My favorite Italian restaurant. Here I get my favorite pizza, which tastes just like in Italy. Perfect base and fresh toppings. There's always something special on the daily menu. Swabian and Balkan dishes are also available. Custom requests are also possible and will be fulfilled subject to availability. Service is very courteous and fast. The chef also shows up and takes care of the guests.

The food is truly excellent, but the service is unfortunately abysmal: Extremely long wait times (e.g., up to 25 minutes for menus), unfriendly staff, and incorrect bills to the detriment of the guest are the order of the day. Bottom line: It's no fun, and we won't be eating there again.

I've been to the Auszeit restaurant several times now – and all I can say is: I absolutely recommend it! The pizza is simply amazing – crispy base, fresh ingredients, and really well-seasoned. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with love. The drinks selection also leaves nothing to be desired: whether soft drinks, cocktails, or a cold beer – everything is perfectly chilled and beautifully served. What really makes the whole place special, though, is the team. The employees are incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. You feel truly welcome, almost like you're with friends. It's precisely this atmosphere that makes all the difference. I'll definitely be happy to come back again and again – the whole package is just perfect! If you want to have a good time with delicious food and great people, this is the place for you.

Good evening, I'm sorry to say this since it was recommended to me as an excellent restaurant but it was a terrible experience, I paid a lot for non-existent appetizers, pizzas that could not be eaten, I expected at least an apology since we waited so long, instead I only received that I had to pay a full price to go home to eat.

We made a reservation for 35 people, and they had no ingredients for pizzas or appetizers. We didn't hear a "hello" or "good evening" at reception. Service was very poor, the wait time was longer than a flight to China. We ordered a gluten-free pizza, but the dough wasn't cooked, the ingredients were in minimal quantities, and tasteless. The waiters were inexperienced and very confused. Simply unbelievable what we experienced. Not recommended, but if you want to feel bad, fine. 😉

We had penne with tomato sauce today. The sauce tasted like a ready-made product, with hardly any seasoning. We asked for Parmesan cheese, but it didn't come. We complained about this when paying. The answer: "You should have mentioned that when ordering. We grate it fresh and it takes 20 minutes." Oh well... The amount on the bill was wrong too. The excuse: "Sorry, you had the wrong menu." (All the menus we checked afterward had our amount.) Even when it came to refunding, the lady tried again and argued with us for a long time about the €2 until we got the difference back. We won't be coming here again. It's a shame.

The worst restaurant I've been to, gluten-free pizza, not cooked, the pizza base bought at the discount store, a 4 seasons with only a little ham, no mushrooms, I don't know where the cheese was, a small plate of coffee for an Italian-style appetizer, half a mozzarella, half a slice of raw ham, a slice of transparent salami, disgusting €13.90, a table for thirty people, booked 3 days before, had neither rocket, nor mushrooms, nor cheese, they definitely cleaned the pantry and there is the date for us to eat. I don't know what courage they have to ask for €80. They should just be ashamed. They have lost other events with us who eat in groups.

Birthday Dinner with a Bitter Aftertaste It's a mystery to me how most of the reviews are so positive. Unfortunately, our experience was quite different. We had reserved a table for twelve people. Since the sun was still shining at 6 p.m., we asked to be seated outside. This was granted. So much for the positive part of the experience. I reordered the Primitivo red wine, which I had initially canceled, after being told that the bottle had already been opened. However, the bottle wasn't delivered, so I sat there without a drink until almost the end of the meal, as the manager saw no reason to ask if I might want one. Only when I went to the counter, after most of the – tasty – food had been eaten, did I go to the bar and order drinks, were they delivered. Another drink ordered at the table never arrived. Meanwhile, the clouds gathered in the sky, it began to rain and storm slightly. Without the waitress indicating that we could move indoors, we took a seat at a larger table, carrying our own food and drinks. Suddenly, the landlady approached and rudely informed us that we could not sit there. We should instead sit in a room that hadn't been prepared for dining. Numerous crates of beer were still standing in the room. We obeyed the instructions and sat down. Eventually, the food arrived. Only one of us waited patiently for his spaghetti, which didn't arrive for well over an hour. One of the guests took this opportunity to point out this situation to the landlady and to remind her that he had already asked for salt several times. Although I wasn't present during the conversation, I learned from my birthday guests, and later had the landlady confirm the situation, that the encounter had escalated. During the conversation, the landlady threatened to evict him. When we finally left the restaurant later that evening, everyone I spoke to was determined never to return to the restaurant. My wife and I, who live in Marbach, shared this opinion. As I later learned from my wife, the landlady's rude demeanor is well known, so much so that several people in her gymnastics circle avoid the restaurant for this reason. Reaction to the Auszeit team's response: This inappropriate response requires a response from me, as the events described were misrepresented or exaggerated. Starting with the storm: we and other guests folded up our umbrellas and brought the drinks inside, while we couldn't find any staff present. I doubt whether anyone in the not-so-guest-oriented adjoining room, where we were eventually seated, can confirm your version of events. If there is someone, I would like to speak to them. But it's not so much about individual incidents during the course of the evening, but rather about the rude and inappropriate behavior of the landlady throughout the entire evening, which should not occur in a restaurant. A few more words about the alleged video surveillance. This is not permitted in restaurants. And even if it were permitted, it may only be used to avert threats to public safety or to prosecute crimes – and then the surveillance must be clearly and unambiguously labeled. I will refrain from filing a complaint so as not to let the matter escalate further. Let's just say that my wife, I, and all other participants in the birthday party will not enter your restaurant again. And that doesn't even require a ban on entering the restaurant.

