Beautiful shop with a great atmosphere. You will definitely find the best cocktails here. If you want to have a nice and relaxed breakfast or dinner, it's really a nice location. Enjoying a delicious drink by the water and ending the evening... fantastic. Thanks to the team.

A self-service café with oriental dishes – nicely done! The Russians will be happy with manti, especially those with truffle oil are recommended. As a drink I can recommend the 'Green Dream', also known as Ayran with basil. I was impressed by the large tables in the corners, with their own fireplace, even though at first I thought they were huge candles. Luckily we found a cozy corner with a Chesterfield-style sofa. However, the background noise was a bit much for my taste. Ordering is a bit of a challenge if you don't know exactly how to pronounce them - I tried very hard not to sound like a failed rapper, or worse, like the Scatman. The chefs are a bit hectic but friendly, and the portions are huge. We also wanted to pack, but self-service here also means packing yourself. It's just stupid that the bag was narrower than the containers and had no handles. Conclusion: Good shop with a few rough edges - absolutely okay for a visit on the outskirts of Hanover!"

Really delicious food from an extensive selection. We all enjoyed it. Recommendation: the scrambled egg pide! The employees are friendly. We had great places. I also liked the ambience at bona'me. It was so stylishly oriental. I think the system with the cards is good: everything ordered is loaded onto the card, at the end the card is read and payment is made.

We ate at bona'me two days in a row on our trip to Hanover. The food is really delicious, we would have loved to try everything but the portions are really generous! Even the starter plate with the dips and hot bread - a dream... We'll be back :)

The food was very tasty and there was plenty of it. There is no service, so this dimension doesn't fit. And we were able to get used to the atmosphere. It's noisy.

A royal breakfast! Super tasty and rich! We were full until the evening. You could sit outside in the sun. It was too loud and busy inside for my taste, hence only 4 stars. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about. Above all, the quality of the food is impressive.

I'm an astrophysics student. I have taken courses such as Quantum Mechanics, Topology, General Relativity and I swear none of them were as complicated and confusing as the service here at Bona'me. Lads here are presenting solutions to the problems that don't even exist. The toilets, albeit flawlessly cleaned, presented a scene straight out of a horror film. An experience, all in all, nonetheless.

We love this shop and actually come back to Hanover again and again because of it. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly. Simply a great atmosphere for a cozy breakfast, dinner or a good coffee. The price-performance ratio is also right here.

We had breakfast there for the first time today. Great ambience and great service. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. If you don't know the self-service system, it's a bit unusual but not a problem for us. Many memories from our many vacations in Turkey were brought back. Music and hospitality thicker 👍 Shortly after dinner we had a chai on the beautiful outdoor terrace in the sun.

The food was great and the cashier, Eda, was very friendly and nice.

As a country bumpkin, I was relatively overwhelmed at the beginning, the staff (even if stressed) always acted very friendly and gave good tips, as all the dishes were unknown to me. Restaurant is nicely located on the water and is nicely decorated. You can't really rate the service because it's self-service. However, everyone seems a little disinterested or annoyed. Food is okay, but has nothing to do with authentic oriental food. There's a lack of spice and variety. Everything is a little boring and you have the feeling that you want to save money wherever you can.

The food is good, but average, and the two stars are because the food and drinks are just okay. But this store completely serves itself. You order at the counter, but you can't get it immediately. It would still be great if the order could be received immediately, just like the canteen model, but he would have to wait for a while. When I'm very hungry, my feet are dangling and I have to wait for my order to be called and then carry the plate myself. I can only leave my bags where I wish, because it basically takes several people to get the food for several people. I didn’t have any experience, so I was frightened walking through the narrow passage with a full drink. I can only say that this model is not suitable for me at all, and I even dislike this model very much.

Great menu and nice food. I also liked the interior design of the restaurant, it’s very spacious and warm. But the service was outright awful honestly, we had to wait so long for the waiter to come and he was really rude… And also didn’t speak no English at all.

