Great dishes, loving, freshly prepared salads and dishes. Fantastic value for money.

Really good meal, I got 3 kinds of fish fillets, trout cod and flatfish with charred potatoes. We sat close to the harbor quay in beautiful weather and enjoyed the view and atmosphere. Service only got 4 because we have to pick up and bring food and service ourselves, but the price also reflects this. However, the front staff are super nice and qualified and hard working and deserves a big star each! The place is great for the hungry and price-conscious.

Unfortunately, by far the most terrible fish sandwich we have ever eaten and there were many, many of them all along the coast. Surprisingly, all the ingredients were okay on their own, but when put together it was a taste disaster. It took a while for the young man to serve at the counter, as he had previously been busy making cappuccinos and gossiping with his colleague, but it was bearable. The ambience was quite nice, the warm dishes served by the other guests looked good, but were quite expensive for the fast food feel of the shop. The disastrous fish roll: the sun roll was fresh and nice, with a small green heap of lettuce on it, so far so good. The sherry matjes was tender, very moist and rich on the resulting soggy bun, but tasted extremely sour and really bit with the shabby sweet Danish tartar sauce and fried onions. Overall, somehow none of it fit together and tasted terrible and wasn't edible. It almost hurts my soul to have to write it like that, but we would have preferred to invest the €4.80 per roll in something delicious.

Beautiful harbor snack bar located directly on the Schlei. Very nice, you can sit outside there when the weather is good. The self-service is extremely well organized and the fish dishes are a sensation! Class!

Fried fish with fries and potatoes with North Sea crabs, both very tasty. We would definitely come by again. You can sit outside right at the harbor even in bad weather.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Fischsuppe mit mega viel Fisch und ganz viel Gemüse für 10,40 Euro. 2 Bratheringe mit Bratkartoffeln für 12,20 Euro. Beides super lecker. Allein für die Fischsuppe lohnt es sich nach Schleswig zu fahren.

The typical mass processing facility BUT with a great selection of food. Unfortunately, everything I thought was great was gone. No hollandaise, no plaice (I really wanted plaice with crabs) but the fried fish roll and the fries were good. Hard to eat because the fried fish literally fell apart. 🤣 Otherwise you can relax and eat something here and enjoy the harbor.

In 2 weeks of vacation, I've never eaten so badly! I have few problems with self-service, especially in times when you can't find any service staff. What I have real problems with is when Covinient Food is implemented so cheaply and poorly in the kitchen. We had potatoes, once with turkey strips (totally dry and riddled with tendons) and once with salmon (looked and tasted like cheap Aldiware. If I then have to wait almost 20 minutes at the checkout to order 2 bottles of apple spritzer, then my patience is at the end! Anyone who works at the checkout shouldn't have to prepare coffee and other things. Cash in, give out a drink if necessary and you're done! The tables were not clean, tables were placed very close together and smokers made the food full of smoke... I was there twice - the first and last time!

To satisfy the hunger, a herring roll was ordered here. And it was a real bread roll, not like the small, baked industrial rolls that are so often found. It was freshly prepared and was absolutely convincing in terms of size, toppings and taste. Only the price, which is a bit too high for my gut feeling, prevents it from getting the top grade.

Gehörte mal zu unseren Lieblingsrestaursnt leider ist die Qualität der Bratkartoffeln sehr schlecht geworden .Matschig u .lau warm .Der Salat zusammen geschmissen u.ohne Geschmack außer bitter. Schade das es so nachgelassen hat mit dem Essen .

August 15, 2024 After our very nice Schlei boat trip, six of us came to the Zander's restaurant. The view and the entire ambience are an absolute recommendation when the sun is shining and the temperatures are pleasant. We all really enjoyed the self-service food we ordered. All the dishes were of high quality and presented very attractively, and the food of the guests sitting around us also made the same good impression. We were lucky to get there in time; after 6 p.m. there were usually no free tables left. 😀 for good reason, you can stop here without hesitation. The prices are completely acceptable for a restaurant geared towards tourism and the given location. Thank you very much and we will definitely come back.

It was one of our favorite restaurants in Schleswig. Unfortunately, the quality of the fried potatoes has become very poor. The last two times they were soggy and only luke warm. For us it's over for now, which is a shame.

The dishes are prepared quickly and it never takes long for the Pipser to get in touch. Anyone coming to Schleswig should stop here.

Charm of a burger chain just on the Schlei, eating was like that, what I wanted was out, unfortunately, holiday time full of tourists, just normal. If the food and drinks are brought to the table without any accidents, that's something. The staff who take the orders and collect them and hand out the beeper are very friendly and prompt despite people ordering things that aren't on the menu If you're looking for a snack, you've come to the right place ✌️

If you're happy with a frozen fish with lots of breading and hardly any meat after waiting half an hour, this is the place for you! Otherwise, I recommend obvious alternatives directly in the neighborhood! Too bad!👎👎

A restaurant with ordering at the counter. It took me a while to figure out where the menu was. Unfortunately there was no Labskaus, but the pan fish with fried potatoes and cucumber salad we ordered was delicious and more than filling. I wasn't entirely impressed with the fish itself; in places it was a bit hard and full of bones. Picking up the dishes and bringing them back are part of it, but it doesn't detract from the charm of the restaurant. Very friendly staff, direct location at the harbor, unfortunately only open until 8 p.m. But I'd love to come back.

Wir waren heute Mittag dort zum Essen und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so "günstig" (im Vergleich zu anderen) und gut gegessen. Das Jägerscj war riesig und sehr lecker, das Schollenfilet top und die Bratkartoffeln auch sehr lecker. Mit Blick auf's Wasser und auf den Hafen. Personal war sehr nett zu uns. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

I have my boat here in the harbor. I've been a guest here for years and have always been extremely satisfied. However, 3 weeks ago the sour meat was totally over-salted. I never had anything like that.... According to chef... "can't do it".. Well...but it was. Today we had currywurst with fries. This used to be an insider tip here. Quantity great, quality 08/15. That's it... Today our fries were not crispy and the sausage was no longer prepared in a sophisticated way (otherwise there was a little lettuce and fried onions on the sausage). With 1 cyclist and 1 specialist over 23.00 euros. For self-service.. That too with motorcycles behind me that feel like I have to turn it up a notch. At least the view of the Schlei is always nice. But the port and restaurants are becoming more expensive and worse. A pity.

This time I ordered a stream fish roll because there was a ready-made one on the counter and it looked delicious. Unfortunately a wrong decision, no taste, there was no salt at all, it was lukewarm, not even greasy but just watery and when I took a bite the fried fish fell apart into pieces. Unfortunately no recommendation.
