The tapas were mostly delicious, no question! The ambiance is also very appealing and lovely. This was my third visit, and I'm truly appalled by some of the prices. A bottle of Vilsa Medium for €8??? It's hardly gourmet water. I also find the dessert prices quite outrageous. Furthermore, we had prawns with us, and there was nothing to clean our hands afterward, which wasn't ideal, but still acceptable. What really bothered us was the freezing cold, with a draft like crazy. Considering the prices, I find that a real shame, as it made the place very uncomfortable. It's a pity, but I don't think we'll be back during the colder months.

This was our first time at Aioli. It was a fantastic decision – the atmosphere, the service, the staff – everything was absolutely amazing. A huge thank you to everyone! It's not exactly cheap, but it's worth every penny. We ordered tapas, of course, and the quality is indescribable... The meat was so tender, everything was incredibly delicious.

The food was varied, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious! The service was friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive. The drinks and food arrived promptly. Excellent, delicious food! We had the venison fillet. It was beautifully presented on the plate, and the side dishes were perfectly combined for a taste experience. The ambiance is cozy (the chairs are very comfortable), and the wine was excellent, too. We spent hours here and felt very comfortable. The service is truly attentive and always friendly. High praise. By the way, there are many other dishes besides tapas.

Even though it's located in the tourist hotspot of Schnoor, Aioli is always worth a visit! Currently run by Indians (?), it still offers great tapas, an international daily special, and a fantastic Spanish and international wine list at fair prices. The service was excellent, and we had a very pleasant evening. The ambiance is also very cozy, especially in the right-hand section (formerly Ausspann).

We spontaneously dropped in without a reservation, and even though the restaurant was very busy, they still managed to get us a seat – a great first impression! The entire team was incredibly attentive and friendly, and we felt completely taken care of. The food was outstanding: top quality, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious. You can tell the passion goes into the work here. An all-around successful evening – we'll definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant!

Nice Spanish restaurant in Bremen in Schnoor. The tapas are the thing to try here. Variations (7 different tapas) are proposed for a price between 30-35 euros per person. It’s a lot of food, but rather good taste to be paired with one of several spanish wines from the wine card. Overall a nice experience!

We were there during a company workshop. It has a good location in the middle of famous Bremen Schnoor and the general vibe is cozy. The food is okay but nothing outstanding. For what you get, it's too expensive, but since it is in the tourist trap region, they can ask for higher prices. The staff is friendly.

If you want to know how good Spain can taste in Bremen, then come here! Great food is served in a very attractive restaurant with pleasant music. All my tapas were impressive with their spicy, full flavor and beautiful presentation. I really enjoyed my meal and felt very comfortable with the friendly service. My selection of drinks also rounded off the excellent meal. That was very good!!! Thank you.

We were from Oberhausen to the Christmas market in Bremen. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to get seating for two. The menu is very extensive with tapas and other Spanish dishes. The tapas we ordered were delicious 😋😋 The San Miguel beer and the red wine (Rioja) were very good. The ambiance is very nice. We highly recommend this restaurant 👍👍🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

The restaurant is very beautiful, architecturally speaking, with its charmingly angular layout, but also spacious and decorated to match the Mediterranean offerings. The food is amazing, incredibly delicious, and super authentic. The wait time for the food was normal; they served homemade bread and dips beforehand, which were also incredibly delicious. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, as my first chair was dirty. I then asked the waiter, but he didn't clean it but simply swapped my chair with another one, which was unfortunately also dirty. I also had to explain to the waiter what constitutes dirt (food leftovers from the previous diners, etc.). This discussion was not pleasant, and the waiter was also inappropriate. The parking situation is beyond bad, as you can only reach this restaurant on foot, using the Schnorr (snack bar), and you have to leave your car in the expensive parking garage in the city center. Apart from that annoying conversation with the dirty chair, the situation with the waiters and the rest of the staff was very pleasant. All in all, it's definitely worth a visit, or even several :) You just have to make sure you have a clean chair ;) The price-performance ratio is reasonable, and you'd pay a similar price at any other Spanish restaurant.

Although Schnoor is a tourist hotspot, the aioli is still highly recommended. Special praise goes to the lamb shank and the service.

We often enjoyed eating at Aioli and were always very satisfied. When we (two people) recently wanted to eat there again on a Tuesday evening, the waitress refused to seat us at any of the numerous (!) free tables for four, or even move one of them apart. A table for two was no longer available. So we left, very disappointed with the service.

We were a group of ten and had pre-ordered a three-course meal. A miscommunication led to a misunderstanding at the end of a truly delightful evening, and we initially had to pay a higher price than expected. However, thanks to excellent communication with the head waiter, the situation was resolved. We would like to thank you for a truly delightful evening and the delicious food, and we highly recommend this restaurant.

I like the aioli, and the food and wine are always delicious. All the staff are friendly and attentive. However, despite the extremely touristy location (you'll have to pay a bit more), the value for some dishes isn't right at all. Nine bowls of tapas cost over €30 per person, and dessert costs well over €10, which is completely excessive.

We tasted everything we could 😎. See. photo. The varied food was very tasty, but for example, we ate better truffle pasta. Green peppers too, sardines a bit. In short, pretty yummy, but definitely not five stars for the food. On the other hand, the waiter was a complete pro. So, like 80% yummy

Our food and drinks were absolutely amazing: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I never tried anything better than dates wrapped in bacon and fried, that was part of our tapas 9 variations for 2, everything else was amazing as well, I ate every bit with my boyfriend. The service was amazing, I asked about the allergens and they have them on the menu, I have celiac disease and there are a lot of options without allergen marked as a(gluten and other gluten variations), unfortunately you have to check for cross contamination since I forgot to check it thouroughly.

