Athos Pallas in München

We were with a group at the Athos Pallas in Munich and were thoroughly impressed! The restaurant is beautifully decorated in Greek style, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The meal was a complete success – no matter what we ordered, everything was great! Fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The service was equally friendly and attentive without being intrusive. In short: an all-round successful evening with delicious food in a great ambience. An evening here is definitely on the agenda the next time you visit Munich! 😊

As far the best food I got in Munich. I took just a salad and was full before ate a half. The goat cheese is delicious fat and creamy, rusty veggies, a rich sweet sauce. I am grateful for the dinner!

Nice atmosphere, good food and a very nice, humorous approach to the boss. There were four of us and we got a table right when the restaurant opened in the evening without a reservation. The walk from backstage to the restaurant and back was definitely worth it and we will definitely come back.

We went for a large party in the back. Considering they were making plates for 65 people the food came out quickly and was good. I only gave 4 stars for the food because it didn't blow me away but it was tasty (I had the basic teller). Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. The lamb looked really good. I'd go back. The servers did very well with our large group even with everyone paying individually. Good time!

Went to the restaurant spontaneously before the concert and were very enthusiastic. We received a very warm welcome, the beautiful ambience was accompanied by harmonious music and the food was very good, which is exactly how you imagine an evening at a Greek restaurant. Thank you very much, we would love to come back 😉

Very poor service. Apathetic service, food pricey and barely lukewarm. Had to wait almost 15 mins before we could get any salt & pepper even though the place was almost empty. Food definitely not fresh, frozen chips, tiny side salad, bland tasting food. Very poor by any standards. No wonder places like this are faced with closure. Definitely not recommended. We were 3 people (14.10.24).

Saganaki a la Chef excellent! Various starters were very tasty. Price-performance ratio is okay. Cozy little beer garden and attentive staff. I can recommend it.

Unfortunately, the drink didn't correspond to what was on the glass. Food quite average. If you order through Lieferando, you will be spoken to stupidly as to why you don't order directly from them. To put it mildly, the ambience is unusual, you have the feeling that you are eating in a Greek supermarket... unfortunately most of the Greek goods on offer are shortly before their sell-by date. I'm looking forward to the professional response from the landlord: "Thanks, competition"

Unfortunately, there were mussels in the octopus and calamari salad, which I have an allergic reaction to. Mussels were not mentioned in this dish when ordering from Lieferando. Unfortunately, €13.40 ended up in the trash. Very unfortunate.

Slightly overpriced prices. The food isn't that great either. Sometimes more fat like meat. Operating staff is very slow and very inattentive, or a total sleepyhead. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 The beer and wine tasted best here. Well, you can't really go wrong with the drinks. 🤣🤣🤣

Unfortunately the order did not meet expectations. We ordered a dish without any side dishes to pick up. The full price will also be charged upon request. The taste of the food was okay. Based on our experience, we won't be ordering there again. A pity..

Never order from this restaurant. Total fraud! We ordered for 80 euros and got food for a maximum of 2 people and everything was ice cold. Please note that in 2024 this will no longer be possible in a city like Munich.

The store looks inviting but I won't do it again after waiting 1½ hours for food. The waiter didn't come even though the guests' glasses were empty. He then came when asked. We'll never go to the store again

Eat: The starter salad, which was dressed purely with cocktail sauce, tasted a bit bland. Lemon, olive oil, spice… everything was missing. The main course with Gyros Pita was a 4.5/5. Crispy gyros, great pita, the tomato rice alone could have used more seasoning. Service: Fast, friendly and accommodating! Ambience: I think opinions differ there. A bit cluttered and uncomfortable benches that don't fit the tables (height). Very uncomfortable to sit on. Still solid and a very good price-performance ratio for Munich.

