I don't even know where to start, but the food is simply amazing! We came to the restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and were immediately greeted warmly by a young employee. When we went to our table and sat down, the menu appeared less than 20 seconds later. The service is truly top-notch. We then ordered as usual, and when the appetizer arrived, we were more than blown away by the presentation. Everything looked sooo good!! Our favorite was the beef in betel leaves. For the main course, we opted for chicken and ribeye, which were listed on a separate menu. The sauce the meat was in was so delicious, we'll probably dream about it today. To go with the main course, I had a salad with salmon and avocado, and the salmon was cooked to perfection, and the house dressing was simply amazing! All in all, I have to say that the value for money here is more than excellent. A solid 5/5. Thank you for a truly wonderful and almost unforgettable evening. I do have one small suggestion for improvement, though: it might be worth considering leaving drinks menus on the table, separate from the menu. The restaurant has such delicious homemade drinks that you unfortunately don't really think about them when ordering something else.

Incredibly delicious food at very reasonable prices, and the drinks are so good I wish I could have ordered them all one after the other. We went there for dinner on Saturday and had to come back on Sunday. <3

We stopped by spontaneously with six people, with no problems. The drinks arrived reasonably quickly, and the appetizers followed without much delay. The best yakitori I've ever had. The main course took a little longer (but completely within reason). But the short wait was absolutely worth it. The meat was 10/10 in all dishes (including the shrimp). Super fresh vegetables and salad. Really, really, really good decisions to eat here.

This place is a gem. We gave it a try while staying in Berlin and we had the best meal. Fresh, tasty and the ambience was lovely. Also I thought really good value. We ate fresh spring rolls, a mango peanut salad, udon noodles with chicken and a Thai curry thing (can’t remember the name). It was all gorgeous!

Update 2025: We've been there four or five times now. Always nice and authentic. Last week we had the good pho (chicken), berry vodka, sushi, and mango salad. We're going again today. We went for something to eat on Saturday evening and saw the good photos and reviews on GM, which made our decision easier. The restaurant is right on the street with other restaurants nearby (surrounding area), meaning there are a few tables outside, which was very pleasant. The menu offers a lot of great dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. What immediately struck us was the freshly prepared dishes and the really good value for money. Cocktails for €6.90, starters around €5. Main courses around €10 or a little more. Compared to some other places... We were served quickly, everyone was friendly, and the food was also very good. The food was really good, nice and hot, and looked delicious! Highly recommended: I would go back immediately and try more of their delicacies.

We actually went back today because the sushi was some of the best we've ever eaten. Friendly and helpful, too. Definitely recommend it! Update: Back again today, ate crispy rolls. We went home happy. Thank you!

The prices at this restaurant are quite reasonable and that’s about the only thing I found good about this place. I ordered a beer and the server bought it already poured in a mug and it was not too cold. They should bring the bottle and open it in front of me so I can see that I am getting the beer I ordered, I am not sure if it was. The Pho Chay that I ordered had too much salt in it. At the end of the meal when I tried to pay by card they told me that the minimum for card payment was 15 euros, my bill was slightly below that. There is no sign either on the menu or inside the restaurant that says the minimum for card is 15 euros, I think the server made up this limit right there. Also, he never returned the small change I was due, maybe he assumed I did not want the change. I don’t know how this place got so many good reviews.

Ate alone while traveling for work, fantastic fresh food! The sizzling plate with beef is recommended, but be careful with your appetizer: spring rolls, both cold and fried on the menu, top dish too. Had a great meal with a Tiger bear, compliments!

Freshly prepared, aromatically seasoned and with high-quality ingredients - you can taste that the cooking here is done with passion. There is also a great selection for vegetarians and vegans. The service is friendly, attentive and pleasantly unobtrusive. You feel completely welcome and well looked after. Baonong is also fairly priced - especially considering the quality and freshness of the food. So if you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food in a nice atmosphere, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back!

Delicious Pho in a family atmosphere. The Pho was freshly prepared, relatively simple and classic but very tasty. The portion size was generous – in the best possible way. The broth started out nice and hot, but cooled down a little too quickly for my taste. This was probably due to the large amount of rare/medium-rare beef, which was supposed to cook in a hot broth and absorbed a lot of heat in the process. The price was really fair, especially for the quantity offered and the fact that we were there in the evening. The ambience is tastefully decorated - especially the beautiful trees. The service was friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. For example, the young waiter was about to bring us the fortune cookies, but then stopped and argued with the other waitress (presumably a family member) for a minute. During this time we sat waiting somewhat awkwardly. Bottom line: A filling and delicious soup at a more than fair price, in a family environment.

