Burger was okay. Fries were cold and soggy. Wrong drink. Waited over 2 hours.

Worst burgers ever! The vegetarian burger, in particular, was a complete disaster. The salad came in a cardboard box. The service was very friendly, but that's not why I go out to eat.

Delicious food and excellent value for money. Friendly staff. It was busy, but service was relatively quick.

We visited this burger joint and ordered two cheesy smashed burgers. How can I describe how good they tasted? It was truly delicious (the house sauce, omg). For the price, you also get fries and a drink. That's great value for money. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

Disaster! At 10:28 PM, I arrived at the store, ordered via UberEats for pickup. The order was in the system at 10:31 PM, but the dark-brown-haired lady still responded rudely: "Too late, the chefs aren't making burgers anymore." She rushed us as soon as we entered, and later simply slammed the receipt on the table. When I asked if she was serious, she didn't show any sympathy. Even the UberEats driver was speechless. The refund only came after repeated requests. Atawich is great, but the location in Sülz is a disgrace. I don't normally write reviews, but after an incident like this, I felt it was important to warn others.

Delicious, really good prices, pleasant atmosphere

Unfortunately, we weren't that impressed with the hamburgers. The meat was somewhat tough, and the side dishes weren't tasty at all. It felt like the kitchen was full of temporary staff. The waitresses couldn't help it. The service was very friendly, but the food really wasn't tasty, and you really don't need much to make a hamburger. Anyone can make one.

A burger was forgotten in the order, but it was promptly replaced. Unfortunately, the food was very greasy and the portions weren't particularly large. A small bacon fries for almost €12 is pretty steep. There are better places. The value for money is really not good.

I would like to express my disappointment about an incident at your restaurant. First, I would like to emphasize that the staff is very friendly and helpful – thank you very much for that. Unfortunately, however, there is a lady who claims to be the owner of the restaurant, and her behavior is unfortunately very rude and disrespectful – especially towards the drivers who pick up orders. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. This kind of behavior puts off customers and delivery partners alike, and I therefore cannot recommend anyone to work with this restaurant until this changes.

Ate a Smash Burger for the first time (Monster Smash with three patties) and absolutely loved it. There were six of us, and everyone loved it. The fries are also amazing. The atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately, I'm not from Cologne, but if I'm ever in Cologne again, this will be my first stop when I'm hungry!

I was there for the first time today and I have to say the food was truly delicious. I can highly recommend the cheesy smashburger with grilled onions!!! The sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever eaten – so soft and fresh!!! A definite 10/10, as the service also impressed me. Matilda (Cologne Lindenthal) was really friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Keep it up, I'll be back. ☺️

We went to Atawich today. The restaurant looks super cool with its industrial style. We got a nice seat, but we had to wait a long time for the menu. The food, however, came super quickly and was truly delicious. Unfortunately, the lemonades aren't included in the package. After our meal, no one served us. We didn't ask, and we had to wait around for a long time for a waiter to come over.

A full 5, the place not only looks great, it has very tasty burgers and the staff are very nice, especially Sabrina :))

I absolutely loved my visit to Atawich! The food was really tasty – fresh, well seasoned and simply great in taste. The service was super nice and attentive, you immediately felt welcome. The food also came really quickly, which is a real plus when you're really hungry. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed – modern, cozy and furnished with attention to detail. The store itself is quite chic and stylish. The service was nice, but that special something was missing for a 5th star. The burger (I had the Hotboy Smashed Burger Menu) was actually really good. Nicely mashed, great roasted flavors and an all-round good product. It's also a fair price when you consider that it also comes with sweet potato fries and a drink of your choice. There are also 4 sauces freely available at the table that you don't have to pay extra for. Unfortunately, this is now an absolute rarity. I would love to come back.

The first and last time I went to the toilet 3-4 times during the night and paid €2.50 for extra jalapeños. I think they were made of platinum - there were exactly three jalapeños. Now I understand why the store is so empty everywhere, not just in Cologne, it's just disgusting.

Update March 3, 2025 Unfortunately, unfortunately unfortunately... we have been big fans of this store since it opened, great concept and good prices, which is what you actually want as a customer. So far everything has been good, sometimes small complications with hot food but mostly good. And we actually visited the shop every two weeks and enjoyed eating. Staff on duty were super nice and we found a burger menu with side dish and drink between €12.50 and €18.50 to be reasonable, until today; We would be informed that there are price increases, and a lot, really a lot!!! A Monster Burger menu from €18.50 to €20.50 We thought that was too much. It's a shame that the managing directors do this to people, first of all good prices and good quality and when that runs out the benefit and either quality drops or price increases, typical money-making...unfortunately the customer is lost. Update 12/15/2024 Today we were here for the third time, a lot has changed and improved, very tasty food, very cozy and above all I really have to say; Price/quality ratio is mega. We'll only be eating burgers there soon 😍 Update October 2024 The food is good but not the best. The fries were cold, the burgers were the same... patty fries were ok but not worth 11€, there was no real cheddar sauce and that wasn't a good product either, toilets were extremely dirty... service was a young man who didn't know much about the work he was doing... overall price performance ok. It's a shame for the little things. I hope they will deal with the criticism.

Delicious burger, but the fries weren't the fries experience you'd expect, it's a shame! The menu is a little misleading due to the drinks that are and are not included in the menu. The service was nothing special but satisfactory. All in all a largely good experience. It's not yet clear whether we'll come back, but the music was good.

Atawich is a very nice shop. There is a very nice atmosphere there and the food is super tasty. The price-performance ratio is also great. Every burger comes with fries or salad and a soft drink or beer. Highly recommended!😋🍔

When I was here today on February 1st, 2025, I was worried that I would have to wait a long time for my food because it was so full. But that wasn't the case at all!!
