Veganer Döner mit Seitan! In Augsburg sehr selten zu finden - daher habe ich mich sehr darüber gefreut und bin extra hingefahren. Der Seitandöner ist auf einem separaten Drehspieß und wird daher genauso rotierend gegrillt, wie der Fleischspieß. Er bekommt daher auch Röstaromen (auch wenn die für meinen Geschmack sogar noch etwas mehr sein dürften - aber vielleicht wird es dann zu trocken, das weiß ich nicht) und somit schmeckt der vegane Döner sehr ähnlich wie ein Döner mit Fleisch. Das war genau das, was ich gestern Abend haben wollte und gebraucht habe. Den gewünschten Geschmack - aber eben ohne Fleisch. Sehr zu empfehlen! Personal auch wirklich sehr nett. Gehe gerne wieder hin :)

Der vegane Döner ist super lecker, er kommt direkt vom Drehspieß und es gibt sogar 2 vegane Saucen zur Auswahl. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter (ich glaube es ist familiengeführt) richtig herzlich und lieb, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und umsorgt. Es ist vergleichsweise auch sehr günstig, wir nehmen immer das Menü 6 mit veganem Döner, Pommes und Getränk nach Wahl für nur 13€… gerade für Studenten echt unschlagbar.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Restaurant und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Außerdem waren die Portionen wirklich großzügig, sogar ein Salat war beim Pide dabei. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder!

Leider stinkt es draußen nach den Mülltonnen und es wird auf engem Raum geraucht, und drinnen riecht es für Veganer*innen stark nach Fleisch ... Beides wohl kaum vermeidbar, aber für Empfindliche ... lieber Essen mitnehmen!

Einfach immer lecker und wird auch meistens schnell geliefert (nicht von der Zeitangabe bei Online-Bestellung täuschen lassen, die ist komischerweise immer deutlich höher angegeben). Auch die veganen Döner sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Großartiger Döner! In Augsburg gibt es nur noch diese Berliner Döner, und die finde ich furchtbar. Dieser hier war der beste Döner seit Langem! Das Brot wird frisch auf Bestellung gebacken. Nur Tomaten, Weißkohl und Zwiebeln. Und eine richtig leckere weiße Soße. Ich habe in Augsburg alles probiert und kann sagen: Das ist der beste Döner!

Sie haben sehr guten Döner Kebab und auch vegane Optionen, und die Leute sind freundlich.

Sie verkaufen nur Puten-Döner. Wir haben ihn probiert, aber er war sehr trocken und nicht besonders lecker. Trotzdem habe ich drei Sterne vergeben.

Keine Ahnung warum der Laden immer empfohlen wird. Essen war bei beiden Besuchen maximal oberer Durchschnitt. Heute einen Dürüm bestellt, Döner bekommen. Und dann noch mit Seitan anstatt Fleisch. Welch Zufall dass der 1€ mehr kostet als der reguläre Döner. Atze hat nie gefragt was ich drauf haben will, einfach belegt. Mein zweiter und garantiert letzter Besuch.

Ein durchnittlicher Dönerladen. Wenn man Döner liebt, ist es ok.

War jetzt schon öfter hier und es ist jedes Mal einfach mega gut 🤍 Ich hatte diesmal den Veggie Burger mit Halloumi und Süßkartoffelpommes – beides richtig lecker! Der Burger super saftig, perfekt abgestimmt und die Pommes einfach on point 🔥 Meine Freunde hatten die Döner Pizza und waren auch komplett begeistert – meinten sogar, sie ist unfassbar lecker. Was ich aber besonders hervorheben muss: Hier schmeckt wirklich alles immer gut. Man merkt einfach, dass Qualität und Geschmack stimmen. Dazu kommt noch ein richtig freundlicher Service – man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Für mich persönlich ist das inzwischen mein absoluter Lieblingsladen in Augsburg, vor allem als Vegetarierin 🫶 Und auch für Veganer gibt es super viel Auswahl – also wirklich für jeden was dabei! Und der Chef ist auch meeega nett ☺️ Klare Empfehlung!! 🙌

Früher top, heute Flop. War mal der beste in der Straße, aber seit Betreiberwechsel STARK nachgelassen.

Wenn man etwas nicht will und ankreuzt dann tun sie drauf . Jetzt muss ich alles werfen . Danke für nichts und war auch noch kalt .

