Location that has seen better days. Since it is a glass house, the roof should be cleaned regularly. Plates and cutlery partly dirty with leftover food. Once and not again. In my opinion there are better buffet Chinese places.

My recent visit was extremely disappointing. The food was tasteless, lacking any appeal or flavor. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, contributing nothing to improve the experience. Inside, it was a sweltering 40°C, making it uncomfortable and almost unbearable to stay. To top it off, the place had a strong, unpleasant odor that added to the discomfort. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice staff, ambience is ok. Great with the trees, but everything is very cramped and you're basically sitting in a greenhouse. Unfortunately the selection is very small. But otherwise the food was delicious. Finding a parking space was a complete disaster

Very tasty food. The buffet was always refilled quickly and generously. Really very nice service team. Everyone is friendly and smiling. And that with a full house. Saturday 6 p.m. and almost every table was occupied. 10/10 I skipped the Mongolian cooking, the chef was really busy and there were maybe 20 or more plates waiting to be fried. Speaks for the quality and the ingredients as well as the finished plates looked excellent. I'll be back, it was really good 👍

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the lovely atmosphere and ambiance. It's worth it for that alone. In addition, there was excellent service from one of the employees. We ordered a menu for 2 people and we never had to wait long for the second course. The portion was really big and sufficient. The man who served us accompanied us to the ice cream bar and showed us everything. Really good and friendly service. We would like to come back :)

As if her previous disrespect wasn't enough, she came back and topped it all off. With a cold, judgmental look she explained to us that we would be forced to order something to drink - otherwise she would charge us 2 euros extra. It wasn't a request, but a blatant command that clearly underlined her disdain. Her tone was ice cold, almost threatening, as she gave us this absurd "choice." It was obvious that she wanted to corner us, make us feel completely powerless. Her eyes sparkled with mockery as she waited for our reaction, as if she took pleasure in bullying us. In that moment it became clear that she was never interested in service or hospitality. To them, we were just annoying troublemakers who could be ripped off and humiliated using any method imaginable. Her behavior was nothing less than a pathetic attempt to demonstrate her own power by forcing us to bend to her will.

We were here the first time or on the first day of our stay in Düsseldorf and were so excited that we went again on the second day. I can agree with all the positive previous reviews. That was the reason why we came here and of course we didn't regret it on the second day. Thank you

this is a special location because of the former market garden and the staff is very friendly. The number of free parking spaces is completely sufficient. There may be a few more (already warm) buffet dishes than are currently offered. for example, Cantonese and Szechuan dishes

I always enjoy being here. Just a great Chinese. Great atmosphere. The operation is always nice, unfortunately some are a bit difficult to understand. Food is always super tasty and fresh. But this restaurant stands out because of its interior design. Really great, I can only recommend it to everyone.

The Bamboo Garden is a great restaurant with its not too large and not too small buffet selection at a more than fair price. Quality and taste, service, price, location; everything is clearly 5 stars.

Rich lunch buffet, everything as it should be. You can also have things freshly prepared on the grill, fish, meat and vegetables. We like to go here during our lunch break because the price is reasonable and the ambience doesn't have the charm of the usual Chinese restaurant. The old greenhouse has its charm and huge plants. A special atmosphere.

A perfectly organized store, despite it being very early in the evening (6 p.m.) about 2/3 of the seats were occupied. I chose Buffet, a good choice as I discovered. I found a sign on the counter remarkable: we don't like waste - it said that anyone who overloads their plate and doesn't empty it has to pay a (small) fee. A good and understandable idea, regardless of whether it is actually implemented. I recommend putting together a plate in the counter with the chilled food, don't forget the bowl with the sauce and then hand it over to the hotplate with the table number. After 3 or a maximum of 4 minutes, the plate ready for consumption is brought to the table. You can't eat better, fresher or tastier. If I fly through Düsseldorf airport I will definitely come back. Price performance very good for German conditions 😉🇬🇷LG

It's something different to eat in the greenhouse (or former one). Due to its proximity to the airport, Bamboo Garden is perfect for bridging the waiting time until departure. Buffet selection was ok, staff friendliness was good, price-performance ratio was good. Until the next flight

The food is cold and the food is inedible. I also have to say that you notice that the food is not of good quality and overall is very under-seasoned and tastes much too dull. Not to forget the subsequent abdominal pain and nausea. All in all, I unfortunately have to say that the all you can eat restaurant “Bambus Garten” is in great need of improvement, along with the service and the ambience. Of course there are one or two good dishes here, such as the beef fillet, but otherwise I can't recommend this establishment.

My first visit here to the Bamboo Garden for a small birthday party and we all had fun, ate well (albeit too much) and couldn't complain about the selection. The freshly prepared grilled dishes were also very good. Certainly one of the good buffet Chinese in Düsseldorf

Great Chinese restaurant. You can eat here as a card, or all you can eat at the buffet. The buffet is very rich. The food is typical of German Chinese restaurants. Nothing special, but it tastes good. The service is extremely friendly. Unfortunately there is no outside area!

Unique ambience, friendly service and the food was delicious. Mind you, I mainly ate the suschi and the BBQ. The run-of-the-mill buffet is not particularly extensive, the quality is up to standard. Rice and soup were also good. Otherwise there are the usual things like: Sushi, salad bar, extensive selection of desserts, the fried corner with crispy things, the noodle and rice corner, ready-made dishes and the fresh counter with exotic fish, shellfish and meat.

A nice Chinese restaurant right at Düsseldorf Airport. There is a wide selection of ready-made dishes at the buffet, but you can also have an attractive selection of meat and fish freshly prepared. From sushi to jelly, everything is there. And all of this in a nice atmosphere under the trees. I will be happy to come back.

Rich Asian buffet for the German palate with nice staff who always greet us warmly when we are there. Extraordinary atmosphere under the trees. As a starter there is a small sushi buffet, the taste of sushi is more comparable to bad supermarket sushi - but it is included, so you shouldn't expect so much in this regard. For the main courses, in addition to the warm dishes, there is also the option of freshly grilled meat/fish and vegetables. A variety of cakes, fruit and ice cream are available for dessert. The fruit is fresh and the cakes are delicious. Unfortunately there isn't much choice for vegetarians or vegans. Tofu was removed from the buffet because apparently it wasn't doing well...a shame. You pay extra for drinks, but the prices are moderate and fair. The buffet price has been increasing every few months for some time now. It's understandable that it will become more expensive after Corona and due to inflation, but at some point the price should "stand still" again. Still worth a visit again and again!
