Miss Lilly's in München

Hallo liebes Lilly’s-Team, ich wollte euch gerne noch einmal Rückmeldung geben. Mir wurde ursprünglich mitgeteilt, dass ich mein Geburtstagsbrunch für etwa 15 Personen rund eineinhalb Wochen im Voraus reservieren könne. Als ich die Buchung dann vornehmen wollte, war dies leider doch nicht mehr möglich. Schade fand ich dabei vor allem, dass sich mein Eindruck vom ersten Besuch bestätigt hat: Für mich wirkte es so, als ob Reservierungen eher Stammgästen vorbehalten sind. Gerade in Untergiesing hätte ich mir eine offenere und herzlichere Atmosphäre gewünscht. Leider hatte ich insgesamt den Eindruck, dass das Konzept eher etwas versnobbt und sehr gehoben wirkt. Das passt persönlich nicht so gut zu dem, was ich mir von einem Café in der Nachbarschaft wünsche, gemütlich und herzlich. Trotzdem wünsche ich euch weiterhin alles Gute.

Ich komme seit zehn Jahren gerne und regelmäßig hierher. Zum Brunchen am Wochenende oder auch für den göttlichen Cheesecake. Dinner überzeugt mich nicht 100%, deswegen nur vier Sterne fürs Essen. Der Service ist manchmal ziemlich verpeilt, aber dabei immer sehr liebenswürdig - zumindest zu mir und den Menschen, die mit mir regelmäßig dort sind.

Wirklich tolle Lokation, sehr leckeres Essen und sehr netter und gut Service.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Atmosphäre

Wir haben Spargelsalat mit Hühnerbrust bestellt, aber sie haben uns mit Ziegenkäse gebracht. Ich persönlich, bin gedanklich allergisch gegen Ziegenkäse. Ziegenkäse bringt das schlechteste in mir hervor. Da wir schon relativ lange auf das Essen gewartet haben, und da mein G’spusi (Situationship auf Österreichisch) ein Ziegenkäsefresser ist, hat er den Käse gegessen. Das hat mich äußerst enttäuscht. Ich wollte nach dem Essen diese tragilustige Gesichte erzählen, aber der Kellner hat sich entschieden, von meiner Geschichte wegzulafen. Cocktails waren gut. Update: Wir mussten den Käse nicht zahlen. Ich bin sehr dankbar. Über die Situationship werde ich nachdenken.

Großartiger Service, Essen ganz ausgezeichnet

Das war super. Wirklich. Wir haben das Frühstück hier sehr genossen. Besonders der aufmerksame Service war toll. Es ist wirklich schön, wenn man so freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient wird. Wir hatten reserviert, was man sonntagmorgens wahrscheinlich auch tun sollte. Wir haben einige gute vegane Optionen gefunden. Besonders gut haben uns die Avocado-Toast und der Frühstücksburrito geschmeckt. Letzterer könnte etwas mehr Pfiff vertragen. Er war manchmal etwas fad. Aber alles in allem: Wirklich schön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren das erste mal im Miss Lillys und sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war lecker & frisch, vor allem die Pancakes haben uns überzeugt. Die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, dabei überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Das Ambiente ist angenehm & schön gemütlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch :)

Super nette Bedienung, leckeres Frühstück.

Waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen Sonntags dort frühstücken und sind sehr begeistert. Abseits vom leckerem Essen und tollen Kaffeespezialitäten war der SERVICE der absolute Wahnsinn und der Beste, den ich seit langem erlebt habe: Sehr aufmerksam, aber dabei nicht aufdringlich, mitdenkend („da kommt ihr doch mit der Flasche günstiger!“) und super organisiert. Das Café war komplett voll und trotzdem ist kein stressiger Vibe aufgekommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Leider muss auch ich mich über den unfreundlichen Service beschweren. Ich komme selbst aus der Gastronomie und habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Erst wird man 15 Minuten ignoriert und dann nach Nachfrage auch noch unfreundlich und unverschämt behandelt, so dass man das Gefühl bekommt, zu stören. Deswegen sind wir dann gegangen. Ob man es einen rassistischen Hintergrund hatte möchte ich nicht unterstellen, aber leider kann ich es auch nicht ausschließen. Wirklich schade, da meine Tochter sich richtig auf Pancakes gefreut hatte. Wir wollten einfach unseren Mittag in der Sonne genießen was uns somit leider vermiest wurde. Und ich habe wirklich noch nie eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben, das ist nicht meine Art, aber scheinbar gibt es wohl immer ein erstes Mal.