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch bei Sevil Döner. Der Laden wirkte insgesamt sehr chaotisch organisiert. Das Fleisch wurde nicht frisch vom Spieß geschnitten, sondern lag bereits in einer Schale bereit, was ich persönlich nicht besonders appetitlich finde. Auch der Service war nicht gerade freundlich. Besonders unangenehm fand ich, dass die Mitarbeiter Geld angefasst haben und anschließend direkt das Essen bzw. den Teig berührt haben, ohne sich vorher die Hände zu waschen oder Handschuhe zu tragen. Das wirkt hygienisch einfach nicht in Ordnung. Mein Döner war außerdem trotz Abholung vor Ort bereits kalt und geschmacklich auch nicht besonders überzeugend. Leider war das für mich keine gute Erfahrung. Einen zweiten Besuch wird es von meiner Seite eher nicht geben.

Ich musste leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung bei Sevil Döner machen. Während ich mein Fasten brechen wollte, habe ich gesehen, wie eine Mitarbeiterin ein Dürüm auf den Boden fallen ließ. Anstatt das Brot zu entsorgen, wurde es wieder aufgenommen und weiterverarbeitet. Das ist unhygienisch und absolut inakzeptabel. Als ich dies ansprach und mein Essen nicht mehr wollte, wurde ich von dem Fahrer bedroht. Er behauptete später fälschlicherweise, ich hätte seine Frau bedroht, und verfolgte mich sogar kurz auf der Straße. Ich habe Fotos von dem Vorfall gemacht. Aufgrund dieser unhygienischen Praktiken und des bedrohlichen Verhaltens sehe ich mich gezwungen, dies dem Gesundheitsamt zu melden. Ich kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen und rate dringend, Hygiene und Kundenumgang zu überdenken.

Mein Sohn und ich hatten jeweils den selben Döner. Leckeres Brot, mal anders, aber sowas von unterschiedlich belegt. Bei mir musste man das Fleisch fast suchen, bei meinem Sohn war er gut belegt.

Was früher mal der beste Döner mit dem liebsten Personal in der Stadt war, ist mittlerweile das genaue Gegenteil 😞 Das Personal ist jedes Mal super genervt wenn man rein kommt. Das Fleisch ist schlecht, das Brot staubtrocken und das Kraut sauer Sehr schade. War früher immer sehr nett da drinnen

Ich geh öfters dort essen, doch mittlerweile bestellt man eine große Dönerbox und bekommt nur eine kleine, bezahlt wird aber die große. Das ist mir leider jetzt schon 3-4 mal passiert. Ich finde als Kunde fühlt man sich verarscht. Das Essen ist zwar gut aber man muss echt aufpassen.

Bei Bestellungen kommt nicht alles an oder wird falsch geliefert. Sie berechnen den falschen Preis. Wenn man das klären möchte sind sie sehr unkooperativ .

Habe einen Döner mit Fleisch und Jogurtsoße statt den veganen bekommen. Am Telefon wurde so getan, als würde man kein Deutsch verstehen und einfach aufgelegt. Geht gar nicht.

Super leckerer Veganer Döner, schade aber dass er Preislich Teuerer als die Tierische Variante ist. Zeigt leider dass der ethische Aspekt hier keine Rolle spielt.

The Döner sandwich was quite good for the price and the portion was very big! The service and the staff was not the best they were quite annoyed with everything, mixed up our order and put in things we didn't actually order..

I ordered a pizza at 3:45 PM. After an hour, when the pizza still hadn't arrived, I called. I was told it would be delivered in 15 minutes. After another 30 minutes, nothing had arrived. The next time I called, I was told the driver would be there in 2 minutes. Another 15 minutes passed without anyone showing up. On my third call, I was told they were very busy. In the end, the pizza didn't arrive for over two hours, and to top it all off, the driver was incredibly rude. He brazenly stated that they wouldn't make a special delivery for just one pizza and spouted other nonsense. As if that wasn't enough, the pizza was completely cold. An absolutely terrible, disrespectful, and unprofessional service. Never again!

Absolutely mediocre. A completely run-of-the-mill doner kebab. I ordered an XL doner kebab without onions and with tomato and chili sauce. What arrived was an XL loaf of bread with the filling of a standard doner kebab, including onions and that same boring, standard doner sauce. "Run-of-the-mill" is definitely the perfect description.