Caution! If you order food via Lieferando with cash payment, you will get a call asking whether the order is serious. We missed the call and called after two hours because we wanted to know where the order was. We were then asked if we actually wanted to order and that we would have to wait another hour. Disappointed by the alleged non-binding nature of the Lieferando order and due to the lateness of the time, we then canceled the order. My request to the restaurant: Only take part in Lieferando if you accept the order and not with reservations. Also, another call or text would have been nice to let us customers know what was going on.

If you love Greek flair, you've come to the right place. Very cozy restaurant, a bit tavern-like. The boss and the staff (family) were very friendly and accommodating. Price performance is definitely consistent. A large selection of Greek dishes, there is something for everyone here. We really enjoyed both the starter and the main course. There were even some Quzo's and a delicious dessert on the house. In short the Athos Pallas is recommended. If we are in Munich again, we will definitely come back.

Das Essen war richtig gut und lecker, Service sehr aufmerksam. Nur die Preise liegen etwas über de m Durchschnitt.

Der Besitzer ist sehr von sich überzeugt, gastronomisch für einen Griechen eher Durchschnitt oder darunter. Service schleppend und teilweise unaufmerksam. Preis-Leistung im mittleren aber eher unteren Bereich. Im Hinterzimmer Spielcasino- das ist wahrscheinlich lukrativer als der f&b Bereich im Gastraum

Für mich "der beste Grieche" in der Stadt. Team immer zuvorkommend und nett, Essen immer hervorragend!

Wir wollten nach dem Essen einen kleinen Ouzo, den durften wir dann selbst bezahlen. Haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Essen hat auch nicht vom Hocker gehauen

Die Bedienung war freundlich 7nd zuvorkommend, daß Ambiente würde ich als urig einstufen, sprich sehr gemütlich. Leider hat mich das Essen nicht so wirklich überzeugt.

Ich bin hier zwei Abende in Folge gewesen und beide Male war das Essen sehr gut. Selbst unter der Woche ist dieses Restaurant gut besucht und das hat seinen Grund. Ich kann die Peperoni zur Vorspeise sehr empfehlen. Das war extrem gut.

Preis Leistung stimmt leider gar nicht.

Das ist unser Stammlokal. 😀 Der Inhaber und sein Team sind ausgesprochen nett, höflich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen dort. Es herrscht eine familiäre Stimmung. Das Restaurant ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich in griechischer Art eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Laden im Restaurantbereich, in dem man griechische Lebensmittel und ein paar andere Dinge kaufen kann. Der kleine, aber feine Biergarten liegt schön unter Bäumen auf einer Holzterrasse. Dadurch wackeln die Tische und Stühle nicht wie auf einem Kiesboden. Zum Essen kann ich nur eines sagen: Mit Abstand das beste griechische Essen in München, unserer Meinung nach! Vor allem das Hähnchenbrustfilet oder Gyros in Metaxa-Soße sind hervorragend. Ein einzigartiger Geschmack, von dem wir nicht mehr los kommen. #Lieblingsgericht Auch immer sehr zu empfehlen ist der Ouzo-Teller mit Gyros, Suvlaki und Susuki oder die Baby-Calamari. Der Tzatziki ist ebenfalls seeehr lecker. Schmeckt gut nach Knoblauch und frischer Gurke. Nicht so lasch, wie bei den meisten Griechen im Umkreis. Achja, auch das Salatdressing des Beilagensalats ist sowas von gut. Kein Fertigprodukt. Und als krönenden Abschluss muss auch immer ein Galaktobureko sein. Das Beste weit und breit. Immer frisch, warm und einfach köstlich. Man schmeckt, dass hier alles frisch selbst gekocht wird. Mittags gibt es die selben Portionsgrößen wie abends, nur zum günstigeren Preis. Rentiert sich also immer, auch mal mittags (Mo-Fr) dorthin zu gehen. Auch einen Ouzo in eisgekühlten Gläsern gibt es hier nach dem Essen umsonst. Einfach rundum ein toller Service. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Jetzt muss ich mal meinen Lieblingsgriechen bewerten. Obwohl es in dieser Ecke von Laim drei schon länger existierende echt gute Griechen gibt, ist das Athos Pallas schnell mein Lieblingsgrieche geworden. Das Ambiente ist innen super. Tische sehr bequem und auch etwas "abgegrenzt" von einander. Der Biergarten ist auch schön und gemütlich mit schönen, großen Bäumen. Die sehr große Essensauswahl ist top, es gibt hier, neben den "üblichen" griechischen Gerichten auch welche die ich noch nie bei einem anderen Griechen gesehen habe. Der Chef und die junge Bedienung (vielleicht der Sohn?) sind sehr nett. Preislich nicht günstig, aber völlig im Rahmen. Mittags deutlich gesenkte Preise. Ich habe bisher immer nur im Lokal gegessen, also wie Lieferung klappt weiß ich nicht. Athos Pallas ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Seit der Eröffnung gehe ich regelmäßig mal mittags, oft abends zum Essen. Der klassische Grieche, innen sehr gemütlich und im Sommer auch viel Platz zum draußen sitzen. Sehr feine, immer frische Vorspeisen. Egal ob Lammhaxe, Fischteller oder Gyros mit Calamari, immer bestens gegessen. Auch die Weinpreise absolut ok. Der kleine Salat ist immer dabei, da zahl ich in anderen Lokalen extra. Ich weiß nicht, in welchem Lokal Elieser war. Personal immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Essen fand ich veesalzen, das Bifteki zerfiel, man konnte es nicht schneiden, die gane Nacht habe ich kein Auge zugedrückt. Der Salat war so klein wie ne Zigarettenschachtel. Die Arthosplatte[28 €] war ein Witz, zäh und hart.Schade ist vor meiner Haustüre, aber da esse ich nie wieder.

