I specifically requested that the Lifarando be spicy, and even though I called again later to ask why it wasn't sent, I still don't understand... If you're charging 10 Euros for a meatball sandwich, please pay attention to these things!!!! I'm calling and asking if you sent it, check if you sent it... Did I wait an hour for this? Even though I mentioned it 100 times!!!!!

Today was our first time going there with my wife. My wife had döner kebab and I had meatballs, both were delicious. The seating area in the back was decorated in a warm and inviting way, which I really liked. Also, Ms. Nazan, who works there, was very kind and warm-hearted and seemed to enjoy her job. Thank you for her sincerity and helpfulness.

The woman who works there prepares doner kebabs and other dishes with very few ingredients. Please use more ingredients, madam. ☹️

The prices are reasonable, the taste is good, but you put less ingredients, the lady working there always puts less ingredients, I would be happy if she put a little more ☹️😑

We often come here for dinner. The doner kebab is very good and unbeatable value for money. The highlight, however, remains the meat, which is homemade, giving it a special flavor. There's also a back terrace for seating, with a pleasant atmosphere and music, and homemade Giresun black tea to drink.

Even though we were very hungry, I left without eating and could only take three bites. Similarly, even my seven-year-old daughter couldn't eat it; she was nauseous. Believe me, we're on our way to buy her a döner kebab right now, so we didn't eat it. We had sucuk (Turkish sausage) and it was incredibly filled with cemen. I can say we've never eaten anything so disgusting in our lives. The meatballs were both disgusting in appearance and seared like bulgur. I don't recommend them; they're absolutely awful.

Always worth a visit. The friendliness and value for money are also very good. I always try something different, but the basics are always the same; even the doner tastes like kofte.

The location, ambience, etc. was all very nice, but the food was unfortunately frozen; the man took his frozen koftes out of a plastic container and fried them; the menu wasn't filling either.

The worst customer experience I've ever had! I went to get meatballs, and the employee said, "Wait, your friend is coming." I said, "Whatever," and waited. His friend arrived, and this time, he told him, "Eat your food first, then come back." So, the team was having a good time while the customer waited! I couldn't resist, so I asked, "Isn't there anyone watching this place?" The answer I got was, "Your friend is eating, and they're human, they need to eat." Bravo! Is this your understanding of service? The customer is secondary, and employees' meal times are primary! So, here's a suggestion: Either plan your breaks properly, or eat when the customer isn't around. That's how it's done everywhere in the world. It's nice to be human, but customer satisfaction comes first in business. If you continue with this mindset, you won't be able to sell a glass of water, let alone a meatball. Recommendation? Absolutely NOT! I won't be back, and I won't recommend it to anyone.

I went to this restaurant today because I wanted to eat kofte. When I asked the waiter if they could make me some, he simply said that the man at the grill needed to eat, "he's human too." As a customer, that was very disappointing. Of course, I understand that employees also need breaks, but that's not how you speak to customers. Hello. I ordered a 1/4 and a 1/3 Honey meatball on Liferando. I received two 1/4 buns. They put 6 meatballs in one, but 9 in the other. You're charging 1/3 for 12.50€ at Eyvallah, are you restricting the bread? Brother. I'm calling and you're saying the bread may be small, but there are 9 meatballs in it. That's it. You've lost your way. You don't get the meatballs' original taste or salt, nor do you get the portion sizes right. I was not satisfied at all and will not order from you again.

Nice atmosphere, but terrible food. Döner Dürum was cold and mainly just filled with salad, if you can even call it filling. Fries were just warmed up not freshly made. In general, the price-performance ratio is not right here at all. You'll never get tired of it and it doesn't taste good at all. I'll never come here again. The lady is friendly but that's it. We were there on a Wednesday lunchtime and ordered an iskender and a köfte bag. The lady was completely overwhelmed because she was alone. The bread was so dry that it fell apart and the köfte were burnt. As soon as she ordered, you could tell that she didn't feel like preparing an iskender and bringing it to the table at the back. We have been there many times but never again now.

We have been customers for a long time, they have halal, clean and delicious meatballs. Even though we say pommesgewurze is added, it is forgotten and added. Other than that, there is no problem. It was very nice after the renovation. There used to be very little seating area, now it is large and spacious.

We were also there earlier during the renovation and I have to be honest, there are worlds in between, the ambience is a 10/10, everything really looked very cozy and nice. The older gentleman who works there was super nice and said straight away that we could pay with Paypal because we didn't have any cash and had specifically asked for card payment beforehand. The food has also become tastier. The kebab was really tasty and kofta worked too. However, the kofta was a bit stingy when it came to the sauces and salad. Nevertheless, the homemade sauces tasted really good. The service was also good, but it could have been a little more organized. For example, we were standing with the older gentleman at the kebab stand, but he had already ordered the köftes. But while we were getting our kebabs, the köftes were immediately given to the new customer who came in and we had to wait again for new ones; the waiter only had to call us over once.

The meatballs were swimming in oil and ended up being hard, even my wife had some hard pieces. Also totally over-seasoned. When I got home my wife had to throw up, I can still bear it!
