Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend in der Leinemühle. Wir wurden bereits bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen. Das Essen war mega lecker, das Seviceteam war immer aufmerksam und freundlich, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Ambiente läd zum Verweilen ein. Sehr gemütlich und ansprechend. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und kann sich auch das ein oder andere Getränk schmecken lassen. Das war definitiv nicht unser letzte Besuch in der Leinemühle 😊

Zum gemütlichen Abendessen (Schnitzel & Chill) an der Leinemühle gewesen. Da sind die Worte klar definiert: GEKLOPFT, PANIERT UND GELIEBT❤️. Die Gerichte sind eine Empfehlung wert. Mega lecker und schön angerichtet. Da geht auch keiner hungrig nach Hause. Eher satt und zufrieden. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die tolle Gastfreundlichkeit vom Service bis zum Essen und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal bei euch 👌👌👌

Wir haben ein super Wochenende mit einer Motorradfrauentruppe hier verbracht. Der Wirt hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert und das Essen war fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ordentlich. Ich vergebe eigentlich volle Punktzahl, denn dass der Zimmerservice zwischendurch viel sicherlich bisserl gefehlt hätte, ist für Motorradfahrer zum Glück nicht ganz so schlimm und so war es für uns einfach nur super! Fazit: Wir empfehlen die Leinemühle gerne weiter! 😊

Ein sehr schönes liebevoll geführtes Lokal. Wir haben eine Übernachtung gesucht und wurden total überrascht wie wunderschön es hier ist. Die Küche ist der Wahnsinn und alles wird mit viel Können und Liebe gekocht. Wir haben noch nie so lecker gegessen und wurden mit einem sehr gemütlichen Abend im Garten verwöhnt. Die Leinemühle liegt ruhig im Grünen - wir wurden vom Gezwitscher der Vögel geweckt. Wir werden sicher wieder hier her kommen. Danke an das Team der Leinemühle

Das Essen war heute sehr lecker, leider noch zu kalt für den Biergarten. Wir saßen schon im Sommer draußen und finden es hier sehr gemütlich. Es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle, hier einzukehren. LG

Nach einer entspannten Wanderung bei Sonnenschein kehrten wir als Familie zu 7 -t in der Leinemühle ein. Wir hatten reserviert und eine weihnachtlich anmutende - hübsch gedeckte kleine Tafel war für uns vorbereitet. 🙏🏻 Unsere beiden Hunde wurden genau wie wir- herzlich empfangen und bekamen sofort ein Schälchen mit Wasser- wie aufmerksam! Die sehr freundliche Dame, die uns bediente, brachte rasch die Getränke und das Essen- einfach Klasse! Jeder von uns hatte ein anderes Essen- da gab es z.B. Steak und Zander und Rouladen…alles war frisch zubereitet und war sehr köstlich!! Ein großes Dankeschön an die aufmerksame Bedienung und natürlich auch an den Koch, der uns mit seiner Kunst verwöhnt hat! Das Restaurant macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck- es ist gemütlich zugleich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 😃

Am letzten schönen Sommertag des Jahres 2025 habe ich auf der naheliegenden Konradsburg geheiratet. In der Leinemühle fanden wir den geeigneten historischen und urigen Ort unser Glück mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern zu feiern. Wir waren übereinstimmend begeistert von der freundlichen unkomplizierten Aufnahme und einem wahrlich einzigartigem Festmahl! Wir hatten À-la-carte vereinbart und wurden mit Vielfalt, Frische und feinstem Genuss belohnt. Ob Nackensteak, Schnitzel, Zanderfilet, oder wie bei mir Wildgulasch es war ein Schmausrausch im Haus bereiteter Hausmannskost. Es begann mit einem handgeschnittenem Salat aus frischen Zutaten. Mein Gulasch war zart und mit erlesenen Gewürzen abgeschmeckt. Die Klöse waren nicht die allüblichen Tiefkühltennisbälle sondern hausgemachte Kartoffelklöße. Krönend das butterige Rotkraut. So lecker habe ich es noch nie gegessen! Vielen Dank an das Team von Küche und Service für einen vollkommenen Tag! P.S. Wer nicht ins Kloster will und dennoch ein Freund von Digital Detox ist, reise in die Leinemühle! Dort schweigen die Smartphones ;-)