The service and food are superb. Everything is so clean, fresh, and meticulous, it's impossible for their customers not to be satisfied. I highly recommend it.

I really love coming here, and the seitan döner is absolutely amazing! 👌 But lately, it's been incredibly inconvenient to eat – the dürüm isn't rolled properly anymore, it's just wrapped in foil, and with the döner, everything falls out the sides. It would be great if they put a little more care into the cutting, filling, and rolling – then it would be as good as it used to be!

We stumbled upon this kebab shop by chance – and we're thrilled! Everything is clean and the selection of dishes is excellent. We sat comfortably, and our food was brought to our table by a very friendly employee. We each had a vegan kebab box with fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The seitan kebab "meat" was juicy and tender, the fries crispy and fresh from the fryer, and the white sauce and the other sauce (I have no idea what it was, but it tasted great) – everything was perfect. Excellent quality! I'm getting hungry again just writing about it... :o)) Often, vegan dishes in kebab shops are treated like an afterthought, as if they just offer something vegan... But here, we got the impression that the vegan dishes were prepared with just as much care as the non-vegan ones. Often, vegan dishes in these kinds of kebab shops are treated like the "stepchildren," as if they're just saying, "Well, we'll offer something vegan too...". But here, we got the impression that the vegan dishes were prepared with just as much care as the non-vegan ones. . . 'Well, we'll just have something vegan on offer then...". ... We can highly recommend this small but excellent shop, which also has very fair prices!

Friendly service, price-performance ratio is generally good.

I bought two doner kebabs myself from the shop to take away by car, I live only about 1 km away. Unfortunately, both the XXL doner and the regular doner were ice cold when we ate them about 5 minutes after buying them. It's outrageous to get cold doner kebabs for a bill of €15.50 without a receipt.

The kebab was bad and very dry, and for €7 it's not that good. The staff, however, were very friendly.

The vegan doner kebab is incredibly delicious! The vegan selection is huge, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The seitan doner kebab skewer is super cool :)

This was my first time at this place. The atmosphere is quite nice, but the seats near the windows aren't very comfortable. The prices are quite reasonable; I ordered a classic doner kebab, and it was very tasty and filling, with plenty of meat and filling.

The best vegetarian kebab in Augsburg. I think it's unique that they offer a vegetarian kebab skewer. It tastes absolutely delicious, even vegan. The amount of "meat" was amazing.

Top-notch vegan and vegetarian kebabs are super easy to order in their own app. Many kebab shops could learn a thing or two from this.

Even though the ladies were apparently processing a larger delivery order alongside my Pizza Chef order, which I ordered for pickup, I still have to say that the pizza was unfortunately not good despite the somewhat longer wait. The dough was a bit soggy in places. I don't think I'll order from here again, even though it might not be the ladies' fault.

We ate two durüms, which were very dry and very expensive. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience.

Homemade, good bread. It tastes good. But unfortunately, the cabbage is from a bucket, and the sauces are also from a bucket – Develey. You can easily make that yourself.

I know the manager personally, and he's a great guy. Nice and does a great job. I always have a great experience when I go in there, and I'm happy with my XXL doner, which fills me up for €10.50. However, they've apparently changed owners. At least I have some criticisms to make of the employees. I knew the boss because I was a regular customer. However, I don't feel like going there anymore if I pay €10.50 for my doner. I don't get full because the doner is half empty. Then they slap sauces on it that I don't want at all, and then they complain that I don't want them. And then they complain because I have a full bonus card and want to pay for the extra + drink with my card. In the future, if another stupid comment is made, I'll leave the shop immediately and give my money to another shop. That was also the reason why I switched from Melek to Sevil in the first place. However, the same fun begins there.

The food was not good – I won't be back! Addendum: I've noticed that negative reviews seem to be regularly reported and thus removed by Google – presumably in the hope that they won't be republished. My original review was also deleted for no apparent reason. I had it reinstated with evidence. Please keep this in mind when assessing the overall rating of this restaurant.

Actually, today I ate a "real" kebab for the first time in at least 10 years, only vegan. It was fantastic, almost like back in my carnivore days. The whole thing was XXL, and the portions were perfect, and I'll be back.

