The brewery offers very good dishes such as roulades with Coburg dumplings and similar dishes. The home-brewed Vestebier was excellent. The staff, dressed in matching dirndls or lederhosen, were very accommodating and very friendly. I can only highly recommend this restaurant. Update!!! We ate at the brewery again yesterday... and were a bit disappointed. The quality of the food was very good as always (Franconian Sauerbraten and Pfeffercremebraten, both with dumplings), but there wasn't much else on the menu, except for maybe two or three different schnitzels. One dish was even canceled by 6 p.m.!! Conclusion: The quality of the food is still good, but the selection is really meager. No roulades, no cheese spaetzle, no food surprises like the pizza schnitzel. When I go out to eat, I don't expect a huge selection, which usually means the quality suffers, but I do expect a bit more in terms of food selection. It was a Tuesday and it's holiday season... is that why??? The "Stadl" was quite busy inside and in the "garden" throughout the evening. The staff was plentiful and friendly, but sometimes they lacked attention, i.e., they didn't look at the guests when they wanted to order something. As you know, costs have also increased in the restaurant industry, with dishes at the Brauhaus Stadl increasing by about €2. However, that's no reason for us to stop going to our favorite restaurant when we have a craving and appetite for Franconian cuisine. But yesterday's visit was a bit disappointing for us. We still hope for better times at our brewery.

Beautiful beer garden across the street. The Schäuferla (a kind of sausage) is very tasty and plentiful.

The schnitzel was okay, but the sauce ruined it. It was more like a paprika sauce than a hunter's sauce. The mushrooms were fresh and good. The salad was mediocre: shriveled tomatoes, and everything else just thrown into a bowl with a bit of sauce on top. They could really put more effort into it, especially considering the 4.6 stars. The dish of the day, stuffed zucchini with tomato sauce, had no flavor at all. Nothing was seasoned, which is a shame. The waiters are good at their jobs, but they speak very broken German. You often have to repeat yourself when ordering or answering questions. All in all, it was quite solid, but it didn't blow us away. But that's what you'd expect from the reviews. We liked the robot the most, as did the waiters' outfits. However, the 4.7 rating is unjustified here.

It would definitely have earned one or two more stars...but with such a waitress (in a dirndl on June 21st at 7:00 PM), who actually refused to serve customers and then ridiculed customers with colleagues, clearly visible to all the guests...That's completely unacceptable! Otherwise, the food, served by two very friendly kitchen staff, was really very good....due to the incidents within our tour group (sales over €400), I, at least, will not be using the restaurant a second time....

A lovely offshoot of the brewery with a small beer garden and a great beer selection. The food and service are also top-notch.

They need +20min for a beer even though the shop is de facto empty. Then I went to the Italian around the corner and there they have the same beer also in cold for half the price.

The service was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the food is pure convenience food. Everything was purchased from the supermarket, with only minimal improvements. Both of us had stomach problems afterward. I wouldn't recommend it! Go to the Loreley Restaurant instead. It costs €2-3 more, but everything there is great!

Rustic but modern... Nice waiters and good Franconian cuisine... the waiter on wheels is of course a highlight!

The service was very attentive, friendly and committed. The food was mixed. Two in our group had the Schäufele (dry, not crispy, lacking in flavor) with sauerkraut (overcooked and cold). The other dishes were good to very good (cordon blue). The atmosphere is appealing and the prices are okay.

The sauerbraten with this sauce is a stunner and worth 5*. The Coburger dumpling with its mushy consistency is also tasty. We were guests here twice. The bratwursts with sauerkraut were okay. But today I ate a sausage salad. I was probably the only one who ordered this for days because it wasn't particularly enjoyable. On the contrary, the bread was old and dry, the onions were strangely discolored, musty, had a greasy consistency and the rest of it didn't smell fresh but rather rancid in my opinion. I also think the green placemats could be given a thorough cleaning. They are very stained and unsightly and some of the tables were not wiped down, but were sticky from previous drinks. It's actually a shame that it's handled so carelessly.