We went to the restaurant for dinner in the evening, and it was a wonderful evening! The restaurant was fantastic, the tables were beautifully set, there was a fire in the fireplace, but the best part was the food! The service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We went with friends for a goose dinner. It was fantastic, everyone loved it. We've been here several times before and have always been very satisfied. Thank you to the staff and the kitchen. We'll definitely be back.

We were here for our 50th class reunion from October 10th to 11th, 2025. The rooms, service, and friendliness were all top-notch. We felt very comfortable.

We spent two evenings there and enjoyed our meals to our absolute satisfaction. We can highly recommend this place. We were allowed to park our camper vans for free in the on-site parking lot with its large lawn.

We stopped by spontaneously today. We can't comment on the rooms... but we can comment on the food, staff, and ambiance. WARNING!!! The food is addictive!!!! Small menu, the finest selection of first-class German cuisine! Our local restaurants should take a leaf out of their book, because that's exactly how cooking is done. The staff were friendly, flexible, and smiling towards their customers, despite it being a Sunday. The beer garden is truly inviting, and the chef is happy to make his rounds. All in all, we say thank you!

We went to a BBQ with friends a month ago and were absolutely thrilled. Not only the ambiance, but also the variety of dishes, the meat selection, and the service (with some really good music playing in the background) are a definite plus for a lovely, relaxed and culinary evening. We'll definitely be back 🙏

We spent a weekend in Leinemühle with a knight's banquet at Falkenstein Castle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. On June 20, 2025, we had a BBQ evening. The food was excellent. It was a very enjoyable evening. The breakfast was also delicious. We felt very comfortable there and would happily recommend this hotel. The service at this "hotel" was absolutely abysmal... Unfriendly staff who showed no consideration or understanding for their guests' requests. They reacted almost aggressively when asking for something to eat. Not to mention the mountains of garbage behind the hotel, which ruined the atmosphere and made nature and relaxation impossible. You could save your money!! 0 stars!!

We were able to spend a weekend here; the staff is super friendly, the food is delicious and the cocktails are great. The hotel is in a very quiet location, the beer garden is great.

Unfortunately, after visiting the site one weekend in April, I forgot something in my room. I immediately reported this loss from home by calling the accommodation. And it was confirmed to me that my possessions were found in the room and that they would send them to me. To date I have not received anything. This is a personal item worth €100. I find it very, very sad that confirmed items are kept from guests who are found. How pathetic is that please. Absolutely do not recommend this store.

I also celebrated my 60th birthday here on April 12, 2025 with 30 guests at a knight's dinner. My guests were completely satisfied with both the program and the food. Many thanks to the staff for giving us a lovely evening despite the circumstances surrounding the construction work at the castle

Hello, we went to a bachelor party on April 12, 2025 and ordered knight's dinner for €60 per head and got a normal buffet, which was also cold and very bad. Value max. 25€ In addition, it wasn't in the castle but in the garden house, which they couldn't do anything about, but then you can compensate something. So we felt totally ripped off. We slept in the linen mill, had breakfast, well, then the boys forgot something in the room and the fridge. We called the hotel on Sunday and they promised to send the things to us. After phone calls with 4 different employees and the promise from the boss himself that the package would be sent away on May 2nd, 25, it is now May 9th. not arrived. When asked again, the answer was "then I can't change it." With a possible 10 negative points, we would give the cucumber troupe 17