Sehr gutes Essen. Für Frühstück einfach ideal. Kommen wieder.

Der Service ist immer absolut toll und das Essen fantastisch. Ich würde das lieber nicht schreiben, damit nicht noch mehr Gäste dieses tolle Lokal entdecken und wir keinen Platz mehr bekommen.... ;-) Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!!!

Ein wunderbares Café/Tagesrestaurant/ und Abendrestaurant mit exzellentem Essen und sehr freundlichem Service. Die Speisen sind frisch, kreativ und geschmacklich top. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Perfekt für Frühstück, Brunch oder eine entspannte Pause zwischendurch. Absolute Empfehlung! 👍👍👍👍👍

Personal nur unfreundlich. Haben nicht verstanden, was Dienstleistung bedeutet. Kinderwägen müssen draußen bleiben

Die Preise sind nicht normal!! Die Mehrwertsteuer wurden offiziell gesenkt ,die Preise aber nicht. Eine Suppe, bestehend aus 95 Wasser , 9 Euro!! Hier sollte man nicht zu oft hingehen ,sonst wird es dauerhaft den Geldbeutel sprengen! Künftig nur noch bei Bedarf betreten ,schade!!

Ich war mit meinem Mann dort, wir hatten reserviert, der Tisch war tatsächlich für uns reserviert, wir genossen unseren Brunch, entspannten uns, unser 4 Monate altes Baby war auch dabei, die Atmosphäre um 11:00 Uhr war super entspannt. Das Frühstück war köstlich; es gibt ein Menü für zwei Personen, aber auch andere leckere Optionen, wie ich sie auf den Tellern der Nachbarn gesehen habe.

Super freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang, sehr leckeres Essen und insgesamt ein wunderschöner Abend. Gerne und jederzeit wieder.

War hier zum Frühstücken. Sehr faire Preise für Münchner Verhältnisse und nett bedient worden. Die Frühstücksportionen waren sehr großzügig und jeder wurde satt.

Das Restaurant "Lilly & Moritz" ist eine klare Empfehlung. Bei jedem unserer Besuche waren wir durchweg zufrieden – ein konstant hohes Niveau, das man nur selten findet. ​Die Qualität der Speisen ist exzellent. Die Gerichte sind gut zubereitet und geschmacklich sehr überzeugend. Die Karte bietet eine schöne Auswahl und man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Frische gelegt wird. ​Der Service ist professionell und sehr freundlich, was den Aufenthalt jedes Mal sehr angenehm macht. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend und trägt zur positiven Gesamterfahrung bei. ​Wer ein zuverlässig gutes Restaurant sucht, wird im "Lilly & Moritz" fündig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben glücklicherweise noch kurzfristig einen Tisch für den Abend erhalten und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen ( die Salate waren ein Gedicht, aber auch die Fleischgerichte überrzeugten uns sehr!) und haben die stilvolle, gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Ein tolles Restaurant in einem hübschen Viertel Münchens. ( U-Bahnstation: Kolumbusplatz in der Nähe).

A breathtaking cocktail bar, almost hidden in Munich... definitely go there, and make a reservation beforehand. It's very small, but that's also what makes it so cozy!

The vitello tonnato was bone dry and overcooked; a complaint was merely acknowledged, and then only upon request. The tartare was very good, but was served on a damaged plate, which again only garnered a shrug of the shoulders!

Very delicious food. Unfortunately, two very unfriendly and brusque waitresses. Only when it came to paying/tip did one of the waitresses suddenly become cheerful. Her young, consistently very friendly and service-oriented colleague "swiped it out"!

I really like it here; it's very cozy and relaxed. I was back again just today. I love it! The service is super friendly, the selection of food, cakes, and drinks is small, but definitely not boring. I also think the acoustics are good. It's often very loud in cafés, but here it's okay. I also think it's especially great that you can drop in spontaneously; you'll always find a seat. That's not often the case in Munich.

