Birra - Italian Craft Beer in Berlin

Overpriced beer, but that's ok because the bar staff will mostly pointedly ignore you, serving their friends/acquaintances only. There are too many good bars in this area to let them get away with such ignorant staff. Food seemed ok, from what I could see, but didn't order myself, for obvious reasons.

This is a small Italian pub with 10 types of beer on tap. Here you can try the rare smoked stout, rye beer, or raspberry beer without syrup, which are hard to find in Berlin. In addition to Italian beer, you can also enjoy German and French varieties. The staff is very welcoming. Seats fill up within the first 10 minutes after the bar opens, so make sure to arrive right at 6 PM. The prices are affordable. We will definitely come back here again.

The right place for beer tasting. New barrels are added daily from various breweries. Prices are a little higher, but people appreciate the selection. But no requirement, you always have to go to the counter to get a new one.

Rustic and authentic location with constantly changing, lovingly selected beer specialties. There was an Italian football game on during our visit and all the fans were in a great mood! It was great fun

This bar offers a good amount of different international beers and wines. For a different beer taste in Germany, this place is a good alternative. It's a chill, non-smoker bar with a lovely barista and nice to have a good time. Chairs and seating options are a bit limited though.

As soon as we entered, we were hit by the stench of vomit. Plus there are stickers everywhere that make it impossible to read anything. You can win with stickers, but not with beer vomit that stinks up the entire place

It is a small place, the plus is that they have about 20 types of craft beers, you cannot smoke inside the facilities and you can consume tapas, paninis and small snack plates such as cheeses, salami, olives, etc. with your beer. Highly recommended.

Nice beer house at P.Berg. It has a nice amount of craft beer from tap on different styles. It's a good place for going after work with colleagues or just to testing your taste on different beer styles. Definitely a must go.

Here you always feel like you are with family. Great selection of draft beers, such a warm atmosphere, plus antipasti and paninis. There is absolutely nothing missing here and it can quickly get late.

It gets very busy because it’s so good. There are loads of choices of craft beers from unusual breweries, not the usual ones. The staff are happy to help with recommendations. Because they make food behind the bar it can get a bit strong with food odour.

A great place for Craft Beer. Plenty of Italian brews I had never seen. The food looks absolutely delicious, too. They had Italian soccer on TV with a very convivial atmosphere. Staff offer great service. There are many bars round here, but this place is definitely worth at least one visit if you are a fan of good beer in a friendly bar.

Questo posto mi ha lasciato senza parole... non mi aspettavo così tanto: varietà di birre alla spina pressoché infinita oltre al sidro, sempre alla spina, che solo qui ho potuto gustare...per non parlare dell'ampia scelta di 'tapas' italiane (salame nostrano, provolone, olive,ecc.) che sempre solo qui ho potuto gustare accompagnate da un ottimo pane casereccio... e a proposito di pane, davvero incredibile qui a Berlino, panini di vario genere (super quello con la mortadella) che ti fanno sentire praticamente in Italia a tutti gli effetti!! Dulcis in fundo, per chi fosse amante del calcio, qui è possibile vedere su 2-3 tv tutti i principali incontri delle squadre italiane mentre si gustano il cibo e le bevande appena descritte... cosa vuoi di più dalla vita?? Un Lucano! Direbbe una famosa pubblicità... non vorrei sbagliarmi ma mi sembra ci sia anche quello... 😁 Superconsigliato!

OMG, ich kam, um das Spiel vom AC Milan gegen Napoli zu schauen, gemütlich bei nem Bier... blöder Fehler !!! Es war BUMSVOLL, man konnte nichtmal umfallen, das erste Bier bekamen wir in der Halbzeitpause - ätzend. Aber das Schlimmste waren die Besucher, nicht ein Gentleman unter den Italienern, egoistisch und seltsam. In Fankneipen ist man wohl eher unhöflich als charmant, who knows... Einmal und nie wieder!

Absolutely outstanding selection of beers with focus on Italy but usually with some of the best German (Franconian) lagers and a few rare Belgians on tap as well. Few if any other beer bars in Berlin take such care and put so much passion into serving every beer perfectly and both visuals and flavors prove they are doing it right! As if this wasn't enough they also offer up top quality Italian Antipasti, cheeses and delicious home made Panini sandwiches, and even a small but delicious selection of (mostly natural) wines! There are many reasons why Birra is almost always full of people, especially during important football games. An absolute treasure in Prenzlauer Berg!

The beer is good but don't go there to watch football if your team is playing against an Italian team, specially if your team have beat Italian teams before. They are cry babies who don't know how to lose.