If I had to describe the Leinemühle near Pansfelde, I would say: A small culinary paradise! The service was excellent - all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The dishes are of the highest quality: the schnitzel is made in-house and tastes simply heavenly. The salmon fillet was on point and super juicy! A big compliment goes to Rayk, who really knows his craft as a chef, and to dear Peggy, who creates and prepares the most impressive cocktails far and wide. Another highlight are the delicious, homemade lemonades - super refreshing, especially in summer. I can only warmly recommend the Leinemühle - a place where you feel completely at home! We stayed for 1 night whilst on route to elsewhere. We were the only guests but were made to feel very welcome, because we were the only guests the evening meal was a set menu, but it was superb. A fabulous home cooked German dinner. The room was a good size, clean and very comfortable. The location is also lovely and so peaceful. If we are ever that way again we will definitely return. We were only there for a concert with dinner, without an overnight stay. Very nice atmosphere, with a nice fireplace, nice service, good food at very good prices. We will come back

Rating ONLY for the Leinemühle: 1 star for the smooth booking process, 1 star for the delicious food, and 1 for the friendliness of the staff. The points deducted relate to the following: - We would have liked more attention to refilling the buffet (both breakfast and the evening event) - The bungalow was good, but could use some modernization and renovation, and we also had to take care of the firewood ourselves - We had booked an evening event at the Leinemühle for New Year's Eve...right up front: the food was very good! €60 per person for a buffet without drinks and music from a speaker is a bit too much, though! Access to the buffet was closed off relatively quickly, and unfortunately, the side dishes ran out quickly. The drinks were definitely high-end, not to mention overpriced! The worst part, however, is this: As we were about to leave late after the party, I told a waitress that I'd like to get rid of 2-3 points (the ones mentioned above) the next day (the day of departure). Shortly thereafter, the (presumably) restaurant manager, who had already been noticed for his somewhat irritated and probably intoxicated manner, approached me and addressed me about it. For the reasons just mentioned and because of the long evening, I repeated several times that this would be discussed the next day. I eventually gave in and politely raised the points of criticism. Meanwhile, the gentleman became increasingly annoyed, interrupted me several times, and was anything but receptive to criticism. Honestly, I've NEVER experienced such a reaction! At some point, he turned around, raised his hand, and left me standing there. Whether he always reacts this way to criticism or whether it was due to the alcohol, I can't say, unfortunately, as I left in shock myself. In my opinion, any service provider who treats guests like this has chosen the wrong profession! As a family, we've often enjoyed the Leinemühle in the past, but unfortunately, this was definitely our last visit. There will certainly be some backlash to this review, but I hope it will still be reflected upon.

The Leinemühle near Pansfelde...it was many years ago. We are thrilled with what it has become!!! You can indulge yourself here with culinary and traditional delights! The service, little Peggy, her cocktails, her lemonades, you can feel the passion! The place is so beautifully decorated and lovingly furnished! Now I come to the food! Rayk is the chef. The freshness he offers his guests is outstanding! I had the salmon, which was absolutely amazing! The zander rump steak, everything was prepared to perfection with love and understanding. You can tell that there is a chef here who knows his craft! Gastronomy is lived here!!! I can only recommend everyone to stop by here. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance. P.S.: The various specials, such as Schnitzel Friday or Burger Night, are also highly recommended!!!

We were there on Steak Friday. It was packed and the friendly waitresses were super quick. My companion had special requests, even these were fulfilled after consultation with the chef. Everyone has put in a lot of effort at every turn. The crowning finale was being picked up at a late hour by the free shuttle bus. We came as strangers and left as friends.

We spent my birthday at Falkenstein Castle. There was a direct shuttle there and back. The service was great. The evening before we ate directly in the restaurant. It was delicious! Everyone was very friendly and totally relaxed. The location is really nice. The breakfast was also good.

