Birtat Kebaphaus in Augsburg

Was ist mit dem Döner passiert hier? Zerfledderte Masse an Fleisch vorgesetzt bekommen, die dazu auch noch vollgepumpt mit Salz war - was ein großes Warnzeichen bei Dönerfleisch ist. Ich wünschte, ich hätte irgendetwas positives zu berichten, außer das Reis lecker war. Traurig. Sehr sehr traurig. Ziemlich sicher ein Inhaberwechsel.

Muss mich den anderen Bewertungen anschließen, die Theke sah alles andere als frisch aus.

Salat und Pommes waren super lecker und frisch! Leider war das Dönerfleisch viel zu dick geschnitten und hatte einen zähen Fettrand – das war schade

Übelst nachgelassen! Dönerteller: Fleisch unessbar trocken, portionen sind sehr geschrumpft für das Geld unakzeptabel! Adana ebenso Totgegrillt 2,5 Stunden Wartezeit. Schade waren früher immer zufrieden…

Wir waren jahrelang Kunden und es war immer alles frisch und super lecker ! Aber heute war es die reinste Katastrophe! Das Fleisch war bei uns allen komplett vertrocknet, sodass es im Hals stecken geblieben ist. Das Brot kein Dönerbrot mehr sondern das allerbilligste Weißbrot und auch total trocken und ohne Geschmack. Für uns war es das letzte mal, dass wir hier bestellt haben ! Achja und knapp 2,5 Stunden haben wir aufs Essen gewartet.

Ein absoluter Hidden Gem. Waren heute zufällig da und waren absolut begeistert. Hier wird einfach fantastisch ehrlich und in bester Handarbeit gekocht. Das Brot, die Lahmacuns, die Dürüm Brote, alles wird selbst gemacht und im Ofen hochgebacken. Geschmacklich eine 12/10. Generell merkt man am Ambiente dass hier jemand einfach Ahnung von gutem Essen hat.

Waren hier Mittags, Döner war sehr gut geschmacklich. XXL-Döner könnte gerne etwas größer sein für den Preis.

Die Lieferung ging schnell, trotzdem kam die Pizza weniger als lauwarm an und sah aus als ob sie heruntergefallen wäre...

Lieferung fast eine Stunde zu spät, kalt und nicht lecker :( , nicht zu empfehlen

Bestes türkische Restaurant in ganz Augsburg :) Weiter so :) Hier schmeckt einfach Alles von Adana Kebap bis Suppe und Pide :)

Das war mein erster Besuch im Birtat. Ich hatte einen Grillteller mit verschiedenen Kebabsorten. Dazu gab es zwei Meze und hausgemachtes Ayran. Das Fleisch war rauchig und zart. Am besten hat mir der Nachtisch geschmeckt: Fırın Sütlaç (gebackener Milchreis). Er kam direkt aus dem Ofen. Ich habe ihn zu Hause gegessen, aber beim nächsten Mal werde ich ihn warm dort genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

4,7 leider nicht gerechtfertigt! Restaurant und Essenstheke macht einen guten und sauberen Eindruck. Das Personal ist ruhig und freundlich. Der Döner war leider weniger gut. Die Zwiebeln und Rotkraut waren sehr dick geschnitten anstatt fein gehobelt. Das Brot war geschmacklich gut, aber extrem weich und leider nicht knusprig. Der Spieß besteht leider aus Hackfleisch und ist geschmacklich langweilig. Im Verhältnis war zu wenig Gemüse/Sauce im Döner. Für einen XXL Döner leider zu klein! Da ist noch Potential nach oben!

Dönerbrot war verbrannt kaum Fleisch ungenießbar! Musste ihn weg werfen ! Danke für nichts nie wieder !

