Food (pizza, lasagna) very good, friendly and reasonable delivery service, would gladly order again.

A very friendly, personable driver delivered the food, and it was way too punctual. The cream of chanterelle soup arrived piping hot and was incredibly delicious. The cordon bleu was just as delicious. The peppercorn sauce was perfectly seasoned, and the fries were crispy and not greasy. I'll be happy to order again.

Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere inside and outside. Delicious food, varied menu, very good. Menu neat and clean, with a wide selection, prices reasonable. However, you pay €4.40 for tap water. Fried eggs cost an extra €2.50, even though they leave out other items. Parking available. Highly recommended. Dessert menu recommended, lots of selection. Delicious items included. Lots of chicken dishes, I'm very pleased.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary yesterday and wanted to treat ourselves to something nice, so we ordered dinner from Lieferando (Bellissimo). After waiting for two hours, we called to ask where the food was. The tracking said: the driver will be with you shortly... "We're very busy today, but the driver is just leaving." Fine, so we kept waiting, very hungry (it was already 8:00 PM). At 8:15 PM, we suddenly got a message: your order has been canceled. Great, I think the driver is already on his way to me?!?! Anyway, thank you for the wonderful wedding day. We were incredibly hungry, but didn't feel like ordering from somewhere else and then maybe eating at 10:00 PM, so we just had a sandwich. We'll never order from this company again. Thanks for nothing!

I was there as a young teenager and still enjoy going to Bellissimo today. The service is excellent, the waiters are always cheerful and pleasant. Everyone does a great job. The prices are almost unbeatable. The terrace is really nice, you can always find a parking space, and there are bike racks too. The food is always delicious, and if there's a problem, a solution is always found. I've never been dissatisfied and have been going there on and off for over 15 years. It's just a shame that you can't pay by card, but I still give it 5 stars.

Anyone wanting Italian food should look elsewhere and go there. Everything here is thrown together in the hope of producing something edible. The kitchen is staffed by people picked up off the street, with the motto...? You should order the breaded shrimp with remoulade. 70% breading, the rest is a crying shame. So, keep your hands (or mouth) off it!

The quality of the meat on the meat platter varied. The wait time from ordering to the table was about an hour, which I felt was too long. The service caused unrest at the table due to its own errors. The service didn't know the card numbers for the contents of the dishes by heart, which is to be expected. Barred windows didn't enhance the overall experience. A real shame. Addendum: We were a group of 15 people, and as I later learned, the card terminal was apparently not working, which raises some questions for me. The hostess had to laboriously fetch cash; payment by bank transfer wasn't offered. Therefore, I'm changing the overall rating from 3 stars to 1 star.

We went there for dinner on Mother's Day. The service was attentive and nice. The quality of the food is disgraceful. I don't need 100 different foods. Small menu and then please quality and if you have no idea about Italian cuisine then please leave it alone. We won't be coming back.

We ate there yesterday and are very disappointed because we always used to eat there and it was good! Yesterday it was a complete disaster with several dishes, even with recommended dishes! Salmon cream with pasta! No spices and just a lot of cream and the salmon was very raw! Children's pizza and pizza tuna unfortunately wasn't homemade! Just warmed! Embarrassing for an Italian restaurant! Wherever people had complained, the bad dish wasn't even canceled on the bill! Liquor wasn't even offered! I can't even sleep, it was that bad! I definitely have to call them! I'll never eat there again and won't recommend it to anyone! I would have laughed about it before because the prices were ok! This dish could also be a snack! The bruschetta had no taste and garlic instead of onions, which didn't belong there!

I had dinner there with my wife 3 weeks ago. The staff was nice but not particularly notable. The food was a nightmare. My wife had to put pepper on the pizza to get any flavor. The pizza as a whole is no longer what it used to be. It was reminiscent of a souped-up frozen pizza. My steak was okay, ordered medium and it came out a little too well done but was still within limits. The side dishes were very salty. The prices were reasonable, which may also explain the quality. As a teenager I often went there with my family and you had to make a reservation some time in advance and these days they seem to be happy when a guest comes at all. We were actually the only customers in the restaurant on a Saturday evening. And the “we buy gold” advertising on the tables underlines the whole thing. A good restaurant doesn't need any additional sources of income. Shoemaker, stick to your lasts is the right saying. We won't go there anymore because it's just not worth it.

