Ich war schon sehr oft da und es lohnt sich jedes Mal wieder. Essen ist geschmacklich top mit sehr viel Auswahl. Personal ist super und der Service ma mehr mal weniger schnell. Tolle Location

Heute haben wir Döner zum Iftar bestellt und zwar eine Stunde zu früh. Deshalb war das Essen kalt. Aber selbst dann muss ich sagen, dass es der einzige Ort in der Türkei ist, wo es genauso schmeckt wie früher in einem Industriegebiet. Wir hatten auch Lavash-Wraps bestellt, und ich kann mich ehrlich gesagt nicht erinnern, jemals woanders so leckeres Fleisch und Lavash gegessen zu haben. Vielen Dank für eure Mühe! 🌸

Wir sind extra aus München angereist und es hat sich zu 1000 % gelohnt! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Das Essen war einfach unglaublich lecker – wirklich eine 10/10. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Service während des Ramadan. Trotz vieler Gäste wurde alles perfekt organisiert: Alle wurden gleichzeitig und respektvoll bedient, niemand wurde bevorzugt oder vergessen. Das Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Wir hatten vor einer Woche für 20 Personen zum Fastenbrechen reserviert. Uns wurde im Voraus gesagt, dass wir bitte 30–45 Minuten vor dem Fastenbrechen erscheinen sollen, damit das Essen pünktlich serviert werden kann. Leider mussten einige von uns trotzdem weitere 30–45 Minuten warten, bis das Essen serviert wurde. Das Essen hat grundsätzlich gut geschmeckt, war jedoch leider nicht ausreichend warm. Im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren, dass telefonische Vorbestellungen angenommen wurden, damit diese Gäste ihr Essen sofort serviert bekommen. Das hat uns zusätzlich geärgert, da wir trotz Reservierung und obwohl wir wie gewünscht bereits eine Stunde vorher vor Ort waren, dennoch so lange warten mussten. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten insgesamt sehr unerfahren und unorganisiert. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass interne Absprachen fehlten und niemand genau wusste, wer wofür zuständig ist. Gerade bei einer größeren Gruppenreservierung sollte eine gute Organisation und entsprechende Personalplanung selbstverständlich sein. Zusätzlich gab es Probleme an der Kasse: Es wurde mehrfach falsch eingetippt und falsch berechnet. Der Kassierer wirkte dabei leider auch sehr genervt, was die Situation zusätzlich unangenehm machte. Insgesamt war es sehr schade, da wir uns auf einen schönen gemeinsamen Abend zum Fastenbrechen gefreut hatten.

Wir waren zum Iftar dort und sind leider sehr enttäuscht. Uns wurde im Vorfeld gesagt, dass wir 45 Minuten vor dem Fastenbrechen da sein müssen, damit das Essen pünktlich serviert werden kann. Wir haben alle rechtzeitig bestellt – trotzdem haben nicht alle ihr Essen zum Fastenbrechen bekommen. Zwei Gerichte wurden sogar erst 40 Minuten nach dem Fastenbrechen serviert. Ein Burger wurde komplett vergessen, aber trotzdem verrechnet. Außerdem war das Essen kalt. Trotz vieler Bedienungskräfte wirkte alles extrem unorganisiert – das Personal hatte offensichtlich keinen Überblick und lief nur hektisch hin und her. Auch bei der Bezahlung gab es mehrere Fehler, es wurde vieles falsch eingetippt und wir mussten alles kontrollieren und korrigieren lassen. Ich war vor zwei Jahren schon einmal dort und hatte einen deutlich besseren Eindruck. Leider hat sich der Service und die Organisation massiv verschlechtert. Sehr schade.

Geben an Ramadan Suppe und Datteln UND Wasser aus. Voll süß von denen. Service ist extrem nett und ich würde wieder jederzeit kommen. 10/10 Erfahrung.

Er serviert fantastisches Fleisch. Jeden Penny wert. Sehr freundlich, sauber,alles frisch. Nachtrag: Heute 22.Februar 2026 Dürüm für 10 Euro bestellt und das Fleisch sowie andere Zutaten musste ich mit der Lupe suchen!!!!!! Fast nichts ausser Fladen!!!! Leute, das ist eine Unverschämtheit!!! Es ist noch nicht lange her - da wurde mit dem leckeren Fleisch nicht gespart aber das geht gar nicht!!!! PUNKTABZUG!!!!