Friendliness also works in this type of self-service. It's very loud and you basically have to shout at each other to order. Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. The 'manti' were not manti, but ravioli, unfortunately not even good ones, the dough is really not good, the filling is practically non-existent and only half cooked. In terms of taste, I really expected something different from a modern Kurdish-Turkish restaurant. Everything you touch is kind of greasy, very unpleasant. I wish more emphasis had been placed on good-tasting food rather than Instagrammable decor and the look of the food. The pistachio cake for dessert was my only highlight, it was really delicious.

I'm also only a partial fan of separate ordering with a card system. I would prefer a digital card with ordering via iPad or a central service point, so you're a bit overwhelmed at least on the first visit. But the taste experiences will definitely make me come back!

Very nicely decorated restaurant. Also nice outdoor spaces. On weekends you can park freely at the front of the street. You don't have to make a reservation and you can come whenever you want. Despite the self-service, we felt very comfortable. The food was delicious and not too expensive. We'd love to come back again when we're nearby.

Great oriental restaurant with generous portions

This store has completely gone downhill. Today I was back after about a year... incredibly bad food. We ordered 4 different dishes. All the ingredients were old and smelled very strange. Meat wasn't edible at all and raw... I got very sick after just tasting it. We will never go to this disgusting shop again.

Wir haben schmutzige Ayrqn Gläser bekommen, Spinnweben, sitze nicht sauber, kindersitze defekt! Relativ schnell haben wir das essen bekommen, die Suppe war gut, die Avocado Pide war Katastrophe, Avocado war sehr alt und richtig bissig ! Man reklamiert das und bekommt sorry nächste mal bekommen sie Frisch!! Hänchen mit Reis mäßig geschmeckt! Für das Geld was verlangt wurde habe ich mehr erwartet. Nie wieder und nicht zu empfehlen!

We had a delicious rice pan, a pide with figs and goat cheese and, as a starter, dough rolls filled with vegetables on hummus. Service and communication is always friendly and courteous. Here, despite self-service, the focus is on the guest 🥰. Families/guests with children receive support with crayons and coloring templates.

The service is self-service, we ordered two classic Turkish breakfasts and Menemen was really tasty. It is especially nice that the tea is served in a large glass. The Turkish tea glass is usually very small, but when you drink it in this glass it is always delicious. You don't have to fill it out. In general I really liked it, there was just too much music, I think people's voices are already loud and the music makes it tiring.

There is something for everyone there, from delicious Turkish breakfasts to warm food, drinks, etc. You get a menu and can order at various stations. Sitting outside when the weather is nice is a dream, you feel like you are in another country. (Türkiye:-)).

"Thanks for nothing." There were two of us in this restaurant, whose catering concept is similar to that of Vapiano. When you enter you are given a card with which the dishes you have ordered are registered. We shared a starter, drinks and a main course. Similar to a cafeteria, you pick up everything yourself at different stations. The staff at the stations didn't seem very friendly. There is therefore no “classic” service. The starter plate was good, but the main course was surprisingly tasteless. We therefore decided not to tip, which the lady at reception commented with a “thanks for nothing”. This experience matched reports we had previously heard about the restaurant.

Took a seat near the entrance and the waiter saw me, although it was not crowded at all, I’ve waited for 15 minutes and didn’t even receive a menu. Meanwhile a couple that sat next to my table arrived after me got menus and their order taken while I was still waiting and the waiter still didn’t even greet me or bring me the menu. Very poor service, I do not recommend this place.

Great ambience, super delicious food and helpful staff. When you come there for the first time it is a bit complicated to order because there is no service at the table, everything works with a payment chip, but if you know how it works it is easy. Therefore one point deducted. Toilets are always clean and the rooms are ideal for sitting together comfortably

Great store, great food and good service. There's a lot of food there that you've never seen before in Hanover. Everything is high quality and sweetly prepared. Lots of choice and lots of different things. Would come by again and again.
