Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Mittag im Innenhof / Garten verbracht. Das Essen war von Anfang bis Ende einfach überragend. Die Gewürze waren perfekt abgestimmt, das Naan-Brot frisch und fluffig. Besonders das Chana Masala hat uns begeistert.Auch der Service war erstklassig: super freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell, obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war, der Kellner hieß Navid. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und stilvoll, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Restaurant jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen! Ein echtes Highlight!

Es war mein erster Besuch in einem indischen Restaurant, und meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Ich war mit meiner Familie im Masala Rasoi, und wir alle haben jedes Gericht genossen. Das Essen war einfach köstlich – besonders das Hühnercurry. Jedes Gericht wirkte authentisch, voller Aromen und herrlicher Düfte. Der Service war hervorragend, und die Inhaber waren unglaublich nett, freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie sorgten dafür, dass sich jeder Gast willkommen und bestens betreut fühlte. Die Atmosphäre war warm und einladend, und der wunderschöne Garten war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der in Potsdam authentische indische Küche und ein herzliches Ambiente sucht!

Gute indische Küche zu fairen Preisen. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Was will man mehr? Im Sommer kann man vorne an der Straße oder hinten im Sommergarten sitzen.

Ich fand das Essen sehr lecker. Ein Zeichen für eine gute Küche war für mich eine sehr leckere Bhatura. Das Brot war trotz Friseure nicht ganz fettig und der Teig war extra luftig. Sehr lecker. Der Laden hat ein langes Menü, das man länger studieren kann. Das Restaurant hat weiterhin Duckstein vom Fass (!) und zahlreiche coole Cocktails. Es wurde blitzschnell und unkompliziert bedient.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und genau so, wie man es in Indien bekommt. Ein absolutes Muss! Der beste Ort für authentische nordindische Gerichte. Auch der Service war sehr schnell. Sowohl der Inhaber als auch die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente war erstklassig (10/10).

Dieses Restaurant war heute ein echter Glücksgriff. Ich habe hier eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung gefunden. Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Service, Simran! Meine Frau und ich kommen seit einigen Jahren regelmässig hierher. Das Essen ist hervorragend und immer zuverlässig gut. Auch der Service ist stets ausgezeichnet. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und freundlich, was das Essen und Trinken hier sehr angenehm macht. Ich kann ausserdem empfehlen, auch die Desserts zu probieren!

Ich war neulich im Masala Rasoi in Babelsberg und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Essen war einfach super – richtig aromatisch, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier authentisch gekocht wird und nicht einfach nur „irgendwas Indisches“ auf den Teller kommt. Die Gewürze, die Schärfe, die Balance – alles hat einfach gepasst und hat mich total an die Küche aus der Heimat erinnert. Auch das Team dort war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen, fast so, als würde man bei Freunden essen gehen. Es wurde sich Zeit genommen, alles zu erklären, und man hatte nie das Gefühl, abgefertigt zu werden. Insgesamt einfach ein rundum gelungener Besuch: leckeres, authentisches Essen, tolle Atmosphäre und richtig nette Menschen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Perfekt. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Ort war, wie für Indien so typisch, in vielen lebendigen Farben dekoriert. Es schien, als ob es für sie einfach nur ihr Essen und ihre Kultur waren, während es für uns eine wunderbare Reise für die Sinne war.

Gehen immer wieder gerne hin. Die Mittagsmenüs sind wirklich günstig, ausreichend und sehr lecker. Aber auch abends mit der Happy Hour für Cocktails und einer großen Auswahl an Gerichten sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Für mich das beste indische Curry, das ich bisher in Potsdam gegessen habe. Leider muss ich dem Service nur zwei Sterne geben. Die Gäste warteten zwischen 45 und 90 Minuten auf ihr Essen, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll besetzt war. Außerdem mussten wir ungefähr fünfmal falsche Bestellungen zurückgeben und mehrmals neu bestellen. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und entschuldigten sich vielmals. Vielleicht gab es an diesem Abend einen unerwarteten Personalmangel, und sie mussten Familie und Freunde zur Unterstützung hinzuziehen. Ich weiß es nicht. Die Schuld liegt definitiv bei der Organisation und dem Management, die sicherstellen sollten, dass die Servicekräfte wissen, was sie tun, und dass die Kommunikation mit der Küche reibungslos funktioniert. Einer von uns stand auf und fragte mehrmals nach unserem Essen. Ein Manager hätte zumindest an unseren Tisch kommen und sich entschuldigen sollen, ebenso wie an die Tische um uns herum. Hoffentlich war dieses Chaos ein Einzelfall. Bei der Tischreservierung empfehle ich Ihnen, den Hauptsitzbereich anzugeben, da der Nebenbereich, ein paar Stufen links vom Eingang, stark hallt. Selbst als nur 30 % der Tische besetzt waren (gegen Ende des Abends), war es dort noch ziemlich laut. Ich würde eine Akustikfirma beauftragen, schalldämmende Materialien und Objekte zu installieren. Die freundlichen Gäste am Nebentisch mussten ebenfalls 90 Minuten auf ihr Essen warten. Sie schienen das Restaurant gut zu kennen und hatten viel Spaß daran, wie ihnen ein Kellner flambierte alkoholische Getränke servierte, indem er die brennende Flüssigkeit von einem Brandyglas in ein anderes umfüllte.

