The place has a nice, modern feel and is really easy to reach thanks to its location. Outside, they advertise "beer, BBQ, etc." – so we didn't hesitate for long. Regarding the beer: The beer menu is very extensive, and the house brews are really, really delicious. Unfortunately, during our visit, 3 out of 7 were covered with tape and therefore unavailable. Furthermore, during our visit, we also noticed that there's a "tasting board." However, this isn't mentioned anywhere in the menu and is only advertised by a sign above the bar, and none of the staff pointed it out to us. A real shame. We would have loved to try some of the beers. Prices are a bit on the high side. Almost €6 for a 0.5l. But we really enjoyed what we ordered with our food. Regarding the food: Unfortunately, the food isn't quite as impressive. They advertise "BBQ." The only thing that could even remotely be considered good were the burgers. These, however, were a bit of a disappointment. The salad was fresh and crisp, great! The bun was also tasty but a little dry. The worst part, though, was the patty. It was less than 5mm thick and very dry. I strongly suspect it was frozen (and not a good frozen one at that). I would have liked to know its weight. We've had more meat in smash burgers. The meat-to-burger ratio is completely off. (See photo) And at a hefty price of almost €14 per burger, you simply expect more. We also ordered some fries. These were tasty. However, they only came with ketchup, which was placed on the table without a word. No alternative was offered (mayo or anything like that). All in all, a cool, modern place. Friendly staff and really tasty beer. But we definitely wouldn't come back for the food. There are countless better alternatives.

First of all: Friendly service BUT Half of the beers were no longer available AND they were charging exorbitant prices. Bottom line: Radeberger hasn't been bothering me since the beginning of the year. You might think that's a good thing, but that's the end of it soon.

I was unfortunately disappointed, as the place looks really nice and was quite busy. But that was the problem: we were seated at a messy table, and the waitresses initially ignored us because they hadn't arranged anything. Then they accused us of having sat down there ourselves without asking. We were a bit confused, but blamed it on the busy place. The beer was very tasty and delicious, but the burger was again problematic... I had told the waitress that I didn't want any tomatoes, and I was assured there were none. The burger arrived, lukewarm and very thinly topped, but WITH tomato. Overall, the food wasn't that good; the fries were also dry, and by 7:30 PM on a Saturday, they'd already run out of mayonnaise. What a shame...

The food is okay, but nothing you'll remember the next day. Plus, the guy who seems to own the place is very unfriendly—his vibe makes it feel like he only comes there to spit in your salad.

HORRIBLE PLACE AND HORRIBLE WAY OF TREAT CUSTOMERS! We’ve been kicked out of the place! The “Barman” a guy with a long beard, basically kicked us out of the place and shut the door in our noses! We had a reservation and they didn’t respect us! HORRIBLE PLACE!

Unfortunately, the burger was only lukewarm and the cheese wasn't melted; I can't recommend it, so I can't recommend it. The beer was very tasty, and the selection was impressive, even if some were already sold out.

My food was served lukewarm, which isn't okay. When we got to a table, it was dirty with crumbs and smeared with ketchup. The ketchup container was dirty, and there were only forks left. The burger tasted okay, but the party was cold and dry, and the bun was cold. I wouldn't recommend going here again, as there are better quality places.

We are on holiday and called in here for dinner. Staff friendly and attentive, yet not pushy at all. The food was great, hot on arrival, tasty and plentiful, and good value for money. On the whole, we liked the place. My husband definitely loved the different beers. We will return before we go home.

Very nice and friendly colleague who was just there! Portion of fries for just under €5 was very generous and good. Definitely recommend Robin. The price is also okay for the location. Prices are sometimes incomprehensibly high. For example from Kilkenny or Hop House. 8.50€ for 0.5l? Maybe I'm ignorant about this (as to the reason)...

Craft beer - mostly top fermented and similar flavors. Food ok. Service is nice, but if you only speak German it could be difficult. You should be able to speak English.

Food: Taste ok, served lukewarm. The waitress smiles nicely, but only understands half of what is being said. The ambience is unimaginative, could be anywhere, you won't remember it the next day. It's super loud and dusty outside because of the traffic.