Reservierung hat am gleichen Tag funktioniert. Das Essen kann man zu Iftar schon über das Telefon vorbestellen und kam dann sehr schnell kurz danach zu uns. Das Essen selber: Iskender geschmacklich gut, aber eine viel zu kleine Portion für den Preis. Döner Teller geschmacklich okay, das Fleisch ist gut, aber zu wenig Soße und Salat. Preislich ebenfalls etwas zu teuer. Der Burger war sehr gut, sowohl die Portion als auch preislich. Der hausgemachte Ayran ist ebenfalls sehr lecker.

Haben Kerem im Gutschein ich entdeckt und ausprobiert. Essen war hervorragend. Der Kohlegrill macht sich im Geschmack bemerkbar (also nicht nur Deko) und die Burger waren auch Klasse Metzgertheke macht echt was her und die Jungs im Service waren alle mega nett Kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal hier. Wir hatten einen Iskender und einen Etem-Burger. Die Fleischqualität war top und der Burger war super gut. Alleine schon die sehr appetitliche Fleischtheke ist toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch im Kerem Restaurant. Leider hatte ich mehrfach den Eindruck, dass es an grundlegender Hygiene mangelt. Das Essen wurde teilweise mit bloßen Händen angefasst, ohne erkennbare Hygienemaßnahmen wie Handschuhe oder vorherige Desinfektion. Besonders problematisch fand ich, dass ein Mitarbeiter zuvor beim Friseur nebenan war und anschließend direkt wieder im Essensbereich gearbeitet und Speisen ausgegeben hat – ohne dass eine angemessene Hygienepause oder sichtbare Maßnahmen erfolgt sind. So etwas ist aus meiner Sicht absolut inakzeptabel. Gerade in der Gastronomie sollte Hygiene oberste Priorität haben. In diesem Zustand kann ich das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass hier dringend nachgebessert wird Nachtrag: Ein Besuch beim Friseur bedeutet (ohne angemessene hygienische Maßnahmen Kleindungswechsel, Duschen etc…), dass abgeschnittene Resthaare am Kopf und Kleidung ins Essen fallen… Mich habt ihr jedenfalls als Kunden verloren….

Essen war ok, aber die Preise viel zu teuer!!! Einfach überteuert. Döner, der sehr klein war, mit "extra Fleisch" für ne mini Portion, die lächlich war, für 13 Euro. Die Größe war bisschen größer als eine Semmel, geschmacklich gut, aber wenn du Hunger hast, reicht das nicht. Und ein gemischter Teller für 21 Euro mit etwas, das war wirklich nicht viel, eigentlich ein Witz für 9 Euro extra. Also 30 Euro. Aus Prinzip, weils einfach übertrieben von den Preisen ist, und dafür, dass das normales Helal Fleisch ist, ist es definitiv den Preis nicht wert. Die Mitarbeiterin weisen dich auch nicht auf die Preise hin und zahlst halt dann im Nachhinein.

Sehr geiler Burger Laden. Der preis ist seiner Qualität entsprechend gut. Die burger Preise liegen zwischen 13-18 € glaube ich. Das ist relativ teuer aber es war sehr lecker und hat sich gelohnt. Ich wurde aufjedenfall nochmal herkommen!

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, allerdings empfand ich den Preis im Verhältnis zur Portionsgröße als zu hoch. Ich habe Adana Kebab bestellt, wurde davon jedoch nicht satt. Eine Nachbestellung kam für mich preislich nicht infrage. Außerdem war es im Lokal recht kühl. Besonders an den Fensterplätzen hat es gezogen, was den Aufenthalt etwas unangenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt war ich mit dem Besuch daher eher enttäuscht und werde das Lokal vermutlich nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Bedienung unfreudlich und schlechter Empfang, Fleisch nicht durch (Pirzola,Tavuk), Baklava schmeckt nicht und hat schlechte Qualität, keine weiter Empfehlung! Nie wieder!

