Die Location ist wunderschön, allerdings etwas klein. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zügig, und Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Das Essen war unglaublich lecker, besonders das Fleisch war ausgesprochen zart! Ein absolutes Muss, das man probiert und genießt. Der Besuch war zu 100% lohnenswert, und ich werde definitiv wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung! —— Konum güzel ama biraz küçük. Hizmet çok cana yakın ve hızlıydı ve özel talepler dikkate alındı. Yemekler inanılmaz lezzetliydi, özellikle et son derece yumuşaktı! Denemeniz ve zevk almanız mutlak bir zorunluluktur. Ziyaret %100 değerliydi ve kesinlikle geri döneceğim. Açık bir öneri!

Am 17.08.2024 waren wir zu dritt im Beyoglu Restaurant. Bestellt haben wir 1x Urfa Kebap, 1x Gemischte Platte und 1x Köfteteller, wobei ich ausdrücklich den Wunsch geäußert habe, die Frikadellen länger auf dem Grill zu lassen. Als unser Essen da war, waren wir erstmal über die kleine Menge der Portionen sprachlos. Als Beilage kam ein Teller mit Reis und Bulgur. Dieser Teller sollte für 3 Personen sein….In anderen Restaurants bekommt man die selbe Menge auf den eigenen Teller… Die gemischte Grillplatte für stolze 28€ hatte mit Sicherheit keine 200g Fleischanteil. Ich denke, man kann (und sollte) von einer Grillplatte für 28€ etwas Üppiges erwarten! Satt wird man von der Grillplatte definitiv nicht!! Meine Frikadellen kamen teilweise ROH an, obwohl ich dem Kellner sagte er solle bitte die Frikadellen länger grillen lassen… Als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren forderte ich die Rechnung an und sagte dem Kellner, dass meine Frikadellen teilweise roh waren und versuchte ihm die rohen Fleischstücke zu zeigen. Als er das hörte hatte er schon einen genervten Gesichtsausdruck, wollte die rohen Fleischstücke nicht sehen und gab absolut keine Reaktion auf meine Kritik – nicht mal ein „es tut uns leid“ oder ähnliches. Sehr ignorant räumte er dann den Tisch ab und kam erst nach 10 Minuten mit der Rechnung. Als er endlich mit der Rechnung da war, sagte ich ihm, dass alles sehr enttäuschend war. Daraufhin hat der impulsive Kellner mit einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton gesagt „Bizim Kalitemiz belli, begenmiyorsaniz baska Dükkana gidin“ – auf Deutsch: Jeder kennt unsere gute Qualität, wenn es euch nicht passt geht in ein anderes Restaurant“ Weiterhin hat er vor allen Gästen seinen Ton uns Gegenüber angehoben und sagte, er habe die Frikadellen extra länger grillen lassen weil ich es so wollte…. …wo ich mir denke, ist es nicht normal das man auf Gästewünsche eingeht?!?! Wir sollen uns beim Chef beschweren etc….als mein Freund dann den Chef sprechen wollte, hieß es: „er ist im Urlaub“…. Zwischenzeitlich musste der Kellner dann von seinem Kollegen beruhigt werden… Im Großen und Ganzen fanden wir das Restaurant sehr schlecht. Geschmack = 0, Qualität (wovon der Kellner sprach) = 0, Service = 0, Professionalität = 0, RESPEKTLOSIGKEIT = 10+ !!!! Fazit: Der teilweise aggressive Kellner hat uns den Abend versaut, wir sind nicht satt geworden, wurden vor den Gästen respektlos behandelt und dafür haben wir noch 80€ bezahlt! Ich kann die guten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen… Da gehe ich lieber zum Dönerimbiss, habe gutes und sättigendes Essen, faire Preise und liebevolle Mitarbeiter... Einmal und nie wieder Beyoglu…

On August 17th, 2024, the three of us were at the Beyoglu Restaurant. We ordered 1x Urfa Kebap, 1x mixed platter and 1x Köfte plate, although I expressly expressed the wish to leave the meatballs on the grill longer. When our food arrived, we were initially speechless about the small portion size. A plate of rice and bulgur came as a side dish. This plate should be for 3 people... In other restaurants you get the same amount on your own plate... The mixed grill platter for a whopping €28 certainly didn't contain 200g of meat. I think you can expect something sumptuous from a grill plate for €28! You definitely won't get full from the grill plate!! Some of my meatballs arrived RAW, even though I told the waiter to please let the meatballs grill longer... When we finished eating I asked for the bill and told the waiter that my meatballs were partially raw and tried to show him the raw pieces of meat. When he heard that, he had an annoyed expression on his face, didn't want to see the raw pieces of meat and gave absolutely no reaction to my criticism - not even a "we're sorry" or anything like that. Very ignorantly, he then cleared the table and only came with the bill after 10 minutes. When he finally arrived with the bill, I told him that everything was very disappointing. The impulsive waiter then said in a very unfriendly tone “Bizim Kalitemiz belli, begenmiyorsaniz baska Dükkana gidin” – in German: Everyone knows our good quality, if you don’t like it go to another restaurant.” He also raised his tone in front of all the guests and said that he had the meatballs grilled extra longer because I wanted it that way... ...I think to myself, isn't it normal to respond to guests' wishes?!?! We should complain to the boss etc... when my friend wanted to speak to the boss, they said: "he is on vacation"... In the meantime, the waiter had to be calmed down by his colleague... Overall we found the restaurant very poor. Taste = 0, Quality (what the waiter was talking about) = 0, Service = 0, Professionalism =0, DISRESPECT= 10+   !!!! Conclusion: The sometimes aggressive waiter ruined our evening, we didn't get enough, we were treated disrespectfully in front of the guests and we paid €80 for that! I absolutely can't understand the good reviews... I prefer to go to the kebab shop, have good, filling food, fair prices and loving staff... Once and never again Beyoglu...

