we always enjoy stopping there - highly recommended!

We were at the Brauner Hirsch in Braunschwende with my family (13 people) and old friends (4). The occasion was my birthday. We had actually only ordered a quick stop with coffee and some cake from Mrs. Weisenbilder. But what awaited us was a very lovingly prepared and special cake buffet with a lovingly set coffee table. My family and I were overwhelmed. Thanks to the team at the Brauner Hirsch, and especially to the manager, Mrs. Weisenbilder. I will always remember my birthday coffee. Rating: "extremely satisfied." "Thank you"!!! PS: Since I'm a biker myself, the Brauner Hirsch is always a good place to stop and take a break.

We visited here this afternoon for a small family gathering and felt completely at home. Everything was lovingly prepared for our coffee break – the table was beautifully set, the cake was homemade and absolutely delicious. The ambiance is rustic and cozy, and you can sit comfortably both inside and outside. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive service. The owner herself was helpful, welcoming, and had a refreshingly direct manner – you immediately notice that she brings a lot of experience, passion, and dedication to the place. Also worth mentioning is the large hall with a stage, which can be rented for parties or other events – a great option if you need a little more space. In conclusion: homely, cozy, warm, and delicious = highly recommended ♥

We went for coffee with our family and friends (18 people) and were totally surprised by the cake buffet prepared by Mrs. Weisenbilder. It looked amazing and tasted fantastic. After coffee, there were a few freshly tapped beers and a cocktail for the ladies. It was a fantastic day. It confirms everything else I usually experience when I stop by the Brauner Hirsch for lunch ==》 Always the rating "Highly recommended." Thank you, we'll be back 😀

The Brauner Hirsch is a true gem! The cake was outstanding—fresh, homemade, and delicious. I'd especially like to highlight the friendly and attentive service, which made the visit even more enjoyable. You feel completely at home here. If you like home -style cuisine, you are exactly right here, portions are above average. Cancer as with nuts. Schnitzel with seasoning meat, as before.

We were there for a buffet meal, the food is very good and plentiful and if you can't find anything here you can't be helped. The house beer is really good 👍 👍 can only be recommended!!!

Gemütliches Gasthaus und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Warten aufs Essen lohnt sich, da alles frisch zubereitet und nicht auf TK Zutaten zurückgegriffen wird. Wir kommen gern wieder!
