We had high expectations for the burgers and they were not met. However, it is also a matter of taste. We were simply missing the fresh ingredients, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and a few more pickles. The burger was very meaty and a bit carelessly prepared. The fries were also quite strongly seasoned. The service was sweet and attentive.

Order regularly and the burgers are so damn tasty, not normal. Everything is perfect, the buns are fluffy and have a slightly sweet note, the meatballs are perfectly fried, the cucumbers are crunchy. Suppliers are always very friendly. Absolute recommendation. Thanks for the delicious food

We had already ordered home twice. Unfortunately both of us got totally cold fries. Once the burger was even completely dry. Today we went out to eat in the suburbs, well what can I say, the fries were totally over salted and not warm again. Burger was ok but not even close to ok for the prices. Ambience was great and I'm totally in love. The service was super attentive and kind. The food tasted very good, I can recommend the Cheezy Burger and the spicy Mega, the fries are amazing ;) In terms of price-performance, I also have nothing to complain about for a menu of €13-14

Actually a nice shop. But you should always indicate when ordering that you would like to order from the menu, even if you leave one thing out. Contrary to what was stated in the menu, we wanted to have a homemade lemonade instead of a soft drink. Then we were not billed in the menu price, but in individual prices. €14 for the burger, €4.90 for the sweet potato fries and €4.90 for the lemonade. For comparison: a menu costs €14, with a burger, sweet potato fries and a soft drink. Next time we'll all have an extra soft drink delivered to us, which we haven't drunk yet, and then order the soda separately, then everyone will pay €5 less. No, makes sense! For 3 people that's already 15€. I'm already annoyed and I don't think I'll be back again.

Those days at Atawich were because a colleague moved into the corner. The location turned out beautiful. It's definitely worth going in from the outside. Once inside, we waited according to the sign for us to be taken to the square. Since both waitresses were busy with the food, we went to the counter after a while and were able to sit down somewhere. When we were at our seat, the order was quickly placed. The vegetarian burger was very tasty and at a good price. We would have stayed longer and had something to drink, but both waitresses were on their cell phones again so we didn't see our request for drinks. We then went to the kiosk next door.

The delivery and presentation of the food was good, the fries are something different and taste good. The burger looks appetizing, but unfortunately it's not convincing at all. The combination of a sweet bun with syrup glaze/caramelization? (at least that's exactly how the already sweet white bread bun tasted!) with savory bacon, cheese and patty doesn't go together at all. I was also missing a suitable barbecue sauce and, in my opinion and taste, pickles don't belong there either, but well, that may be individual. You should urgently work on this. Everything is within reasonable price. Unfortunately, all in all, not recommended at all and therefore a thumbs down👎

Super good value for money! At Atawhich you get classic smashed burgers the way you want them, without any unnecessary frills. The burgers are also available on the menu with fries and soft drink or beer for a very fair price. The portion size is very good. If you eat on site, various mayos and ketchup are available for the delicious fries. There is even a cocktail happy hour on Saturdays. The service was also very nice. I only missed a few other desserts and beer (e.g. local craft beer). Overall, a very satisfactory visit! You should definitely try the Cheesy Smash if you love cheeseburgers.

We ate there for the first time yesterday. First of all, it was very nicely decorated, the service was really good, you didn't have to wait long for your food, the waiters were super nice and friendly. Price performance was really TOP, not too expensive and the food was really delicious. Definitely recommended

I stopped by the restaurant for lunch. The ambience and service were great and quick. The Chezyburger was okay, unfortunately not anymore. Somehow the pizzazz was missing. Maybe instead of two thin patties you should use one thick one. Maybe tweak the sauce again. Toilet facilities were very clean.

One of the best smash burgers in Cologne. The meat is terrific and the sauces and fries are a real treat for the palate. The burger sauce on the burger is incomparable. And all of this at a pleasant price. This shop is highly recommended, even for guests from the surrounding area.

I think the idea of ​​the menus is really cool and the price-performance ratio is therefore very good. Extra requests are no problem either. The Cheesy Smashed is amazing. If you order it, it's even 11/10 because it's wrapped in paper and the bun becomes a little softer due to the warmth of the burger and melts into one unit with the rest.

