FIRST KEBAP in Duisburg

I was there for the first time today and I was surprised by the taste for €3.50, there's nothing to complain about, even though the price on the window still says €3.

Is the store still open? When I ask via WhatsApp, I get no response.

The store has unfortunately been closed for almost two months. The owner keeps saying it will be open for two weeks. But the store is closed.

After watching a report about the shop on YouTube, I made a special trip there. I told the owner I recognized him from TV. He was extremely pleased and then took a picture with me, himself, and his wife. What a charming shop with a truly clever business idea! The doner kebab is a bit smaller than at the competition. After its great success, the price was raised to €3.50. Still cheaper than 98% of all doner kebab shops in Germany.

I've been there twice and it's always closed. I checked again today and it's closed again. What kind of place is this?? 👎👎👎

Always recommended. Unfortunately, we were there today and the shop was closed due to a pest infestation. We hope it's nothing serious and that it can reopen soon.

⛔️⛔️SORRY, CLOSED⚠️⛔️ The doner kebab 🤣, the small "Döner," now costs €3.50, and if you're hungrier, "extra meat" is an additional €1. The quality and taste are, and hopefully will remain, very good 👍🏼👍🏼 So, even with extra meat, the small doner only costs €4.50. Considering what a burger 🍔 costs at McDonald's, the maxi doner is still a bargain and certainly healthier ☝🏼 But please, from August 2025 onwards, more reliable opening hours, so you don't arrive to find the doors closed when you're hungry 😜🤪 ‼️

The doner kebab is acceptable for the listed price, tasty. And... Are you open or closed? Despite the opening hours, the door is locked. And does the doner kebab cost €2.50, €3.00, or €3.50? Or will it be even more expensive after the holidays? Make up your minds!

I go there every two weeks for my kebab. For an unbeatable €2.99, the vegetables and all the other ingredients are fresh. It's definitely worth eating there. The atmosphere could be better, and maybe they should fix the toilets 🚽. But like I said, it's just a simple kebab shop.

Very disappointing experience: This restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The advertised opening hours are completely inaccurate – I found myself standing in front of closed doors several times, even though they were supposed to be open. This is completely unprofessional and demonstrates poor management. Furthermore, the sandwich was simply disappointing. The amount of meat was ridiculously small, which gives the impression of cost-cutting measures at the expense of quality. This restaurant is no longer an option for me.

The doner kebab for €2.99 is delicious and worth it, even if there's often a long line in the shop. We can't say anything bad about the much-discussed sauces. The doner kebab is tasty and unbeatably cheap. In fact, even our daughter manages the portion, but if you're really hungry, two doner kebabs for just under €6 are justifiable 😉 The employees are always very friendly. If you're really hungry, you can also eat inside at designated tables. It's not pretty, but it's functional. The location at the Rheinhausen market is convenient for parking, but not a local highlight.

I think First Kebak is great. Also, the super-friendly manager and staff manage to do it so cheaply. Just a heads up, though: there are no restrooms.

Was always happy, especially because the owner is always nice, but has slacked off extremely, today we threw away all the kebabs because they were horrible. Suddenly the bread falls apart and is very soft and there is a completely different meat cut extremely thick into cubes and there is simply no yogurt sauce, this dill garlic bomb is much too intense. very sad were always satisfied and highly praised it.

I ate there for the first time today with my best friend and we thought it was delicious. Incredibly cheap, too. :-) Thank you very much and keep it up!

Super friendly people and very tasty kebab, especially the tzatziki! Tastes very fresh. For my taste, the kebab could be a little more expensive (ONLY costs €2.50) and therefore fuller. But at this price you shouldn't expect a full kebab and just get two if it's not enough. I'd love to come back :)

I was there for the first time today and got 3 kebabs. The kebabs were very tasty and had a great taste with the salad. I was greeted very friendly and nice, which isn't always the case these days, thank you for that. I will definitely go there again.

Here money is sometimes used with gloves at the checkout at the same time as bread and eating and cleaning. It's not hygienic here.

