Bellas Restaurant in Bad Soden offers a consistently well-rounded selection of dishes, with the vegetarian options particularly standing out. The price level is ambitious, but considering the quality provided, it is absolutely fair. One star is deducted for the somewhat unusual wine selection, which consists exclusively of natural wines. This is certainly a matter of taste. Additionally, the pauses between courses, especially at the beginning when hunger was strong, were a bit too long. All in all, a lovely evening at a restaurant with a lot of potential, and definitely worth recommending.

It was our first time at BellasLOKAL and we were really excited! My husband and I had the 5 course menu with wine accompaniment. I would particularly like to emphasize that it was a perfect combination and we were able to learn a lot from the sommelier. Maybe something can be changed about the parking situation. Otherwise we were just happy and would love to come back.

Beautiful place and surprising cuisine!

We eat out several times a week. From simple economy to star cuisine. We found Bella's restaurant quite nice, but nothing more. The restaurant is nicely decorated. However, we didn't find the atmosphere of the hosts to be particularly warm and they didn't deal with slight criticism particularly professionally - there was a lack of experience. The food was good, but the prices were exorbitant for the dishes and in fact it wasn't enough - despite the many courses (and that for me, as a petite woman). We wouldn't go there again, there's just too much competition to make it better.

Bottle prices of wine factor 4-5 compared to store prices. The market standard is 2.5-3. It's not because of "high-quality, ecological and sustainable production" - an E. Guigal Cotes du Rhône costs 8 euros in the store and 40 here. Now they also claim that this is the price of a .375 and I was wrong. Everyone google it yourself, a 0.75 bottle of Guigal can be had anywhere for less than 10 euros.

Restaurant very comfortably furnished, staff very very polite, quality very good, everything cooked organically and carefully, we can only highly recommend it, wines go well with the meal every time, price ratio everything is correct, we can only recommend it

Good service, welcoming atmosphere and excellent food with a seasonal focus. When we asked, we learned that around 90% of the processed products come from the region. The team could promote this a little more...

Excellent cuisine at the highest level We went to bellasLOKAL with the family and enjoyed the menu (both vegetarian and meat). The menu is excellently composed and always a pleasure. Since the service is also good, we'll be happy to come back - even if it's not cheap.

In February we were guests at Bella's restaurant. The very warm welcome and the chic, cozy atmosphere were a nice start to the evening. We (4 people) had the Bach and Wiese menu. With the greetings from the kitchen, or as we used to say, the amuse gueule, we were very well prepared for the evening. The Bach and Meadows menu convinced us. Here you could feel the signature of a young, modern cook who puts a lot of thought into the creation of her dishes and brings them to the plate with a very high level of craftsmanship. What stood out for me were the “Radish – Gooseberry – Mountain Cheese” courses (which I had snacked on with my wife) and the “Pork – Cabbage” course with the best pork belly I have ever eaten. Quality, texture and taste were outstanding. The own fermented fruits (such as the strawberries from the Amuse Gueule) and vegetables in the dishes were particularly successful. The whole thing was rounded off by the wine accompaniment with perfect drops from the region. Something else about the price: the evening was inexpensive, it was worth the price! Many thanks to Isabelle and your entire friendly team. If we are in the area again (unfortunately we live over 200 km away), we would be happy to come by again.

A special menu created from regional ingredients just for you. Nice staff who will let you know what was used to prepare the food at each course. And to top it off, excellent wine. I recommend it, it's a culinary experience.😄

Inventive cuisine with seasonal ingredients. No expensive ingredients. Perfectly craftsmanship. A bit too expensive for the fact that caviar, oysters, quails, game fish etc. are not used.

Sehr stimmiges Ambiente, Service war sehr aufmerksam , gut. Saisonale Karte,regionale Produkte, Menü stimmig. Die einzelnen Gänge gut, für mich könnten die Aromen etwas mehr betonter sein, auf gutem bis hohem Niveau. Das Tatar als zusätzlichen Gang, sehr zum empfehlen. Weinauswahl sehr groß, kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich leider fahren musste, den offenen“ Rotwein“ auf Empfehlung, sehr gut. Eine gute Wahl im Rhein - Main Gebiet. Klein aber sehr fein.