I've slept there for 4 days now and I have to say: Not again! We arrived around 7:30 p.m. and the bar reception was already closed. However, this is the only place where you can get the WiFi password! This is urgently needed as the hotel is in a dead zone. If I hadn't found out the WiFi key by trying it out, we would have been completely isolated from the outside world and I wouldn't have been able to tell my family that I had arrived safely! The rooms are very noisy because the room doors all have a 2cm slit at the bottom. So you can hear everything that is said in the hallway as well as in the bathroom! The pillows are horror! In my room you could hear a constant humming noise, probably from the tap system or the ventilation. The restaurant only has one menu, which is written very illegibly and only contains main courses over €17. If you ask about appetizers or a drinks menu, this is answered in the negative with the statement “the drinks and cocktails are constantly changing!” However, the guest never knows which drinks are available (coffee, tea and juice hardly change) nor the price. This means that the price can vary from guest to guest, because nothing is black and white. All I got was the answer that I should ask! I have to say, I've never experienced anything like it and even the cheapest kebab has a food and drink menu!

Hello there , If we have to decide where to go with our visitors or friends for dinner or coffee, then the Leinemühle is always the first address. Everything is just right there. Above all, you notice that the cooking is done with love and that a lot of effort is put into the taste. Where do I start... The Leinemühle restaurant has a very nice and cozy atmosphere, you definitely feel at home. The service and friendliness are the top priority here, super nice and attentive, the chef doesn't miss a beat and looks after his guests, I think it's good 👌. To eat, wow... So really delicious, whether it's a starter, main course or dessert, also for the eye... Very tasty. We would like to thank you for the great evening and will definitely come back 👋.

A fantastically beautiful beer garden under large linden trees surprised everyone with a special menu, sensational cuisine and great cocktails. A lot of passion from a committed team.

I stayed in a bungalow. It was okay for one night. The bathroom was really cramped and was long past its best. The beds were okay; hard mattresses. The furnishings in the living room and kitchen had also suffered somewhat. There was no telephone or internet reception. Probably not WiFi either. It was just about possible to stay overnight once, with all claims being deferred.

We stayed here with the company for one night and stayed in 2 bungalows. They are functional, but a bit over-furnished. , which seems a bit overwhelming. It was very clean and sufficient for one night. The breakfast at the Leinemühle was perfect. Very rich and tasty. The service was very good. Thank you 😀

We had lunch at the Leinemühle. The food was very good, I had schnitzel with asparagus, my wife had salmon with noodles. It was cleverly seasoned and the quantity was more than enough. We'll definitely be back.

We were guests at the Hotel Leinmühle for the motorcycle tour on Ascension Day. The hotel with a cozy beer garden is beautifully and quietly located in a forest. The staff was very accommodating and super nice. Food was also great. All in all, highly recommended.

Went here spontaneously for dinner and was super surprised by the great service and the absolutely delicious food. Salmon with teriyaki sauce was the absolute highlight, everything freshly prepared. As a starter, burrata with wild lettuce and ham chips. The chef knows his craft. I can only recommend stopping here once. We would love to come back.

We didn't have a room, but we had a bungalow... it was furnished as if you had landed in another time, in the middle of the forest, very, very quiet, perfect for switching off... then there was no cell phone reception, sometimes quite nice, however not always useful... without saying anything bad 🫣... we would love to come back... 🤗

Certainly not a star hotwl. But there is a cozy atmosphere, the employees are friendly and committed, the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. And very important: the price is right! Of course, a car is essential for travel. The knight's dinner at Falkenstein Castle is also reached from here.

We were at the Leinemühle today - we hadn't booked! I have to say the service was excellent! Now let's get to dinner! Such a schnitzel with the cucumber salad and the potato salad that was served with vinegar and oil was amazing! Price performance top! Ambiance service and kitchen top 5 stars gladly given 6!!