Vegan kebab 10/10, highly recommended

This was my first time trying vegan doner kebab, and I can honestly say it's the best vegan doner I've ever eaten. The consistency, flavor, and seasoning were all perfectly balanced and truly delicious. I was also particularly impressed by the large and complementary selection of sauces. It's so delicious, in fact, that I'd definitely recommend it.

Had a doner kebab box... It tasted good, but after a few bites, there were a lot of chunks of fat in it, which was really unappetizing. I spit it out, ugh. Really a shame, I'll be avoiding you from now on.

Don't be fooled, he's currently having the bad reviews here on Google removed through a lawyer and/or agency. Including mine. But he's happy to get them back ;)

Was there for the first time today and it was the most disgusting kebab in the world, to be honest there was no sauce at all even though I wanted a lot of sauce, the meat was completely cold, the bread was really hard, so if the kebab tastes good there then I don't know what kind of taste it has, unfortunately there is no less than one star and the staff are just unfriendly

Today I ordered a ham pizza from Lieferando. I thought the pizza was tasty even if it wasn't quite crispy.

What you're talking about concerns the old owner of the store and has nothing to do with us. When you ordered from us, you didn't mention that such an incident had happened before. You ordered without telling us that you only wanted to pay €10 for a €50 order. Our supplier has informed you that we have newly taken over the business and have nothing to do with the previous matter. He didn't know about the incident and even offered to give you the order for free. However, instead of accepting this offer, you shouted at our supplier. As the new owners of the store, we want to provide good service to our customers instead of receiving such negative reviews.

After my order arrived in 2 hours, totally black for the 50€ order, and I sent the photos and complained, they wanted to sort it out, but I said that I didn't have the time to wait another 2 hours for the next order, the boss promised me that the next same order I wouldn't have to pay for because I hadn't paid for anything. So today I ordered from the boss in person when my food arrived, after another hour the supplier asked me for €50. I showed the message from the boss that I didn't have to pay. I was shouted at as if I was a beggar. I called the boss and said, sort it out between you and take your food back with you, so €50 away.....!!!!

Very tasty food and very friendly staff

Ordered 2x kebab and 1x vegan kebab on site. We were served very quickly. The kebabs were all good and sufficient in quantity. None of us were hungry afterwards. Ambiance: Completely sufficient for sitting and eating on site.

Today we tried a vegan kebab and a normal kebab to take away: both kebabs were mediocrely filled, hardly any sauce and therefore very dry and bland flatbread for a total of €15 Two guys were sitting in there and had a plate of kebab with fries and asked for ketchup - the only answer was "yes, but ketchup costs per piece" Sorry but kebab with little content, hardly any sauce and ketchup for fries costs extra!?

The store is now a complete disgrace. The food used to be really good. I ordered 2 dürüm with extra sauce. Unfortunately there was no sauce included. It also tastes correspondingly dry. The store doesn't even see the error and doesn't deliver any sauce or refund anything after asking. Never again Sevil!!!

The kebab wasn't really good. The meat wasn't very tasty, the tomatoes tasted very watery, the sauce had very little taste and the kebab was overloaded with cabbage. The bread was a little too dry for my taste. However, the baklava is delicious and the staff were accommodating. The sanitary facilities were clean.

Today was the first and last time here. Unfriendly, listless employees. The food was tasteless, the vegan kebab was indefinable, the fries were cold and seemed old. Under no circumstances again!

Used to be one of the best in town. But unfortunately now a completely listless and incompetent employee who can't even add a stamp card with 9 stamps and one with 1 stamp to a total of 10. Since I keep having similar problems with this employee, I'll prefer to go across the street to the other kebab shop in the future. It's a little more expensive, but it's much bigger, and there's also customer friendliness there!

XXL kebab now like standard kebab before. Price absolutely not justified!! Nice price doubled in 2 years and portions felt halved! Inflation or not, but that really borders on usury. Just under €10 for a normal or even vegetarian kebab (bread, salad) is really cheeky! I'm happy to pay more for good quality and good service, but this pricing is a big mystery to me now, you feel more and more ripped off!! We actually order a lot and are otherwise satisfied with the quality, but we are slowly being forced to look for another regular kebab!

We ordered the food via Lieferando, believing that it would arrive between 20-40 minutes. In the end we were surprised with just under 1 hour. We called and the owner made it possible for the food to arrive in less than 20 minutes. The delivery person was even called directly and ordered to the store. Food was super tasty. The Pide are particularly recommended. Thank you. Any time!

