Really bad... So first of all: They're not Italians... they're more like Arabs or Turks who do things in Italian. Then there's the fact that the pizza looks exactly like this one from Lild/Aldi for 2/3€! And it tastes that way too. The waiter was so rude that he flirted at me in front of my male companion 😂 and also winked at me… The toilets are extremely small but ok…

Card payments starting at €30.00 are outdated and are anything but customer-friendly and customer-oriented. Especially since this self-imposed arrangement may not be legal according to the banks' usual terminal acceptance contracts.

Unfortunately I have to leave again because card payment was not possible. So I can only say that I was greeted very warmly and immediately felt at home. Unfortunately, I only found out about the cash payment after sitting down. When I was about to order, I thought I'd better ask. I only ever have around 10 euros in cash with me and that's why I couldn't stay. My wish: Please write at the entrance if only cash payment is possible. That's unusual these days. I ordered a Parma pizza and got a pizza with Black Forest ham... After I pointed out the error, a Black Forest ham package from Lidl was thrust under my nose with the words "No, this is the normal Parma ham." There was no discount for the half-eaten, wrong pizza.

Pizza was very tasty, service was actually quite good. Star deduction because we couldn't pay with a card even at €30 and one of us had to look for an ATM for half an hour. And our order was almost billed incorrectly (too much). Nevertheless, everything else is true 🙌🏼

I had a poor experience with it. It took 5 minutes for the waiter to take my order, and 40 minutes to get a simple plate of spaghetti. The food tasted subpar, especially after such a long wait. I wouldn't recommend this place for quick and tasty meals.

I can only recommend this pizzeria. Everything is fresh and the food tastes very good. The team is very nice and competent. They respond to every customer request.

The servise was lame. Waitres came after good 15 min of waiting. We ordered a coke and it came without glasses. Pizzas you can see on the picture. They are burned on the side. One hour after the food we had a digestive problems. Next to this place is also italien restaurant i have been there half a year ago. Everything there is 100% better.

It’s typical Italian restaurant, with bread as entrance. The vegetarian lasagne was very good, the other plates with pasta, the sauce were good, but the options, like the Gorgonzola cheese and the broccoli, were very little. The portions are very well served.

Small, rustic Italian restaurant with inexpensive, good cuisine. Pizzas with a thin base and good toppings, we had capricciosa and gorgonzola, both very good. Friendly service, good quality, top value for money considering the central location. I would have liked to upload two photos to the post, but I only get the message 'Error' without any further information. A pity!

We were there on Carnival Thursday. I have rarely experienced such unfriendly service. All the questions we asked were answered with no and in the end we were asked to please clear the seats because other people still wanted to eat. If 3 people eat something there and then one person goes to the toilet and you have to vacate the seats, I would say that the customer is not a king there. The second star is only because of the food.

A good Italian restaurant, so you always know that you are getting something tasty for your money. Price performance and what you get served is right. Employees are nice and attentive. My children always feel comfortable there and are always given a pad and pencils to draw with. And if we are very hungry, we quickly serve really delicious warm bread with herb butter.

The food is okay. But it was an overall horrible experience to dine at this restaurant. The Boss was extremely disrespectful towards us. For example he told us what we should order even though that is our decision. He told us we should order a certain food because it takes faster to make. He also made weird comments like how I should eat up faster. And also I know I could have payed with card because they had a machine, but he still made me pay with cash involuntarily. Will not be coming back.

The selection of restaurants in Cologne is varied.... I still end up here every time I'm in Cologne. The taste is simply great, always fresh, very very friendly and the price is absolutely affordable. Thank you ♡

There is no disgusting pizza dough in Ehrenfeld, after the first bite you regret the visit, there are simply too many good Italians here.

Kleines italienisches Lokal, etwas unscheinbar, Service hakt etwas, aber die Speisenauswahl ist riesig und das Essen - sowohl Pizza als auch Pasta - war sehr gut, wir waren sehr positiv überrascht.