The food is very good. For me, the best Indian curry I've had in Potsdam so far. Unfortunately, I have to give the service two stars. People were waiting between 45 and 90 minutes for their food, despite the restaurant not being full. Additionally, we had to return incorrect orders approximately five times and reorder several times. The staff were nice about it and very apologetic. Perhaps on this evening, there was an unexpected and unplanned staffing issue, and they had to bring in family and friends to help. I do not know. The fault definitely lies with the organisation and management, who should ensure that the serving staff know what they are doing and that communication with the kitchen works properly. Also, sooner or later, we stood up several times to go wherever our food was. A manager should have visited our table at least to apologise, and also the other tables around us. Hopefully, this chaos was an isolated incident. Also, when booking a table, I would recommend specifying in the main seating area, because the secondary seating area down a few steps to the left when you enter is an echo box. Even with only 30% of the tables seated (towards the end of the evening), it was still pretty loud in there. I would contract an acoustic company to install sound-dampening materials and objects. The friendly people at the table next to us also had to wait 90 minutes for their food. They seemed to know the restaurant pretty well and really enjoyed one of the staff members serving them flaming alcoholic drinks, where the burning liquid was poured from one brandy glass into another.

On a Saturday evening, when not all the tables were occupied, the experience was unfortunately a complete disaster. We were neither greeted nor shown to a table. After we finally found one, we were ignored and not served. Waitresses came by several times to clear other tables. Menus were only two meters away, but they were never brought to us. After about 15 minutes, we left. It's a shame when you're not welcome. Never again!

Unfortunately, the wait was too long. The waiters cleared several tables before serving us. There were two menus lying very close to our table. A shame. We left. Next time, please be more attentive.

First-class. After living in London for 20 years, you get a bit spoiled when it comes to curry. Despite searching for years for something comparable, we were always disappointed. Until now. Here, they don't "cool it down" or sweeten it, but serve it authentically. And even then, they offer the whole range from Korma to Vindaloo – so there's something for every heat level. What's more, the flavors are balanced and refined, and the ingredients, including the meat, are top-quality. We are so happy to have found this Curry House and will definitely be back again and again. Thank you!

I am usually disappointed with my 'german-indian' experience. House of India in halle was an exception. I'll add this to my very short list of recommendations. Good service, no problem getting attention. I made a special request and wasn't sure whether it was understood. The food was presented at saag chicken, but I'd ordered a jalfrezi chicken with spinach. It turned out I had got what I'd ordered, and it was *very* good. German jalfrezi tends not to be very hot at all. This wasn't *very* hot, but it had enough depth and enough heat to satisfy me. The sauce was thick and flavoursome. Really good.

Authentic Indian food – just like home! As an Indian, I'm often skeptical about eating Indian food – but this restaurant truly impressed me. The dishes taste authentic, with perfectly balanced spices and genuine attention to detail. You can immediately tell that the chef here truly understands Indian cuisine. The food was full of flavor without being overpowering. The butter chicken was creamy and spicy, the dal tadka had just the right consistency, and the fresh naan was wonderfully soft and fragrant. The chutneys and side dishes were also homemade and very delicately seasoned. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and relaxed, the service warm and attentive. You feel welcome – almost like visiting friends. For me, it was a taste of home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates authentic Indian food!

The chili chicken is the best in all of Berlin-Brandenburg, and the thalis are also superbly prepared and taste truly heavenly. The service is very attentive and polite. We sat comfortably on the terrace at the back and were able to enjoy the meal outdoors.

We were all very satisfied with the hearty and tasty meal. The meal consisted of eight different kinds of food. Three main courses: tofu, chicken, and beef. Each had a very distinct and rich flavor. I liked the tofu most because it was super tender. Two staples: rice and a piece of fried flatbread. Two side dishes: yogurt and pickles. The last was a spicy sauce.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, our service was only moderately friendly. We wanted to pay separately, but the waiter refused to calculate the price and, in a rather rude manner, more or less threw the bong at us so we could figure it out ourselves. We probably won't be going back here.

Last night's lamb curry was a joke. It was only by chance that five one-square-centimeter pieces of tough meat were found in the sauce. Sure, we should limit our meat consumption, but don't make me pay for something I can't get. That was awful, definitely avoid it.

Of the many Indian restaurants in Potsdam this is definitely my favorite. Food is delicious, service is very nice and do accommodate requests if possible (e.g. swapping out a dish on their thali). I'm a frequent guest and not have been disappointed so far. In summer they also have outdoor seating in the back hidden away from the busy street.

We were eager to try this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised: very friendly and attentive staff, fast service, and absolutely delicious food served on preheated plates. I sit down at the window. Few guests. No waiter. At some point I wave to someone through the kitchen window. Someone waves back. But nothing happens. At some point someone comes out of the kitchen. But it has other things to do. At some point I go to him at the counter. Stand in front of him and still be ignored at first. Strange. Finally, lamb curry was well seasoned, meat was a bit tough. Carelessly prepared but cheap lunch offer.