Ordered via Lieferando iskender for 16 euros and you don't even get a small salad with it. This has nothing to do with kebab meat, just small pieces of meat tastes like nothing. It was an emergency order because I was hungry...after 30 minutes of diarrhea. Never again

It was my turn today and I tried it for the first time, i.e. the vegan kebab. It was tasty, but it simply lacked the special kebab taste that you could actually achieve with the spices in Seitan. And the roasted aroma was missing because it wasn't fried properly like real kebab. I didn't like the chili tomato sauce either because then everything just tastes like tomatoes. But the vegan garlic sauce was good. The staff is not that clean which also bothered me and that they leave all the doors open so that there were flies everywhere and they also eat. All in all, it's still worth trying and I think it's good that they have a lot of vegan dishes on offer. That's why 4 stars from me (:

Super delicious vegan Seitan Kebap and Dürüm. Totally well seasoned and just plain good. I would love to have a new building like this in our home.

The vegan kebab is very tasty. I always enjoy coming back. The sauces are great. The portions are good and the staff is very nice. Unfortunately it's not open too long on weekends. Then there would be 5 stars

Bread is homemade but extremely hard, so it is not baked every day. O Little and dry meat, only chicken as a choice. It wasn't disgusting but it wasn't tasty either...

Unfortunately you can't give less than one star. Unfortunately, I only looked at the number of ratings and the stars in the reviews. It won't happen to me again either. We ordered a vegetarian kebab sandwich, a vegan lahmacun, a pide with minced meat and a kebab box with fries via the website. The vegetarian kebab was without the yoghurt-garlic sauce we ordered, but instead had creamed horseradish and extremely smelly cheese, and was more dumped than fresh. The pide was the very last one. 14 € for a dried-out, reheated dough sheet with equally dried-out minced meat and melted, reheated cheese. Unfortunately that had to go straight into the trash. The kebab box was almost completely without sauce and the fries probably only paid a short visit to the deep fryer, just long enough to soak up the fat. The vegan lahmacun was the only thing that was halfway okay. As you can read in the other reviews, apparently only the vegan dishes are good. It would be great if the website showed what is contained in a vegetarian and a vegan kebab. Because obviously the vegan “meat” is only available for vegan kebabs. The delivery was over 20 minutes late without any notification or apology at the door. It's a shame about the food in the trash and the money.

From the outside, an inconspicuous kebab shop in the center of Augsburg. If a friend hadn't introduced me to this store, I probably never would have gone in here. The vegetarian kebab was recommended to me, which seems very strange when you think of kebab. The meat substitute lacks a bit of crisp brownness if you use a standard kebab as a comparison, but without comparison the veggie kebab is really tasty.

So tasty in itself but please write down for the kebab box with fries and for the kebab box with rice that it is only meat, fries (rice) and sauce because I pay €8.50 for it to get meat, fries (rice) and sauce... I think that's cheeky... if I order a kebab box with fries or a kebab box with rice, please also order it with all the trimmings, including salad, etc. :)

I've been ordering here regularly for years, and so far I've only had good experiences as far as I can remember. Food is ready quickly and usually delivered quickly when you order online. The portions of the dishes I usually eat are good for the price and the quality is also consistent. The selection of vegan dishes is amazing, when I saw the menu for the first time my heart melted! 💛

Ordered through Wolt, delivery time was ok, only the food came completely cold.

Yesterday we had various pizzas, a kebab box and kebab and fries delivered to us. In terms of price... Hey, everything is a little more expensive these days, so I don't want to go completely crazy for a relatively small fries, a kebab and 0.5l of coke for €15, but it's not exactly cheap. I can't rate the service and ambience. But the quality of the food is. The kebab was a mess. Took a bite three times and then gave it to the cat. The kebab box was inedible warm and cold. I noticed an unpleasant smell after just 8 hours in the fridge and disposed of it accordingly. The fries were an atrocity that I don't want to describe in detail. I didn't want to touch the pizzas. AFTER this experience, I think I should get €15 for my part of the order, or €18 for the kebab box. Sure, having things delivered is always a thing. But if it's that bad, the offer to have it delivered at all is obviously way too big.

There is no one better in Augsburg!
