Perfect place at any time. Varied menu and super friendly service. No matter whether it was just a quick coffee, lunch, an after-work drink or dinner - it was always perfect. The atmosphere is great inside and outside, I like the terrace best because it is urban and very “homey” at the same time. The food is really good and we celebrated a bigger birthday here. All guests - no matter how different their types - felt comfortable and were pleasantly surprised by the location. The team took excellent care of us. It would be nice if there were more places like this in Munich. Thanks to the team!

The young girls who work there have zero experience, are overwhelmed, unfriendly and the food takes forever!!! And unfortunately this is not the first time with these experiences! The girls just can't manage to take an order without messing something up! Very bad service!

Service takes a long time, minor discrepancies (too few glasses were brought, drinks were brought to the table twice, knives for cutting bruchetta were not sharp enough...) The taste is okay, the quality is as well...far too much cream in the iced coffee

Left without eating! How come? First I had to wait a long time until I even got a seat, even though there were many empty tables, but the staff ignored you! Then I wasn't even offered a high chair for my child, which is okay. I asked twice and no chair came. Then I waited for over 10 minutes until I finally asked the waiter if I could order because my child was very thirsty and hungry, the waiter wanted to know if we wanted a card, we said yes, never got one and he had something Kurva whispered to herself and that's an absolute no-go! After that he continued to ignore me and I finally had to leave!! Never, never again! Such untrained and bad staff is not possible!! Offensive, unfriendly…bad!

Very nice to sit outside (also inside). Unfortunately, on two occasions the food was still cold in the middle - if it's microwaved, please do it long enough... The food itself is tasty, but for me it was very little (apple strudel, baked feta) and also very expensive. The club sandwich seems to fit the bill. I didn't find the waiters to be all that committed either. Unfortunately for me it's not worth a third chance, it's a shame...

One star is too many. The zucchini puffet was raw and the tzatzili sauce was expired. Service unfriendly and very slow. We are very disappointed.

Nice cafe to linger. If you're hungry, you'll be well catered for with the daily menu. Attentive and benevolent staff. We had spaghetti with chanterelles, cherry tomatoes & grilled scampi as well as the club sandwich. See you next time! 🫶🏻

Friendly and recommended, young audience.

We sat outside and were served immediately (we had a reservation)! The service was extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating! The food was super tasty and the portions were more than enough! I had the impression that only fresh ingredients were used! Everything is just great!

Unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable or welcome. One older waiter in particular was probably having an extremely bad day. Although there wasn't much going on despite the opening night of the European Championships, he seemed extremely stressed, superficial and unfriendly. There were two of us and we had reserved inside. When my companion had a question about the food and wanted a change, the daily menu was rudely snatched out of her hand and told her to look at the other menu, that would be enough. The request was not even listened to. The food ultimately looked good, was sufficient, but unfortunately tasteless and bland. The younger waiters were more engaging. The crowning glory of the evening was, shortly after 11 p.m., the dispatch of three Scottish, older, friendly gentlemen who just wanted to have a quick beer in the dining room. The restaurant wasn't too full, we and the rest of the guests inside still had well-filled glasses. Nevertheless, the Scottish guests were whistled at from a distance like a herd of animals with a loud whistle from the older waiter and waved out in an unfriendly manner, saying there was nothing left. We were extremely ashamed; dealing with guests like this in the 'cosmopolitan city with a heart' was simply embarrassing. Hospitality, especially in a restaurant, looks different. It's a shame about the C.A.N. in the same place from before!

The breakfast was excellent. You didn't have to wait long either.

Very tasty and high-quality food, the price-performance ratio is right. There is a changing daily menu. The breakfast and the in-house iced tea creations are worth highlighting! You can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the weather.

Unfortunately there are very few vegan options, prices are quite high but the food and drinks taste great. The service is often not available for a long time, but otherwise it's okay

Unfriendly staff. You greet with hello and the waiter cheekily responds with goodbye! If you don't enjoy your job, please do something else! There were 3 pieces of cheesecake. When you asked if you had more, you were immediately told no, there's no cake today. Half an hour later, two more cakes including cheesecake were spotted at the cake counter. It's a shame because as a pregnant woman you also have cravings and are simply lied to about it. Tap water simply costs €6.80. When asked it was said. It's not tap water, it's bottled, just cheeky! Unfortunately, dirty tables are no longer what they used to be! It's really a shame and very important that the service definitely needs to be worked on

We rented a whole row of tables here in the gallery for a small celebration. From the service to the food, everything was great, the tarte flambées were particularly well received.