We'll never come here again. When I asked about getting an egg on the fried schnitzel, I was told that they couldn't accept any special requests because there was too much to do (we were the only guests in the restaurant) and we heard the lady from the kitchen say loudly to the piercings, HE WANTED A FRIED EGG ON THE TOP, she's lucky I didn't tear her shop apart, we left and are never coming back

We were now on February 9th, 2024 For 100 € I expect a lot more. The dead flies were everywhere and despite complaints they weren't cleaned properly. Spider web over the room door. In the bathroom there wasn't even a hanger for the towels, the shower flooded half the bathroom, water hose and shower head broken.we had booked the entire hotel for ourselves and everyone in our travel group would not recommend this hotel. Price performance is definitely not right

Nice little hotel, the rooms are sufficiently equipped. We had a family celebration and only slept there one night... Food and drinks were good, service could be a bit more professional. The breakfast buffet was quite clear. Parking is at the house. Of course the surrounding area has a lot to offer.

Wir waren als Gast einer Geburtstagsfeier hier her eingeladen.Ohne Übernachtung.Leider kann ich zum Umfeld nichts sagen,da es 18Uhr schon dunkel war...(Januar) aber wir kommen wieder und werden die Sache im Hellen erkunden.

Waren zum Silvester-Arrangement 2 Nächte mit der Familie hier. Nettes Hotel, ruhig gelegen mit Nähe zu zahlreichen Ausflugszielen im Harz. Achtung: kein Handyempfang, aber funktionierendes WLAN vorhanden. Zimmer geräumig und sauber, Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Essen sehr gut, es konnte aus 5-6 Fleisch- und Fischgerichten ausgewählt werden.

Danke Daß Sie uns weitergeschickt haben! Ein paar Kilometer weiter im Gartenhaus wurden wir nett bedient und haben hausgemachte Roulade mit Rotkohl und Klößen zum Mittag serviert bekommen. Wenn Sie die leeren Tische neben der Bar nicht mehr benötigen, dann stellen Sie die einfach vor die Tür. Ich nehm die als Feuerholz dann mit. Gruß Falk Lamers

Ein kulinarisches Highlight! Dieses Restaurant hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen! Vom ersten Moment an fühlte ich mich willkommen, dank des freundlichen Personals und der angenehmen Atmosphäre. Die Speisekarte bietet eine beeindruckende Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten, die mit frischen Zutaten und raffinierten Aromen zubereitet sind. Jeder Bissen war ein Geschmackserlebnis! Die Präsentation der Speisen war ebenso beeindruckend wie der Geschmack. Der Service war herzlich und zuvorkommend, und die Empfehlungen des Personals trafen genau meinen Geschmack. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant für alle, die exzellentes Essen in einer einladenden Umgebung genießen möchten. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder in der Leinemühle gewesen. Haben sehr lecker 😋 gegessen 👍. Service ist super 👍Rayk ist genauso wie wir ihn in Erinnerung hatten. Ein Besuch ist wirklich ein muss 👍.

Waren heute zum Mittagessen hier und wir waren Positiv überrascht das das Essen mega lecker war. 5 Sterne.

Nettes Personal, aber das Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht und das Frühstück war etwas dünn. Es wurde nicht nachgefüllt und es gab noch nicht mal Kakaopulver für kleine Kinder. Aber das Essen am Abend hat super geschmeckt.

Wir waren hier zum Klassentreffen, mit Besuch der Burg Falkenstein. Sehr netter Service in Hotel und Restaurant, freundliche Mitarbeiter, leckeres Abendessen und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage, sehr guter Service und eine super Küche. Wenn man im Harz mal sehr gut Essen möchte kommt man eigentlich an der Leinemühle nicht vorbei. Die Steaks und der Zander sind der Hammer, handgemachte leckere Cocktails und sehr gute Weinauswahl. Hier wird das Gastronomiehandwerk noch gelebt und geliebt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein schönes Restaurant und Hotel. Hat ganz viel Potential, macht aber zu wenig draus. Im großen und ganzen war ich mit meiner Übernachtung zufrieden... Aber, leider waren in der Minibar keine Getränke, die Steckdosen waren in dem ein oder anderem Zimmer nicht mehr richtig an der Wand angebracht, und zudem war zu meiner Zeit noch eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft vor Ort. Da hatte ich den Eindruck dass das Personal etwas gestresst war. Aber im großen und ganzen waren die Zimmer sauber, hatten einen Fernseher und das Frühstück vom Buffet war auch gut.