LOCATION: The restaurant is bright and nicely furnished, but we definitely do not recommend booking the "high tables" because they are in the front entrance area, in our opinion not very comfortable (visually) and also "exposed" to the smells from the kitchen; ) The smells don't have to be bad, but you should at least know that. Speaking of which, when we were there there was unfortunately a faint smell of “chlorine” - I have no idea whether that came from the kitchen, cleaning products or something else. And it was really just light, not that it ruined your evening, but it was a negative surprise at first. SERVICE: There was a decent mix of waitresses, from very experienced to new+nervous (charming!), from snappy to somewhat slower. As always in life. What wasn't so nice, however, was that we ordered the "cheese" as one course, and my wife in particular was really looking forward to it. When the cheese came, it wasn't "solid pieces" but a cream/consistency of strong mountain cheese. There was great disappointment because “creamy” is not her thing at all. When we pointed this out to the waiter when we asked, “It was tasty,” he just said casually, “Oh, sorry, I usually say that, I guess I forgot about it.” Well, that's a shame. I had a little hope that at least 1 of the 2 cheese courses I ordered would be “on the house” (because she let it all go back), but unfortunately not. Our two aperitifs were missing from the bill, so a good €25. I pointed this out and paid for it, here too just a simple thank you, no coffee on the house - I had to pay for it in full. It's a shame because I could have saved €25... FOOD: the food was good, the courses were well coordinated and beautifully presented, the ingredients were well selected and fresh. However, I came here with very high expectations due to the amount of great reviews. We expected something similar to CHAIRS/FFM or PANKRATZ/MZ, but found it a little more "boring". That sounds harsh and I don't mean it in a bad way, it was all really good, but the individual courses often lacked a little "pizza", a creative element, a little acid here, something pickled there... Since it was our first time We couldn't say whether that was due to the current menu or the style of the restaurant. Both are ok and you don't eat badly here - on the contrary, you eat really very well! But we were just missing "something" compared to the others mentioned... PARKING (Tip): The restaurant is located in the town center and unfortunately only has very limited parking space, which is generally not a bad thing, but there are no options in the surrounding area either. We then learned from other guests in the forecourt that it was customary to park there in the second row and that the employees would then move the cars if necessary. That's absolutely ok, but as a new + ignorant guest you're a bit at a loss at first...

Star cuisine in a family atmosphere without ski! Many thanks to Isabelle and her team for an excellent culinary Sunday lunch. The food is just to die for. Regional, high quality and great combination. The atmosphere is also a dream, as everything is high quality, well thought out and perfect down to the last detail, but you don't feel "intimidated" as is the case in some other upscale restaurants. On the contrary: Isabelle and her team make you feel “at home”. Last Sunday was the first, but certainly not the last, time we went to bellasLOKAL

A successful evening with many culinary experiences. Very friendly team, good wine list and fine cuisine. Here you can taste the chef's enthusiasm for food and feel her creativity with regional, seasonal products. We were thrilled. Not only were different flavors harmonious, but the textures also created a culinary experience. Since the menu is recreated every four weeks, we'll be back soon. Fully recommended... I am very positively surprised with how much attention to detail the service is, the dishes are prepared and what an incredible, ingenious taste there is in the dishes. I would love to come back...

Leider hat der Anspruch mit der Realität nichts gemein!!! Die eingesetzten Lebensmittel von der Resterampe, Schweinebauch und gepökeltes Schwein passen nicht zur Preisgestaltung, wenn der Gast sich ekelt ist die Reaktion „ Tut mir leid“ zu wenig. Wenn das Argument ist“ wir verarbeiten das ganze Tier“, bedeutet im Klartext, dass die anderen die tollen Stücke kaufen und wir den Rest, der Preis ist dafür aber nochmals erhöht?! Wenn die Rechnung für 4 Personen ohne Alkoholische Getränke bei 480,- € liegt, bin ich viel viel besseres gewöhnt. Fazit: abgezockt mit mir nie wieder!!!

Unfortunately, completely overpriced for the use of inferior materials, pork belly and cured pork balls are just disgusting!!! I think €480 for 4 people without alcoholic drinks is exorbitant considering the food used! The staff is poorly trained and cannot take criticism, including the owner!!! just arrogant and for me: never again!!!

Had an amazing time with girls for year-end dinner. Small, cozy and local vibe restaurant. Every course menus, servers are explain you about the food in detail. Which felt amazing. Some of the foods in menu can be improved but in general experience here was pleasant. Definitely recommend for special occasions. Parking space is not spacious.

Took my team for dinner (24 people). We had a great evening. The food was great, the presentation and service was very good, and the wines were very good too. It is hard to find truly German restaurants that focus on local products and cuisine with a sophisticated twist and good execution. This is one of the few spots in the Frankfurt area that fit that description. Dining with Isabelle and her team is well worth the drive!

Zähes Rind im Hauptgang - faktisch nicht essbar; ‚Argument‘: es handele sich aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen um eine alte Kuh usw. Das ist alles ganz nett und grundsätzlich (regional-biologische Zutaten) sehr zu unterstützen, gleichwohl schlägt - insbesondere in dieser (geforderten) Preisregion - Nachhaltigkeit nicht Geschmack. Kein Entgegenkommen seitens der Küche - Kritik wurde hingenommen. Zudem diverse Fehler in der Mechanik: es fehlte mehrfach entweder Besteck oder Wein zum jeweiligen Gang, der munter vor uns stehend abkühlte. Sehr schade; wir kommen nicht wieder, auch wenn viele Dinge stimmten.

A wonderful evening with excellent food. My sister and I felt very comfortable in the cozy atmosphere and pleasantly attentive staff. The cook interpreted the local cuisine wonderfully. A pleasure down to the smallest detail. We will definitely repeat this with other family members.

