Very good, generous portions, fast service, traditional Afghan food. Affordable price.

Very cheap, €7 per person. I don't know what Afghan food is like, but I assume it's completely authentic from Afghanistan. I was very happy.

I ate here, the food was very delicious, top service, I will definitely come again.

The food is of good quality, portions are generous, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The only drawback is that the restaurant is a bit hidden from the main road, so it can be slightly difficult to find.

Das Restaurant öffnet nicht pünktlich, man darf nicht sitzen und die Qualität des Essens ist sehr schlecht.

Öffnungszeiten steht um 9:00 Uhr. Ich bin extra von Stuttgart nach Frankfurt gefahren mit Familie. Wir haben um 12:00 Uhr Flug gehabt. Mitarbeiter sagte ist es noch nicht geöffnet obwohl Öffnungszeiten steht online um 9:00 Uhr

Der Reis war kalt, offensichtlich mehrere Tage alt und nicht richtig gekocht. Das Fleisch war ebenfalls kalt und nicht durchgegart. Alles wirkte unhygienisch und geschmacklich ungenießbar. Leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Ein bisschen versteckt in einem Hinterhof, findet man dort ein kleines Restaurant mit verschiedenen Gerichten in der Auslage. Ich hatte einen gemischten Teller mit frisch gebackenem Fladenbrot und es war alles sehr lecker.

I don’t have a sense of what “authentic” Afghan food is, but I had a feeling this place might have it, and I wasn’t disappointed. The food is great, the portions are large, and the service was friendly. My husband was glad we don’t live in Frankfurt because otherwise I might try to come here sometimes by myself - it’s true that for several blocks we didn’t see any women. I am thankfully oblivious to that sort of thing but I was stared at very intently by some of the (male) customers in a way he interpreted as threatening. If you’re a woman, I might bring company - the food is worth it.

Very good food, served hot at a very reasonable price. The quantity per serving is also very good.

I loved the owner of the restaurant, the most polite person I’ve met in a long time. Food is amazing, for anyone missing taste from South Asia/ Persian , this is the right place.

Workers don't know how to give respect to customers he say you late go i never give warm samosa what's happening this workers are not good in evening time 7:30 PM so afghani people are not good

Low cost restaurant, not very clean, location is not on the main road.

I had kabeli pilaf and biryani mix and he charged 1 euro extra at the end for mixing without telling me earlier. Also next time I had it he put 3 small meat pieces and spoons full of rice. But good rating for the price.

AMAZING!!! Super simple restaurant, a little bit hidden from the Münchnerstrasse. They focus on high quality tasty food and not on fancy facade and glamorous interior. Really authentic. The hygiene also looks quite good. And as someone coming from Bulgaria, I consider myself quite knowledgeable about food.

The food is really very tasty at extremely affordable price! Most Affordable restaurant in Frankfurt, Germany. Must try out this restaurant if you’re in or around Frankfurt and fan of mild taste food from Afghanistan. Specially the Afghan style Kabuli Pilav(Pulav/Rice), must try. Their food tastes home cooked, specially their Palak and Chana Dal. You should also try their Chhass/Buttermilk if you’re visiting in summer. Now the cons: environment is not family friendly, Only male customers I have seen there. Secondly, they only take cash which affects customers who only carry cash. 5 star for food and 1 star for bad ambience and environment.

I had eaten earlier in Kabul Restaurant as well, but the food of Kabul Restaurant is very expensive and it doesn't taste good. Baba Darbari Restaurant is very cheap than Kabul Restaurant. I have eaten Kabuli Pulao in one of the good places in Peshawar as well, so according to me, in whole Frankfurt, I would every time go for this restaurant.

This chabli kabab has no quality, there is simply no meat in it, almost all of it is onions and I got a bad stomach ache after eating this food

The food produced, processed and marketed at the facility was exposed to a risk of contamination. The rooms were so contaminated that a thorough cleaning of all equipment and surfaces was necessary. Hidden in an alley, this Afghan eatery is a bright spot during gray German winters.. the food is hearty and and the sauces are fatty.. The bread is better than any Bakeshop. This is comfort food at its finest

The food is heavenly, the atmosphere is cozy and friendly, but the best thing is the men at the counter! They seem primarily interested in filling your belly with delicious, freshly prepared, hot food! Heartwarming ❤️

Perfect, peaceful,cheap and a house of taste 😉 There is a person on main counter ,he always welcome to everyone with a smile .He is a nice and kind heart person . Prices are very cheap than other restaurants. Very tasty foods like home made . Also a perfect place for families,parties and some special events 15 Euros enough to eat anything for 2 persons. Strongly Recommended....
