Besenstüble in Marbach am Neckar

The boxes are a complete disaster. I honestly just got plain cooked rice and maybe five small pieces of cooked chicken in one box. And I paid money for that. The food was just really awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever cooking in a restaurant. It's really, really bad.

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. Four of us waited about 1.5 hours before we even got a bowl of olives placed on our table, and this after asking twice. Our first request after 1.25 hours was very rudely dismissed by a female waitress (who told us to wait, orders would be served in order). Food: Chorizo ​​cooked in cider was almost raw inside and therefore greasy. Meat pâté was very dry (both the pastry and the small amount of ground meat). The chickpeas were very lightly seasoned. One of the waiters was very friendly, but overall, we felt the price/performance ratio was inadequate (tapas for four people, and two drinks each), at around €220. We also had four unfinished beers on our bill, and they only wanted to refund these incorrectly booked drinks with a voucher. Not really for us.

Great pub; I think the food is the best in the entire area. The place is just as it is, and I enjoy going there otherwise.

Good Balkan cuisine, nice quiet location, large terrace.

We went for lunch again today. For the first time, we tried something different. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was nicely decorated. As I said, we were there for lunch and definitely want to come back in the evening.