The best Italian in the Ludwigsburg area, but they also master German and Balkan cuisine perfectly! The owners are very friendly and personable, the price is also good because the quality of the food is outstanding. Since I discovered this restaurant I have been coming back again and again. Probably the best veggie pizza around here. The vegetables were varied and incredibly good. The spaetzle with the game is also not out of the water but still fried until it is nice and buttery and has a pleasant thickness. In general, the food is very well seasoned (perhaps too much for those who don't eat a lot of salt).

Waited 30 minutes for a drink. 2 hours for food. And the rest of the evening with an empty glass. Service looks different!

I have rarely eaten so well. Our wishes were taken into account and everything was freshly prepared with fresh herbs only after we ordered. Of course you can taste it too - a taste explosion. From the starter to the main course to the dessert. Compliments to the entire kitchen team. The ambience was very pleasant and stylish. The beer garden is small but nice with a beautiful view. It was actually a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. In summary: if you want to enjoy your meal in a pleasant atmosphere, this is the right place for you.

We were here for my grandma's birthday with eight people. The food was delicious and the menu varied. We had everything from pasta with seafood to cevapcici to rump steak. In terms of taste, the food was solid and tasty. That would actually have been four stars - unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience when billing. Almost €150 too much was listed on the bill. My uncle had already paid by card when we noticed the error. Unfortunately, we didn't really like the way the owner dealt with it either. She quickly blamed it on her waitress and only apologized briefly. Since we've had this experience for the second time (the bill wasn't right on the last visit either), I feel compelled to mention it here and deduct a star. Overall recommended. The issue with false invoices should be improved.

As part of a crime dinner with the Q-Rage theater group, we had a really great evening here with delicious food. For this purpose, a special 5-course menu was prepared and the courses were brought to the seats a la minute during breaks in the game. Das geht gar nicht. Schlecht gelaunte unfreundliche und unaufmerksame Bedienung ( Chefin ). Lange Wartezeiten bis die Aufmerksamkeit vorhanden ist. Keine Eigeninitiative. Das Essen wird zur Nebensache.

Leckerste Pizzen überhaupt! Super Essensauswahl und alles mega lecker. Mein persönlicher Lieblingsitaliener. Waren schon öfter da. Gestern gab es keinen Nachtisch außer so italienisches Eis. Voll schade, ich denke 6xTiramisu hättet ihr an und verkauft.

Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und eine sehr leckere Pizza verzehrt. Ich wurde sehr rasch, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Das sehr gute Weihenstephaner Bier vom Fass bekommt man nicht so oft, hier aber durchaus. Auch der Primitivo ist vom Feinsten. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren an unserem Hochzeitstag das erste und das letzte Mal dort. Wir bestellten drei Pizzas und 2 mal Vorspeise. Gekommen ist eine Vorspeise und drei schlechte Pizzen. Ich hatte die Meeresfrüchtepizza und diese war in der Mitte völlig überschwemmt mit Wasser aus den Muschelschalen und schlecht belegt war sie auch. Mein Sohn hatte eine Salami Pizza diese war okay aber nicht super und wieder mager belegt. Meine Frau hatte eine Pizza von der sie nur zw ei Bissen gegessen hat und dann ging sie zurück in die Küche. Dazu tranken wir 90% Wasser mit Saft und der nachbestellte Beilagensalat war teilweise bereits reif für die Biotonne, natürlich stand alles trotz Reklamation auf der Rechnung und wurde bezahlt. Reservieren kann man übrigens nur Tische im Gebäude oder doch draußen, da gab es widersprüchliche Aussagen. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Wir haben hier einen runden Geburtstag gefeiert. Allen Gästen hat es sehr gut geschmeckt und der Service war auch klasse. Die Inhaber sind super sympathisch, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Habe meinen 50. Geburtstag dort mit leckerem Essen und ca. 50 Leuten ausgiebig gefeiert. Das Fest wurde von der Auszeit perfekt vorbereitet und mit perfektem Service ausgerichtet. Meine Gäste haben durchweg positives Feedback an mich weitergeleitet. Gerne wieder.

Nachdem eine der Pizzen nicht geschmeckt hat und ein kleiner Beilagensalat bestellt wurde, vergingen noch mal 15Minuten. Wir konnten also leider nicht gemeinsam essen. Klar, wir wurden gefragt, was nicht gestimmt hat. Bei der Antwort kam bloß,dass andere es auch hatten, sie haben sich nicht beschwert. Die Teller wurden auch erst abgeräumt, als wir gingen.