I ordered grilled sea bream with rice and a minced meat pide. What arrived was deep-fried sea bream with bread, and the minced meat in the pide was raw. When I called because I insisted on my rice, I was initially told I hadn't ordered any at all – even though it was clearly indicated on Lieferando. After a long back and forth, they said they would give me the rice "with the next order" – completely absurd, since I wanted it now. In the end, the rice didn't arrive for another 1.5 hours. According to the manager: "Yeah, that's normal, we're not making another delivery." I've eaten at the restaurant many times and have also ordered regularly through Lieferando. I've always ignored minor mistakes – but this experience and the way the complaint was handled were truly disappointing.

Excellent Turkish soups. The pide and grilled dishes are also highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

My favorite Turkish restaurant!! I live 50 minutes away, but I'm always happy to make the trip to eat there. The staff is super friendly. You feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Disastrous, the food didn't arrive for 1.5 hours even though the restaurant is right next to our apartment. The doner kebab was one of the worst I've ever eaten. The meat didn't taste like regular meat, and the pizza margherita was way too dry. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

We visited the Birtat Restaurant, Hötzelstraße 2 in Augsburg yesterday on the holiday, and we were thrilled! The warm welcome and pleasant atmosphere immediately put us at ease. The culinary offerings were excellent – ​​I was particularly impressed by the freshly prepared sea bream with potatoes and salad, beef steak, and meatballs on a plate. The ingredients seemed high-quality and aromatic, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Although the restaurant was almost full, our requests were promptly fulfilled and recommendations were given with care. The value for money is also good: I felt well looked after for the quality and freshness of the food. Conclusion: If you want to enjoy authentic, tasty dishes in a relaxed atmosphere, the Birtat Restaurant is just the thing. P.S.: For dessert, I had authentic kunafa (kunafa is a Levantine warm dessert made from special cheese and kadaif). I would happily go back anytime – and highly recommend it!

I was at Birtat today around 7 p.m. and was unfortunately very disappointed. The food was delicious, but the fun stops when it comes to hygiene. It's absolutely unacceptable that random men who are obviously not part of the staff can just walk into the kitchen. It really makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Such conditions cast a very bad light on the entire place. It's a shame, because in terms of taste, there's actually potential.

The food is fantastic! The workers are very friendly. The only problem is that there's a lot of Turkish in the mix—for example, the music is Turkish, and the workers start speaking Turkish, but that's easy to resolve. I would recommend it.

It wasn't my first time here, and it won't be my last. The food was delicious, and the prices were perfectly reasonable. The only quirk I noticed was that the waitress had a bit of trouble understanding my order. However, it must be mentioned that the order was taken correctly, and everything arrived on time.

All the food was very tasty and hot, especially the meat soup, I can say it is the best meat soup I have ever had in my life. Also the salad for lahmacun was quite diverse compared to other restaurants. 10/10

During a day visit to Augsburg, I passed by it by chance and ate at restaurants in many cities in Germany. But if you ask about the presentation, service and of course the food, it is amazing that I, as a person who cares about the oil content and freshness and hygiene in the food, definitely recommend it to all Turks who come to Augsburg and pass through here. Do not leave without drinking tea, that is, we experienced the taste and flavor of home even in the most delicious tea we drink. I wish the master health and a fruitful enrichment for many years.

I ate at the restaurant and I'm satisfied! The food tastes good and the portions are really generous – you'll definitely be full here. The value for money is also absolutely perfect. However, they still need to pay attention to cleanliness. The waitress was probably new and still needs a bit of training. But that's perfectly fine – we all started small, and she was still friendly and helpful. Overall, I definitely recommend it 👍🏼 I'd be happy to come back!

Warning: Once you've had a kebab here, you won't be able to eat kebab anywhere else. Fresh warm bread, crunchy vegetables, juicy meat. A smooth 10/10. The boys are great!

We ordered a portion of ribs and a portion of yalanji dolmades. I have no words to describe the awful taste and the disgusting smell of the meat, even my cat when she smelled them looked at me and left. As for the dolmades, they were spoiled, they smelled like food that you have left out of the refrigerator for days. I was embarrassed and ashamed.