The benches are a bit worn but you can eat well here and the service is attentive.

The clean and free toilets are worth five stars. The food is very delicious, but the portion is large, so you can consider ordering a meal for 2 people. The service is friendly. I came at 13:00 at noon and didn't have to wait. There were not many people. Near Bremen City Hall, you can come here to enjoy Spanish food when you are tired of shopping.

All the ingredients were delicious; we particularly enjoyed the fried baby cuttlefish and the mushrooms al Jérez. The staff is friendly. You can enjoy a wide variety of tapas here and either create your own combination or choose one of the variations. The restaurant is also highly recommended for wine lovers.

A stylish, Mediterranean restaurant with an extensive menu, plenty of choice, attentive service, and truly delicious food. We were there in the early afternoon, around 2:30/3:00 p.m. It was pleasantly quiet, and the server was absolutely professional: friendly, attentive, quick – and never intrusive. I was particularly impressed by his upselling, but in a charming, unobtrusive way. That's exactly how it should be: personable and customer-focused. 👌 The three of us paid around €80 including drinks – so yes, it wasn't cheap, but absolutely fair for the quality and the overall package. We ordered: • Two lunch dishes • A glass of wine • Two bottles of water • And my truffle pasta 🍝🍷 The truffle pasta was truly a highlight: creamy, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned. And then that fried bacon on top – 10 out of 10. Nice and crispy, slightly smoky, and simply the perfect complement to the subtle truffle flavor. I was absolutely thrilled. 🥓✨ I would also like to particularly highlight the extensive menu – whether tapas, pasta, meat, or fish: there's something for every taste. You can easily try everything here and discover something completely new on your next visit. Conclusion: Aioli is definitely not a fast food joint, but a place where you'll want to sit for a while, enjoy your meal, and feel welcome. A definite recommendation from me – I'll definitely be back!

We had lunch at "Aioli" on a Friday. Since it was too warm outside, we opted to stay inside. With several rooms on different levels, the restaurant is very attractively decorated with great attention to detail. The food was also excellent, in our opinion. We had the lamb with asparagus and Spanish boiled potatoes. It was preceded by a fresh tomato soup with green pesto. And all this for €14.90. Unbeatable. The ambiance and value for money are highly recommended. This won't be our last visit!

Tuvimos una gran comida aquí. El servicio fue fantástico. Como aperitivo nos dieron unas alcaparras enormes y sabrosas. El pan estaba caliente y compartimos sabrosos entrantes. Wir waren gestern in diesem Restaurant und haben im oberen Stockwerk einen kleinen Tisch zu gewiesen. Wir entschieden uns für ein großen Teller mit neun verschiedenen Schälchen auf Nachfrage. Ob das alles auf dem Tisch passt, bekamen wir die Antwort. Selbstverständlich die Schälchen sind bei uns nicht sehr groß . Als der Kellner jedoch mit den Schälchen ankam, haben wir ihn noch mal gefragt, ob er vielleicht den Nachbartisch dazu stellen könnte. Daraufhin meinte er das ginge nicht und hat uns dann mit den lauwarmen Sachen an einen runden Tisch gestellt, der jedoch so gut wie gar nicht eingedeckt war. Zudem muss man sagen dass sehr viele Tische frei waren wo man hätte schön sitzen können. Schade es ist ein sehr schönes Ambiente, und das Essen war auch gut. Aber so ein unflexiblen Kellner geht gar nicht.

A truly fantastic place for typical Spanish food. The waiter is charming and communicative – he's also very knowledgeable about wines. The location is wonderfully quirky, yet there's plenty of room for tapas. The prices are rather high – highly recommended for special evenings, not just for a quick bite.

Seit dem Besitzerwechsel ist die Bedienung unfreundlich bzw. unmotiviert. Die Qualität des Essens passt nicht wirklich zum Preisniveau. Das Ambiente ist allerdings Erstklassig und die Lager ist wunderbar.

The food is great, the staff is attentive and courteous, but what doesn't work is for the boss to go to the guests' table with a dirty shirt and his hands in his trouser pockets and ask if everything is OK. This is an absolute no-go!!! Unfortunately, the one star deduction is dedicated to the boss/boss.

We were in this restaurant for the first time yesterday! Unfortunately we sat upstairs where it was very uncomfortable and also too cold. But the food had various tapas was very good! Jeg har vært der flere ganger tidligere, og det har alltid vært hyggelig. Det var det ikke nå. Det gikk ikke på interiøret, men smilet var fraværende. I utgangspunktet er det en tapas restaurant, men de har hatt en del andre gode retter. Jeg bestilte Fettucini med trøffel, da den har vært god tidligere. Det jeg fikk servert, så rett og slett uappetittlig ut. På den ene siden var det slengt på en haug med lite stekt bacon, og på den andre siden ett lass med skiver med parmesan. Smaken var ok, selv om jeg ikke kjente noe til trøffelen. De bør kanskje holde seg til tapas. Hele besøket var skuffende, og det fristet ikke å bestille noe mere. Det var heller ingen som ønsket å selge meg noe….

During my visit to Bremen I really wanted to eat here at Aioli. Since it was no longer possible to reserve a table online, I took a chance and got a table. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and is spread over two floors. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was exquisite and the wine was a poem! I liked it so much that I had to go back the next day for lunch! Yes, it's priced higher, but it's definitely worth it! Both the fettucini with scallops, shrimp, octopus and chiprones in ink in the evening, and the beef fillet with winter truffle, broccoli and mashed potatoes for lunch (both on the board) were of the best quality and excellent! I highly recommend the aioli!
