I haven't understood the negative reviews. I was craving mexican food for a very long time.. I'm glad I came to the right place. Nachos and burritos are super delicious, and the cocktails are very refreshing. The atmosphere is also very relaxing and the place is great to hang out with friends.

I've been here several times. Never had a good experience with service. We always just drank something and ate snacks here. (The snacks are definitely not homemade) The calculation was completely wrong. Instead of around €100, the boss wanted around €190. After we looked at what was wrong, he didn't accept his mistakes at all. The unfriendly man became very loud and increasingly aggressive, without wanting to find a solution. After about 45 minutes of discussion, he was able to calm down a bit because he 'noticed' that he had included the neighboring table on the bill. We didn't want to give him a tip, but he didn't have any change, so it was a 30ct tip per person. We'll never come here again! Very, very bad!

I've known Bahia since it opened over 20 years ago. In the past, you could definitely come here without expecting super authentic, but still delicious food and very tasty cocktails. The portions were always generous and everything tasted fresh. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore, we were so disappointed. Everything was more expensive, incredibly smaller and the quality was honestly just subpar compared to before. A small renovation couldn't hurt the ambience after all this time, and there are unpleasant characters hanging around in front of or in the restaurant and gossiping to the employees. Unfortunately, the very nice owner/waiter can't figure it out anymore. A pity.

Instead, halved tortillas were served. Of course from a bulk package and neither fresh nor homemade. Burrito Pollo The chicken was pre-meat Everything is far from quality and fresh The guest area is very dirty with cobwebs in the corners Burnt holes in the seats are concealed with seat cushions, which also appear rather dingy and worn. A well-intentioned tip for the kitchen: Watch Mexican cooking tutorials on YouTube and learn how to cook them. Get a feel for Mexican spices and herbs.

The man from the kitchen is the best, his food and service can't be beaten and highly recommended

I had Mexican food at this location for the first time last night and my first culinary foray into another cuisine was more than disappointing. I actually don't know where to start. I'll start with the extremely unsafe service staff. They seemed to have been completely overwhelmed by ordering 5 soft drinks, despite written notes. A mistake can happen, I worked in the catering industry myself but this was an unprecedented complete failure across the board. First, a drink that was completely wrong because I didn't order it. My Fanta was literally dead and didn't even have a hint of carbonation. Not properly cooled either. Then we ordered the appetizer. Just tacos topped with cheese. We seemed to have asked too much again. Blank tacos arrived, and you then had to say that they should be taken away again and exchanged for the actual order. If you think that's it... the second drink came in a glass that was completely filthy. That was really a foreign shame alarm. According to my comment, it was replaced but I would expect at least one new drink on the house. Well, of course not. The portions seem very small considering the price. I can't say I've had enough to eat either. Well, I don't know if I would have wanted any more of that unseasoned food. Reading the other reviews makes me wonder if this is the same restaurant. If you've already eaten before, you might get full or take a detour somewhere else afterwards. For me, the bill represents the tip of the iceberg. The price-performance ratio is not even close. Never again. Thanks.

I don't understand some of the reviews. It's a nice bar, the food tastes good and the portion sizes were very good. The service was friendly and attentive. The cocktails were very tasty and, in my opinion, the prices were completely okay. Unfortunately you can only pay in cash, that is something that should be changed. Otherwise we would be happy to come back.

The waitress noticed that we didn't like it, so he didn't even ask. Please don't order a beef dish, it tasted like rubber 🫣. The portion is very small, we had to go eat pizza afterwards. We tested it Gained experience, but no longer need to go there.

Stopped in here for a quick cocktail, sat outside and went unnoticed for a while. Cocktails so-so. Limes in the Caipirinha were not properly pushed. Expectations were not high and they were not met. Payment only in cash in 2023. Once and never again. We then had our other excellent cocktails a few meters away in the Mezzopieno bar. Sorry guys, avoid Bahia, it's a waste of money.

Einfach nur unterirdisch. Über eine Stunde aufs Essen gewartet, obwohl nichts los war. Als das Essen ankam war es kalt. Total lieblos auf den Keller geklatscht. "mexikanischer Reis" Lachhaft, Basmatireis mit bisschen Tomatensoße oben drauf. Geschmacklos ohne Ende... Die Gläser waren irgendwelche Ikea Gläser ohne den in Deutschland nötigen Eichstrich. Keine Ahnung wie viel man im Glas hatte, aber sicherlich nicht das was man bestellt hat. Nieee mehr wieder, werden wir dort einen Fuß reinsetzen. Eine Beleidigung für die Mexikanische Küche!!!

Das Essen ist super lecker, leider war es zu kalt um draußen zu sitzen.

