I had the buffet for 18 euros, value for money was simply great! The food was great, the meat was tender as butter. Absolutely recommended, definitely has potential to become a regular local!

Unfortunately not recommended! We drove 70 km to enjoy Iftar food, we ordered a plate for 3 people and a plate was brought to us. When we asked whether this was supposed to be the platter for 3 people and cost 70 euros, we were treated in a really unfriendly way by the staff. After several questions and complaints, we were brought a plate with some meat. We wouldn't go there again. I can understand that it is difficult to get good staff, but you can still be friendly and fair to customers.

I have never been so disappointed with a shop like this, I have now given them the chance 3 times but honestly the behavior, the service and the service workers are not properly integrated and every time at the checkout the bill is incorrectly the ordered comes after 1 hour or burnt and another 1 hour wait I have no idea how they imagine gastronomy but you eat what you eat and I would like to pay something for it if I pay so much money! For people who want to have breakfast or dinner, have a lot of patience and calculate what you order yourself and add 5-10€ more each time!

Local including staff and boss very customer unfriendly and if you criticize you will be thrown out of the Lokak. Only completely burnt and unrecognizable meat was served and they said it was normal. Replacement food was offered and we ordered pizza that couldn't be served then ordered a roll and it took a while. Then we were supposed to pack the rest ourselves but then the boss did it anyway. On the second visit I wanted to order 2 rollos for lunch then it was said from 5 p.m. but it was lunchtime so I told the waiter what I thought and I could get it from 12 p.m. but only when the boss was there. He came at 12.15 p.m. and snapped at me for being too loud, which the unfriendly waitress in the kitchen didn't truthfully tell the boss over the phone. Then he turned me away from the restaurant. Never recommended. There are friendlier locomotives and especially staff and boss

The food may be okay, but if you order something from them via Lieferando, wait 1.5 hours and get the confirmation and then get a cancellation and have already paid, that's almost -5 stars in customer satisfaction. Don't even have the nerve to call customers because you don't have the capacity, the main thing is to accept the order and then cancel it

The food is delicious, but the order was pretty messed up. One product was over-delivered, the other was completely wrong, one was at least right. At least I was so full, unfortunately I couldn't eat the kebab (allergy). Given the price, I would have at least wished that people were able to read what the order included and not just slap down a standard kebab without giving it any thought.

As a restaurant owner, I have to admit that my best kebab was in all of Germany, I traveled across the country and tried a wide variety of kebabs, and in Bremen I found my number 1, the quality of the meat and bread is just perfect 🙏🏻

The worst shop ever! Nobody speaks German. You want a bit of water to take your tablets and you're told with all your might that you have to buy water. Never experienced anything like that before! And then you pay €3 for a small bottle of water. It's simply a disgrace! Especially since you've already ordered food and coffee, even from the Balkans, and the shop has nothing to do with it!

The service was very slow, we had to wait a relatively long time for the dishes, one dish didn't come at all (unfortunately the child's, who then had to wait a long time). The table was not cleared. What was disappointing in the end was that we couldn't pay by card. It was therefore necessary to go to the Walle Center before leaving the restaurant - that's a shame. All in all, we were full and it was tasty and authentic for Balkan connoisseurs. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to service. Continued success!

Unfortunately it was all very hectic, even though the store wasn't full. Food was forgotten, drinks were brought incorrectly and then the fries were totally over salted. It was very, very unfortunate. Because the meat on the grill was really very good.

I've been to Balkan Grill several times, both for breakfast and dinner buffets, and every time the food has been really tasty. The selection of types of meat is large, the quality is impressive and the price-performance ratio is great. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is professional and super friendly. I also always notice the cleanliness as positive. Today I was there for Iftar - the restaurant was very busy, but everything still worked well. It shows how popular the store is! The only point of criticism: The restaurant serves alcohol even though the food is halal. That doesn't really fit the concept for me. If this were omitted, it would really be perfect! Nevertheless, I can absolutely recommend the Balkan Grill and would be happy to come back.

Dear Balkan Grill Team, I've had breakfast with you several times and I still remember how fantastic it was - a solid 10 out of 10! But unfortunately on my last visits I noticed that something had changed. It seemed as if there weren't enough staff or as if those who were there weren't paying close attention to when things were running low. Bread, napkins and food often ran out quickly and were not refilled in time. In the end there was nothing left at all. I wasn't the only one who felt that way - many guests around me made similar comments. That's a real shame, because your breakfast has always been outstanding, and I actually think your business is great. I hope that you might pay a little more attention to it so that the breakfast experience remains as I best remember it.

A shop like this has to be far outside as an alternative if you have no choice at all, otherwise not recommended, it's not even worth ordering just something to drink and not eating for a long time. Service strength is unsure, nothing could happen in the situation, the men who cook there are not willing to compromise for anything. They couldn't offer us anything that meets our needs. That had nothing to do with Balkan Grill, but rather something to do with a kebab shop. The meat wasn't good and the sauces had nothing to do with Balkans, so I expected more and not cocktail sauce. You go to a Balkan Grill because you miss the food from your home country, but for something like that you're better off going to the Dönermann and you'll save money.

The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, you really feel welcome here. The food was a real highlight: fresh, creative and incredibly tasty! I loved my visit to this restaurant! The food is simply excellent - the cevapcici in particular are a real insider tip and absolutely delicious. I had the portion of 10 and was more than satisfied. My friend was also thrilled with his grilled plate, which was perfectly prepared. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which makes the entire stay even more enjoyable. The large selection of food and drinks leaves nothing to be desired, and the prices are absolutely fair - an excellent price-performance ratio! I'm looking forward to trying the dinner buffet and would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. A real treat!