Very unfriendly manager, no guest friendly attitude and price performance is not right!! I ordered the Reibedatschi with salmon. Unfortunately only a small datschi came with a slice of salmon. As a woman, I couldn't get enough of it and the price-performance ratio was absolutely not right. When I told the manager this, he said that I could order something else for an additional charge. It's a shame that as a service provider he doesn't respond to the guest and has lost a regular guest from the neighborhood.

Cafe am Nordbad... or today BELLEVUE... Very nice outdoor terrace with attentive service. Food excellent. Perfect for breakfast / afternoon or evening... Directly at the Nordbad which you should also visit!

Thank you very much for the delicious breakfast! The service was friendly and pleasant! All that was missing was a tablecloth on the table, it would have been luxurious! Delicious coffee, fresh bread and quite large portions!

Nice shop now, the outside has also been renovated a bit. A great service girl, attentive and nice. The other is rather unmotivated, bored and slow (smiling every now and then would help a lot here). So far the only Caesar salad with only iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. Rather carelessly prepared and the dressing bland, there is a lot of room for improvement! It's a shame for the beautiful location

The menu was lacking and very very expensive. The kitchen was closed at7:30pm and the food was very basic and had very little choice.

Horrible service after the owners changed. We waited for 30 minutes (17:30 - 18:00) for someone to come and take our order. In the end we just left.

We celebrated our champagne reception at our civil wedding with coffee, cake and drinks in Bellevue and it was just perfect. All of our guests and we were thrilled with the location itself, the service and the cake and speculoos tiramisu. The planning was super uncomplicated and the team put so much effort into the last-minute move indoors due to the weather and decorated the inside so well. All in all, a great recommendation. For us it was perfect!

From far the worst restaurant in Munich… The service was awful… the waitress really unfriendly. I am from Paris I am used to unfriendly waiter but even for me it was too much…The food was bad and cherry on the top it was expensive… Avoid this place as much as possible…

I love the Saturday brunch as it is different and wonderful to expand the horizon regarding just trying everything, which is on the brunch card. I loved all of it...2 platters you need to try and share. The omelets we enjoyed too.. Jum jum

The food is expensive, but usually tastes good. It's just a shame that the map has been revised, as the old map was more varied and catered for different budgets. Especially when it comes to club sandwiches, I miss the old menu. However, if you consider that the service also has to be paid for from the income from the meal, each dish would have to be at least 10% cheaper. The service is not bad, but really subpar. Listless, slow staff who you have to wait forever for and who then look at you with a face as if they wanted to say that you wished the guest was very far away. Service has declined in most places in recent years, but Bellvue seems to be home to those who have been kicked out elsewhere. As long as the staff is so bad and the prices are unjustifiably high, we won't come back

Great place to have brunch in Munich!! The food is delicious, the place is super comfortable and de prices are very acceptable. It is not as full as other brunch places, you usually find place but if you want to be sure make a reservation.

The food itself is very tasty and reasonably priced. I can highly recommend the fish. The service is a little more difficult. Sometimes you have to walk up to the counter yourself to order something. It's a bit drafty at the entrance. Preferably you sit upstairs.

Das Bellevue in Schwabing, bitte nicht verwechseln mit dem fast gleichnamigen Bellevue di Monaco im Glockenbachviertel, findet man im ehemaligen Café am Nordbad und umfasst die Bandbreite "15 Minuten Zeit für einen schnellen Kaffee" über "zum Mittagessen" oder für "das ganze Lokal mieten für den ganzen Abend", d.h. es ist eigentlich zu jeder Tageszeit eine gute Adresse, bietet es doch auch preiswerte Mittagsmenüs, gute Dinner-Angebote und spritzige Drinks (oder auch ein kühles "Augustiner"). Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der großen Terrasse sitzen, im Herbst und Winter zieht es die Gäste eher nach drinnen in den großen Glaspavillon (von wo aus man durch die verglasten Fensterfronten hinaus auf Schwabing blicken kann., d.h. im Bellevue - französisch für "schöne Aussicht" - scheint der Name somit Programm) Schönes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen Personal (und Fair-Trade-Kaffee der Marke Puro , der hervorragend schmeckt).

We only ate a piece of delicious cake on January 20, 2024 and were served by an incredibly nice and personable waitress. She alone deserves 10 stars.

I can definitely recommend their blueberry lemonade or blueberry spritz. Food is decent but a bit overpriced.

