I ordered a 2-for-1 bowl online from Beets & Roots, but unfortunately only one was initially delivered. My work colleague was correspondingly disappointed - but then the great service came into play! After a call, the problem was solved in a very friendly and quick manner: the employee was extremely nice and took care of it immediately. Shortly afterwards a courier arrived with the missing bowl - and as a small compensation there were even delicious cookies on top! 🥰 This is how customer service works with heart! As always, the food was fresh, healthy and really tasty. I will definitely order again. Clear recommendation! 💚

I had the Avocado Chicken Bowl delivered, but I'm a little disappointed. The bowl definitely looks bigger in the pictures and is more beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the sauce provided is too liquid. The taste was okay, but nothing special.

Ordered via Uber Eats. The bowl is a bit sad and nothing worth the price. 3 pieces Cauliflower, 5 pieces small falafel balls (probably from the freezer), 3 spoons of chick peas and some baby spinach and cabbage for 11 Euros is a rip off....unfortunately the paid bread was not delivered.

There's really only one thing you can say: More appearance than reality. - Broccoli from the field (uncooked) - Delicacies from the fridge (-10 degrees if God wants it that way) - Organic apple spritzer was edible unlike the rest - Staff was very friendly -Unidentifiable items found in food Not recommended. The salad we ordered was very bland and difficult to eat because of how it was assembled. Unfortunately the aubergines where still hard/raw in the middle. The toilet was the dirtiest thing I saw since a long time. Absolutely a 0/5 experience

We had a delivery order so I can't comment on the service. We have visited the store before, hence the rating for the ambience. Unfortunately the food was below average. For just under 30€ there was a Japanese salmon bowl with dry rice, a chicken Caesar salad with rubbery, not at all crispy chicken, a few parmesan crackers, a few tomatoes and mainly lettuce as well as tasteless and not at all spicy sweet potato cubes, some of which were not right were even. Unfortunately for us it was absolutely a waste of money, the quality was subpar for us. Unfortunately we can't recommend it, it's a shame!

Delicious bowls and good selection. Unfortunately, the room is very cool, there is no music playing and when it is empty it is rather uncomfortable. Unfortunately, you have to pick up the food yourself at the counter when it's ready. There was no one there other than us, so they could have given us a quick ride. I would only recommend it with delivery. I wouldn't eat there again.

Everything great ! I've been a vegetarian for years and travel a lot through various big cities, so far I haven't found a better shop! The food is prepared with love, the service is always friendly, even if you need a quick bowl shortly before the end. The shop is always clean! Like the toilets! All around.....perfect! 30€ for 2 dry bad bowls and 2 drinks. The falafel was dry and inedible. The shop was dirty and there were flies everywhere. Employee alone and overwhelmed. Not recommendable.

Normally I'm not the type to write a review, but this time I'll make an exception. The food was very tasty, especially the carrot cake. We only ordered 1 carrot cake but got 3! super friendly and patient service.

Unfortunately only one star from me. Our bowls had dried, hard rice that was glassy. Even though it is the main product. The employee was friendly, but was probably solely responsible for service (taking orders, as it was self-service) and the kitchen. The snack bar was modern and friendly, but simply furnished. I would rather say that the snack bar is not recommended.

Nothing outstanding, but not super bad either. What is not possible, however, is that even if you tell the staff that the table is dirty or the toilet (one for the entire restaurant; yes, mixed) is filthy, nothing will happen here. There was also a rather questionable sign hanging on the toilet that might interest Google. Hangs attached. I personally find it a disgrace. The amount of food is also a bit small. There are only disposable cutlery and bowls. Then it's better to go somewhere else where you'll probably get more for your money and won't put as much strain on the environment.

Nice place with healthy options. However, I’ve ordered the Levante Chicken Bowl and it was super spicy though it was not disclosed on the menu. Honestly, for me far too spicy, I was not able to finish it. The service was ok.

Honestly the best Indian food I have ever had. The naan bread was phenomenal, the holy paneer delicious! Our waitress Lashi (not sure about spelling) was very knowledgeable about menu and told me exactly what I could and couldn’t have because I don’t eat fresh coriander. Cannot wait to go back!

I had a protein bowl that I didn't finish. The first time I tried it, I noticed that the broccoli and sweet potato had a bite. Very difficult when you buy such food.

This spot is a great find for anyone looking for fresh salads, bowls, and sandwiches. I tried their new Oriental bowl, which featured delicious earthy red beet hummus, creamy tahini dressing, tangy red cabbage, falafel and curry cauliflower. Sadly, the falafel were quite dry, and the curry cauliflower was a bit of a letdown; it was overly spiced, leaving a raw curry taste lingering unpleasantly. Also, smaller cauliflower pieces would make the bowl easier to manage, particularly for takeout. On the plus side, the service was friendly and my order arrived quickly. A mixed experience, but there's potential if they tweak a few things!