The shop was very nice. Unfortunately the food was very bad. Burger patty pups dry. This is a TK product without a doubt. I had a pulled pork burger. I had great expectations and then there was one moment of disappointment after another. The coleslow salad from the bulk pack had so much juice that my bun was completely soaked on the bottom and top that I even had to eat my burger with a fork. The pulled pork made by Tulip warmed up. My neighbor at the bench even had the stickers on the bulb that were hidden in his burger. Cola 0.2l...even my burger salad had more liquid. The service doesn't speak German but was quite nice. Price performance... Overpriced for finished products. Has nothing to do with BBQ. Better do something decent out there then the store would run like the other competitors

Why should I, as a non-beer drinker, pay more in the evening than a beer drinker? The beer costs around €2 in the menu. And alcohol-free doesn't cost €5 in the menu. In my opinion, it's cheeky that you can pay more for non-alcoholic drinks than for alcohol! I went too! Respect!

A Saturday night with 50% occupancy yet still took way too long for the average tasting food to arrive. Was discouraged to request additional food items due to the kitchen 'struggling to cope'..waitresses constantly having to apologise.. not the best experience

The 5 menus we ordered were wrong front and center! When asked, the service became very rude. As compensation, we got 2 cokes on the house (meant to be nice, but that didn't make our stomachs full). We had to pay the full amount of €84 in total for the menus, with half missing, be it the sauce or the fries in 4 out of 5 orders. In addition, the waiting time after placing the order was extremely long! Not to mention napkins or cutlery which were missing. We only got this when we asked. The burgers were very "soggy" and we hoped for more from the taste. These tasted like almost nothing! From the previous reviews you can see that the staff should already be better trained! There was no sign of it at all! All in all, absolutely not recommended! Ps.: Even one star is still too many!

The look is cool, but if you want to eat good burgers you should go somewhere else. The patties were very thin and dry. The fries were soggy. :/ A no-go given the high prices. And they didn't make Berliner Weisse beer either.

I've been here several times when I was in the neighboring hotel. I always enjoyed going there. But that has now changed. The food is still good, but the burger is not served on a plate but on a wooden board and a piece of paper. You can imagine what the paper looks like after you have cut into it several times while cutting the burger. I received salt for the lightly seasoned French fries from the friendly guests at the next table because my salt shaker was empty. When ordering the food, the waitress didn't understand the four times she was asked whether the price of the burger also came with a portion of fries. The good man, who obviously doesn't speak a word of German in Germany's capital and then wants to serve customers, explained to me every time that a beer is included when you order the menu. But I don't drink beer at all. He then had to call another waitress to answer my question. Finally, I paid €29.50 for a normal-sized burger with a small portion of fries and two 0.2l Coca Cola. This is completely inappropriate. Finally, when paying with a card, I was made aware that you can give a tip. I won't go here anymore.

First the good, the fries tasted good. When I saw the card, I actually thought about whether we would go again. It was so worn that you could hardly read it. My companion and I found the burger inedible. The meat was firm and fibrous. The smell was similar to that of dog food. I've definitely never had such bad food. The host wasn't interested in that. I can only recommend avoiding this store.

Great beer and the side dishes are also completely convincing. Unfortunately the cheeseburger was really bad. The ingredients were fresh and it looked great, but it didn't taste like anything. Neither the sauce, cheese nor the meat had any taste.

We were there in the evening and it was terrible. The waitress doesn't speak German and the whole store stinks of urine. It was so bad that we had to take the furthest seat by the window to be able to breathe. In general, you could at least offer an alcohol-free menu for accompanying people who don't want to/can't drink beer. The price for food without alcohol is exorbitant and the service could have at least pointed out the expensive pleasure, in whatever language...

It was quite okay. Overall it was very expensive and a bit cold. Humanly speaking. Only one person for the whole store.

The service was good. Me and my companion didn't eat the hamburger. I ate a little more than half. My companion left more than half. The steak was some kind of scrap meat. Full of tendons and pieces of bone. My tooth breaks when I bite into a piece of bone. I can't recommend the place for anything other than drinking beer.

The concept didn't convince me at all. Order via Handy and QR, no service, exorbitant prices 10€ for a pint of beer? So I don't know which clientele should come here. I definitely don't anymore.

Good burger restaurant in a central location. Unfortunately, the very tasty burgers are only available in the set with a beer - other drinks are not included. You then have to order individually, which drives up the price. The amount of fries is very generous and is easily enough for two people.

Service, ambience (especially the music!) and beer menu are great, the food could be a little more wings/beef and less fries😉

First of all, the burger was tasty but you couldn't pick it up as it was falling apart. But it wasn't medium, as ordered, but well done. There were so many fries that we couldn't manage it, they were also good. We ordered 2 menus for around 30 euros. Means: burger+fries+drink. We were billed for everything individually and had to pay 45 euros. I find that fraudulent and therefore only 1 star. Toilets were clean. Actually a 4 star store, but unfortunately not like that.