Trotz einiger negativer Bewertungen hatten wir Bahia ausprobiert und waren sehr positiv überrascht! Wir kommen seitdem regelmäßig und finden sowohl das Essen als auch die Cocktails und den Sangria sehr lecker. Entgegen der anderen Bewertungen finden wir die Portionen ausreichend, essen aber auch nicht so wahnsinnig viel. Der Chef ist gesellig und der ein oder andere mag das als zu direkt empfinden. Für uns passt das jedoch. Bisher waren wir nie zu den Stoßzeiten dort, vielleicht hatten wir daher nie ein Problem mit langen Wartezeiten.

To call this Mexican food is a stretch; it’s texmex at best. We ordered flautas and got a small burrito, it was nice but simply blasphemous to call a flauta. The restaurant has cute and colourful decorations but it doesn’t come close to making up for the god awful service. Waited almost two hours for the food and 40 minutes for a tiny serving of “guacamole” (puréed avocado). Absolutely do not recommend for food but the cocktails looked nice so maybe they should switch to being just a bar.

Das Huhn in meinem Essen, war noch mal nach gebraten. Ergo, war es kein frisches Huhn. Das Essen ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Die Bedienung war aber freundlich. Ich denke mal, zum Cocktails trinken gehen, ist es in Ordnung.

Coole Location, waren auf einen "Absacker" da. Inhaber und Personal super nett. Wir kommen wieder, auch um das Speiseangebot in Anspruch zu nehmen.

Sorry, ich bin normalerweise nicht kritisch, aber das war echt nicht gut. Haben 70 Minuten auf‘s Essen gewartet und das war dann „No Bueno“. Fleisch konnte man nicht kauen und alle mexikanischen Gerichte sahen komplett Gleich aus. Als reine Bar ist es allerdings bestimmt gut.

Tolles Essen, tolles Ambiente und super Cocktails

10 Tage vorher die Reservierung auf den AB gesprochen. Ich wurde noch am selben Abend zurückgerufen und die Reservierung noch einmal bestätigt. Das fand ich echt super. Als wir dann aber am Geburtstag meiner Mutter dort ankamen, war das Restaurant dunkel. Es befanden sich aber Personen im Innenraum, welche ich dann ansprach. Sie hätten geschlossen und es wäre auch keine Reservierung für heute eingetragen. Da der Termin aber zweimal mitgeteilt und abgesprochen wurde, kann das ja eigentlich nicht wirklich sein. Sehr schade. Denn wenn ich mich nicht auf eine Reservierungsbestätigung verlassen kann, überlege ich mir zweimal, ob ich dort noch einmal essen gehen werde.

Das Essen war gut, leider haben wir 2 Stunden darauf gewartet. Service war vollkommen überfordert und unfreundlich. Die Rechnung war extrem fehlerhaft.

Leider fast 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Zudem fehlerhafte Rechnung. Das Essen und die Cocktails waren jeweils sehr gut. Insgesamt für größere Gruppen eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war uninspiriert. Rindfleischstreifen waren zäh bzw. Klumpen, die nicht geschnitten werden konnten, weil sie voll Flachsen waren. Live Musik viel zu laut und die Gespräche wurden immer lauter. Mein Mann und ich konnten uns während des Geburtstagsessens nicht unterhalten. Deswegen habe ich Zeit eine Bewertung zu schreiben.🙁

Freunde haben uns auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam gemacht. Samstag Abend war das Restaurant gut besucht, aber nicht massiv überlaufen. Dezente Live Saxophon Musik im Hintergrund was absolut stimmig und passend. Der Service ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Eine große Auswahl an Speisen macht die Entscheidung nicht leicht, wenn man das erste Mal im Bahia ist. Die Pizza auf mexikanische Art war durchaus mal was anderes und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gibt jede Menge Longdrinks, Cocktails usw. - perfekt gemixt. Für das beschauliche Königstein ein perfektes Restaurant um ungezwungen essen zu gehen.

Nur etwas für Gäste, die ihre Zeit im Lotto gewonnen haben! Super Konzept und leckeres 😋 Essen . Bis zur 1. Getränkebestellung sind 30 min. vergangen in denen uns der Servicemitarbeiter mindestens 10 mal ignoriert hat. Nach 90 min endlich die Vorspeise und des Hauptgericht nach grob 2 Stunden. Auf den Nachtisch haben wir aus Zeitgründen verzichtet. Eine Servicekraft für 30-40 Kunden ist dann wohl doch zu wenig. Also nur für Leute mit Zeit zu empfehlen.

Preise sind leider viel zu hoch. 40€ für zwei alkoholfreie Cocktails und zwei Standart Cocktails. Das sind Clubpreise und so überragend war es nicht. Wartezeiten dazu noch viel zu lang. Außerdem keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Gastgeber war dafür zumindest ziemlich freundlich. Deshalb zwei Sterne.

War das erste mal da. Bin sehr gastfreundlich behandelt worden. Die Cocktails sehr lecker. Alex ist ein richtig cooler Typ. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 👌🏼
