Until a few months ago, food was always very tasty when delivered as it was warm and fresh. Unfortunately it has now decreased significantly. Unfortunately, the last 4-5 deliveries were always cold. I can't say anything about the local restaurant.

Ordered online, the entire meal (burger and fries) was completely cold! In addition, part of the menu was missing. After I called, the employee told me the item had been packed... sure, the driver helped himself or what? When I told him that the food was completely cold, he just said it wasn't their fault and there was nothing they could do about it. It's a shame we liked ordering here but that's not possible, no accommodation and no apology!

Questionable store that doesn't pay its employees. Several students had to work hard in this restaurant to avoid being paid and ignored afterwards. Legal action has been taken and out of solidarity we should no longer enter the store.

Incredibly unfriendly boss who simply exploits her (young) staff, makes the students work hard in her shop and then doesn't pay them off at the end! You have to chase after her for several weeks only to end up being ignored, absolutely unprofessional and not recommended!

In itself super tasty, for me the best burger in Cologne and great service on site, but we ordered twice and both times the food arrived ice cold, the second time it was still squished and no one answers the phone when you call, that's just not possible not, the message from customer support resulted in a refund for the delivery, which was free.

Landed here by chance and was pleasantly surprised. Price-performance is right! It won't blow your mind, but it's solid.

Unfortunately, the meat was far too dry and the staff didn't seem like they wanted to work. The two ladies weren't very friendly.

We ate here on a Sunday and were particularly pleased with the friendly staff. My kids enjoyed the burgers and fries, and overall we had a nice experience.

There is a cozy atmosphere on site. The lighting is a bit darker and the music is also good. The food is of course great: the burger patties are unbeatably crispy and the taste is just as unbeatable.

I come here often and find the smash burgers very tasty and I also like the fries here better than other places (they are real potato pieces). Excellent price performance

The burgers are super tasty, but the customer service is the worst...orders are sometimes forgotten or changes are not forwarded or accepted. I still order here because of the delicious burgers, but this is now the 5th time that the order has either been sent to the wrong place, is incomplete or completely forgotten. Nothing will be delivered later because they don't have their own delivery service.

We were at Atawich Cologne last night (Sunday) and ate there. We ordered the Cheesy Smashed Burger menu with sweet potato fries twice, plus a single smashed burger and buffalo wings. The order was taken quickly and the drinks came quickly, which was a good start. Unfortunately it took quite a long time for the food to arrive. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed by the volume of orders - both from guests in the restaurant and from delivery services such as Lieferando and Uber Eats. The food itself was fine. Unfortunately the patties weren't completely mashed, which was a bit disappointing, but they still tasted good. The buffalo wings were delicious and juicy. The price-performance ratio is definitely fair. For the Cheesy Smashed Burger menu with sweet potato fries and a drink you pay 13.50 euros, which is reasonable. The menu is fairly straightforward, mostly burgers and fries, and there is no dessert. Overall it was a good experience, but the long waiting process and the somewhat chaotic atmosphere marred the visit a bit.

The food is good but not the best. The fries were cold, the burgers were the same...Patty fries were ok but not worth €11, there was no real cheddar sauce and that wasn't a good product either, the toilets were extremely dirty...The service was a young man who didn't know much about the work he was doing... overall price performance ok. It's a shame for the little things. I hope they will deal with the criticism.

The Atawich Restaurant is an absolute insider tip! The burgers are super juicy and perfectly prepared, exactly how I like it. I was particularly impressed by the Atawich special burger - a great combination of fresh ingredients and great taste. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a really good burger, you should definitely stop by here!

Good burgers are just too sweet for me and my partner, potato chips were good. It's more for people who like their burger more sweet than savory.

I had dinner here in Sülz this evening on October 3rd because it was recommended to me by friends and rightly so. The burgers here are really great and almost a dream for such a price. In addition, the three young waiters were very nice and accommodating, and eating here was really fun with them. I would love to come here again :)

Delivery time of 2 hours and 30 minutes, which was constantly pushed back without clearly communicating. The burgers were ice cold and totally dried out. Proud prices for that too

I have already ordered the Cheesy-Smashed Burger and eaten it directly in the store. The ambience and service were very good and Atavich also does almost everything right with the burger. The only drawback in my opinion are the lye buns. They are hand-baked, fluffy and have a good consistency. What I find problematic, however, is that the sweetness and strong lye taste completely mask the taste of the meat and other ingredients. Only the cucumbers can combat this with their acidity. That's a shame and prevents me from ordering from Atavich more often. Why isn't there a normal brioche or potato bun as an alternative? At least at Lieferando I couldn't find a corresponding selection option.

Honestly the burger here is one of the best I've had in Köln, so so good. Nice simple place, very relaxed place to enjoy some good food. Would highly recommend if you're needing a great burger!