Das mit Abstand beste Kebap Haus in Deutschland. Die Königsdisziplin ist Iskender und das ist das erste Kebaphaus in Deutschland was wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt hat 👌

Bestellt haben wir 2x iskender 1 Burger 1 İşkembe Çorbası. Burger Ok Suppe ok.... Aber das schwarze Fleisch halb verbrannt, sehr trocken und ohne Geschmack. dazu kaum Brot unter der Fleisch..die Tomaten Soße für iskender richtig bitter. wahrscheinlich längere Zeit schon kocht und ohne geschmolzene Butter.

Sehr lecker probiert den Bürger mit doppeltem Patty. Und Fleischtheke ist sehr schön angerichtet und Einrichtung. Bedienung auch sehr nett. Es gibt Kinderhochstuhl.

Heute zum ersten Mal probiert. War sehr gut. Das Fleisch sieht schon am Spieß super aus und so schmeckt es auch. Definitiv ein Top 5 Döner von Augsburg.

Trägt den Titel Augsburgs bester Döner nicht umsonst. Das Fleisch ist absolut Premium und das Brot ist, statt dem sonst inzwischen schrottigem Sandwichbrot, gescheites Fladenbrot. Der einzige Kritipunkt ist der Preis. 10€ sind für einen relativ kleinen Döner schon eine Hausnummer. Aber wenn man sich die Konkurrenz so ansieht ist es immer noch mit Abstand die bessere Wahl. Die 3,50€ Zeiten sind nun mal auch leider vorbei.

Man ruft an und bekommt bestätigt dass man in 10 Minuten einen Platz bekommt. Bei Ankunft ist alles besetzt, plötzlich heißt es man draußen warten müsse. Sowas unorganisiertes hab ich selten erlebt.

Linsensuppe ist einzigartig in Deutschland, das Brot lecker, für Fleischesser ist eine einladende Theke vorhanden...

Top drei Döner in denen ich je war. Döner zu dem Laden zu sagen ist auch bisschen hart weil das nen richtig gutes türkisches Grill Restaurant ist. Der Döner ist echt brutal genau so wie die köfte und bulgur. Manche würden sagen 10€ für döner ist viel aber das was man hier bekommt ist halt auch einfach kein streetfood mehr. Gute menge an Fleisch und halt vor allem Yaprak Spieß und nicht einfach Hackfleischspieß.

Nicht zu empfehlen: Absolut überteuert für so wenig Essen (mit schlechter Qualität) auf dem Teller!! Wir wollten uns vor einem Eishockey Spiel in dem „Kerem Kebap by Etem“ in Ruhe einen Döner-Teller gönnen (weil ein Bekannter das Restaurant im Antonsviertel gut fand), aber das war es dort an Tellern gibt ist einfach eine Frechheit. Für 23€ ein paar Brocken Fleisch und kaum Beilage und die Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Soße (davon gab es immerhin mehr als genug) hat es auch nicht rausgerissen und dieser Klecks Joghurt war absolut geschmacklos. Da erhalte ich in jedem anderen Restaurant und Imbiss-Bude für diesen Preis weit aus besseres. Da erhalte ich ja fast schon einen geilen Zwiebelrostbraten mit Bratkartoffeln und Beilagensalat! Vorne wird auf Restaurant gemacht, hinten alles wie in einem (gehobenen) Döner-Imbiss. Zum zahlen muss man hinten an den Imbiss gehen und kann das nicht am Tisch. Für uns Vier ist jeder Teller und der Besuch enttäuschend gewesen. Verstehen die guten Bewertungen nicht. Vielleicht sind die normalen Produkte im hinteren Bereich ja gut, aber sich Hinzusetzen ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir sind hier zum Abendessen eingekehrt. Das Lokal war sehr voll und die Tische standen extrem dicht beieinander. Wenn man ein ruhiges Abendessen sucht, ist man hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Wir haben einen Et-Dürüm und Lammspieße gegessen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants, in denen wir zuvor waren, waren die Portionen eher klein. Der Service war langsam. Der Et-Döner war zwar lecker, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns nicht überzeugt. Wir werden nicht noch einmal kommen.

Sorry aber nochmal dahin, Nein Danke. Ich hatte eine Grillplatte für 2 Personen bestellt, finde es übertrieben teuer und Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im großen und ganzen kann ich es leider nicht empfehlen. Hatte mehr erwartet

Geschmack ist oke. Servier Menge extrem wenig. Kann an einer Hand abzählen wie viele Pommes auf meinem Teller liegen. Sieht auch komplett unspektakulär aus. Früher waren die Portionen besser. Extreme Enttäuschung für das Geld was ma hier liegen lässt. Lohnt sich absolut nicht. Service trotzdem nett.