It's spotless... no joke, first of all, it's spotless. They have a sauce called hot sauce, it's legendary. I tried it with lentil soup. I recommend it to everyone. The meat plate is very delicious.. Vegetables were fresh. I really liked the salad. In my opinion, a business' sense of cleanliness is very valuable. The value of eating clean and delicious food in a clean restaurant is priceless. Biggest impudence I've ever encountered, whether in a restaurant or at a delivery service! I ordered everything without tzatziki because I can't eat it. I specifically said 3 times WITHOUT. The bill was over 50 euros and there was tzatziki everywhere even on the damn grape leaves. It's a shame I can't upload the pictures right now, I don't think I've ever seen so much tzatziki anywhere. Who does something like that?? When I called and said that I couldn't eat all of this, I was told it would be brought again. Shortly afterwards the delivery person called me and said: "I won't go to your place again, next time without sauce". I paid for food that I had to throw away! Give me my damn money back!!! This should actually be displayed, even if it's just about a meal you have to be correct!!! I waited 1 hour for a meal and paid for it with my hard earned money!!

Einmal und niewieder. Jeder hat ein anderen Geschmack aber meiner ist es definitiv nicht. Das war mit Riesen Abstand das schlechteste Essen was ich gegessen habe. Aber wie gesagt, geschmäcker sind verschieden, den einen schmeckt es dem anderen nicht. Service Ambiente kann ich nicht bewerten, da es eine Abholung war.

Als ich den Döner serviert bekommen habe, dachte ich als erstes, dass es sich um eine Verwechslung handelte und ich einen vegetarischen Döner erhalten habe. Er bestand zu 90% Salat, 7% Soße und 3% Fleisch. Dazu war das kaum vorhandene Fleisch roh und der Döner hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Ein paar Stunden später hat dies, bei mir und meinen zwei Freunden zu extremen Magenproblemen geführt. Das war der bei weitesten schlechteste Döner den ich je gegessen habe! Nie wieder!

Eine Stern ist noch zu großzügig für diesen Laden. Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Der Service war extrem schlecht, die Mitarbeiterin schien so zu arbeiten, als wäre sie in einem Glühweinstand. Das Essen schmeckte fad, das Döner-Sandwich hatte kaum Füllung und war sehr kalt. Nie wieder!

I was in Augsburg for a visit and discovered this lovely Turkish restaurant. I've asked for a mixed mezze as a starter, they didn't have it on the menu, but kindly enough made it. I was amazed by the quality of everything and the kindness of the personnel in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Wat een heerlijk Kebap-restaurant bij Augsburg. Ontzettend vriendelijke bediening én heerlijk, betaalbaar eten. Wij kozen het zeer complete Döner Kebab menu mét drankje (33 cl.), maar kregen de Turkse thee met baklava er voor vrijwel niets bij. Gezellig én lekker dit restaurant dat op loopafstand ligt van Art hotel Ana. Een aanrader!

Nette Leute, die dort Arbeiten! Leider ist der Döner eine Katastrophe, viele dicke und große Fett und Knorpel Klumpen. Wenig von allen anderen Zutaten drin. Es bleibt ein flaues Gefühl und ein unangenehmer Nachgeschmack.

Nie wieder bestelle ich hier. Stornieren die Lieferung über Lieferando ohne Grund und Erklärung. Wenn ihr mit Lieferando nicht klar kommt, dann schließt den Laden. Für mich war es das allerletzte Mal, da auch das Essen jetzt kein Nonplusultra war

Bei Birtat ist es jedesmal ein Fest zu essen . Die Jungs sind mega gut drauf und das Essen ist immer der Hammer. Ich hoffe das es lange so weiter geht.

Döner Fleisch war kalt. Brot war frisch gebacken, nur hat es mich nicht überzeugt. Obwohl scharf bestellt ohne Chili, aber am Tisch konnte ich nachwürzen.

Über Lieferando bestellt, Brot mit Schimmel geliefert. Ich habe über Lieferando eine Bewertung geschrieben, dann hat jemand von Birtat mich angerufen. Statt Entschuldigen war er sehr unhöflich. Nie wieder!!!
