Super friendly staff and owner. Top-notch! The food was lovely, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the value for money was excellent. We're looking forward to our next visit!

The food is, unfortunately, absolutely mediocre. Everything else is good, and the service is very friendly. The mix of Cologne and Spanish dishes is at least interesting.

We were there with a group of 20 people, and everything went perfectly. And of course, it was delicious, too!

One of the best restaurants in all of Cologne. A Cologne feel with Mediterranean touches. Great menu, really good quality, and decent portion sizes. Delicious Kölsch, which, as usual, never runs out. Super friendly and welcoming staff. We love coming here regularly.

A brewery with a good atmosphere and a Portuguese menu (food menu), a great combination of these two great cultures. The staff spoke Kölsch and was joot, and the food was delicious. It was packed with locals, and that always means something. This is the best example.

We were here today by chance for the first time, definitely not the last time. The menu is Cologne and Mediterranean. Delicious amuse gueule, GREAT beer knuckle (crispy on the outside, tender and pink on the inside), everything else was also very tasty and fresh, attentive and friendly service. That was an upscale atmosphere in the brewery.

Cozy little brewery + restaurant, not a typical brewery style. Nice owners and good service without having to wait forever. although it was packed on Saturday evening. Accordingly, it was quite loud, and there is also a large screen available for watching football, which you may or may not like... Ich habe bereits zum 4. Mal das Brauhaus am Kloster besucht und kann die Lokalität nur empfehlen. Der Inhaber Toni und alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Service ist immer super, Getränke und Essen kommen schnell. Das Brauhaus unterscheidet sich von klassischen Brauhäusern aus der Innenstadt, der Fokus liegt auf portugiesische Gerichte, es gibt dennoch ein paar typische Brauhaus Gerichte. Preislich etwas gehobener, jedoch aufgrund der guten Küche ist dies durchaus vertretbar. Zusätzlich zum gewählten Gericht gibt es immer einen Gruß aus der Küche. Dieses Mal hatten wir eine Antipasti Platte und Garnelen in Knoblauchöl aus dem Ofen, im Anschluss t-bone Steak. Dazu einen fantastischen Rotwein. Wer etwas abseits von touristischen Hochburgen gut essen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

If you can get the Portuguese-style suckling pig there, you should try it. Very deliciously seasoned, a sauce to put in - simply delicious all around! The staff is very polite, nice, attentive and you feel valued as a guest. And now to the boss, I have rarely met such a great host - thank you very much, if I weren't 300 km away I would have a new favorite restaurant! Keep it up 👍

The perfect Veedelsbrauhaus, really delicious food with good German cuisine and Spanish/Portuguese influences. The owner and the entire staff are super friendly and you always feel welcome and well served. I had the pleasure of revisiting the Brauhaus am Kloster in Cologne Raderberg last night and, as always, I was beyond impressed. The service was simply first class; the staff were attentive, friendly and very professional. The food was outstanding - every dish was carefully prepared and tasted fantastic. Particularly noteworthy was the live music, which made the evening a special experience. The musician created a wonderful atmosphere that perfectly complemented the ambience of the brewery. There is also a great selection of dishes for vegetarians at the Brauhaus am Kloster. It's nice to see that different dietary needs are taken into account without sacrificing quality and taste. We have visited the Brauhaus am Kloster several times and were thrilled every time. Whether at parties or after my husband's premieres - it's always well received. The service is always excellent and the team is always flexible and courteous. I particularly value this consistency and flexibility. Overall, it was another completely successful evening and I can only warmly recommend the Brauhaus am Kloster. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Really one of the best food places to go to in Cologne! On top you get really great service. The must-tries are the Iberico rack and Tapas starter plate. Parking is a bit tricky though...

You can say whatever you want, the food is definitely cheap. That toned things down a bit. It's not nice to drown all the dishes in balsamic vinegar in a "brewery" so much that you no longer notice what you're actually eating. It wasn't really comfortable either. You probably just have to drink enough Kölsch to feel comfortable there.

After many kilometers on the bike (without motor), hungry to the tips of our hair, we went to the brewery! As a foreign guest, I was rarely greeted with a handshake! Relatively shortly after we ordered, I got my knuckle, and what a! Crispy, but also wonderfully tender! To the point! The side dish of fried potatoes and sauerkraut were also very tasty, although the potatoes would have benefited a little more from a few extra seconds in the pan! The size of the portion left me more than full and as a person from the Ruhr region (we drink PILS), of course I had to have the obligatory Kölsch after the meal! My next stay in Cologne will definitely include a stop here!

Pina and Toni are two very warm and attentive hosts. The food is a little more expensive, but definitely higher quality than in other breweries. Be sure to visit!

We ended up there spontaneously on Carnival Saturday because we were looking for a place that wasn't closed yet. Tasty food, decent portion, very good value for money. Service was super nice and very accommodating, friendly and also asked if you would like to drink something else and whether you liked it. Here you show interest in the guest, which is very positive. We'll come back when we're back at Camping Berger. It is not far away. So highly recommended.

Les plats étaient bons, on a demandé du porc (plat copieux et croustillant), saumon (bon) et milanais de veau (un peu sec). Seul petit bémol, on pouvait payer que avec CB allemande, on savait pas que ça existait mais bon, heureusement qu’on avait des espèces sur nous.

