Bill's Kitchen in Potsdam

Beautiful little place on the skirt of the park, wonderful place to sit and enjoy wine with tasty homemade food after the walk

We went to Bill's Kitchen today because of good reviews. We can only pass on the 5 stars. The food was very tasty. The operator was very friendly. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come by again.

Very cool place on the edge of the castle park. The food was really good. You sit comfortably outdoors and everything is self-service. Gladly again!

It's really chill, especially with little kids. The food was appealing, actually delicious and the owners of the food truck were relaxed and very nice (really meant in a positive way 😉). Unfortunately, we didn't feel well after that. For us it was clearly because we hadn't eaten anything else that day... a real shame. One more thing: the hygiene of the toilet facilities left a lot to be desired. The last entry in the cleaning plan was from November 30th, 2023 (we were there in September 2024..). This is what it looked like on the floor and in the corners etc.

We came from Berlin to visit Potsdam and came across this place by chance. The menu is short but everything is very suggestive, and the dishes we tried were excellent. A unique and very original location, perfect for a pleasant time after the bike ride. The treatment is of course great. We would repeat 100%.

Very tasty food, handmade, a relaxed, approachable "host" in his food truck, relaxed sitting under the trees (the weather has to cooperate, of course, and sometimes it would be nice if parents would pay a little attention to ensure that their offspring don't loudly and annoyingly scratch their heads hits, but "Bill" can't do anything about it 😉).

I have chosen a delicious burrito. Richtig licker! I had one of the best burritos of my life. Really excellent!

On our long journey back to NRW it was a fantastic break that we experienced at this inviting food truck. The food here is warmly prepared and tastes great. Thanks! ☺️

It wasn't what we expected based on the photos. We imagined a restaurant with a private garden where they grow their ingredients, but it turned out to be more like a street food setup.

We ate dinner here, split the cauliflower taco, bean taco, burrito and lamb burger among three people and were more than satisfied. It’s a decent but manageable walk from the new palace. The pricing is great and the quality was perfect, there were lots of families there with kids playing in the sandbox and the rest of the people watching the Euros match on TV. (Sorry Germany)

Great place with delicious vegan taco options, sandpit for kids, relaxed vibe. We were very glad it was there!!

I somehow thought I would find a restaurant, but in the end it is a street food trailer in a really nicely done environment where you can sit and children can play. Very natural and the lamb burger was great :-)

Here you can meet to chat and have fun. You can sit in the front and also in the back. It is a very quiet location.

The food was really fantastic. The tacos were probably the best we've eaten so far. The atmosphere is also very relaxed and cozy, perfect for relaxing. We will definitely come back!

First the positive: The “Lottenhof”, where this food truck is located, is a very ambitious and great district project; with playground, including book and plant exchange. The really rancid toilets might not really be a problem. BUT: This food truck doesn't fit here at all, especially in terms of price. We had shrimp wrap and pulled lamb burger, both for 13.80 euros each. That's usury, even half the price would have been too much for the quality of the food. The "burger" was a sandwich and consisted of 2 lightly toasted slices of white bread that fell apart when I tried to eat them. The wrap only contained a few shrimp and other cheap ingredients. The white cabbage salad as a side dish was ready-made food from the discount store. The preparation took a long time. Conclusion: tastes good, but bad to eat and extremely overpriced (especially for self-service!).

Kaiserschmarrn wurde angeboten, grausig Fett hatte so gar nichts mit einem Schmarrn zu tun. Burrito mit Hähnchenfleisch zwar etwas besser, aber anhand der Bewertungen hatten wir uns viel mehr versprochen. Service gibt es nicht, da Selbstbedienung

Leckere exotische Gerichte, viele Getränke (heiß und kalt) sowie Speiseeis. Das bietet Bill's Kitchen aus einem Food-Truck heraus im Vorgarten des Lottenhofs. Tische, Stühle und Bänke stehen im Schatten großer Bäume, selbst der Sandkasten für die jüngsten Gäste wird von einem großen Segeltuch beachattet. Insgesamt sehr gechillte Atmosphäre.

Wahnsinn, welche Geschmackserlebnisse aus solch einer winzigen Küche kommen können. Die Tacos mit pulled beef sind ein Gedicht.... Danke 👏👏👏

Ein Platz, an dem man leicht vorbeilaufen kann. Wenn man ihn allerdings findet, findet man auch sehr schmackhaftes, frisch zubereitetes Essen. Es muss nicht immer ein Restaurant sein. Eine klare und deutliche Empfehlung.

Ich probiere immer öfter Vegetarisch und Vegan aus. Bei der Suche in Potsdam bin ich auf Bill's Kitchen gestoßen. Die Bewertungen haben nicht übertrieben. Wirklich sehr lecker abgeschmeckt. Ich hatte die Bluhmenkohl Variante. Von außen ein unscheinbarer Imbisswagen auf einer Fläche an einer großen Sandkiste, wo man eigentlich vorbei laufen würde. Aber der Stop lohnt definitiv 👍

Das Essen hier ist einfach fanatisch und wahnsinnig originell. Durch die Auswahl der Zutaten schmecken alle Tacos total besonders und super lecker. Dazu kommt die entspannte Atmosphäre und die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit im Sandkasten für die Kids. Wir lieben es!

This is no ordinary food truck, because you can get the finest, healthy food here. It is surprising, it tastes fantastic and makes you want to eat more. There is also coffee and cake and wine. And also a very nice ambience where children can run and play free. A small oasis of peace and enjoyment. We highly recommend Bill's Kitchen.