The wrap was 80% lettuce, but almost €8 is crazy. It's also a bit boring inside. We are also used to bowls that taste better.

Im Vergleich zum eatdoori in Köln leider atmosphärisch nicht vergleichbar. Das Essen war lecker aber auch da nicht ganz so gut wie in Köln. Das Pistazieneis war sehr lecker! Der Service war praktikabel und nett. Insgesamt hat es eher den Charme eines Restaurants das man nach der Shoppingtour spontan besucht, als dass man dort einen gemütlichen und geselligen Abend mit Freunden verbringt.

The restaurant is not cozy in regards to the tables and chairs, it’s kind of a fast food kiosk pretend is an Indian restaurant which far away from Indian culture and Indian cuisine Not recommend at all

Wir sind Stammkunden, aber gestern war es nicht so toll. Die ganze Zeit wurde lautstark das Besteck sortiert. Warum macht man das nicht woanders als im Innenraum!? Die schmutzigen Teller wurden ewig nicht abgeräumt. Und das schlimmste, meine komplette Paprika in dem Essen war schlecht. Richtig ekelhaft. Komisch, weil das Essen sonst immer mega lecker war. Sowas darf nicht passieren.

Had a falafel wrap here. It was pretty tasty though the ingredients were not evenly distributed across the wrap. I got many bites of crunchy veggies with no falafel...it wasn't a huge problem for me as I liked the veggies.

There are plenty of healthy and generous portion of salad bowls available. They are served quickly, making it easy to grab a meal even during a lunch break at work or when you're short on time. Since it's close to home, I often go there, and the staff is always very friendly and courteous!

Reasonable place and grateful of the many vegan options. Bit put out the the vegan ceasar salad is not actually vegan due to the sauce. The curry bowl sauce is exactly the same as the soup, interesting. Still ok place if in the area but not rushing back

We ordered two Sweet chilli chicken wraps. There was barely a hint of chicken included. Should have been described as lettuce wraps.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen vor Ort. Service super freundlich und Auswahl sehr gut! Frisch und gute Qualität, super im Geschmack. Fragen wurden gerne beantwortet und dazu auch gut beraten. Gluten - und laktosefreie Gerichte - mich hat die Avocado Chicken Bowl überzeugt ☺️☺️ Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Erstes mal hier zum abholen bestellt. Ceasar Chicken Wrap mit 2 kleinen Stücken Hähnchen bekommen und 90% trockenem Salat. Das wars leider absolut nicht wert für 7,95 euro. Beim 2. Mal die Chicken Protein Bowl bestellt, welche sehr gut war-perfekt nach dem Gym.

Ich habe mir heute eine Bowl geholt und es war super lecker. Sie wurde frisch zubereitet, die Zutaten sehr hochwertig und lecker, die Portion ist groß und der Service auch sehr nett. Alles in allem toll, weiter so! Ich komme definitiv wieder 😊☀️

Zum zweiten Mal in Folge war die Bestellung nicht vollständig. Ich rechne es dem Laden hoch an, dass ich mein Geld wiederbekommen habe, nachdem ich bei der ersten fehlerhaften Bestellung nett per Mail darauf hingewiesen habe. Personal vor Ort ist auch immer sehr freundlich. Aber es wird gerne an den hochwertigeren Zutaten gespart, die leider viel am Geschmack der Bowl ausmachen. In der letzten Bowl fehlten zb die Granatapfelkerne und Edamame, ich hatte also ca. 15€ für hauptsächlich Reis, Erbsen, Salat und ein bisschen Fisch gezahlt. Dieses Mal fehlte der Koriander, "Mandelcrunch" bestand aus zwei kompletten Mandeln, die Granatapfelkerne musste man auch suchen, das dazu bestellte Brot war sehr trocken und der Blumenkohl in beider unserer Bowls war so sauer, dass wir ihn nicht essen konnten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht mehr und ich möchte mir auch nicht bei jeder Bestellung die Mühe machen, eine Mail zu schreiben. Daher gibt es jetzt hier die schlechte Bewertung und zwei Kunden weniger. Wirklich schade, als der Laden in Düsseldorf neu eröffnete waren es für mich die besten Bowls der Stadt. Anbei ein Foto meiner letzten Bowl, bei der ich meinen heiß geliebten Koriander schmerzlich vermisse.

This food is absolutely terrible. Everything that was supposed to be cooked was VERY undercooked (rice was crunchy, sweet potatoes were hard) and many of the vegetables were overripe. My salad mix had a lot of almost rotten leaves in it and the avocado was as brown as it was green. If you're going to make simple food with fresh ingredients then you need to cook things properly and make sure things are actually fresh. Definitely do not recommend.