Essen Preis-Leistung 3/5. Das Adana Kebab war lecker, aber für 19€ war die Portion doch sehr klein. Da bekommt man in anderen Imbissen - sogar im Zentrum Stuttgarts - für den gleichen Preis deutlich mehr.

Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, warum sie ein Dessert auf die Karte setzen, das sie gar nicht anbieten. Der Hamburger war besonders fettig und das Brötchen so dünn, dass er komplett auseinanderfiel. Das einzig Positive, was ich sagen kann, ist der Tee.

Top Qualtität, Super Lecker die Burger und das yaprak Fleisch . Selbst die Pommes schmecken Mega gut was ich nicht erwartet hätte das mich Pommes mal noch so überraschen werden.

War heute zum ersten Mal bei Kerem Kebap und habe das Iskender probiert. Wirklich top! Das Fleisch war super zart, die Soße angenehm würzig und der Joghurt hat perfekt dazu gepasst. Portion groß, alles frisch und richtig lecker. Auch der kleine Salat dazu war überraschend gut. Service freundlich, Essen schnell da – genau so soll es sein. Werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir kommen mindestens einmal im Monat und waren immer zufrieden. Allerdings muss ich sagen dass der Etem Burger ein wenig nachgelassen hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Laden ist sehr sauber. Es würde mich freuen wenn der Laden seine alte Stärke wieder findet.

Excellent, freshly prepared food and attentive, friendly service. One seating area was a bit run-down and quite cold. But everything else was really great and worth the money.

Even without a reservation, we quickly found a table. We placed our order without a long wait and then received our delicious food promptly.

Very friendly, hygienic, and absolutely delicious! We had Iskender and Kerem burgers; even the kids' portion was huge and exactly what the kids love, plus a drink and a surprise. By far the best ever! It's a shame there isn't one in Erlangen or Nuremberg. Highly recommended!

Great guys and very accommodating. The food was very good and the service very friendly. Would gladly come again.

We went to Karem Kebab last Friday. I was deeply impressed; the owner himself greets customers and immediately clarifies their needs and wishes. Then he leads us to the display case—wow, the meat is presented beautifully! He explains what's what, where, and so on. We opted for the surprise menu, and I was surprised again. The meat not only looked fantastic, it tasted just as amazing! Everything, including the side dishes, was excellent. I did eat a bit too much onion and spicy food, though; it haunted me for 12 hours ;-) But I'll definitely be back. The people here are incredibly decent, attentive, not pushy, and polite.

The staff wasn't particularly friendly. Although many tables were free, we weren't allowed to sit at one. They claimed all the tables were reserved, even though there was no sign indicating that tables were available. We were told we had to reserve in advance, but there was no option to do so on the website. I'd been there before and was hoping for a similarly pleasant experience. Unfortunately not, never again.

Very tasty kebab. Lots of meat, 100% beef, fresh vegetables, and a very good yogurt sauce. I ordered it to go, so I can't rate the bread—it was already a bit soft when it arrived. Recommended. 7/10.

I often drive 80 km from Munich to this restaurant. I definitely recommend the Etem Burger, a true explosion of flavor. The doner kebab on a charcoal grill is also a special highlight.

I had a durum with extra meat for 13 euros. The durum was thinner than at any other kebab shop. I was shocked when I saw it. It was also dry, tasteless, and floury on the outside. A leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato, a bit of onion, and hardly any sauce. I had flour in my mouth while eating it. I came specifically for the famous charcoal rotisserie. Sorry, I'll skip that in the future. The charcoal flavor is unfortunately only available in the shop.

The burgers are really good – top quality. We came across this restaurant through a recommendation, primarily because of the supposedly very good steaks. Unfortunately, ours were quite tough and not particularly well prepared. Maybe we were just unlucky, but if you come specifically for a good steak, keep that in mind. This part of the meal unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. The burgers, on the other hand, were highly recommended – really tasty! Overall, a good experience.

The beautiful decor and friendly staff are the only positive aspects of this restaurant. The food is overpriced and not justified. Cold, dry meat, overcooked rice, and greasy and tasteless sauce. All for €39. Order: Kerem Yaprak Tabak portion x 2, lentil soup, and tea. Maybe we were unlucky. Don't understand the good reviews.