First and last visit!!! In the evening at 9 p.m., we ordered 2 burger menus, but there were no more fries, instead we had to have salad!! Then some side dishes weren't supposed to go into the burger, which happened anyway, the burgers were taken away, after 1 minute it came back, the side dishes were just taken down!! Even though it was about bacon! Then we asked for completely new burgers, which took a few minutes longer! At the end we get the statement that there are Ukrainian employees in the kitchen and they didn't understand it correctly and therefore gave it wrong proof!! I'm sorry, what??? Then as a waiter/owner you are forced to correctly convey and control the customers' wishes!!! We were put off with a ridiculous mini ice cream :-D and an additional salad, just ridiculous!! Definitely NEVER AGAIN!!! Very unfriendly employees, not customer friendly!!!

At 10:14 p.m. the employee confirmed on the phone that the kitchen would be open until 10:30 p.m. Nevertheless, I said on the phone that we needed about 5 minutes. The employee assured that the kitchen would be open until 10:30 p.m. However, when we arrived at 10:23pm to order takeaway we were told the kitchen was already closed. Despite prior telephone arrangements, the information on site was inconsistent and frustrating. Reliable communication about opening hours is crucial to avoid such misunderstandings. Unfortunately, this experience has greatly affected the image of the restaurant.

The worst burger and French fries I have ever eaten. It felt like leftovers from the day before. Everything was surged in one use plastic packages, including the cutlery, which made the feeling of a cheap bad food even stronger. I don’t recommend. The burger place before was much better.

Great job!! Price/performance winner in Cologne for burgers! The shop on Luxemburger is perhaps a bit too big and it was a bit fresh when we were here in January, but still a top team, very polite and accommodating. Burgers are just as good as in Hürth… always with pleasure.

Classic, dirty but top smash burgers. Good roasted aromas, fluffy buns and juicy. Menus have a good price-performance ratio. Sweet potato fries are crispy and yet fluffy and juicy on the inside. Sauces are available for free at the table. One of my current favorites both on site and delivered.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal dort. Das Essen war Mega lecker. Einfach das beste Hamburger die ich bisher gegessen habe aber der Personal war nicht freundlich. Der Junge Mann, der uns bedient hat war sehr nett aber die anderen leider nicht. Es wäre super wenn die Personal bisschen mehr lächelt und die Kunden netter anschaut.

Zwei Burger für insgesamt 30 Euro bestellt, nur einen geliefert bekommen. Auf telefonische Nachfrage wurde uns weder eine Lösung noch eine Erstattung des bereits bezahlten Betrags angeboten sondern frech gesagt, dass wir ja vorbei kommen können, um das zu klären. Wir sind dann tatsächlich hingefahren, um unser Geld wieder zu bekommen. Absoluter Saftladen.

Vielleicht sogar der beste Burgerladen in Köln. Es war einfach unfassbar lecker. Am Burger hat nichts gefehlt, geschmacklich und optisch top! Ebenso dazu außergewöhnlich coole Pommes. Der Laden bietet ein einladendes Ambiente und sehr nettes, sowie zuvorkommendes Personal. Ich kann nur empfehlen dort einmal vorbei zu schauen. Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Zuerst das positive: das Ambiente ist wirklich gelungen, das war es aber auch leider schon fast . Als wir angekommen sind wurde unser Bestellung nach ungefähr 10 Minuten aufgenommen. Die Bedienung war Recht freundlich allerdings haben wir ungefähr eine Stunde auf unser essen warten müssen und wurden die Zeit über immer wieder mit billigen ausreden abgespeißt. Das Essen an sich war in Ordnung aber auch keine Besonderheit. Nach dem Essen wurden wir von der Bedienung Recht aufdringlich nach Trinkgeld gefragt. Werde in Zukunft dort nicht mehr essen obwohl ich in der Vergangenheit eigentlich Recht überzeugt von diesem Laden war.

Das essen kam etwa 45 min zu spät. Da die bestellung nicht aufgenommen wurde wegen dem system. Aber die kellnerin hatte die bestellung schriftlich aufgenommen. Also sie haben uns zu 3 einfach vergessen. Als das essen da war hat es ganz ok geschmeckt. Kann man machen aber kann man auch einfach lassen hier zu essen.