The food was really tasty. We were pointed out in advance about some dishes that were not yet on the menu due to menu changes. These dishes were very tasty. The final cucumber schnapps perfected the stay.

I don't know where I found a fly in the ointment. The ambience is as you would expect from a brewery - cozy and rustic. The food is also typical of the brewery - hearty Franconian cuisine. The service was quick, attentive and friendly. Overall a nice location.

A very nice, rustic pub, just like you'd expect in Bavaria, with a slightly modern feel, but the staff unfortunately doesn't quite fit the bill. There were a lot of communication issues, and the robot waiter didn't fit the concept at all. The food, however, was really good Bavarian food. And so was the beer, of course.

The best shoulder of pork I've ever eaten, along with the yeast dumplings and, above all, the vanilla sauce, was exquisite, and the very good, distinctive home-brewed beer. Friendly and prompt service, a cozy atmosphere. I'd gladly return!

A Bavarian-style restaurant, unfortunately the waiters speak little German and will not help you choose a dish. You have to wait a long time for the food, unfortunately the fries were undercooked and the Cordon Bleu was raw inside. The dish was deducted from the bill, but unfortunately the part eaten returned overnight. Stomach pain for sure. Nothing to recommend.

We didn't eat anything, but we were there and used the facility to tap ourselves. A nice idea in itself and has some event charm. Unfortunately we had to throw away the first half liter of the four beers offered because it smelled extremely bad and tasted bad and sour. Apparently the facility had not been used for a while and the beer on tap was no longer good. The service itself was okay and the atmosphere is quite nice.

Food: Meat, pork knuckle and shoulder – boring, unseasoned, tasteless. Potato pancakes – terrible, noticeable bits of raw potatoes and under seasoned. Sauce – like a convenience food from the supermarket, chemical and tasteless. The sauces of both dishes tasted the same. Drinks were OK, but we came to try the German cuisine, which we generally enjoyed, and left disappointed. Service: The waitress walked past us several times in the entrance area without saying a word, so we took the cards ourselves and sat down. The service was nice, but we didn't feel comfortable there. Edit: The prices were too high for such a weak kitchen. Also, I saw on my Google account that my review wasn't published?

A lovely evening and very friendly staff, courteous and attentive. Food went like this, but that's probably a matter of taste. I actually like ride-ons, but the Franconian ones were too mushy for me. I know the sauerbraten sauce differently and better. Overall everything is okay, but it doesn't have to be a second time. The noise level/acoustics were far too high for me, everything was loud and the store wasn't even half full.

Also echt jetzt. Das hätte ich in Coborch gar net vermutet. Preislich zwar etwas teuer als auf dem Land aber wirklich sehr gute Hausmannskost. Geschmacklich alle bestellten Gerichte 1a und ansprechend angerichtet, die Coborcher Rutschä perfekt. Service am Amfang etwas schleppend aber aufgrund der netten Kollegen nicht perfekt aber einfach stimmig. Der Besuch hat uns allen gefallen. Bestimmt kommen wir nochmal vorbei.

All good, I just missed the spare ribs that I ate with you in July.

We had reserved a table there for dinner (for 3 people), without which we certainly wouldn't have been able to get a seat. When we called we were also told where to park (parking garage right next to it). Nice atmosphere, staff friendly and food tasted very good (we had the pork knuckle 3 times, sauerkraut came in an extra bowl and an empty plate was even given for the bones)

We were there for the first time and were greeted by a very friendly young man who recommended a table to us. The menu was clear, praise God. The ambience of the restaurant was a mix of Bavarian economy and Irish pub. The service proved to be very friendly, competent and accommodating. The food was tasty and plentiful, and the very good price/performance ratio was undeniable. A very successful evening, I would love to do it again and again. Thanks!
