Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Auswahl war groß und lecker, und die Preise waren wirklich gut! Die Falafel mit Gemüse waren eine tolle Portion und haben super geschmeckt! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Der Döner is krass, so eine Auswahl an Soßen, Minze, Rucola, gebratenes Gemüse gibts wenig und der Besitzer is unfassbar sympatisch.

Einer der schlechtesten Falafel-Sandwiches den ich in den letzten 5 Jahren hatte. Falafael staubtrocken, Sandwich halb leer und das für nen absoluten Mondpreis von 9,50€. Nie wieder!

Die Dame an der Kasse ist mit Sicherheit die unhöflichste & aggressivste Person Augsburgs.

stets bemüht schlechtes fleisch, schlechte fettige saucen dazu, schlechte Lüftung,schlechteste Zubereitung, kein Bier dazu erlaubt um den Frust über den Schlangenfraß hinunter zu spülen. Dem Laden gebe ich noch ein Jahr, dann ist er endgültig pleite. Kann man nicht fressen

Mit Abstand einer der schlechtesten Döner der letzten 10 Jahre. Das Fleisch war ungenießbar und hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geschmack. Wir waren mehrere Personen und jeder aus unserer Gruppe hat seinen Döner am Ende weggeworfen. Für uns war das leider eine komplette Enttäuschung. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Hervorragender Döner. Sowohl Saitan Gemüsedöner als auch Hähnchen absolut zu empfehlen. Allem vorran ist der Service aber herausragend. Der Salat wird in einer Schüssel gemixt und bei den extra Zutaten wird nachgefragt, anstatt zu erwarten das der Kunde sich seinen Döner zusammenbauen. 1A gerne wieder! Einziger Minuspunkt ist das sie beim Saitan etwas sparen 😄

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dem Dönerladen auf Empfehlung. Wir hatten am Freitag Abend um 1:00 ein Dürüm zu zweit und fanden es sehr gut. Weil die das Brot noch mal anrösten. Haben uns dann am Samstag Abend gleich noch mal eins geholt. Und er schmeckt am nächsten Tag auch noch gut

Döner > Hähnchen war jetzt nicht so meins das brot war gut (dürüm) aber fleisch garnicht meins zu trocken irgendwie null geschmack gehabt

Bester vegetarischer Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Immer wieder ein kulinarisches Highlight. Vor allem das Grillgemüse und die scharfe Sauce suchen ihresgleichen. Mmmmhhhh, lecker, lecker, lecker!!! EDIT Mai 2026: Nach Umbau neuer Innenraum. Nach wie vor mein Hotspot für vegetarischen Döner. Besser geht nicht, danke Deniz!

Hatte zwar nen yufka bestellt aber dönerbox war auch stabil. Bergluft macht's.

Sehr unfreundlich. Es ist mir nicht ganz verständlich warum man bei einem leeren Laden unfreundlich sein muss zu einem Kunden der hereinkommt. Bin direkt wieder gegangen. Kein Wunder dass da niemand hingeht.

Hatte einen vegetarischen Döner, der war wie immer sehr lecker! Mit Grillgemüse und verschiedenen Saucen sehr ausgefallen und kein Standard.

Dieser Dönerladen gehört definitiv zu den besten, die ich je ausprobiert habe. Das Fleisch ist perfekt gewürzt, saftig und wird frisch vom Spieß geschnitten

Der Döner hier ist eine besondere Kreation des Inhabers, die leckeren Sossen und die Kombination mit Minze und Rucola vervollständigen ihn zu einer regelrechten Geschmacksexplosion. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Für mich, der beste Döner in Augsburg. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Döner war leider einfach nicht gut.

Für mich der beste Döner in Augsburg. Komm immer wieder gern her, egal ob tagsüber oder am Wochenende nachts. Das Brötchen wird geil angeröstet vorher und gibt noch die Extra-Portion Crunchiness mit. Fleisch, Salat und Saucen sind top. Und die Leute hinter der Theke sind sowieso die Besten 👌🏻

Habe lamm und chicken seperat probiert. War das schlechteste Fleisch das ich seit langem hatte. Habe meinen döner mit 2 bissen weniger zurückgegeben. Man fragte mich ob ich ihn mitnehmen will. Ich sagte nein, danke. Keine Frage warum ich das Ding nicht fertig esse. Keine Einsicht, dass es offensichtlich nicht gut ist. Wurde voll berechnet. Würde da auf gar keinen Fall wieder hingehen...