Warum waren wir eigentlich schon so lange nicht mehr zum Abendessen dort?….. diese Frage haben wir uns nach einem sehr schönen Abendessen gestellt. Der krönende Abschluss waren die Desserts Pistazien Cheesecake und Pornstar Martini, bis demnächst wieder häufiger!

I celebrated my birthday there with 30 people, quite spontaneously, and what can I say: everything went perfectly! The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, the service was impeccable, friendly, and cheerful. All the guests were thrilled, as was I!

I was here for breakfast. The food was very good and, above all, nicely presented. Sitting outside on a street corner feels like a fruit stand (it's actually next to the outdoor bar). It looked quite nice inside. The service could have been friendlier, more attentive, and faster.

Absolutely delicious currywurst! The sausage was perfectly cooked, the sauce had just the right balance of sweet and spicy, and the portion was generous. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh. The service was fast and friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made it a great spot to relax and enjoy a warm meal. Highly recommend if you’re craving a classic German dish done right!

First of all, the cheesecake with pistachios and the milk café were perfect and tasteful. But which now leads me to my experience or the experience of me and my wife. Today we went for a walk along the Isar and, since we are still quite new to Munich, we always go out for a coffee or something to eat. On the way home I had planned a surprise coffee and cake at Miss Lilly. Well said and done, we arrived at 3:20 p.m. in beautiful sunshine, and luck was on our side, a table for two was free and we sat down because the terrace was quite full. So we relaxed and waited for service and in the meantime the table behind us changed and was settled, new guests came and were given cards. However, we waited and no one paid attention to us...and we waited. In the meantime, guests sat down at another table. Now a good 15 minutes had passed and we joked that we would leave if no one was there in 5 minutes when the service came. My introduction to the conversation was "it's good that someone is coming to us, we thought no one would come" because I was being slightly sarcastic. What came next was...'usually we assign the guests a place, there is a sign on the sidewalk about this, if you don't do that you have to wait sometimes'...(My wife understood 'then we'll be happy to let them wait'...I'll use my version because that's how I heard it. Well I really always want to learn and said this and asked where the sign was, even since we were coming from the other side.. the only answer was 'there on the sidewalk' (spoiler.. when we went out we actively looked for it and found it, it was in the middle at the entrance and was a chalk board on the ground that was hidden by the bikes) Now we were actually supposed to leave...anyway, the service then said 'it doesn't matter'...I think you can use something like that as an opportunity and turn the situation around, which the service apparently didn't care much about. We now order a pistachio cheesecake and a latte, and my wife a coffee. This came quite quickly and we were then told that the cheesecake was out and there was only pistachio. I was happy to take that too. What can I say, the cheesecake was perfect, slightly pistachio note, not too much and extremely creamy, not too heavy. Just very good with an asterisk 🙏👍 The latte was also great and just as it should be, you can tell that high-quality coffee is used here. But what didn't work was my wife's coffee, the saucer was full of coffee and there were stains on the cup. We didn't say anything about this because we were still digesting the answer, and then the milk was still missing. So I called service again and milk came in a damp jug... in the meantime the coffee was cold. We took everyone with humor and then saw more and more tables changing, customers sitting down themselves and being served promptly. So we ate our stuff and paid. The conclusion for us is that we spent about an hour discussing what went wrong here, and our visit left us more excited than relaxed and fun. Please don't get me wrong, something like that can always happen where you miss a table, but then blaming the guest, serving a sorry coffee, forgetting the milk...unfortunately that doesn't leave a good impression. Even though the cheesecake was delicious, the furnishings and the toilet itself were great (yup, delicious and beautiful)... the service here ruined everything for us. After the 'welcome' he continued to be cold...and I had also looked for the fault in us...and it wasn't until we paid that they were "friendlier"... Based on this impression, we won't be visiting Miss Lilly again, which probably won't interest anyone. The afternoon on Sunday was over for us... what could we have done better? Leave immediately when the greeting was like this. It's a shame because we've never experienced anything like this in 2 years in Munich, no matter where... whether at the greengrocer or in a restaurant.