Wenn man so viel Geld fürs Essen bezahlt dann erwartet man auch dass es 1A schmeckt und man auch satt wird. Beides war nicht der Fall. 2 Sterne weil ich es noch essen konnte und die Lieferung gut ablief.

Wir sind aus Hamburg zu Besuch hier gewesen und sind sehr begeistert. Wenn wir wieder in München sind kommen wir gerne wieder vorbei.

Wunderbares Lokal. Alles stimmig: Essen, Bedienung Ambiente. Echt ein Stück griechisches Lebensgefühl. Kann es nur empfehlen.

Leider kann ich keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Ich hatte Gyros mit Babykalamares und Bratkartoffeln für 17,50 EUR. Ich habe noch nie so ein trockenes und vorallem kaltes Gyros beim Griechen bekommen. Die Kalamari waren ok, aber auch die kenne ich für den Preis besser. Die Bratkartoffeln waren weich und ebenfalls nicht besonders warm. Das einzige Positive ist, man sitzt ganz nett, die Einrichtung ist ansprechend, die Bedienung und der Chef sehr nett und aufmerksam. Aber hier stimmt einfach die Qualität nicht. Schade.

Wir waren zu viert Essen, eine Hauptspeise, die durchaus in Ordnung war, auch 2 der 3 Vorspeisen waren geschmacklich, wie vom Preis her passend, doch eine Vorspeise, ,,Paprika Florinisi" ,1 Stück für 8,50 Euro waren unglaublich teuer und führen für mich zu einer schlechten Bewertung. Denn ich kenne viele Griechische Restaurants und so eine große Diskrepanz zwischen Preis und Leistung ist fast unglaublich. Auch eine kritische Nachfrage, ob die Küche zu wenig auf den Teller gelegt hat wurde einfach mit höheren Einkaufspreisen begründet. Trotz Reklamation gab es keinen Preisnachlass. Guter Service sieht anders aus. Kulanz Fehlanzeige!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Hochzeitstag im Athos Pallas verbracht. Obwohl es unser erster Besuch war, haben wir uns wie Stammgäste gefühlt - griechische Gastfreundlichkeit auf höchstem Niveau. Essen war ebenfalls perfekt und das Restaurant ist super gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