Burger was quite good, but nothing special. The meat was super fried. Unfortunately, the fries weren't my thing at all, a bit mushy and not seasoned at all. The portion was huge. Service: we received a friendly welcome and were able to order at the table. However, no one came to take a new drink order, even though the glasses on the table were empty.

Beer is super tasty, great selection and stylish beer glasses. Food like this and that, burgers dry and tough, fries served strangely and mediocre. Caesar salad was very tasty, pulled pork with it in a bowl was a bit bland.

Previously, people often spent time here at tables on the street. At first everything was delicious, but one day we ordered a Caesar salad, in which the lettuce leaves were not the freshest and were poorly washed; there was dirt on the teeth. Disgusting! Over the weekend we decided to sit inside the establishment and we were, to put it mildly, shocked by what we saw - dirty sofas, tablecloths with old stains and yellow stains. Everything around is dirty, the curtains are torn. We sat down at the table, none of the waiters came to us and we just left. Place in the very tourist center and such disgusting service... Horrible.

Oh, wie schade. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Das Bier kann man hier wohl trinken... Das Essen - so, so schade, war eine totale Enttäuschung. Das pulled pork Fleisch auf dem Burger schmeckte so, als hätte ich mir eines von den Supermarkpäckchen im Ofen aufgewärmt. Das absolut beste an dem Burger war die Gewürzgurke. Der Service war... nicht vorhanden. Weder beim Essen kam jemand, um zu fragen, ob das Essen überhaupt schmeckt, noch nach dem Essen hat sich jemand vom Servicepersonal dafür interessiert. Zum Nachbestellen von Getränken kam auch keiner. Und auch nicht, als die Teller zur Seite geschoben wurden und das Portmonee auf dem Tisch lag. Absolutes Desinteresse vom Personal dem Gast gegenüber. Und das erklärt auch warum ich nach einem solchen nicht vorhandenen Service keinen Trinkgeld gebe. Sorry, aber das war nix. Fazit: Essen schlecht, Service nicht vorhanden und das Bier kann ich mir im Supermarkt kaufen.

Service sympathique et bonne bière, meilleure qu'une grande partie de celles que vous pourrez trouver dans Berlin.

Alles ganz in Ordnung. Preisleistung gut. Nur einzelne Personen der Bedienung sollten mal deutsch sprechen. Das ist schon absurd, wenn man auf englisch bestellt.

Tolle Adresse in Berlin. Das Craftbeer ist nicht so meins, aber das Oberdorfer Helles fand ich sehr lecker und als 1,5 Liter Pitcher beer für 12,50 € (mit zwei oder drei Gläsern) ein fairer Preis in Berlin. Dazu noch Pommes mit Pulled Pork und Käse überbacken für 10€ (16,50 € mit Süßkartoffel statt Pommes) alles in allem bestens.

- 5 Burger und 2 Salate zur Auswahl. - wollten wie in der Karte beschrieben einen Grapefruit-SAFT, stattdessen erhalten wir eine Limo. - Der Feldsalat war ok - Die Falafel-Bällchen convenience - Anstatt des Stück Schokokuchen mit weichen Kern, kam ein aufgewärnter Muffin für 7,50€ an

Super leckeres Essen komme gerne wieder

Unfortunately not a good experience. You can't decide how cooked you would like your meat to be. I ended up with a really dry overcooked steak patty while I like it rare. The music played is a weird mix of 80's and Schlag German music. Finally, they are stingy with sauces, only the ketchup is free.

Well that was very disappointing 😞. No menu outside apart from the lunchtime specials (which should have rung alarm bells). Every dish needed to have fries or sides added as nothing was included with the burgers. Overpriced for the quality and standards of the food and service. We ordered two ltrs of pilsner, which when we were only half way down they were constantly trying to sell us more even though they said they closed at 22:00. Wouldn't recommend.

We arrived and there were several empty tables.. eventually a waitress pointed to a table where we could sit but never came back. We looked online to see if we could find a place to order since some of the reviews said that.. couldn’t find anything. Eventually we flagged down another waitress and asked for menus since we saw other people with paper menus. She brought them and after a lot time we were able to get her attention after she finally looked up from her phone. Food and beers came out quickly and they were decent, but nothing special. Once we were done we had a terrible time trying to get anyone’s attention to pay. Not worth it.