Authentic and really good Vietnamese restaurant. With one of the best Vietnamese I have visited. Seems a bit inconspicuous from the outside. Very good prices. The starters are highly recommended. Card payment is possible.

I became aware of the restaurant by chance and was completely surprised. Great food, nice and funny staff (in the kitchen there was a lot of singing along to the radio, but with a lot of love). The prices are incredibly cheap, we first thought we had missed something when we found the store online. Food great, service great, prices great. What more could you want?

As non-Berlin residents, we chose this restaurant today based on a Google recommendation and were not disappointed! The food (spring rolls, soup, crispy fried duck) were excellent. Was here for the first time today because the good reviews made me curious. The staff is nice and friendly. The food is good but not exceptional. The interior is attractive. Only the men's toilet is really not nice. The standing pools are partially covered. This needs to be renovated. Not a nice feeling when you have to use the toilet. It's also not nice that there is no invoice.

This Asian restaurant is truly an amazing experience! Particularly noteworthy is their lunch special, where you get a delicious and filling portion for a very good price. The menu is huge and offers incredible variety, which makes the choice even more exciting. The service is excellent - the staff are very friendly and attentive, always ready to help or make recommendations. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also pleasant and cozy, ideal for a relaxed lunch or dinner. When you order something to take away, the packaging is always very good and well thought out so that the quality and taste remains the same as in the restaurant. Absolutely recommended!

We went to Bao Nhung 1993 Restaurant for dinner today and made a reservation via the portal, which worked very well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the gyoza and the beef and chicken ramen, everything was very tasty and the portions were generous. Our food came very quickly and the prices are reasonable and fair. We would come back.

Very good food. I haven't been to a restaurant in a long time where I would recommend everything I ate without reservations. One star deducted because of the toilets.

We ate here on December 15th. To eat, I had the pasta with duck. Duck was very good, but the noodles were very overcooked, which the others at the table also confirmed. But the rest of the food was good. What didn't work at all was a situation when the presumably "boss" shouted at the waitress in the middle of the restaurant. For a short time there was an attempt to cover it up with music, which obviously didn't help. This resulted in the lady just standing there with her eyes down for almost 10 minutes. Something like this needs to be regulated differently!!!

Super, super tasty. Also approved by my 90 year old, slightly demented grandma. She always forgets that she theoretically already knows the food, but is thrilled every time (and so is the rest of the family). Great value for money, incredibly nice employees.

Ate here on our first night in Berlin travelling from Australia. Menu was in both German and English which made ordering easy as a tourist. Food and drinks were very affordable while still being large portions. Very lovely staff and quiet restaurant. Large variety of food that even travelling with a picky eater there were compliments on the food all around.

The room looks like an uncomfortable living room. The food comes from near the toilet! The starter and drinks were disastrous, no wine or lassi to order. The main course was a little better. The staff is overwhelmed and doesn't understand German. Overall, never again

WOw, very yummmyyy. one of the best cheapest restaurants in Berlin. i would say that this is the jewel of Berlin:) its like inflation never happened. top tier food best prices loot of food so that you get full fast. its the best of the best you need to try it.

A gem in the heart of the city. Was there recently. The prices? Incredible. I feel like there was no inflation. “Expensive” dishes cost a maximum of 15 euros. Tastes very good! Not a flavor explosion, but definitely on the high end. The service is reserved but very friendly. The store makes a good impression. The toilets are pretty old fashioned though, the bowl was broken. A renovation would be appropriate here. Overall a great visit! ❤️❤️❤️

Hidden gem maybe.. Found this little place through Google Maps and gave it a shot! Very friendly staff and authentic feel in the restaurant 👏 We tried ordering in a mix of German and English and we got everything we ordered 🙂 Noodles with vegetables and great crispy chicken, grilled beef with rice served sizzling hot and noodle soup. Everything was perfect 🇻🇳 Very cheap and we tipped a bit and was greeted with big smiles and extra fortune cookies 🙂 Highly recommended for a authentic and local experience in the area 👏

We had the salmon platter for two which comes with a delicious mango salad, freshly grilled salmon, tasty vegetable in coconut curry sauce and rice. Yum! The limeade and house tea were excellent too. Service was attentive and kind.