No matter how dirty the plate was, you only got one. An extra plate would have cost two euros. Once and never again. The food was simple. Edit after owner's reply: The staff was definitely not friendly or accommodating to us. Correction: There were no new plates at the normal breakfast. Plates for a cake you brought with you should cost two euros.

After paying you get a plate and a bread bowl (fun fact: it can happen that there is simply no bread at all). Then you can top your plate with packaged cheese, fried vegetables from the penny and egg. There is absolutely nothing authentic to choose from that justifies the name “Balkan Grill”. Plus everything was cold. Tea now costs extra. After about 25 minutes of staying, the bread came in through the main entrance, I guess it was simply bought from the nearest local bakery. An absolute disgrace. Not recommended.

I think that's a shame, especially considering the fact that you could have had the all-you-can-eat buffet for just €1 more for children. Unfortunately, points are deducted for the presentation of the buffet and the service. First of all, it wasn't clear whether it was self-service or not. This is obviously handled differently. Food and drinks are brought, you have to pay at the counter. However, we sat in the not-so-crowded store for a long time and no one pointed it out to us. Even at the beginning we were hardly noticed. When we wanted to order we were told either everyone would take the buffet or no one would. I understand the fact that it's otherwise difficult to control who actually eats from the buffet and who doesn't, but I still don't think it's okay and I've never heard of something like that before. You also only get one plate. For example, if it's full of pepperoni sticks and empty meat skewers, you still have to carry them around with you all the time. We ate there with Schlemmer Block 2025. Before ordering, we pointed out that we had and wanted to use the Schlemmer Block. When the waiter asked the owner directly, he confirmed this. After a long wait we got our drinks, but an aperitif was missing. This was brought upon request. The food was okay, although not particularly good, but nothing to complain about either. Quantity instead of class. At the checkout we wanted to pay with the 2:1 Schlemmer block. The cheaper dish would then be free. However, we were told by the owner at the checkout that the Schlemmerbock was not valid for a grilled plate and that we would have to pay the full amount. After a long time back and forth, the owner gave us a discount of only 10 euros instead of 25 euros. There was also one too many aperitifs on the bill. This was pointed out and the 2 euros were deducted. If we hadn't checked the bill, we would have lost 2 euros in addition to the 15 euros. Overall a very negative impression. When ordering we should have been told clearly which dishes were not payable with the 2:1 gourmet block. Overall very disappointing - shame about the money lost.

Bad reviews are deleted, that says a lot. So here it is again: Food is delivered cold, drinks are not. Instead of regular beer, alcohol-free is delivered.

So I'll say what many people don't do: The food based on breakfast during the week is all u can eat for €10. There is no better price in Bremen. On the weekend at 15€ and you're still very, very cheap. The food is upper midfield. The price makes the difference, so you can hardly complain about it while having breakfast.

We wanted to have breakfast there with the Bremenbuch, which means two meals, one free. We were denied this with the statement that this was not possible at the breakfast buffet. Went to this restaurant with my girlfriend on a nice weekend night, saw the advert for the restaurant and was interested in lamb and grilled meats so I told the waiter I wanted menu #57 which included a variety of grilled meats but an hour Finally I received a plate of vegetables, which was weird! When I asked the waiter if this was my set number 57, her excuse was that I showed her a photo, which I didn't. I asked her where the mutton and chicken were in the set meal and she said she would give it to me later. After about ten minutes, all I got was lamb. I asked her what the difference was between my current meal and menu #57. The waiter said there was still a lack of chicken, and I had the option of giving up on the food in front of me and continuing to wait for the new menu #57. But by then my girlfriend's food was already cold and I didn't want to waste the food in front of me so I said I would just refill it. I thought I cared enough about the waiters to give in and accept their mistake, but I ended up being asked to pay for all the wrong food and it was 10 euros more expensive than the set menu number 57 that I originally chose. I explained the situation to the front desk but was not understood. In the end, I had no choice but to pay for the waiter's mistake and received no understanding from the restaurant.

We had breakfast here as a family. We weren't welcomed at all, which isn't so bad, but it's a slightly worse rating. Breakfast here costs €10 per head, which is really expensive, but there is a lot of choice and everyone can find something they like here. But I think that the quality of the food is not that good, the meat e.g. mini sausages didn't taste good, so what I prepare at home tastes better than here. The toilets there first have a story. To get to the toilets you first have to take the stairs down. Once you're downstairs, the women's toilets can be found quickly on the right. But to get to the men's toilets you first have to pass a mosque and then go through what feels like 2 tunnels until you get to the men's toilets. The toilet smells really good and there are so-called capsules that you can close and do your business in peace. So you have peace and quiet. Overall I give it 3 stars. Actually it's only worth 2 stars but the toilet ambience earned the 3 stars.

Despite the buffet, the cappuccino would be charged at €3.20 instead of €1 as stated, unfortunately we didn't notice until too late. Service and friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. Not recommended!

Dirty, dirty table, dirty glasses, old fat used for fries, bad Ayran, steak kebab meat greasy and not cooked properly, the bread sticky and tastes like rubber! All in all, the worst thing I've ever seen, let alone eaten! Definitely never again! If I could have given zero stars, I would have done so because it's not even worth 1 star!

Very tasty food, friendly service and nice atmosphere.

The three of us had breakfast for the first time today. There was something for everyone. We really enjoyed it. Great buffet. Cappuccino, latte and so on for breakfast. Simply recommended.

We were there with colleagues. That was very nice. Personally, I didn't like the food all that much. For me personally, I would go there every now and then.