Horrorabend: der Laden leer und das Personal trotzdem unfähig. Essen hat nicht geschmeckt. Wir wurden 3x gefragt was wir bestellt haben, obwohl der Laden - wie eingangs erwähnt - leer war! Wir haben am Ende gesagt, dass das Essen uns nicht geschmeckt hat: Keine Entschuldigung, nur ein tötender Blick und ein Lachen vom Chef. Unverschämt und unhöflich. Und: die laute schreckliche Musik hat gestört. Preis-Leistung-Service daher sehr schlecht. Das war vor 10 Monaten noch anders! Da wurde man noch höflich behandelt und es hat geschmeckt.

Schneller Service , Pizza geschmacklich 10/10, der Mann der uns bedient hat war ein sehr höflicher und netter Mensch. Würde jedem der gute Pizza mag und schätzt einen Besuch hier empfehlen.

Sprachlos, selten so schlecht gegessen:( wir sind beide mit Bauchschmerzen nach Hause. Kellner war sehr unfreundlich, hat uns sehr gedrängt sofort zu bestellen, er wollte währen des Essens abkassieren und hat uns die Teller beim letzten Bissen weggezogen…

Seit 10 Jahren bin ich der selben Meinung: Es gibt keinen Ort weit und breit, an dem man besser essen kann, als im bella italia! Grandios! Schon endlos dort gewesen und es gab noch nie eine Enttäuschung.

2 Spinat Pizzen ohne Käse dafür zwar mit etwas mehr Spinat, Tomatensoße, etwas mehr Knoblauch und etwas mehr Oregano ist trotzdem zu teuer für teure freche 17,80 € und günstiger 2 Spinat Pizzen für 16,- € das wäre dann wiederum in Ordnung gewesen !

Herr Cumia hat sein seit einem halben Jahr abgemeldete und verranzte Auto bei mir in der Tiefgarage abgestellt. Ich war mit Baby, wahnsinniger Stress mit Ordnungsamt, Verwaltung und letztlich mit Polizei, die mir Namen und Adressen gaben. Das war gestern. Heute kam der Abschlepper, Auto war weg. Offenbar wieder ohne Zulassung mit gefahren. Ganz offenbar kriminell, möchte hier nichts aus der Küche essen, ganz sicher nicht sauber und ganz sicher Mangelware!

Liebe die Pizza in diesem Restaurant, für mich eine der Besten der Stadt. Auch die Pasta Gerichte sind sehr lecker. Am schönsten ist es im Sommer draußen an der Straße zu sitzen mit einem kühlen Glas Weißwein. Eine absolute Empfehlung, wenn man leckere italienische Speisen in einem kleinen süßen Laden genießen möchte!

Essen war ok. Kellner war not amused, weil ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben habe. Der Service war allerdings unterirdisch. Musste dann 2€ extra zahlen für Parmesan aus der Tüte, erbärmlich! Viel Spaß mit den 2€!

Pizza und Pasta waren okay für den Preis Leider gibt es Kölsch nur in Flaschen. Schrecklich sind die Toiletten. Kaputter Toilettendeckel, nasser Boden, eine feuchte Klopapierrolle. Sowas geht nicht. Zudem sind die Messer stumpf und man muss die Pizza zerreißen. Die Bedienung ist langsam und nicht gut.

Super leckere Pizza, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss. Top Service, immer freundlich und nett.

Service ist katastrophal und völlig überfordert, obwohl der Laden halb leer ist. Bestellungen gehen offenbar auf dem Weg zur Küche unter. Keinerlei Entschuldigung; der Inhaber erklärt, der Mitarbeiter habe "keine Ahnung", er selbst könne aber nichts dafür. Ja wer hat die Mitarbeiter denn eingestellt?! Pizza und Pasta sind maximal mittelmäßig.

Kommunikation schwierig, Preise machen den Eindruck das sie gewürfelt sind. Die Pizza selber war in Ordnung. Das Ambiente ist nicht so einladend: der offene Servicebereich wirkt sehr unaufgeräumt.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Auch wenn das Essen günstig ist. Personal unter aller Sau!!! Unfreundlich und herablassend gegenüber dem Gast. Der Laden ist sehr dreckig und laut. Gibt lieber 2€oder 3€ mehr aus und geht wo anderes essen, wo Ihre auch freundlich bedient werdet.