The store is well located and easily accessible, both on foot and by bike. I can't say anything about accessibility by car, but the shop is on a busy street, which doesn't bother you at all when eating. The ambience is very inviting and modern, with a cozy atmosphere. The seating is super comfortable and invites you to sit a little longer. Music plays in the background at a pleasant volume, brightening the atmosphere without disrupting conversations. The food was served quickly and beautifully presented. A plus point here is clearly that you don't have to pay extra for dips with the fries; These can be found beautifully arranged on every table and you have free choice. The double cheeseburger was tasty, but a little heavy on the stomach. Personally, we were missing some acidity and sweetness in the taste profile. The bun is unique - apparently a pretzel brioche, which offers a nice bite and contributes well to the overall experience of the burger. The meat tastes good, but could be smashed a little thinner and fried crispier, as is usually the case for a smashburger. The cheese and the other ingredients on the burger went well and were of good quality. The price is absolutely fair and reasonable, every burger comes with fries, which taste particularly good here; the shape and texture are something new that you haven't eaten before. Each menu also includes a soft drink. It's just a shame that you can't "upgrade" to a homemade lemonade. We ordered these afterwards; Both varieties tasted convincing: fruity, fresh and intense. What deserves special mention is the service, which is super friendly and very attentive without seeming intrusive. If you are in the area, a visit is definitely recommended.

We had high expectations for the burgers and they were not met. However, it is also a matter of taste. We were simply missing the fresh ingredients, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and a few more pickles. The burger was very meaty and a bit carelessly prepared. The fries were also quite strongly seasoned. The service was sweet and attentive.

Order regularly and the burgers are so damn tasty, not normal. Everything is perfect, the buns are fluffy and have a slightly sweet note, the meatballs are perfectly fried, the cucumbers are crunchy. Suppliers are always very friendly. Absolute recommendation. Thanks for the delicious food

They make pork bacon on the same plate and the meat is not halal either. I was lied to several times by them saying that everything is separated and is really Halal. Even on their Insta everything is mixed fried.

We had already ordered home twice. Unfortunately both of us got totally cold fries. Once the burger was even completely dry. Today we went out to eat in the suburbs, well what can I say, the fries were totally over salted and not warm again. Burger was ok but not even close to ok for the prices. Service, yeah Served on a tray that was far too small in my opinion In addition, the pigs stood e.g. Mayonnaise when it's 30 degrees outside, a total NO GO! But if this is the claim of the owner/manager, well.

Actually a nice shop. But you should always indicate when ordering that you would like to order from the menu, even if you leave one thing out. Contrary to what was stated in the menu, we wanted to have a homemade lemonade instead of a soft drink. Then we were not billed in the menu price, but in individual prices. €14 for the burger, €4.90 for the sweet potato fries and €4.90 for the lemonade. For comparison: a menu costs €14, with a burger, sweet potato fries and a soft drink. Next time we'll all have an extra soft drink delivered to us, which we haven't drunk yet, and then order the soda separately, then everyone will pay €5 less. No, makes sense! For 3 people that's already 15€. I'm already annoyed and I don't think I'll be back again.

Sülzburger was already good, but Atawich beats its predecessor by miles. The smashed burgers are great, the delivery is always quick and you can taste the quality of the products.

Those days at Atawich were because a colleague moved into the corner. The location turned out beautiful. It's definitely worth going in from the outside. Once inside, we waited according to the sign for us to be taken to the square. Since both waitresses were busy with the food, we went to the counter after a while and were able to sit down somewhere. When we were at our seat, the order was quickly placed. The vegetarian burger was very tasty and at a good price. We would have stayed longer and had something to drink, but both waitresses were on their cell phones again so we didn't see our request for drinks. We then went to the kiosk next door.

The delivery and presentation of the food was good, the fries are something different and taste good. The burger looks appetizing, but unfortunately it's not convincing at all. The combination of a sweet bun with syrup glaze/caramelization? (at least that's exactly how the already sweet white bread bun tasted!) with savory bacon, cheese and patty doesn't go together at all. I was also missing a suitable barbecue sauce and, in my opinion and taste, pickles don't belong there either, but well, that may be individual. You should urgently work on this. Everything is within reasonable price. Unfortunately, all in all, not recommended at all and therefore a thumbs down👎

Super good value for money! At Atawhich you get classic smashed burgers the way you want them, without any unnecessary frills. The burgers are also available on the menu with fries and soft drink or beer for a very fair price. The portion size is very good. If you eat on site, various mayos and ketchup are available for the delicious fries. There is even a cocktail happy hour on Saturdays. The service was also very nice. I only missed a few other desserts and beer (e.g. local craft beer). Overall, a very satisfactory visit! You should definitely try the Cheesy Smash if you love cheeseburgers.