I have never eaten such delicious köfte ekmek. The fresh ingredients really make the food at this restaurant so delicious. And very nice and professional employees. I will recommend it to everyone. On my next visit to Hamburg I will come back here 100%.

When we found this place in Hamburg, we were loved as if we found an oasis in the desert, the food was very delicious. Prices are a little above average. Friendly staff. Clean. Turkish restaurants in Hamburg were usually on a certain street, this one was in a slightly different and safer place.

Als ich das erste mal in dieses Restaurant kam habe ich mich direkt verliebt (vorallem in die lammhaxensuppe) und komme seitdem jedes mal wieder und nehme Freunde und Familie mit. Das preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt (für gutes Essen zahlt man gerne mehr) Portionen sind sehr ausreichend und das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich obwohl das Restaurant voll war! This kebap made me think I ordered it somewhere in Turkey. And the taste is even better than that. It is not cheap, but I wouldn't regret paying again for such good taste. 😋 My recommendation is Adana Kebap - picant, full of taste and hearty. 💪 Don't forget to grab a cup of Chai at the end. 🍵

Yes, where should you start? I'll keep it short: - the waiter with the glasses is an absolute disaster, doesn't write down our food at first and comes to the table several times to ask what we ordered - Salad and bread only came when asked and then again with tomatoes, even though they said they didn't - During the main course he came back to ask what we had ordered (write it down (why do you have a pad and pen for?!) - the portions have become mini, absolute disgrace for the price - my partner had already gotten his food while I was still waiting for mine, until he had almost finished, mine came too and it was still lukewarm So sorry, that's been the case every time we've come to eat, whether the place is full or empty. The guy just doesn't do anything. We only come for the food, which at least tastes good. For the money we also expect service and not take your food and ciao. That's not possible, apart from that the prices aren't exactly low either, so you have to splurge on something like that. I hope the boss takes what is written here to heart, because it's just a shame for us. That used to be our favorite restaurant, we will definitely have to look for a new regular restaurant now because it's a waste of money. You expect a nice evening and all you have is a headache and anger the whole time.

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star, the store actually doesn't deserve one. I have rarely felt so uncomfortable. Even though the store was completely empty, the staff stood at the entrance like two bouncers and refused us entry. We should look at the dishes on the outside display and order on the street. As a stranger to Hamburg, I discovered it by chance, the meat was delicious, we loved it, it was clean, the service was great.

It was my first time there, the waiters took care of any issues immediately, big praise for that. I understand food lovingly differently. The rice for the grilled dishes comes separately on a plate, which was dry for my taste. The portions are very large and I have to say that the taste was not my cup of tea, dry and carelessly prepared in my opinion. But I think it's still a good location for a little break with tea and dessert, because the tea was really tasty. There was no sweet dish. For those of us who drive, you have to have a lot of patience because there is unfortunately a lack of parking spaces.

Lunch Adana Kebab - the rice had a good taste, the salad was fresh, the meat tasted good - but personally I missed the spiciness/spicy... Super delicious bread - freshly baked and it was still warm.. Conclusion: We had to wait over half an hour for the food, the food was good, the portion was too small for me... the price was €12, the fresh side dishes justified the price.

Yes, the prices are really steep, even by Hamburg standards they are at the very top end of Turkish food. However, there was really good and really tasty food, a nice atmosphere and an approachable and friendly waiter (who also looked pretty good and of course played with it when he realized that we were a gay couple😜). For us, the time at Beyoğlu was worth the price, we will definitely come back. Deserved 5 stars!

Wir hatten das Dana Lokum und Galata Köz Mix und als Nachtisch Künefe. Alles war hervorragend zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Wir werden wiederkommen.

The food was incredible, fresh, savory and incredibly aromatic. Libations match the meal to deliver a wonderful experience. You would be foolish to overlook this restaurant. Go see and ask for Zebik

Unfortunately the restaurant did not meet our expectations. The food tasted good, but unfortunately it was way too expensive for what we paid for. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear from the menu that the large cheese plate (€12) only consists of a few pieces of cheese. My suggestion for improvement would be to make the starters cheaper or more generous. We didn't have any main courses and can't comment on that. We were a bit confused that snack foods like Dürum were offered, even though the owner made it clear that it wasn't a snack bar. If the owner has a tip for a good snack, we would be very happy. Update from 02/21/24: The owner is now trying to have this review removed, claiming that I never ate there (which is of course not true).

Price performance not acceptable! Grill plate without sauce or anything similar, just everything unseasoned! As a trained chef, I know what I'm talking about, Hummes starter, unseasoned eggplant! Simply cooking yoghurt and salad without seasoning is not cooking!! Don't people have taste when they go there? Addendum dated February 21, 2024, a complaint was received claiming that I was never a customer there and that the negative reviews were probably deleted. What I wrote above is actually true! If the food matches my description, then I'll let the public know about it, because the prices aren't cheap for this quality!!

The waiter was extremely accommodating, the tables and floor were clean. The open charcoal grill and the design of the restaurants are very nice. The dishes were all very tasty. Price performance great.

Good eatery. Average prices, informal, service is more like fast food but it’s OK. Frankly, it is OK for 1 time visit. Nothing makes to think like I would like to come back.