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden aus Berlin schon zweimal im Bellisimo und hatten uns auf einen schönen Abend mit gutem Essen und netter Bedienung gefreut. Aber es kam ganz anders. Das Willkommen vergaß man mal eben. Die Vorspeise fad,der große Salat wurde dann mal eben ein normaler mit Artischocken dabei (hatten den selben sonst auch und wussten also wie er aussehen sollte). Am schlimmsten war das Steak (völlig zäh). Der Kellner fing schon am Tisch (wegen meiner seiner Meinung nach fehlenden Freundlichkeit ihm gegenüber) an mich extrem herablassend zu behandeln. So etwas muß sich kein Gast gefallen lassen. Ich werde diesen Laden im Leben nicht mehr betreten. Allerdings gab es dort einen sehr liebenswerten Kellner zur Probearbeit der uns sehr leid tat. Bei der Rechnung wurde mir gesagt das Essen was aus der Küche kommt selbstverständlich bezahlt wird auch wenn man es nicht essen kann (dies sagten auch meine Freunde). Liebe Inhaber,dieser nach seiner Aussage Geschäftsführer zerstört Ihren guten Ruf,denn genau dieser Kellner ist schon bei meinen Freunden vorher negativ aufgefallen durch Desinteresse an der Kundenbetreuung. Wollten einen schönen Abend mit vielen Cocktails verbringen. Diese gibt es Gott sei Dank an anderer Stelle mit netten Servicekräften, denen man auch gerne ein dickes Trinkgeld und gute Bewertung gibt . Leider muss ich wohl einen Stern geben 😞,aber ungern.

Die Pizza aus dem TK Fach - einfach nicht mehr zeitgerecht. Die kann ich mir zu Hause mit frischem Teig besser zu bereiten.

The duck leg tasted bland and was barely browned. The other 6 dishes weren't great either... The dining room was very cool. No payment possible.

We ordered the food. Was brought by a super nice lady who was very welcoming. The food was tasty and hot. Unfortunately the seafood salad wasn't good, smelled bad... Maybe it sat outside too long?? Otherwise everything was very good. Next time we won't order and eat on site. We look forward to another warm meeting :)

An extraordinary culinary experience! I had the great pleasure of visiting this fantastic restaurant and I absolutely love it. As soon as I entered the restaurant I immediately felt welcome - the atmosphere is stylish and cozy at the same time. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly and professional. Our waitress was not only incredibly charming, but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. And the food – simply sensational! Every dish was a true work of art, both visually and taste-wise. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, and you can taste that there is real passion at work here. Particularly noteworthy was the rum steak, which impressed me with its harmonious composition of flavors. The selection of drinks is also excellent, everything is perfect. The dessert was the crowning finale and really left nothing to be desired. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and service offered. It is clear that this is not just a meal, but an experience. I can fully recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit. A big compliment to the entire team – keep it up!

It's slowly becoming my number 1 choice when I'm quickly hungry. No long wait, wonderful music, Venice was playing today, the pictures immediately gave me a holiday atmosphere with nice, sympathetic and empathetic service. Everything is true, I can only recommend it, ah yes and the cocktail was awesome 🔨 CHEERS TO LIFE!

Are now really disappointed. Great service and a great garden restaurant was a shame!!!! Food really expensive and absolutely tasteless without spices and specially ordered garlic. Totally cold inside, no warm water to wash your hands. Now totally disappointed because almost everything has become really expensive and the food no longer tastes good. Ask; Where is the specially ordered garlic and spices?? Answer: most older people don't like garlic, so go without it. Half of the food was given back but I had to pay the full price!!!! Had a terrible wedding day there with lousy, unseasoned and overpriced food. Never again!!!!!!!

After a few years of abstinence, we had been planning to give the restaurant a chance for a while...The restaurant was empty until five other guests. Really strange. Should have given us something to think about. We haven't eaten so badly in a long time. My pizza smelled like fish. My wife's tomato salad was dressed with an indefinable sauce. Surely we should have insisted on a vinegar and oil based dressing. But usually the waiter asks us what type of dressing we want. Back to pizza: Without exaggeration, the cheapest frozen pizza is actually better.

The outdoor area is very promising and invites you to linger. Only the door to the restaurant looks more like a door to the arbor. The dishes were lovingly prepared and served and they were also delicious.

Very inviting restaurant with a large, comfortable outdoor area. There is a special area for children with a trampoline, slide, swing and climbing frame. The food tasted excellent. The service is very friendly and attentive. I'd love to come back absolute, unreserved recommendation!

I was there for the first time yesterday, I had a chicken breast fillet with baked potatoes. €16.50. There was a small potato in aluminum foil and a flat piece of meat that has nothing to do with a fillet. No taste, no spices, no grill aroma. That's what it was The meat wasn't tender, it was completely fibrous when bitten, it even cracked when I chewed. In addition, I probably had 100 grams of herb butter on my plate, which would probably have been enough for three other dishes. Overall, it was very disappointing. The pizza and pasta looked ok But in terms of taste, the carbonara was also very subterranean. You can do it, but you don't have to. Prices are way too high, even for drinks. There was a lot going on but you still had to keep it under control professionally.