Immerhin: Das Essen war schnell am Platz und das Bier ist einfach top. Ansonsten: Bier auf der Rechnung teurer als auf der Karte, Burger sehr durchschnittlich, die "Pommes" ein schlechter Scherz. Ungesalzen und soviel Kleinkram und Bruch, dass es sich nach Resterampe anfühlt.

A really bad place, tourist scam, run away !

In einer Art Brauhaus geht man üblicherweise hinein und setzt sich an einen freien Tisch. Hier wurden wir dafür als Begrüßung gerügt. Das Bier war OK, wenn auch ziemlich teuer. Um kurz vor 22 Uhr wurden an freien Tischen die Stühle hochgestellt, obwohl noch einige Gäste da waren. Besser kann man sein Desinteresse am Kunden nicht zum Ausdruck bringen.

The place looks nice, but the food is tasteless, the service is bad: food delayed, the waiter didn't know the things on the menu, and they charge you whatever they want. I'd prefer McDonald's.

Kleines und nettes Lokal, ziemlich gemütlich. Das man die Karte nur per QR-code bekommt ist jetzt nicht so meins. Der Service war OK. Die Bürger sind echt Klasse, mit der Portion Pommes, sollte man aufjedenfall satt werden. Die Bierauswahl ist riesig.

Außerordentliche Empfehlung, der Besuch wird mir in Erinnerung bleiben. Das Bier hier steht außer Frage, viel craftbeer aus eigener Herstellung in Tap. Das Essen richtig gut, klassische Burger und BBQ. Bei mir gab's veganen Pulled pork Burger. Schöner Rauchgeschmack und angenehmer Biss. So soll es sein. Dazu freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, das nicht aufdringlich ist aber rechtzeitig nachfragt. Ansonsten amerikanisch rustikal eingerichtet.

I eat a lot of burgers and within my family are renowned for always choosing one. Chips stayed warm for a long but lacked seasoning and the burger is nothing to write home about - lots of burger sauce with causes burger to go cold quicker and only a quarter of the burger had visible cheese. They charge 2,50 for any condiment with isn’t ketchup and don’t advise. Cocktails are strong, good location and staff see friendly but after eating there feels like a tourist trap - visit once and questionable if you would return.

wir haben hier nicht gegessen, da das Auswählen der Speisen mittels QR-Code sehr mühselig war und bei jedem ausgewählten Gericht der Vermerk "Nicht verfügbar" erschien. Haben das Lokal dann einfach wieder verlassen....Nicht nochmal!!!

Im Grunde eine schöne location und ein ansprechendes Konzept... allerdings gab es bei unserem Besuch einige Abzüge in der B-Note, die für sich genommen verzeihbar sind, in Summe aber zu Punktabzug führen. Zunächst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass die Bedienung freundlich und bemüht war. Trotzdem hat es unser Wunsch, dass die Burger "well done" sein sollten wohl nicht bis in die Küche geschafft und auch eine Portion Pommes (die im übrigen zumindest lecker und sehr üppig war) fehlte zunächst. Die Bierauswahl ist grds. ansprechend groß, leider waren mehrere Biere zzt. nicht am Hahn, was ebenfalls schwach ist für einen Laden, bei dem das Bier durchaus im Mittelpunkt steht. Das Essen hat insgesamt geschmeckt, war aber nichts besonderes. Für die gebotene Leistung war es letztlich nach meinem Empfinden etwas zu teuer. Den aufgerufenen Preis zu bezahlen gestaltete sich dann abschließend auch noch etwas schwierig, da die Bedienung uns leider nicht mehr im Blick hatte. Letztlich haben wir daher am Tresen bezahlt. Fazit: Ein schöner Laden mit Potenzial, das aber zumindest bei unserem Besuch nicht abgerufen wurde.

Super Service und sehr netter Barkeeper. Ich hatte mir Helles bestellt was prompt kamm. Was Speisen angeht kann leider nicht beurteilen. Es roch aber vom nachbartisch echt lecker. Einzige Kritikpunkt sind die Küchenrollen am jeden Tisch. Ist vielleicht praktisch aber garantiert nicht ästhetisch 😂

Das etwas andere Restaurant, Bestellung nur per QR-Code mit dem Handy direkt in die Küche/Bar (wenn's funktioniert - ich hätte nix bekommen) Das Essen hat aber für alles entschädigt Cool fand ich das Oberdorfer Bier - weil ich Oberdorfer heiße- schmeckte auch ur lecker

Shockingly bad service expecially as they weren't that busy. Very slow very dismissive. Overpriced food and drink, even the parasol cover had a tear in it. If you could award less than 1 star I would.