Da ich gestern Nachmittag Orgelunterricht in St.Maria Königin hatte war mir gestern der Weg nach Hause zurück und wieder zurück zur Scholaprobe zuviel gewesen. Deshalb hatte ich die Chormappe direkt mit ein gepackt und war nach dem Unterricht erst Kaffee trinken in de Bäckerei im Hitmarkt und danach zum Chlowigplatz gefahren um mir neue Faltfahrpläne zu besorgen. Hab dort im Merzenich noch eine Cola getrunken und bin mit der 133 zurück bis Brühlerstr./Gürtel gefahren. Dort hab ich dann zu Abend gegessen vor der Scholaprobe. Wir waren für den 2.Weihnachtstag am proben. Danach ging's nach Hause. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war alles vorzüglich.

Eine wirkliche schöne Location ein wenig abseits der touristischen Pfade. Die Küche ist super und die Karte bietet neben Brauhaus Spezialitäten, auch Wild und besonders hervorzuheben auch portugiesische Küche, was so in der Kombination einmalig ist. Sehr positiv ist der Chef, welcher einen mit einem Handschlag begrüßt und ein paar nette Worte für jeden Gast hat. Das ist selten geworden und ich schätze es sehr. Das Personal ist natürlich auch top.

Ein Lokal / Restaurant, bei dem von vorne bis hinten einfach alles passt. Das Ambiente absolut gemütlich und lädt zum langen verweilen ein. Das Essen immer sehr, sehr lecker und wunderbar angerichtet und obendrein der Chef und sein Personal immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und super gut drauf. Das Fazit kann nur lauten : jederzeit wieder !!! 😃😃👏🏻👏🏻

Die Atmosphäre und das Essen ist gut, aber die Preise sind überhöht für ein Brauhaus, vor allem die Getränke. Für eine Weißweinschorle mit viel Mineralwasser 6,50 € ist schwer nachzuvollziehen. Der Service war freundlich, doch die Kellnerin sichtlich überfordert - das Lokal war jedoch sehr voll.

Angenehmes Lokal mit großer Außengastronomie zur Straße hin. Der möglichen Lärm der Straße tritt in den Hintergrund sobald der sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Service beginnt. Kulinarisch bewegt man sich zwischen kölschen Spezialitäten und Leckereien mit portugisischem Flair. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Vorallem weil es Leistungen gibt, die nicht auf der Rechnung stehen. Vom "Gruß aus der Küche" bis zum kleinen "Caramel" zum Abschluss. Alles wird akkurat am Tisch serviert. Es ist eine gelungene Symbiose zwischen Restaurant und kölschem Brauhaus, mit viel Charm, Flair und einem gesunden Humor.

Wir sind Stammkunden im Brauhaus und sind sehr gerne dort. Es fühlt sich immer so an, als ob man die Familie besucht. Die Karte bietet genug Auswahl und uns schmeckt es dort immer bestens. Es gibt eine sog. Wochenkarte, die aber meist über mehrere Wochen aktuell ist. Auf dieser Speisekarte gibt es viele Gerichte, die besonders die Herkunft des Besitzers reflektieren. Es sind köstlich,frische, portugiesische Leckereien. Aber auch die Schnitzel, Currywurst und Flammkuchen von der festen Speisekarte sind immer ein Genuss. Das ganze Team ist super: aufmerksam, freundlich und hat immer die Gäste im Blick. Wir haben dort auch schon eine Familienfeier gemacht und sowohl die Planung, als auch die Durchführung waren toll und unsere Gäste mehr wie zufrieden. Toni, Pina, Carmen, Yem und Silvia, ihr seid super.

Leckeres portugiesischer Essen in toller Atmosphäre mit nettem Personal. Es gibt traditionelle Brauhaus Küche. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ratsam ist es, einen Tisch zu reservieren.

Typisches Brauhaus das durch seine ungewöhnliche Tageskarte besticht. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir hatten erstklassige Schweinshaxen, Schnitzel, Rippchen, Steak und Kabeljau! Nicht günstig aber mehr als Preiswert. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Tolles Speiselokal 👍 das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend 👍 große Auswahl auf der Speisekarte mit sehr leckeren Gerichten. Getränke und Essen war alles Top👍 vegetarische Gerichte gab es auch. Vor der Tür gab es einen kleine Platz mit der Möglichkeit draußen zu essen. Wir können das Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Wir waren gestern auf der Durchreise und hatten nur Durst, und wir haben nur den Aussenbereich gesehen! Der Aussenbereich war ordentlich und sauber! Einfacher Brauhaus-charakter funktionell und gut. Wie haben nicht gegessen, daher hierfür keine Rezession. Service war sehr nett und gut - in Kölsch Tradition: Hier konnte man nicht verdursten!

War heute seit längerer Zeit mal wieder im Brauhaus am Kloster, das Essen war sehr gut und die Betreiber wahren wie immer sehr herzlich. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist sehr gut. Ich kann diese Lokalität leider nur mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Das Personal wie die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Meine Begleitungen waren der gleichen Meinung. Macht weiter so, Danke für den schönen Abend.

Ganz liebevolles Paar, sie sich herzlich um ihre Gäste kümmern. Auch das Personal ist mega lieb. Bin gerne dort, wohne um die Ecke. Entweder alleine, mit Freunden oder auch mit Kollegen. Das Essen ist auch frisch und lecker. Ich bin sehr froh, dass Corona endlich vorbei ist und sie überlebt haben.