Leider geschmacklich sehr gut, Preis für gemischtes Fleisch Döner.. viel zu teuern 9,50€ Bei Nachfrage sehr unhöflich gewesen.. glaubt ja keiner, dass der 9,50€ kosten soll. Zudem für den normalo zu scharf

Currently my absolute favorite kebab shop in Augsburg. A large selection, including vegetarian options, and delicious sauces. Very friendly staff. Not your typical mainstream kebab shop. A definite must-try, but a little hidden away on Heilig-Grab-Gasse.

Nice and hearty, greasy, just like fast food! A burger (200g patty) with fries for around €11. It's okay. The only problem: the extractor fan could be better; it leaves my clothes smelling of grease, which prevents me from going there often. The staff is very friendly. The location is also great. Ideal for a late-night meal (after Peaches, for example) or after the 11er Bar, or something like that.

Some time ago it was the place for good kebab, whether at lunchtime or after a party. Unfortunately I was disappointed on my last visit. We took 2 kebabs to take away and then quickly discovered that the bread was quite dry and hard. The meat had probably already been on the grill for a while, which caused it to be dry. The portion was ok. Hopefully it'll be better on my next visit - otherwise I'll have to try the burger too.

Still one of my favorite kebabs in Augsburg. Especially when the boss does it himself, it's always a bit better. K.p. what he does differently. Always friendly and quick. Perfect if you have to go quickly during your lunch break.

The best kebab in Augsburg is here! Every time I'm out and about in downtown Augsburg, it's a must to stop by the geniuses of kebab art and enjoy a kebab made with love. It's impossible to become a true Aslan because the kebabs are always so full. Not only with love and dedication but also with the perfectly coordinated sauces and ingredients. If I get a bomb like that again, I'll name my firstborn Deniz! Greetings and see you soon!

Was there around 1 today, can only say one thing, the last comments are just jealousy from the group of 8. I talked to the saleswoman during this time.

We were there around midnight and were unfortunately very disappointed. The saleswoman was extremely unfriendly. When we wanted to order a kebab, she told us in a sharp tone that only Dürüm was available. Since we didn't understand immediately, she repeated it aggressively. When we asked to cut the dürüm in half, she actually referred to us as “kindergarten.” The behavior was completely inappropriate and took away our desire to eat. The taste was okay, but unfortunately the service was absolutely unacceptable.

Service doesn't work at all!!!! Please be happy that you are still getting sales. Instead of snapping at your customers, rolling your eyes and clapping the food so carelessly. I immediately lost my appetite. Better tell me right away that you're already closed. Never again!

Service? 0/10!! The employee there is the unfriendly person I have come across in the catering industry in a long time. It was really awkward at the beginning because we didn't know what we wanted right away. I ordered a kebab with halloumi. Halloumi was out. No apology or anything like that either. Then I wanted one with grilled vegetables and cheese. She makes it with meat. I apologized and said I didn't eat meat. She slams it in front of my nose and says "not my problem, what should I do with it? It's now with meat!" I'M SORRY I said the word 'doner kebab' & didn't realize there's ALWAYS meat in it. Anyway, I said that I actually wanted a vegetarian kebab. She replied, "You can't get the vegetarian one anymore and now goodbye." I was completely shocked by this way of dealing with customers. It's also just about the tone and the arrogance! I worked in the service area with guests for 8 years and know how to deal with them! I wasn't rude or rude, she could have just put the meat down and I would have taken the kebab. That was really disgusting. I was close to tears because I just know what it's like to work with guests and that this way doesn't work! Conclusion: It's better to go to another kebab shop around the corner (at least if she's there!!! The owner is really nice!!) The employees there are usually not so unfriendly and aggressive. Very unfriendly and rude employees, bad service

The food is really good, but one of the employees is incredibly rude to the customers. It's a shame, I always liked the snack bar, but I won't come back because of the lady. There are plenty of other good kebab restaurants in Augsburg.

Mega dear owner. He had already mixed the kebab box beforehand. Not like elsewhere where you have to remove a layer of white from the box. Next kebab again from here.

Nine teenage Americans looking for somewhere to eat late on a Monday night. Lots of restaurants were closed but it worked out for us because we found Imbisstro. Every single one of us loved it! Great service, amazing food and plenty of memories! I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a quick eat in Augsburg!

Really the best kebab I have eaten in Augsburg. The owner is really nice, even has a kind of Advent calendar where you get little things for free (for us Karamalz and KitKat), kebabs and fries were really tasty and you can even pay by card (EC from 5€, debit/credit from 9€ ). Space inside is quite limited due to the size of the store but there is a toilet