The restaurant is star-worthy. The menu was simply great, perfectly coordinated dishes of a very high quality, great wine accompaniment, service staff extremely nice and attentive - everything is really right here.

Disappointing. We were at Bellas as part of the Frankfurt Restaurant Festival, but unfortunately our expectations were not met. The food with little creativity and no pizzazz. Although the approach to local cuisine certainly has charm, the concept could not be implemented in terms of taste and appearance. The price-performance ratio was therefore disproportionate. There is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of service - a shame.

I have visited Bella several times. She cooks regionally, deliciously and always special! See for yourself.

The food was wonderful. Service relaxed and good. Which I didn't think was so good. The door to the toilets was usually open and allowed a view of the sinks. When you come out of the toilet, the people at the high tables look at you. As I said, great wine recommendations and really good food. We will be back.

Das Restaurant von Isabelle Pering ist eine sehr willkommene Bereicherung der gastronomischen Szene im Taunus. Uns haben die kreativen und modernen Menüs vollends überzeugt. Gleiches gilt für die spannende Weinbegleitung und den Service durch das engagierte Team. Wir haben einen wundervollen Abend in sehr entspannter Atmosphäre verbracht.

Das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Speisen sind wahre Gaumenfreuden. Jedes Gericht ist meisterhaft zubereitet, mit einer raffinierten Präsentation und einer außergewöhnlichen Geschmacksvielfalt. Die sorgfältig ausgewählte Weinkarte ergänzt das kulinarische Erlebnis ideal. bellasLOKAL ist ein absolutes Muss für Feinschmecker, die eine unvergessliche gastronomische Reise erleben möchten.

Bellas ist so eine Entdeckung, welche man eigentlich gar nicht empfehlen möchte, weil man sich wünscht dass es ein Geheimtipp bleibt und man immer einen Platz bekommt. Wäre natürlich unfair- Deswegen volle Punktzahl in allen Bereichen, würde mich wundern, wenn die Michelin, GM und anderen Tester nicht auch schon aufmerksam geworden sind. Lebe teilweise in Südschweden, Kopenhagen nicht weit, auch deshalb fühle ich mich hier wohl, könnte genauso dort sein. Reduziertes Ambiente und auch kein Schnick Schnack auf den Tellern, Fokus auf die Produkte, da wird auch mal die Karotte zum Star. Und trotzdem haben wir hier keine lächerliche „Hipsterbude“, wie wir sie in Berlin finden. Einfach klasse, weiter so 👍🏻

Das Ambiente vom Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam aber unaufdringlich. Das Speisen waren immer etwas unerwartet, aber auch immer sehr lecker. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir haben gestern einen wunderschönen Abend in bellasLOKAL verbracht und sind begeistert! Das Essen ist großartig und auf dem besten Weg Richtung Sternenhimmel. Auch hinsichtlich der Weinbegleitung wurden wir vom freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal bestens beraten. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und stimmig. Schön ist auch, dass die Menükarte alle 4 Wochen wechselt und regional und saisonal ausgerichtet ist. Eine absolute kulinarische Bereicherung für die Region. Wir werden bald wiederkommen.

Wir hatten letzte Woche eine tolle Familienfeier in Bellas Lokal. Leckeres Essen -passende Weine dazu- in sehr schönem Ambiente. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können es sehr empfehlen.

Aber die mittlerweile gewachsene Fangemeinde bestätigt die Qualität und die Kontinuität abzuliefern. Well done!

Vergangenen Montag haben wir bellasLOKAL ausprobiert. Die Atmosphäre wirkt hell und modern aber durch die Holztische und Stühle auch etwas traditionell. Mittig über unserem Tisch beleuchtete ein Deckenspot die Tischfläche. Das Licht war recht hart und hell und erzeugte dunkle Schatten um die Augen. Die Akkustik war mäßig laut, weil die nackten Wände den Schall reflektieren und man manches Wort von anderen Tischen mitkriegte. Die Speisekarte entsprach wohl noch dem Oktober-Menü und wird anscheinend manuell mit einer Schreibmaschine abgetippt was für die Affinität zur Handarbeit spricht. Das Essen war regional und qualitativ sehr gut. Deutsche Küche wird hier jeden Monat ganz neu interpretiert und ansprechend angerichtet. Geschmacklich waren die Gerichte gut, aber könnten noch mehr Akzente vertragen. Ein älteres Ehepaar am Nachbartisch hat sich über zu wenig Soße beim Hauptgericht beschwert. Die Portionen sind nicht groß, aber machen gerade so satt. Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam und jede Speise wurde kommentiert. Die junge, sympathische Restaurantbesitzerin haben wir beim Rausgehen in der Küche am Kochtopf noch erblicken können. Einen erneuten Besuch würde ich aus Neugier zu einer anderen Saison wagen.

Ganz liebevoll geführtes Lokal. Es herrscht eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Mal was anderes. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Habe mich da auch als Single Gast wohl gefühlt.