Absolute disaster. Customer friendliness is zero. The food was completely over salted. Complained… got something new. Added a pinch more salt. Complained again. Then there are sayings that everyone has different tastes. 3 people ate the same dish. It was all inedible. And then inedible food is expected to be paid for. That was the last time we visited this place. Never again.

Nice location but very poor quality pasta dishes unfortunately

Some of the food was frozen and warmed up in the deep fryer. Some of the food was only lukewarm. It wasn't seasoned and even salt was missing. The arugula was already very rotten. What they call bruschetta was put on the table for us, but without small plates. After I asked for small plates for the bruschetta, we were brought a small plate, but there were 5 of us🤦‍♀️. Once and never again.

The restaurant looks inviting from the outside and we felt comfortable in the seats outside. Beautiful, well-kept atmosphere, almost a holiday feeling. The young waiter (temp?) forgot my order (even though I had just placed it) and had to ask again. We asked twice for pickers for the olives as a greeting from the kitchen. The rolls with the tomato soup weren't anything special, the soup was okay. I had tagliatelle with pieces of salmon. Too much sauce, a bit watery. There was a spoon in the sauce - what's that supposed to mean? For the pasta or for the sauce to spoon out? Then please pass the spoon along with the remaining cutlery. The sauce tasted a bit floury, the salmon was okay. All in all: you sit well. The waiter should be better trained and more attentive. The cash was taken by another waiter who seemed more professional. I was missing something special. You may not be able to pinpoint that on one dish.   The display case outside urgently needs to be “revamped”. On the right there is a recommendation from " Lieferando " and on the left there is a yellowed menu. Does the restaurant only rely on the recommendation of Lieferando? A display case is a first impression and a yellowed menu is not inviting. A nice ambience outside is of no use if everything else isn't convincing. There's definitely still a lot going on. We don't know yet whether we'll come back again.

Unfortunately it has become very expensive

Das servierte Essen ist einfach schlecht, die Pizza aus dem TK Fach - als wenn diese aus dem Supermarkt kommt. Auch die anderen Essen, der Anteil von Conveniece ist hoch. Der Service ist dagegen freundlich und die Location eigentlich cool, aber laut durch viele Poser und Motorräder, die dort fuhren.

Were there again after a very long time. Visually, a lot has happened outside. New playground, umbrellas, terrace, plants etc. Quality of the food was absolutely fine for the price. It was tasty, warm and came quickly. What stands out for me is the service staff. Very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Totally kid friendly!! One drawback is that there is no EC payment. We'll definitely be back soon. ✌️

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio no longer fits at all. Example: For a really small pizza (like a normal frozen pizza) prosciutto that cost €6.95 a year ago, I just don't think paying €9.60 is now justified, especially since there is a pizzeria not far away with a 32 pizza for the same price but with significantly better quality. The prices on the new map are beyond good and evil. But there is no improvement in the quality of the food. However, as always, the service is always friendly, quick and courteous. The outside area is very nice and the inside is also very comfortable. The children's playground is certainly a big attraction for families with children. It's also a shame that there is still no card payment. Unfortunately, given the prices, we won't be coming back. Good luck!

We noticed the shop because of the really beautiful terrace, beautiful furniture, lots of plants. Inside is more of a 90s style, but neat and clean. The selection on the menu is also more like 90s, lots of dishes but nothing special. The food we ordered was okay, but nothing more. Everything is a little tasteless and made from frozen ingredients. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately not familiar with Italian cuisine.

We watched the European Championship game there. The location outside in the beer garden is really nice and cozy. The food was also very good (pizza, pasta and salad) and the service couldn't be topped in terms of service and friendliness. We will be back definitely! Thank you for the lovely experience.

The health department and public order office will be informed!! Absolutely disgusting food. As a guest you are forced to think that everything is good, which is not the case at all. 12 people eat here = over €200 order, all starters are rubbish, taste old and rancid. Waited over 1 hour...then you got the food. Never had such a bad meal... In response to the reaction that the food is rubbish and not edible at all, people try to convince you with excuses... The customer is king, it only counts here if you pay, here I only pay because I'm not a cheater!! Never again !!!

We were there, the food was amazing, everything was absolutely delicious. We sat outside and it was great. Unfortunately you cannot pay with EC card. So always have enough cash with you. And the staff needs to pay more attention to cleanliness. Unfortunately the food doesn't taste good

We were back yesterday after a very long time. We had pizza and pasta and I have to say, the taste of everything was really not tasty. The playground is great for children and parents can sit in peace. It's such a shame that all 5 of us were very dissatisfied with the food.

Although they were all really nice, they kept making wrong deliveries because of the wrong table and we had to wait a long time for the drinks. There is another star deduction for the method of payment: ONLY CASH PAYMENT is accepted. Only a small sign at the main entrance indicates this. Otherwise it is not mentioned anywhere. There were three of us and we had a bill for €100. Luckily we were able to scrape together the money. Really bad, especially these days.
