We were here with our children for the first time. The food was really exceptional and what we ordered was very tasty 😋. The music there was also very great. We will definitely come here again 😉

Food service and wine recommendations 10/10! Plus it’s super child-friendly

After a friendly welcome and a reserved table, we left 1 hour and 55 minutes! WAITING TIME asked how long we would have to wait for our salad starter! After 2 hours the food came and we received a very long and detailed, sometimes cheeky explanation, including that everything is freshly prepared, the potatoes are freshly peeled from the farm... and that's why we received bread with aioli dip for free... We asked that we would like to start eating now. As an apology there was a cava on the house. The portions are manageable: the salad extra was 2 prawns and hard. Unfortunately, the chickpeas with spinach were completely over salted, a very small piece of bacalao in white wine, too expensive for 14. Overall, it's a shame. At the end another friendly farewell. Overall, a mixed evening that we don't want to repeat and only because there is a Spaniard in Marbach :-(

The food is overpriced, the ambience is catastrophic, the service is very friendly, but can't make up for the rest of the impression. The sausage/cheese platter for €19 to share had 4 pieces of cheese, 4 slices of Serano ham, about 20 grams of salami and 6 small bread sticks - not a bit of decoration, no olives, no peppers, nothing fresh. The shrimp in garlic sauce were delicious but it was about 50 grams of the simplest shrimp for €14! Very unfortunate

Great restaurant, very nice service, we ate tapas/pinchos and were completely satisfied, recommended. And of course the locally brewed Salzscheuer Bräu/beer - was simply good!

The tappas are supposedly all freshly prepared and no frozen products are said to have been used. I can't quite believe that: the grilled prawns (15€), for example, were three rather small, hard-boiled shrimps that hardly tasted like they were grilled. The bacalau croquettes (4 pieces, approx. €10) were all the same size and tasted very “convenient”. If you like it; I prefer to prepare the food myself; It's cheaper and tastes better to me. The service was good, the atmosphere (outdoor area) was nice. UPDATE: after I wrote the review I got a reply: “Hola, we would like to invite you when we prepare our croquetas - the process takes about three hours. And where can we get fresh prawns in Marbach? From the Neckar?” Well, I'm sorry that the croquetas take three hours to prepare - ready-made ones from the freezer wouldn't be much worse. And the prawns? Maybe they're actually from the Neckar - given their size. All joking aside: three small hard-cooked shrimps without grill flavor for 15 euros is cheeky - very cheeky. Here too, frozen prawns wouldn't be any worse (my very slowly thawed, grilled prawns taste better and are grilled to perfection). Also: we ordered sparkling water twice and got still water twice. Noticing this we were then given sparkling water (which was charged in addition to the two bottles of still water). The other dishes were also just so-so - with very high prices. No, no, no: the stroppy answer doesn't cover up the - with all due respect - cheeky rip-off. Best regards.

Service was average, food was good, waiting time was a total disgrace! Spent 2 hours in total, 90 minutes of which were waiting. Eating it doesn't fill you up, it's more of a snack, and a very expensive one at that. It's a shame, I was hoping for more!

Well, I can't really understand the positive reviews. The taste of the food is ok. The prices don't match the portions at all, yes I know that tapas aren't big, but it doesn't fit at all. Unfortunately we weren't that enthusiastic, one mishap after another and in our opinion the cellars were overwhelmed with a total of 10 visitors in the restaurant. No drink after asking for a drink empty, after asking for an extra bread it never mattered, the gifts of Ajolis bread (kitchen greeting ) a black hair between the bread. In our opinion, the plate for two can easily be done by one person alone and the dish on it was warm and not cooled, which didn't benefit everything. We won't be going there anymore as we are used to other Spanish cakes that are definitely top notch.

Very good Spanish restaurant with super friendly service. The tapas are super tasty and there is something for every taste. We recommend the empanada and the chorizo. The Spanish long drinks are also worth a sin. The Tarta de Chocolate is recommended for dessert. We'd love to come back.

Food was actually quite good so far, nothing earth-shattering, but good. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not that great considering the size of the portions. A "tomato salad" consisting of a sliced ​​tomato for over 10€, a "tiny" yeast dough dish with spinach and cheese for 8€ and a "colorful LARGE salad plate" with 4 small pieces of chicken that doesn't even fill a small cereal bowl for 12.50 €... Since no really “expensive” ingredients are used here, the portions are really ridiculous. It's a shame, probably won't go there next time. By the way, we paid a total of over €40 to pick it up for two people, unfortunately we're both still hungry.

The portions here are very manageable...but at significantly inflated prices. The cheese and sausage platter for supposedly 2 people is already too little for 1 person... and almost for 19 €... the bread that is served with it has to be extra! be paid. We have never experienced anything like this. This was our second time there and twice we were definitely not satisfied. We won't go there anymore.

The food is authentically prepared. A real treat and like a short holiday in Spain. Thank you, we'll be back!

Tastes vary, but I didn't really like it. What's also a shame is that there aren't really any main courses. The menu consisted of tapas. I had two different ones and my wife had two others. I didn't find them all that tasty. If you're hungry and want to be full, two tapas aren't enough and then it's worth the money. The waiter tried very hard but the quality of the food didn't convince me at all.

So anyone who has eaten tapas in Spain will probably not be satisfied. Dark bread doesn't go well with ajoli. The patatas brava were not crispy. The grilled vegetables in Spain also look so fresh and delicious served on a stone with asparagus, tomatoes, onions, peppers, zucchini. Not comparable to the food. The creme boulee...is also a delight in Spain with a warm sugar crust. Much wasn't really convinced by the offer. It's a nice place...but it doesn't match the enjoyment of the Spanish food that I'm used to.

Two-class society. We were here on Women's Day. Some women were given a carnation, others were not. Bread and oil-garlic butter are only available once, according to the boss. Then not with the shrimps with garlic sauce. The price-performance ratio is also not right. And you had to wait forever for the food, which was delicious and beautifully prepared. Very authentic Spanish food. The portion size is good, so with 2-3 tapas per person you will be well full. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the food! When we say goodbye, things go in the other direction. Attentive, friendly staff only. The food is “first class”. If you want tapas, it's best to come with several people. Order 2-2 and a half different ones per person and then enjoy everything that is on the table together. Real enjoyment. Good wines at affordable prices are also on offer. Only recommended. Going out for tapas is basically a little more expensive everywhere than eating a normal ala carte, since you're paying for the concept and complexity, so I'm a bit crazy about the size and prices of tapas. The tapas here are a reasonable size (3 tapas per person are enough to fill you up), which surprised me positively.