Super enttäuschend und frustrierend. Wir waren eine grössere Gruppe und haben weit im voraus reserviert gehabt um genug Platz zu haben. Als wir pünktlich da waren, war unser Tisch noch nicht frei was nicht schlimm war, mussten aber als die letzten Gäste die unsere Reihe besetzt hatten die Tische dann selber zusammenrücken weil kein Staff mehr da war. Wir waren für den Brunch gekommen und als erstes wurden dann unsere Getränke aufgenommen. Wir wollten dann auch gleich unsere Bestellung fürs essen aufgeben und dann sagte uns die Bedienung, dass sie zuerst mit der Küche schauen muss ob Brunch noch ginge. Wohl bemerkt das es 13:20 war und die Küche bis 14:00 Brunch serviert! Und wir hatten ja auch bereits unsere Getränke bestellt die wir zum Brunchen trinken wollen. Nach einiger Zeit kam sie dann zurück und sagte leider sind Brunch Gerichte schon aus wir haben nichts mehr. Sie können Lunch bestellen. Super enttäuschend!! Wir haben also unsere Lunch Gerichte ausgewählt und Überraschung leider haben wir keine Pommes mehr, wir haben keine Tomaten mehr, Ravioli haben wir nur noch 3 Portionen, Gnocchi haben wir auch keine mehr... Ernsthaft?! 2 Personen von uns hatten dann die Nase voll und wollten nichts mehr bestellen, Stimmung schon mal im Keller. Und das höchste war dann auch noch, dass das essen lauwarm/kalt serviert wurde und im Hähnchen Club Sandwich kein Hähnchen drin war. Der Staff war nicht präsent und man musste immer warten. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder und empfehlen werden wir das Restaurant sicherlich auch nicht. Sehr sehr schade, die Location hätte besseres verdient als diese Küche!!

Wir haben zum Frühstücken am Feiertag reserviert. Hatten noch notiert wenn möglich ein ruhiger Platz. Leider wurde unser Tisch von einem jungen, wahrscheinlich unerfahrenen Kellner an andere Gäste vergeben. Und wir durften an einem kleinen gequetschten Hochtisch Platz nehmen. Die Oberkellnerin war aber sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns dann auf Nachfrage doch noch einen schönen Tisch im 1. Stock organisiert. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, Qualität und Menge sehr gut, preislich i.O.. Auch die zweite Kellnerin war sehr freundlich, hätte jedoch etwas aufmerksamer nach Ihren Gästen schauen können. Alles in Allem zum Schluss dennoch sehr zu empfehlen!

Unterirdisch. Hälfte der Speise- und Getränkekarte gab es nicht. Was nicht mitgeteilt wurde, als die Karten ausgegeben wurden, sondern erst beim bestellen. Portionen so klein, dass alle hungrig nach Hause gegangen sind. Essen das warm hätte sein sollen war kalt. Service unterbesetzt und entsprechend langsam. Schöne Location, aber leider Potential völlig ungenutzt. Komme auf keinen Fall wieder.

Delusione totale,i piatti erano semplicemente disgustosi,i succhi praticamente presi dal tetrapack,poi non capisco dove sia la cucina mediterranea forse non sanno nemmeno dove sia,e cosa sia la dieta mediterranea patrimonio dell'UNESCO,pasta scotta,e anche abbastanza trascurato e sciatto,però,prezzi stellari...su un insegna all'esterno addirittura invece di scrivere "Bufala" c'è scritto "Buffalla" ho detto tutto, perfavore non sbandierate l'Italia se poi non siete all'altezza

Essen lecker und frisch, Location auch schön. Leider war unsere Bedienung super unmotiviert, wir haben lange auf bestellte Sachen gewartet (da vergessen) und hatten eher das Gefühl, dass wir genervt haben, wenn wir nochmal etwas bestellen wollten.

Wir waren als Gruppe zum Frühstück dort. Das Essen war lecker und der Service freundlich. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und werden sicherlich wieder vorbeikommen.

Der erste Eindruck gut. Das Essen ist gut und man ist reichlich satt. Am Service könnte man Arbeiten eine trinkfeste Gruppe wird nicht glücklich. An der Sauberkeit der Fenster sollte man Hand anlegen. Und sollte ein Tischler mal Zeit finden wären die Einrichtung zu überarbeiten.

I like the outside seating under the trees a lot. The food is very good, the staff is attentive. They also offer breakfast which is not very common in Munich. It is a nice place to just stop by for a beer with friends, too.