Einfach Wunderbar...köstliches Essen und super freundliches Personal. Wir kommen jetzt öfter vorbei :-)

Sehr schönes Ambiente und freundliches Personal. Das Besondere, hier kocht ein Koch welcher sein Handwerk gelernt hat, liebt und lebt.

TV Gerät funktionerte nicht. An der Repzeption gemeldet, passierte aber nichts. Im Zimmer in der Nacht versucht die Nachttischlampe einzuschalten ging aber nicht konnte auch nicht brennen man musste erst mal den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken. Eine Info wäre schön gewesen. Der Bewegungsmelder für die Beleuchtung der Treppe abwärts schaltet erst nach der 5 Stufe ein , ziemlich gefährlich. Das Auschecken war 08:30 Uhr leider nicht möglich. Antwort von den wirkliche netten Damen , ich sollte mich doch bitte gedulden , kurz nach 09:00 würde jemand kommen. Ansonsten kann man die Leinemühle aber durchaus empfehlen. Die Vergabe der Sterne entsprach nach gründlichn Nachdenken doch nicht ganz der Realität. Habe sie deshalb korrekiert. Ich wünsche Ihren Kollektiv eine gute Zeit und bleiben Sie alle gesund. Wir waren gestern das erste Mal in der Leinemühle zum Essen und waren begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte einen Aperol Spritz, der mit frischen Rosmarin und frischer Grapefruit zubereitet war. Sehr schön angerichtet und auch sehr lecker. Mein Freund hatte als Vorspeise eine Soljanka. Weiter ging es für ihn mit einem Rumpsteak mit mediterranen Gemüse, Ofenkartoffeln und Salatbeilage. Für mich gab es Kartoffelrösti mit geräuchertem Lachs, Salat und einem Fetadip. Das Essen war super frisch und und alles perfekt abgeschmeckt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir sind schon jahrelange Fans des Restaurants und haben nach einiger Zeit Pause die Lokalität wieder aufs Neue für uns entdeckt. Es schmeckt hier seit 20 Jahren wunderbar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut fair! Viele Grüße von den e-Moped-Fahrern ;)

Kleines feines Hotel, waren hier zu Besuch zwecks Ritteressen auf Burg Falkenstein. Gerne wieder.

Handwerk auf hohem Niveau! Es fängt bei den handgeschriebenen Speisekarten an und hört bei der frischen Küche noch nicht auf. Wer gute Qualität und super Service sucht, ist hier richtig. Telefonische Reservierung ist auf Grund der Nachfrage empfehlenswert

Wir waren zu Himmelfahrt da und es war sehr gut besucht. Es hat natürlich dann an Sitzgelegenheiten gefehlt und wir mussten 5 min warten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Natürlich hat auch diese Leinemühle mit Personal Mangel zu kämpfen so das es schwierig ist dem ganzen Ansturm zu bewältigen. Die Preise waren angemessen und nicht überteuert . Ich kann die Wirtschaft empfehlen. Da ich da nicht übernachtet habe kann ich zu dem hotel nix sagen.

Fand es sehr schön da. Waren da zum Kaffee trinken. Milchkaffee war echt lecker und auch der Kuchen war echt gut. Frisch saftig und gut. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Immer einen Ausflug wert.

Super tolles Hotel mit klasse Serviceteam. Sehr familiär und herzlich geführt. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft und Gastronomie noch gelebt. Das Essen war phantastisch und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Unbedingt 5 von 5 Sternen! Mehr an Herzlichkeit und Professionalität geht nicht. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung.
