Worst experience ever, rude waiters.

The atmosphere is really great. The staff are friendly and service-oriented. Unfortunately, the food isn't as good anymore – and therefore the value for money is mediocre.

I live in the neighborhood and it's my go to place, especially when we have out of town guests. Friendly service and great food.

Yesterday, before an event at the Gasteig, we stopped by without a reservation for a light meal. We only had an hour at most and asked if it was possible. They agreed and kept their word. Before we'd even properly sat down, we were given the menu. The appetizer platter for two we ordered arrived very quickly. The food was delicious. It was a great way to start the evening before the concert. Thank you for the excellent service.

Absolutely disappointing. The warm starter plate for €20 consists only of fried eggplant and halloumi. No herbs, sauce, or anything else.

Super super recommended. The place lies nearby the Isar, so really convenient after a stroll there. We had some great dishes with lamb and kebab meat (don't recall the names now). But absolutely fantastic. Super tasty and rich, a lot of spices and herbs. Can only recommend!

Four of us were here during the week and had a lovely, long evening, sitting comfortably first outside and then inside. The service was excellent, cheerful, and just the right number of people. The ambiance was chic, both inside and outside. I really enjoyed my meal (a cold mixed appetizer platter from the main course, which would have been enough for two), but one of my companions didn't like the vegetarian artichoke main course, which I thought was delicious. To finish, there was warm, liquid chocolate cake, freshly made according to the menu, with vanilla ice cream and dry red wine – delicious.

A Turkish gem in the heart of the city. The food is simply excellent, and the shady terrace is lovely. The service is super friendly; you feel very comfortable here and quickly become a regular. If you've ever been to Turkey and want to experience a great Turkish breakfast again or enjoy a kebab, then this is the place for you!

A very stylish, large restaurant with a small outdoor area, which is usually well-attended in good weather. The atmosphere was relaxed. The service throughout the evening was very attentive and exceptionally friendly – we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was very tasty – there were lamb skewers and a dish with minced beef and vegetables. The value for money was good. We highly recommend the restaurant!

The ambiance is truly appealing—cozy and stylish. Unfortunately, the brunch was completely underwhelming. Before the coronavirus pandemic, the offerings were outstanding and a real highlight. Unfortunately, the quality has since deteriorated significantly—very disappointing. There are definitely better options for a good brunch in Munich. I won't be coming back.

With its taste, atmosphere, and service, it's a lovely Turkish restaurant. The only problem is that the prices are a bit higher than similar restaurants. For two people, you'll have to pay at least 100-120 EUR.

The food was delicious! We ordered the appetizer platter for 2, which was mostly battered and deep fried, including the items that already had some sort of doughy outside (spanakipita). The dips were all excellent, and everything tasted great, just a bit too much batter. All of the other food was great -lamb, chicken.

We came from almost the other end of the city because there was a Turkish breakfast. The location is nice but the attitude, speech, body language and communication approach of the male waiter is very rude. You wonder if you did something wrong. It's as if they are giving free food. I don't think it should leave the kitchen. The most important thing is that you get a Turkish breakfast and tea is charged extra. Breakfast for 2 people is 50 euros.

We arrived at the restaurant and were made to stand for 10-15 minutes while the waiter kept saying “one moment,” even though the place was half empty. The waiter was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told us there was no English translation for the menu and claimed they didn’t have any chicken at all. He made us wait another 10-15 minutes just to take our order and told us to use our phones to translate because he didn’t have time to help. The service was terrible — zero stars. We came here because we read it was halal, but sadly, the service ruined the experience. Very disappointing. NEVER EVER TRY THIS PLACE.

One of the best restaurants in the neighborhood—no longer an insider tip, but definitely worth a visit. Just a few steps from the Brudermühlstraße subway station, making it perfectly located. The cuisine is Turkish-Oriental: hearty, plentiful, spicy, and generous portions. Sometimes the salt is a bit too light on the flavor, but that's a matter of taste—the rest is convincing across the board. Main courses start at around €17, offering excellent value for money. The wine list? Excellent. And sitting outside in the summer? It's possible. If you're looking for a pleasant evening, you'll find what you're looking for here.

Very pleasant seating and very attentive staff. Unfortunately, the portion was a bit too small for me. I found the oregano a bit confusing. The sauce's flavor was more Italian 🤭

The ambiance and service were excellent. The food, however, was disappointing. My husband and I chose two main courses from the daily specials. Prices ranged from €25 to €31. My husband's lamb dish was good, but a bit cheap for over €30. My veal kebab was tough and dry as a shoe sole. My husband tried it and also found it inedible. I was so hungry that I ate a few pieces of meat and fished out the pepper pieces. But I had to leave three-quarters. The side dishes, like rice and bread, were very tasty.

Been there for the 20th time and this time too the stay there was absolutely satisfactory. The restaurant was full and our wait staff had a lot to do, but we still received both food and drinks quickly and were asked several times in the evening about our satisfaction. The food tasted wonderful (Beyti kebab and köylü salad) and the price was absolutely reasonable. After the meal there was delicious tea. All in all, I can only recommend Myra and will happily come back!

In my opinion, this is the best Turkish restaurant in Munich. We've been coming here regularly for many years. I would especially recommend the lamb dishes for non-lamb eaters, as they are consistently good in terms of quality and flavor. The food, service, and ambiance are consistently good. The terrace is particularly noteworthy; when the weather's nice, you can enjoy the sun or cheer on a football match during a European or World Cup match. The prices are generally high, but overall, they're reasonable for what's on offer.

Turkish cuisine has so many sophisticated preparations and spices. Maybe the kitchen was just having a bad day.

Wir (3 Erw. + 1 Kind 11 Jahre) waren hier zum Abendessen. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte (Tavuk Iskender, Somon Izgara, Karisik Izgara und eine kalte gemischte Vorspeisenplatte) bestellt als Hauptgericht. Der Service war super freundlich, aufmerksam und lustig. Da es Sonnenschein gab, konnten wir noch draußen sitzen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und schön aufbereitet, aber die Portionen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Ich esse eigentlich immer das Karisik Izgara. Jedoch ist die Portion wirklich extrem geschrumpft. Die verschiedenen Fleischspieße und -sorten sind nur noch ganz dünn vertreten und dass für einen Preis von 35 EUR. So wird man leider nicht mehr satt. Leider waren auch zwei Spieße sehr trocken. Wirklich sehr schade. Diese Platte war früher immer sensationell.

Dishes are relatively expensive, the taste leaves a lot to be desired. There are so many different spices in oriental cuisine that unfortunately were not used here at all. We will definitely not visit the restaurant again on our next stay in Munich.

This is a restaurant that I came to from Istanbul upon recommendation, fell in love with its food and cocktails, and found out that the owners of the restaurant, which was much more affordable than in my hometown, were Turkish, made me proud.

We went for a fairly late breakfast at Myra's today, and it's highly recommended! Perfect service, good ambience (even if a little too cold), delicious food! We had a Turkish breakfast, with Turkish-style scrambled eggs and a Coban salad - it was just enough for two. The meal was rounded off with chai and aromatic Turkish mocha. Gladly again!

Myra is an absolutely great restaurant in Sendling. We ate there with our loved ones after our civil wedding on Ruppertstrasse and were looked after wonderfully and had a great time. The food is incredibly tasty and very varied, and also suitable for vegetarians and even vegans. The staff is always helpful and extremely friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant and the room is modern but also comfortably furnished. I can totally recommend it and am happy when we always find our way there for lunch or breakfast. We were even there with our dog, who received a very warm welcome and was immediately given water. Absolute recommendation in Sendling!