I great one a to start your day. We had a wonderful breakfast there. We ordered avocado sandwich and overnight oats. The sandwich looked and tasted great, very fresh. Same goes for the overnight oat. The breakfast menu is not long but one can definitely find something good to eat. And of course the tea. I always appreciate when tea is served properly, not in teabags. Thank you very much for this. And the waiter was very nice and friendly. Definitely a place to come back. Might be a bit pricy - 2 teas, 1 espresso, 2 sandwiches, overnight oats and a croissant - 55€.

Hatten zu 4 das Menü, das war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Preis Leistung war okay. Bei der Salami ist allerdings nicht die Haut entfernt worden. Und der Early Bird Smoothie war sehr Karotten stark. Der Rest war echt super lecker!

Chill atmosphere to take a nice cake and a drink, a beer, a quick dinner. Service is nice and not intrusive. I took only a cake but some people were already having dinner and looked appealing.

A place you are ever looking for. The food is a fantastic modern interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine. The atmosphere is very familiar and the service is excellent. Also the drinks are very delicious. Overall, this restaurant is a full recommendation.

Die Qualität von Speisen und Getränken ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend. Ich empfand das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt. Kleine Portionen für wirklich saftige Preise. Dazu noch ein eher langsamer, etwas unwissender Service. Lieber woanders für weniger Geld hingehen :)

Great dishes for breakfast / lunch and dinner. I often visit this location for brunch on weekend and enjoy different Options for breakfast. We quite often visit this restaurant after swimming in Nordbad as they have health lot options as well.

I used to go here a lot, but after the change of the kitchen last January this is a place to avoid. Went there for breakfast/brunch with friends today. It took 1.5 hours from ordering the food until it was served. I had the breakfast Milano which consists of various cold cuts (cheese, ham, salami) but came without any bread. After waiting 20 more minutes for the bread („It is getting baked right now“) we decided to leave. It’s really a shame as the atmosphere is very nice and our waitress was very polite and tried to make the best out of the situation once we stated our dissatisfaction, but the extremely long waiting times with the at best mediocre food quality makes Cafe Bellevue a place to avoid. And even if this was a one-time hiccup, the value for money just does not add up. Food and drinks are priced at a premium, but quality is subpar. The „pancakes with candied walnuts and fresh berries“ came with two (2) pieces of walnut, one grape and two pieces of canned pineapple. „Fresh pressed orange juice“ tasted like store-bought. The above mentioned breakfast Milano reminded me of youth hostel breakfasts and consisted of supermarket quality slices of ham and cheese and oily scrambled egg. Sad.

Guter Platz zum frühstücken. Die Bedienung ist auch sehr höflich und nett.

Das Gebäude und die Einrichtung sind hübsch, die Toiletten sind normal gepflegt. Das Essen ist okay, aber jetzt nicht der Oberhammer, auch wenn die Preise eine gewisse Erwartungshaltung wecken könnten. Zum Service... wo soll ich anfangen? Wir hatten einen großen Tisch für ein Frühstück reserviert, alle kamen um kurz vor 10:30 Uhr an und wurden gebeten im oberen Bereich Platz zu nehmen. So weit so gut. Nachdem wir unser Frühstück ausgewählt hatten, warteten wir darauf, bestellen zu dürfen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war noch nicht viel los, trotzdem dauerte es eine Stunde (dreimal wollte man inzwischen schon "in 5 Minuten" für uns da sein), bis man unsere Bestellung entgegennahm. Verstehe ich ja noch, wenn es momentan an der personellen Besetzung hakt. Was aber überhaupt nicht geht, ist ein Kellner, der jedes, wirklich JEDES mal, wenn er am Speiseaufzug neben uns irgendetwas aus der Küche entgegennimmt, mit Kraftausdrücken der übelsten Art vor sich hin schimpft (es saßen kleine Kinder mit am Tisch), sich lautstark über die angebliche Unfähigkeit des Kochs äußert und mehrmals bekundet, dass er nun wirklich bald kündigen wird. Ich vermute, jeder in der oberen Etage hat sein Schauspiel mitbekommen. Zwischendurch kam er augenrollend vom Nachbartisch an uns vorbei mit den Worten "ich liebe Kinder" (die ich persönlich als sehr sarkastisch aufgefasst habe), weil sich das Kind dort nicht schnell genug für ein Eis entscheiden konnte. Von solchen Charakteren möchte ich nicht bedient werden und werde dem Ganzen deshalb auch keine Zweite Chance mehr geben (egal, ob er nun sein Vorhaben mit der Kündigung in die Tat umsetzt oder nicht).