We had the large kebab, which was very tasty in itself, which unfortunately was very annoying. I agree with the other reviewers. The dill in the cocktail sauce is definitely too much and not for everyone and unfortunately also ruins the taste of a conventional cocktail sauce. Otherwise everything was great and delicious 😋

I've never had high standards, but giving out fake and even raw meat is just dangerous. The boss barely speaks German and doesn't even bother to understand you. Apart from that, it's strange to offer an entire menu when in the end only kebab is available. --English-- Disgusting and hazardous to health. The only good thing about this place is the price. Shop has a classic impression, plenty of seating. Concentrated on sales and service like on an assembly line. Orders are taken here and some are taken away, everything is quick and clean and fresh. Taste and fresh ingredients as well as plenty of meat and salad for €2.50 really tasty with the special sauces simply unbeatable. Customer there since April 16th, 2024 and after work ordering the kebab with joy also super clean greatly improved super class 👍 2 kebabs ordered almost weekly and still enjoyed fresh at home ☝️ Competition there can't beat the taste and plenty of meat ☝️

First of all, we come here more often because the kebab simply tastes good. However, what we experienced today is an absolute disgrace and I don't know if I won't go there. Today the boss himself wasn't there and what can I say, 5:20 p.m. and there was neither curry sauce nor sheep's cheese! Apparently sold out! Sorry, but it should still be there by late afternoon! It's not like we arrived shortly before closing time. It was exactly the same on Monday and there is a huge Edeka opposite where you can definitely get sheep's cheese. But the staff found it very amusing that it was all accidental. My guess: it wasn't there even when the store opened. But oh well, drove 40km for free! And probably the last time too, because in my opinion such behavior is absolutely unacceptable!!!

Perfectly OK for the price, but why do other stores offer the same rotisserie for 8.50 euros. That is the scandal.

Very cheap and good kebab bag. There's nothing wrong with other kebab shops, so I'm just very happy for such a cheap kebab and the price doesn't make the kebab any worse. There is always a good crowd and you have to wait a bit, but that's perfectly fine for such a good shop and good food. The employees are very nice and the service is good. I would happily recommend it, bon appetit to everyone!

No matter which supposed YouTube kebab expert says “The kebab is great, especially for the price” has either sucked too much or k****d too much or both!!!! I tried the kebab and I'll describe it nicely: "I wouldn't even give this kebab to my mother-in-law to eat" DISGUSTING!!!!!!

I was at Fırst Kebap yesterday afternoon by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The staff very polite and accommodating. The kebab and the sauces were great. So no difference to the other kebab shops or kebab chains. Would def the store. recommend. If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely give it a try. There is parking space in front of the door. The kebab price for 2.49 euros is unbeatable and probably uneconomical. But even if Fırst Kebab increases its prices, I will continue to order there. The quality is simply top and recommended.

It's hard to believe, but the kebab really only cost 2.49 here. It tasted great, even if the portion was a little smaller. But you can also simply eat 2 kebabs for 5 euros, be full and still get away cheaper than elsewhere. I personally found the sauces very tasty, but you have to like dill. It definitely wasn't the last time there.

Yes, it is possible. Offering a kebab for €2.49 that is large enough and very tasty. You can choose between half chicken and half veal, as well as 1-2 of four sauces and plenty of fresh salad. Here you can see that a kebab doesn't necessarily have to cost 7-9 euros, although €2.49 is almost unbelievable from a commercial perspective. The boss and his employees are all super friendly and the cleanliness of the snack bar is very important. We felt very comfortable and can certainly visit First Kebap from Düsseldorf more often.

Bought 12 kebabs today for my uncle and I. All I can say is mega delicious, great service and great price THANK YOU!

They must make the meat well cooked. and the bread must be a little warm and crunchy because it is fresh. The Tzatziki is a bit disgusting... I prefer (side doner) it doesn't matter that it costs 3.50 but it's better than yours

Doner kebab tastes much better than most kebabs that cost much more. Sauces fresh and homemade, salad fresh and meat also top. Were more than positively surprised. Staff super friendly. The only small point of criticism is the amount of dill in each sauce. Definitely coming back :)

So I can only recommend the kebab, what you notice is how unjustified a kebab is for three times the price. For most owners, this only finances the Porsche in the garage. I doubt that most other kebab shop owners have any doubts as to whether the quality is really better. The kebab tastes good, the owner is very friendly.