The three of us recently went to Miss Lilly's for lunch on a Friday and were disappointed. The service was quite slow for the manageable number of guests. What we really noticed negatively were the very small portions, which were offset by the high prices. 5 chicken wings and some green decoration, which was on the menu as a side salad, for around €14 is a lot. We also had the impression on previous visits that they were consciously saving on portion sizes. In retrospect, I shouldn't have choked down my shakshuka without comment, but rather complained about it straight away: the eggs were incredibly tough to chew, and the entire dish was quite tasteless. Unfortunately, it was absolutely not worth its price.

We came by here by chance and actually just wanted to have a quick coffee. It turned out to be more because we really liked the food and drinks on the next tables. Everything was very tasty, top service and a nice outdoor area to sit. We really liked and enjoyed it.

You can have a great breakfast here and the service is also very friendly. Great selection of food and really well made coffee and juices.

We sat outside. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for the waitress to serve us. It also took quite a while for breakfast to be served. Some dishes weren't available to order at 12:00. Therefore, our bill had to be changed. I don't think that was to our advantage. However, I can't say for sure. But I can't imagine the white sausages were more expensive than the other dishes.

The cake was baked by myself. Staff incredibly friendly. Salmon is a dream. Vegetables on point. Alcohol-free wine chosen as well as you can. (The market doesn't offer more, hence a 5 star selection). The cappuccino is a dream (for everyone who MUST avoid sugar or sweeteners!) For everyone else anyway... Thank you, we'll be back

A really great restaurant that I can fully recommend. The service is first class, the food selection is impressive and the food itself is absolutely delicious. We come here regularly and enjoy the culinary experience every time. Absolutely worth a visit!

Lovely staff, they had no problem finding us a great table with 45 min advance. Relaxed atmosphere. Food is straightforward good. Loved the cauliflower appetizer and pasta with prawns. Portions are very generous. Regret not having tried the cheesecake.

We were there for a birthday party and had the place exclusively to ourselves. The ambience is very appealing, the food was awesome, nice drinks and cocktails, the service was great. All guests really enjoyed it. I can only recommend it. Thank you for the lovely evening!

We have been regular guests for many years. The quality has always been consistently great since then. The spectrum ranges from a wonderful breakfast to a delicious dinner. Also sometimes vegetarian. It's small enough that the volume level remains tolerable, especially in the evening, and you can have a decent conversation. I particularly like the back corner with the fireplace - I've dozed off there for a bit and it was very nice. Thank you for being here and stay the way you are!

Service was miserable. The staff, even when a little busy, act as if everything is an inconvenience. Rude and intolerable.

Super good breakfast!! Absolutely recommended! Small drawback: We ordered coffee again and never received it

There were four of us and we had breakfast there, we both had breakfast for two and I have to say it's not quite that clever when you make two bowls, one with fruit and one with Greek yoghurt, it makes a huge mess at the table.. Eiscappo was good, the mint spritzer was also good and the service was OK. What I didn't like was that when we asked for bread a second time, we were told that we had paid for it too, but the innkeepers should think about it when they put so much sausage on a platter that there are people who don't have any You don't want to have 100g of sausage on your bread, especially when the bread is as good as here. And if it were smaller it wouldn't have to cost over 30€, because in my opinion 65€ for a breakfast with drinks for two is a lot and if I'm honest I was way too full but at that price you can't leave it behind leave and throw away. So just a little smaller in my opinion.

We went to Miss Lilly's for breakfast today. The breakfast is delicious and the service is also ok. However, strollers are not welcome in the restaurant, which was very noticeable to us from the service. In the summer, coffee grounds are burned there, which is supposed to drive away the wasps. In any case, it smelled terribly of smoke because everything was drawn inside through the open windows. We found this very disturbing as we also had small babies with us. When I asked, the waitress didn't even want to put it away. It would have been nice to pay attention to the needs of your guests.

The modern bistro impresses with a cozy interior and an impressive selection of delicious snacks and drinks. I particularly liked the various vegetarian options. The coffee is strong and aromatic, just the way I like it. The fast and friendly service rounds off the positive experience. A perfect place for a short break.

Wir waren als Familie zum Brunchen im Miss Lillys, am Wochenende sollte man lieber vorher anrufen und reservieren, sonst kann es schon mal voll sein. Es hat wie immer super geschmeckt und der Service war flott und nett. Jederzeit wieder. Jetzt müssen wir es nur noch Abends mal ins Moritz schaffen.