Hats off, they have super delicious burgers here. The triple Ethem Burger reminds me of Istanbul style, 10/10. I'd drive back from Munich to Augsburg just for the burger. I highly recommend it.

We visited Restaurant Kebab with friends. I had a simple dürüm, and my friends had the burger menu. The burgers looked very appetizing. My dürüm tasted delicious. Even though the meat is precisely weighed, I found the price a bit too high for a relatively small dürüm. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I'm deducting one star because I expected more of this delicious dürüm for the price 😊

Totally bad, unfriendly, but hidden prices without asking. I was shocked to be able to choose the portion size myself. Despite having reserved the day before, I could never get what I wanted. The bill was so high, but the quality was zero. Service and portions were very petty.

But the food was expensive, unfortunately :( The atmosphere was very nice. It wasn't dirty, and the restrooms were incredibly clean. But there were a lot of bees outside :D But they used smoke to keep the bees away, hehehe :) Overall, I highly recommend it. What caught my eye was the lack of boycotted products. This made me very happy. :D

Not comparable to a regular kebab shop. Absolutely high-end...

We opted for the Iskender, and both the portion size and the quality of the meat were incredibly good. We were also pleased with the attentiveness of the staff.

I went to Kerem Kebab House today and tried the Kerem Burger. It was really tasty, freshly prepared, and juicy. The service was super fast and very friendly. A particularly positive aspect: There's good parking nearby, and the shop is air-conditioned. A real plus, especially on warm days. I'll definitely be back.

Burgers and Adana are delicious. We'll be back again and again. Except the parking situation is a bit tricky.

We ate here today because the doner meat was highly recommended – and it was indeed good. Unfortunately, the rest of our visit was rather disappointing. The service was overwhelmed, which was particularly evident in the poor communication between the waitress and the kitchen. Our three orders didn't arrive at the same time, so everyone had to eat separately. Furthermore, all three dishes were not as ordered. Another shortcoming: By 4 p.m., there was no more bread available – hard to understand for a doner kebab shop. The dürüm was also not homemade, but apparently a ready-made product. I'm convinced that many of these problems could easily be resolved with additional service and better coordination. The potential is there, especially given the good quality of the meat – but there's still plenty of room for improvement in terms of organization.

Yesterday, my mom and I ordered and picked up something from Too Good to go. The food was super-duper delicious, and I'll definitely go back, ordering regularly this time and enjoying it. Keep up the good work!

The shop itself looks good, but the food wasn't tasty at all. I ordered a kebab plate and literally just got burnt meat. You can tell at first glance that. I don't understand why they still serve it. Not recommended for kebabs.

That's something really different :-) A beef kebab, heated by a gas flame and coal, really changes the flavor for the better. Very tasty!!! Fully stuffed kebab. Really great taste. Toasted bread. They also have burgers, etc., which we'll try on our next visit.

We went to Etem for the first time today and ordered İskender (there were several people). Unfortunately, the İskender was waaaaay too dry and tasteless, and the price-performance ratio wasn't right. Also, the staff was only "okay"; we were served by a young man who obviously wanted us to pay immediately after our meal, get up, and leave. We found that unprofessional. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy ☀️

I was here for the first time today, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The burger was just as juicy and delicious as at Kerem's other restaurant—the quality is simply top-notch. They also have doner kebabs and many other meat dishes that look really good. The terrace is a great place to linger. We'll definitely be back!

The food tastes very good, and you're immediately greeted in a friendly manner. The service is very warm and friendly. We arrived just before closing time and were still able to sit down.

We visited Kerem Kebap by Etem in Augsburg and were thrilled! The Kerem platter was outstanding – perfectly grilled meat, tender and flavorful. I particularly want to highlight the side dishes: bulgur pilaf, fries, and rice – all three incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. The accompanying salad was a real treat – crisp, well-seasoned, and lovingly prepared. The service was very friendly and attentive. The entire restaurant feels very clean and is absolutely child-friendly, which we as a family especially appreciated. An all-around successful visit! Highly recommended!

A 12-minute drive for nothing. Despite calling ahead, we were turned away, along with my pregnant wife. Never again.
